Yesterday at 8:00 we went through the drive thru at the little Caesars on 1710 turner McCall in Rome ga 30161 we ordered 3 pepperoni pizza and a 2 liter Pepsi and they were not that busy and it took over 1 hour to get our order and we didn't get a receipt
On Friday, July 19 around 6 pm, i placed an order for an order of Crazy Puffs. My order was for 1 order, but i only wanted 2 of the puffs to be cheese and the other 2 to be cheese.
When i sent my son to pick up the order, when he returned home, he had 4 orders of puffs. Two of the puffs (8) were cheese and the other eight were pepperoni, that was not my order, my order was just 1 order of puffs half cheese half pepperoni.
When i went back to tell them about how my order was wrong, at no time did they say they could not do my order like that half and half. I was not refunded any money or any thing. I noticed that when i went back to the store,they put in a pizza, half cheese and half pepperoni.

Customer service on 8 mile road and Dequindre was terrible. The service was slow and the staff seemed nonchalant about getting customers orders ready. I placed an order online which needed to be paid for in store, when I arrived at my scheduled time, I had to wait an additional 20 minutes.
This is quite unexceptional and Illitich Holdings should upgrade their staff.

Crazy bread was not even cooked, and the salesperson did not give me the two dips I ordered. When I arrived back for them, the salesperson said, "What, you got your order already?" and wanted receipt proof that I bought them...and then begrudgingly just placed them on the counter...no apology for forgetting them.

The little Caesars near me, keeps calling almost an hour before they are scheduled to close. They shut their ovens off at 9 pm and they are supposed to be open until 10 pm . Their phone hasn't worked in months.

I was offered a refund after experiencing delivery issues and language barriers with my delivery guy in mid September! Each time I call customer service I’m told they will escalate it and I’ll be refunded in 7 to 10 business days.
The amount of time it takes EVERY time to issue a refund is absolutely pathetic! I order from the same store ALOT why is it so hard to keep up their end of the bargain?
Yesterday on November 1, 2023 i went to Little Caesar around 7:40pm . I put my online order said it would be ready at 7:58pm i went inside little caesars and i still had to wait almost 40mins on my pizza.

The store seems to have an issue with how to make breadsticks fresh breadsticks hot breadsticks and made to order breadsticks as well as pretty much anything else at the Benton store. I have tried for several weeks to get up correct Pizza or a correct bag of breadsticks and each time the breadsticks are never hot I have to go all the way to Bryant from Benton Arkansas in order to get fresh good breadsticks and

The order was to be picked up at 6:45 pm. When I got to the store, there were about 10 people waiting inside.. There apparently was some problem going on, noticeable by the fact no pizzas were going into the hot box where the order code is entered, which wasn't explained.

I placed a delivery order for my daughter’s birthday on 8/12/23 and they didn’t deliver 1 pizza and the cookies that I ordered. I called customer service and they said they would refund my order. Over a month has gone by and still no refund. OMG
I will NEVER order little ceasers again. I never even receive my order. The DoorDash driver went to the wrong location and told me if I wanted my order I would have to walk to them and pick it up.
I’m disabled and extremely sick with stage 4 cancer. That wasn’t an option for me. I requested a refund which was told would take 10 days. My kids were still hungry and that was all I had left so thanks for nothing.
20 days later I still don’t have my refund. There is no Orion to pay in cash once your order arrives. You have to pay with your card and if something goes wrong it is REALLY hard to get your money back.

Little ceasars in Port Orchard Washington is absolutely horrible. The place is disgusting, they scam you with every order. The manager will give you a puzza that someone else decided to not pick up instead of making a fresh pizza.

I called the Benson Arizona location 30 minutes before I was going to be there which was an hour and a half prior to their closing. I called twice and both times it rang forever and then I was hung up on.

I called in a pickup order 2-3 nights ago. I told them I wanted ranch dressing. They gave me garlic dressing instead. I went back to get it corrected. Well I can't see and my boyfriend tried to explain it to them and said that there was no mistake.
