5 hours for a tow truck that never came, we went home (after midnight…had to get up in 4 hours to go to work). Eventually the vehicle was towed and it was supposed to be towed to our home on Monday, Dec.

13 but I have no vehicle. I have reached out to my agent and her backup team multiple times and no one is responding. It’s now been 3 days and I literally have no idea where my car is. This is by far the worst service I have ever had in my life.

It’s been a cluster since the first phone call and you people act like I’m inconveniencing you. I’m the person paying $500 a month for NOTHING apparently. Somebody needs to fix this quickly. 916-799-1095. 047850097 Is the claim #.

My agent is Kristen Jones. I have been contacting her for WEEKS about my claim. She has not returned my voice mails, phone calls, or text messages (which are requested to send in her voicemail message). The message clearly communicates that she will get back to you in 1 business day, which has NOT been the case.

She is unresponsive, unhelpful, has terrible customer service, and does an incredibly poor job. I would like to report her performance and how unhappy I am. I will be switching insurance providers based on her specifically.

Wow been a loyal customer for 9yrs. Somehow my automictic withdrawal didn't go through and was late. Missed the notification etc, I get it it's my fault. Called to express that I needed to make my payment. They gladly took my $311, but coverage was cancelled and was transferred to re-write.

I get policies/protocols but in order to reinstate my car insurance I needed to pay the entire premium $2K (Merry Christmas), before I can be covered. 9yrs I stood behind this company when I could have transferred to USAA years ago.

Liberty Mutual YOU GUYS SUCK!! But you don't care racking in the Millions each day. Buyer beware.

My policy got canceled because they were too stupid to send info to right PennyMac address. Eight days prior to cancellation spent hours talking to useless people who promised that me everything would be fine no extension granted policy canceled they wanted me to re up with them.

I have never seen such a poor experience as the one my oldest daughter is dealing with currently with Liberty Mutual. I can't figure out if they are taking advantage of a young person new to having their own policy or if the reps she has encountered are a collective of inexperienced untrained individuals.

She was unfortunately involved in an accident where her car was towed from the scene and, to us, totalled but undoubtedly inoperative. This happened on 11/8/21. She was clearly distraught and upset at the scene. She did not remember who towed her car and spent the next week trying to locate it.

She spoke to several reps, one who allowed her to cancel her policy 2 days after the accident that she had an open claim on. I know from experience with LM the rep should have guided her and…

After discussing my policy with about a data entry issue that I had thought was corrected in July. A customer service woman proceeded to talk over me to the point she didn't recognize that I was asking a question or a statement.

It was evident that that there was a data entry issue with the set up of monthly payments. She refused to rectify this issue stating that if I wanted to continue my policy on the date that it should have been with the same monthly payment I would have to pay 1800 dollars.

When I asked for her name and reference number she stated that her name was Gina.

Also that she didn't have to give me a reference number. Then later stated that she didn't have to give me the very number she previously stated she didn't have. Which tells me she did infact have a reference…

Your agents are sending me harassing email stating threats of sending my to the collection agency and contacting my credit report saying i owe a past due balance when i canceled my policy on September 27, 2021 when they took a payment out September 3, 2021 i never got my refund when i canceled my policy before the September 3, 2021 so

I have been with your company for over 10 years. i dropped my car insurance in April 2021 due to over paying $3,000.00 a year with a representative that didn't ask why Just its canceled was the response.

I have had numerous issues with Rental properties and also have my rental insurance through your company. 2019 was a nightmare for me in terms of constant flooding damage from a property complex that i had to retain an attorney to get out of the lease when I had just moved there 2 months prior.

Truck was hit on 11/1 by your driver that was charged with a DUI ! Can’t get a rental car because claims adjuster keeps saying she waiting on police report ! I sent her the report that’s clearly says your driver was at fault and charged with the DUI !

I called in trying to get a quote shopping around for insurance, the representative by the name of Jerry or Jerrit came at me during our conversations as if I were lying about who's the owner(s) on my vehicle. My vehicles are registered with the state of Georgia, therefore I am aware that all information including names of people involved in that vehicle is also registered with the state of Georgia and comes up in the system whenever a matter such as finding insurance takes place.

Liberty Mutual is the worse since February 15, 2021 my house was flooded due to the ice storm it has been eight months and I have not been able to reach my adjuster regarding my claim or any updates not to mention the delay I’m having with the contractor due to the wood shortage. I am on my seventh adjuster with the compan.

Not one adjuster returns calls or follow back up with you to let you know that the status of your claim not to mention I have signed up for the online delivery mutual website where you can load documentations pictures or whatever you might need to process the claim sooner. On Saturday Oct. 9,2021, my wife, who was visiting her sister near Atlanta, Ga, found she had a dead battery in her car. She contacted the toll free number provided on the card supplied by you at 7:57 AM. She was told by a person who answered that he had located her by tracking her phone and help would be on the way.

Moments later, a text message was received that All American Road Service was on the way and would be there between 45 and 75 minutes later. , approximately 3 1/2 hrs. away from her location. No one ever showed up to help.

If I could give them zero stars I would. I added sump pump coverage years ago to protect my personal property as outlined in the policy. It failed and ruined my valuables. They ran me ragged for weeks then denied my claim. They are horrible people.

The company is a fraud and only wants your money. They will not help you when your down and out.

I am using my niece email address because I don’t have one. My claim no is 04-6502241, and my name is Sayvil Crain. My adjuster has continued to delay my claim blaming the field adjuster and his team lead Tristen Bannister for handling our contents claim.

It has been more than 6 weeks since we submitted our content loss and the adjuster said he had pictures, over 100 of both the contents and house damage. Today is the first day he claimed to not have pictures so my niece sent some.

He continues to blame his health and that Liberty Mutual does “this (low ball) to black people” even giving a specific example which I’ll share when I hear from someone. Our clothes, towels, linen has been soaked in gun powder and with bullet holes for almost 2 months.

I am calling to make a complaint about someone I spoke with this morning about getting emails saying that I owe money, which doesn't explain. The girl I spoke with was getting snappy with me, After a couple of times of her doing that, I had asked her did you get up on the wrong side of the bed?

Homeowner insurance canceled due to non payment. I refinanced my home, and mortgage company claims invoices from Liberty was not made. When trying to re-activate my homeowners insurance, I am not able to due to "underwriting". No reason why. I have had this home we built insured by Liberty for 5 years, not sure why it is not able to be insured now?

I am a long time client of more than 15 years, and this lack of support is clearly not in line with the company's vision. I will also be canceling my auto policies and life polices, as clearly this is not a company who values their customers.

I filed a claim about my driving over a section of roadway between Cindy Land and Cabin Branch Rd on a section of Central Avenue. There had been a water main repair and it was not repaved correctly. The date was June11, 2021 at 4:30 am.

It was dark and raining heavily. I struck what were humps and bumps and broken pavement. The photos I took shown exactly that. I also called Maryland Government and complained to them as well. They acknowledged the incident in question.

They stated contractors were to blame for the incorrect paving of the road after the water main repair. The claims adjuster named Brittany Hansford lied and said that I struck a pothole. I never stated that to her for the record.

I had insurance on my 1999 ford F350 for a 6 month period I added my car a month later the man said he would take the difference out of my account that day but obviously he lied to me I had ten thousand dollars in my account at the time so it was no problem.

Now 3 months later when my account is $0 they tell me they canceling my insurance. she would give me said she wasn't giving me nothing else. I asked if I could speak to another supervised she said no and would write down.

Hello. My car was in an accident on 8/21/21. The car was towed to a facility and was appraised. Since then nothing has happened. I had to find a shop who would would take it I did. They sent me a check for $10,500. It is un-cashable and is made out to me and First Hawaiian Bank.

I had tried to get a policy with Liberty Mutual a few years ago after I had a bad experience with my then Homeowner's Insurance carrier and unfortunately, I wasn't able to bundle my auto policy with the homeowner's at the time. I was connected with a Liberty Mutual Agent in the process of my application that I worked with and she found another company to furnish my auto policy with a reasonable rate, so we went with it.

About7 months into the Pandemic, she reached out to me and stated that Liberty Mutual was offering discounted rates for bundling auto and homeowner's, she was able to get us both auto and homeowner's at a reasonable rate. I believe Liberty Mutual is working in bad faith as I was rear ended back on 6/24 and still dont have my vehicle. I took my truck to there shop (Caliber Colision) which was told they dont do frame work and considered it totalled.

Talked to the Liberty Mutual rep and said if you can find a body shop that does frame work, to take it there and they would handle the rest. 7 to repair my truck. 7 hours only gave 2 hours for frame work???

Filed a claim this week for a lightning strike that hit our ac unit. That was on Tuesday when we had spoken to the claims adjuster. We were told he would have to check if that was a covered loss and would get back to us withing 48 hours.

We had already found that to be pretty unacceptable showing he was not familiar with their policies. It is now Saturday have not heard from him or anyone else in the company despite repeated emails and voicemails left. We live in Virginia where it has been a heat index over 100 degrees all week so even with fans in the house it is doing nothing.

I get to sit and watch electronics our food go bad due to the high humidity in the house and god knows what it is doing to the walls and flooring.

I had an accident on 7/22/2021, where I was rear-ended by another vehicle. I drove the car to Caliber Collision Center to get an estimate of the damages, the inspector informed me that the car would be deemed a total loss, and I needed to surrender the car, which I did.

David Loyola was to be my claims representative. I tried to contact him and had to wait almost a week to hear back from him, during this time he texted me that he was not going to be the claims representative since my car was totaled.

I filed a claim back on June 11 2021 for the damage dome to my 2007 GMC Yukon Denali. The claims adjusters name was Brittany Headson or Hudson. My claim number is #045893715. I stated how traveling to work at 4:30am on June 11th in pouring rain.

I struck a bad bump on Central Ave in Capital Heights, Maryland. The road appeared to be repaved after a water main was repaired or something. It wasn't repaved correctly so there were humps and bumps all in the roadway traveling West on Central Avenue.

That section of road is between Cyndi Land and Cabin Branch Rd. When I struck that bad section of the road the impact jarred my truck so hard the left front fog light came out of socket. My service suspension light came on immediately.

I have been with this company for 1 year for my home insurance. I was assigned the Local agent and his name is Pratana Muong located in Charlotte NC. He only knew how to come to my office last year to collect my check.

He messed up every step in the application process which I had to call multiple time to correct. Now after 1 year when my new premium email came which was bumped up by 20% without any claims ever filed, I left messages after messages with him.

He never cared to return my calls. If you have such inefficient agents in you pool you have a choice either to keep this kind of jerks or your customers. This Is not good customer service where agents don’t care to respond and only know how to collect checks.

I opened claim #046336088 on 7/22/21. I was assigned Siobhan Howard at 844 499 1898, ext 6281. She called me on 7/27/21. She indicated a field inspector would contact me in 48 hours and also that she’d be out of the office the following week.

The field inspector, Amy Pratt, finally contacted me on 7/30 - 3 days later. We scheduled an inspection for the following day, 7/31/21 at noon. Amy texted me 2 hours prior to the appointment and canceled it. She indicated it would be rescheduled with her or someone else.

Customer for 46 years. Tried discussing 27% rate increase(no reason for it), asked to have policies reviewed and be contacted. Was rudely told "we only do that while you're on the phone". Refused to wait, told rep "you have all info, nothing new", and asked for higher level rep.

Was told , more rudely, "I am the senior account specialist, there's no one else to talk to".

Third time you have jacked up our premium for no reason. Previously it was lowered with a simple phone call. I know you now do this to longtime customers, hoping we'll just pay. We won't. Rates are not going up more than 1 or 2% anywhere, and we are retired/working from home, 65 and 68 years old, clean driving records, and driving very little, with 8+ year old vehicles.

Re: claim No. 045804640-01 (home insurance). Claim filed on June 1. Original claim rep was Karina Campos. She went on maternity leave and now claim rep is Kevin Jean-Louis. Damage pictures were taken by company reps both inside and outside the house for claim processing, also work estimate from contractor was sent as requested.

After that I am not getting any response from rep Kevin Jean-Louis, neither e-mail, phone or mail even after repeated attempts to contact him. I still have to do the repair work both inside and outside and it's almost two months now.

This is bad customer service to a long term customer sticking with Liberty Mutual. Hope you to resolve this asap.

Terrible claims department. Today is 7/14/21, and we filed a claim after my husband's car was hit on 6/11/21. The car was totaled, and we have yet to receive our payment. We have been through 3 claim adjusters, all of whom don't respond to calls/emails. no response.

Our rental car coverage expired today, had to return the rental and have no car or reimbursement to purchase a new one. This company is BY FAR the worst I've ever had the displeasure of working with. Once this claim is settled, we won't be Liberty Mutual customers any longer.

Clearly, we aren't the only unsatisfied customers based on reviews. Don't waste your time or money on these incompetent idiots

Re claim number 045912014 I am writing to complain about the unprofessional service attitude of the adjuster, Mr. Prater Jonathan. He made a judgment on my auto claim was not based on facts and he was unwilling to conduct further investigations, but only on the rhetoric of another driver that is obvious lies.

I was in a car accident 2 months ago with a man with dementia who should not have been driving and his insurance is safeco I can not get my claim adjusters to return calls,texts, or emails and have now lost 2 job opportunities. I was told a week ago that my claim on property should be released in 24 hrs and on bodily injury they keep sending me back and forth between adjusters.

Hello-I am complaining regarding the classification of my insurance claim #0457441610-01. My incident was classified as a collision instead of uninsured motorists. This has happened to me before unfortunately but they converted it to uninsured motorists. The manager at the collision company advised me to call the insurance company and have them change it to uninsured motorists.

Liberty Mutual's system says the claim is closed. It is not.

The body shop attempted to use the prescribed non oem part. It did not work. The body shop got approval to use the oem part. They filed a supplemental claim and they have not heard from LM

I tried to contact my claim adjuster Marquel Anthony and she is away with no one following up on her calls. I attempted to contact her supervisor Shevonne. I left a voice mail with no response.

LM paid the initial estimate on 5/10, but not the supplemental.

I can not get my car until the Body Shop (Mendham Auto Body 973 543 4192) gets paid.

Please pay the claim .
