Liberty Mutual's system says the claim is closed. It is not.

The body shop attempted to use the prescribed non oem part. It did not work. The body shop got approval to use the oem part. They filed a supplemental claim and they have not heard from LM

I tried to contact my claim adjuster Marquel Anthony and she is away with no one following up on her calls. I attempted to contact her supervisor Shevonne. I left a voice mail with no response.

LM paid the initial estimate on 5/10, but not the supplemental.

I can not get my car until the Body Shop (Mendham Auto Body 973 543 4192) gets paid.

Please pay the claim .

I have been calling all week to follow up on the status of my claim and to speak with my 'claims specialists' Dion Foendoe. I have left several messages now but obviously this is of no importance to him.

As a result of the inconsistent and poor service throughout this claim, I decided that as soon as the renewal came due, I would immediately switch to another carrier. Definitely the right decision and one that I do not regret.

Call to cancel my policy and ask if I need pay any fee. The answer was no. But when I got the bill, surprise $414. Called consumer service and nothing was explained. On top of that what kind of company keeps increasing your bill and don't let you know.

Claims Rep was very rude! I tried to explain what was going on with my roof and she would over talk me and not listen, she kept cutting me off everytime I tried to talk. I had to actually tell her to stop over talking me and allow me to finish explaining.

I advise anyone not to use liberty mutual for homeowners insurance because this company will do whatever they can not to fix the problem when it comes to hail and wind damage.

I was in a hit and run on April 5, 2021. I took my car to a body shop and when I picked it up on April 23, 2021 there were still repairs that were NOT completed. I reported it that same day to Reginald Hill.

I left a very detailed voicemail for him. He didn’t return my call until late Monday. He told me it was approved to take my car to another shop to supplement the rest of the repairs. So on Wednesday April 28th I took it to Cooley’s Collision.

They got an approval from Wayne murell (I have email) to start work on the car. Just last night at 6:01 Wayne revoked his first approval and told Cooleys that they are NOT paying to fix the car. I pay for full coverage insurance and I’ve already PAID MY DEDUCTIBLE.

My car is still not fixed and Wayne, Reggie, nor Michael Shoemaker were any help…

Policy is under Nick Blankenship. I am extremely unhappy with the way my claim has been handled. I have $1500 limit on my rental car when a claim is filed, and I haven't even received my settlement money and my claim's adjuster made me turn my vehicle in.

Furthermore, I had only used $799 worth towards my $1500 limit. I'm angry. I'm left without the money and no rental to look for one. What is this customer service. I should have it in a day or 2. This is why I had rental on my policy, so I could utilize it If I needed too.

Requested Fs-1 form to be sent to dmv. Customer service states it takes 2-3 business days to process this information electronically. It cannot be faxed, emailed to the policy holder. In the age where every company to include the dmv used fax and email, I am very upset that this has further delayed registration of my vehicle.

I had taken out full coverage on all 3 of my vehicles. My husband had an accident in which he totaled his car (no other vehicles involved) and was told that I only had liability on his car (the most expensive one on my policy.

The representative for my claim refuses to communicate at all and I've left message after message and sent emails. I have a copy of the original policy so it looks like I'll be hiring an attorney.

did not cancel current insurance provider. 10/21/2019 received email from liberty mutual stating my premium would be increasing to $1945 annually. I emailed back to cancel policy,was more than I was currently paying. followed up with a phone call to confirm cancellation. stopped payment.

on 01/2020 received notice from collection agency concerning premium due. 6/25/20 I receive another collection notice. in the meantime I did switch to another insurance co. both my new carrier as well as my previous carrier had no knowledge of DE.

Filed a complaint for hail damage. Contractor and appraiser agree I have hail and wind damage. Adjuster said the only hail report at my location was more than 365 days ago so he wont honor the claim. That language of 365 days is not in my policy.

I also provide them a weather report of hail within the 365 day period and they still wont honor my claim. I've been a customer for 28 years. I've filed 2 claims and got screwed both times. worst insurance company ever.

Claim #042133499-01 My complaint is against Jacqueline Tran. Her comments and suggestions throughout this entire ordeal with Liberty Mutual have been nothing short of horrendous! As recent as yesterday, she admitted to overlooking an invoice sent to her on April 8, 2020.

This invoice was for hotel payments charged to my credit card, which I agreed to under protest knowing the only alternative would be homelessness for my grandson, my nephew, and myself. I believe she used this (Payments) as leverage to treat me badly.

Yesterday she acknowledged "I found the folio" and received the latest invoice which I also sent yesterday. Now she is telling me, and I have emails to prove this, that she pays me when she is ready, not when I want it!

My wife car was hit by one of your insureds. Claim was submitted promptly. Your claim specialist Shane Powell has done nothing but delay delay. When your company finally took responsibility for the accident still nothing. I filed with our company and they have paid the majority of the claim. Shane Powell never calms back or if he dies it’s weeks later.

I am extremely upset at the amount my bill increased for 2020, I have minimal coverage, yet my bill went up by $600 a year. I have had no claims in 11 years, yet you value my loyalty by increasing my rates.

When I called your customer service, I got a total runaround, the woman couldn’t answer why, and just kept repeating herself. I feel like I am worthless as a customer and wouldn’t recommend your company to anyone. You sure spend enough on your stupid ads, but the customer is left behind.

Opened my policy in April... paid for 6mths... received a letter asking for proof of title and was told there was an underwriting error and I must submit title or policy will be canceled... I provide proof even though the title was with my bank.

Nov 1st policy was canceled a few weeks later received a bill of 150 dollars that I owe. Now in collections. I have been lied to over and over by "resolution team " that does nothing besides lie and ague with me!!! Outrageously terrible service!!!

On November 19, 2019, a policy holder of yours backed into my Trailblazer in the parking lot of Chic Filet in Byram, Ms. My claim number is 041407071. A police report was done and the officer said the report would be available in three to five business days.

I was contacted by Allison Abbene who said she had been assigned to the claim. I have received nothing but the run around since. On 11/20 she called and asked my wife if she could get a statement. We were taking our neighbor to the doctor at the time in their car and I was driving so my wife gave the statement.

On January 18, 2018, I contacted Liberty Mutual agent Brian Cramer for a car insurance quote.The quote was acceptable, and I paid Liberty Mutual for one year of coverage for three vehicles. A year later, I renewed the coverage for another year (January 20, 2019 to January 20, 2020) and paid the full year's premium. When the policy was originally written, my daughter was away at college. My daughter graduated from college and moved in with us temporarily until she could find an apartment. My daughter drives a 2008 Milan that is insured with another company, but on February 16, 2019, my wife let her drive her AWD car because of snow. Very bad communication and customer service. Once they get your money/business they are immediately done with you and refuse to help you out any further. They even LIED to me about being able to cover my home insurance in order to get my business then proceed to tell me that they just want to cover my vehicles.

My 1yr old daughter and I was injured due to a wet floor at your insurers Ci Ci's pizza restraunt. We fell on a wet greasy floor with no signs to caution myself and other guest to be careful. The adjuster contacted me nearly a month after the incident.

A week later my claim was denied. Your company only went off what the insurer told them and didnt take none of my statements into consideration. Your insurer has a duty to keep guest safe and they failed to do so.

We filed an Insurance claim on our Homeowners policy back in June and an adjuster came out very quickly, reviewed the damage and issued us a check. At that point we were very happy. We asked our agent Reed Noel for a recommendation on who should do the work to fix our house and we went with the recommendation- Belfor.

In working with Belfor we found out the adjuster missed a lot of damage- to be fair the tree was still on parts of our home when the adjuster came out- and it has taken 4 months (still not resolved) to get to some agreement. The adjuster isvery slow to respond to any inquiries, Reed Noel has not yet responded to my wife's phone call, and we are still waiting to hear back from the adjuster.

What's disappointing is I have had policies with Liberty Mutual for over 15 years and…

My father tottaled his car. He owned the title to the car. My father passed away and they are refusing to write the insurance claim in his name only. His roommate was a mutual policyholder on the account and she is refusing to cash the check unless I give her half the money. Safeco is allowing my father's roommate to extort me. They are not trying in good faith effort to settle my father's claim. The claims adjustor has desecrated my father's death and berated me for trying to settle my father's estate. The claims adjuster has a personal relationship with my father's roommate. I have asked several times to speak to their legal department and they refuse to give me any information.

I was told to pay in full for full discounts before i put one of my 3 cars into storage mode (comprehensive) . as I have done in the past with American family. when I contacted Mark Lake yesterday I never got a call back so I contacted another agent which transferred me to a specialist, she told me its against company policy to put a car into comprehensive only unless a get a letter from the lender.

I called again and spoke with another specialist told me the same thing. still not satisfied with the answer i spoke to another gentleman who informed me the way they set my policy up if one car changes they all change,I find this odd especially when I informed him as we were setting up the policy of what I planned to do with the challenger.

My name is shawn hagenah. I was in the industrial accident at husky energy in superior wisconson. The people handling my claim, helmsman management, has been nothing short of criminal. After deniing every single issue I had, except the shoulder surgery, and being late on comp payments, and delaying every little thing we finaly settled on July 24th.

They continue, to delay, and denie. They were e mailed last wednesday, the final signed settlement agreement. There lawer asked that they overnight settlement, and they just ignore the e mail. It is 40 degrees here in mn, I have not had any income since may.

Jalisa Neale and Jonathan Davis (Claim rep and her supervisor) I was in contact w/ Jalisa Neale of the course of the first week of October 2019, On October 2nd,2019 Jalisa Neale advised me by telephone that if I could provide my medical records to her then she could finish up my workman's compensation claim w/ the Hotel I worked for.

Jalisa also stated that due to the Hotel providing the "proof" of mold found in their hotel (in managers office) along w/ the invoice that the Hotel providedto Liberty Mutual which showed that they (employer) had eradicated the mold that she should "definitely" find my claim to be compensable and will provide me with the "pay out" amount as soon as she obtains the wage information from the employer.

An intoxicated driver insured by liberty Mutual crashed into my truck n trailer totaling it out front of my house. I’m a small business owner and my truck n trailer is my livelihood. This was on June 12. Here we are sep 27th and still not resolved.

My claim red AUDREY GRAMMAS is very unprofessional and rude. She makes it sound like it’s my fault he client was high and totaled my vehicle. I access your provider portal on a regular basis, however several times a week i need to speak to a representative on a denial. This morning i have been on hold already for an hour and a half and am still on hold.

I started this call around 9:40 am. This issue happens every time we call and then we are told they can only help us with 2-3 dates of service. As we are a provider our time is valuable. is there someone we can email our issues that need to be discussed.

I have liberty mutual insurance. I was in an accident in a parking lot and when I talked with Erica Martinez in claims she informed me that she thought the other person sounded majority at fault and she informed me that I might get some part of the fault, but was certain the other guy would be found at least the same, if not more at fault.

I was then texted by her a couple days later that I was found 90% at fault. Obviously this was a surprise to me. I as upset and asked further about it. I was told since I did not see as much as the other party did, that it went in his favor.

I innocently called to get information and an honest breakdown of charges and requested some advice. The agent was quick and short and just tossed numbers out to me without exposing anything. We went back and forth and when I realized this process was getting too complicated and that I was sticking with Geico, I told him so and please stop contacting me.

Earlier this year, I submitted a claim for the repair of a damaged outside rear view mirror which occurred when I scraped it against my garage door. It was a small claim and I paid the $500 deductible. No one from your office contacted me about any possible negative implications of filing the claim. Why can I not contact my agent? I e-mailed, and left voice mails, but the courtesy of a response is not forthcoming. I'm trying to get the status of my claim. A month after I filed the claim, the contractor finally made it to replace the shingles. There is still more to be done (three months after the shingle replacement): replace gutters (damaged by the contractors) and downspouts, and replace window screens. Also, I have great concern that the shingle were installed contrary to current building codes. Help!
