Yes I'm an ex employee there as I didn't like how things were going in the establishment as certain employees were favored and others treated not that good. I witnessed a box of Liquor delivered to the store for the district manager and we don't sell alcohol in the business at all, and no one says anything about it.
I don't think it's right or fair when I see them firing someone based off it looks wrong on camera but no proof besides it looking wrong but the district manager can have liquor delivered to the store on camera and it's ok. That's more wrong then anything.

I went to the Little Ceasars location at 4660 Sonoma Ranch Rd Las Cruces NM 88011 it was 3:20 pm I was on my way to work, which is 22 miles out of town. I work night shift from 430 pm to 5 am.
There are no food services at my work during night shift. I stopped to buy myself dinner. When I ordered a thin crust pizza at the drive thru, the employee told me that they had just put those pizzas in the oven and it would be 8 mins.

On Tuesday 8/8 this week, I experienced the WORST service ever! I placed an online order bot wanted no Parmesan on the 4 crazy breads because my daughter & grandchildren are vegan. It took me a half hour to get through to the restaurant by phone to request this!
After 2 hrs I still had not gotten an email telling me that my order was ready for pick up! We were busy with our visit & fortunately my grandchildren weren’t hungry yet so I was not too concerned over this!
I knew getting through by phone to ask about it would have taken at least a half hour so I just drove up to the drive through window. The order was ready but lady there was irritable & offered no apology when I explained how I was never notified that my order was ready even though it had been over 2 hrs!

Would give zero stars if I could be they don't have that option. I paid with a 50 dollar bill for cheese bread that cost 5.46 tax included. That gave me back 24.54 said they can't give me the missing 20 back until tomorrow if the drawer is over but as I see it they have stolen my money

I placed an order at approximately 10:15pm on 8-4. When I went to pick the order up on Copley Road in Akron ohio 44320, the employees were too busy on their phone so I waited over 5 minutes for someone to come over.
I got home with the order and it was missing the stuffed crazy bread and the garlic butter. I’m a 55 year old widow working 7 days and minimal 70 hours a week and trying to help raise my 6 year old granddaughter.
I receive no benefits from my late husband and no public assistance, so every penny counts in my household. I tried calling the store at about 10:50 and no one answered. I am appalled at the lack of customer service in the workplace and total disregard for customers.

They are the most rude, u professional staff I have dealt with. I've done uber and doordash there many times and each time is awful. Today was the icing on the cake. This place needs to be shut down. Supposed to be fast service, but you get workers ignoring you, snapping at you, and slow service.
I placed an online order at 5pm to pick up at 6pm. It is currently 630 pm and they just let me know they sold my order to someone else as hot & ready. I have seen 2 people come in with custom pizza orders, not hot and ready, and get their order & leave.

I don’t know what has happened to the grube street in Springfield Ohio’s location but I’ve been a loyal customer for years and over the last few weeks it has been terrible, the employees are rude, loud, cussing ive had long waits on hot and readys and have even seen managers in their vehicle smoking weed i hate for you to lose a regular customer but i dont think i will be returning

Visited your location on concord in Beaumont texas and placed an order at 714 pm for 2ebm pizza and cheesy bread. Was she’d to go around the front door then to bring out. At 746 pm I drove back through the line to ask where in the world my order was.

When they arrived they called me to advise that the store claimed not to have any record of an order.

At 2pm Sunday in the store at 711 E Broadway RD (Tempe AZ) I noticed the little girl at the cash register handling cash from customers. Then I watch her go around the side and prepare the pizza dough in the pans without washing her hands nor using any plastic gloves.
I watched her come back to the register to ring up more customers, then she went right back to making pizzas (flatting the dough) with her bare hands without washing them first. I was so afraid to eat the pizza that I ended up giving it to the first homeless person I saw.

Ordered a pizza to be picked up through the pizza portal inside. When I tried to walk into the building at 8:55 the door was locked but I could see my pizza waiting in the portal.
