I want to register a complaint. Yesterday, July 1, 2023, (6pm-7pm)I had a friend and her children and a little friend of theirs over for pool fun. When it was almost time to leave, I ordered a pizza for the girls. The driver texted to say he was on his way - to which we responded "nice." We later received a text saying the order had been cancelled. It seems instead of using the address that was placed on the order, the system defaulted to my work address. I was so very devastated with todays visit to this 1220 Beltline location. This was the first time coming here and will be my last. I went through the drive thru and asked to order my pizza the young man closed the window and came back in about 2 minutes to tell me it was going to be about 10 minutes, I said ok that's fine.

I took an Uber from one in Whitichtia Falls, Texas. I walked our and canceled the oder on the spot. In my 3,000 or more Uber Trips never has a Little Ceasers charged the Uber Driver for the costumers order.
Unless it said on the app I had to pay. Which it did not, I walk.

On 6/21/2023 I called the store located at 1935-A Davis Park rd, Gastona NC. to asked if they have "Stuffed Pretzel Crust. They picked up the phone and didn't actually answer it, they just set it down. I could hear them talking in the background.
At first, it was about an order, then it went to just chatting about things happening in their life. I patiently waited for about 5 minutes and then they picked up the phone. I asked about the Stuffed Pretzel Crust and was told that yes, they have it but the order MUST be made online.

Went to Little Caesars in Wichita KS at Harry and Webb Road location and went thru the drive thru. When placing the order, ask for two pepperoni pizzas and he immediately gave me a total and said it would be 15minutes for the order.
I added that I also wanted crazy bread and 2 liter of Sprite. Paid for the order via card and then was told again that it would be 15minutes and to pull out front. After giving them half and hour, ended up going into the store and ask about the order in which was told 45 minutes.

Went a little after 5 pm this evening to order pizza and was not allowed in the workers were outside all smoking so noone was allowed to go inside. The manager at this East 4th location in Hutchinson Ks is very rude also.
From now on we will go to the location on East 30th. They are all polite and professional and never have had any problems at this location.

I pulled into parking lot around 6:30 PM and noticed crowded lobby and large number of people leaving premise empty handed.
I talked to one person leaving premises and he said that he had placed order at 1:00 PM with pick-up instruction for 6:00 PM . When he arrived his order was not ready and he had to wait 1/2 hour.

I placed an online order on 5/13/23. I went to store to pick up at the designated time of tracking. Not only my order but no orders were in the oven you press the three digit code were in. I spoke to the Manager attending the counter trying to get my order.

I placed an order for pickup I clicked on the picture of the pretzel crust cheese pizza. I have Severe Alpha Gal having been bit by Ticks that makes me deathly allergic to all red meats or any juices ect. From red meats.
So picking the meats off of the pizza is not an option for me. If I ate pizza after the meat was baked on it then it would send me straight to the Emergency Room by Ambulance. Well, when we got there to pick up our pizzas.
We picked them up and started driving away, I checked both pizzas before getting out of the parking lot. My boyfriend went in first to talk to the manager and got nowhere with him. So, I went in and explained that I was the one that had put the order in and I showed him the website and exactly the picture I clicked on to order.

I order a stuffed crust pizza with ham and extra cheese and one order of crazy bread for delivery. The dough had air bubbles apparently that grew during baking. Two to three slices had a burnt bubble that had popped by the time it arrived at my home.
This left the area with no sauce, no cheese and no toppings, plus thin burned crust beneath. I would like to get my order replaced or my money back.

The North Miami store does NOT have a staff that understands and speaks English properly. Little Caesars raised the pepperoni price to $5.50 a while back and advertised it with 20% more pepperoni. Not at this location.
In fact the last pizza I ordered had VERY LITTLE tomato sauce or cheese on it!
NO ONE gets back to you from their District Office. NO ONE answers on their toll free number, despite being on hold for extremely lenthy times. NO ONE replies to your comments on the feedback page.
I tried to speak to the location manager and neded to have another customer translate for me. She didn't even offer to re-make the bad pie... just offered me a "sorry'... If you or I ran a business like this, we'd soon be closing up shop.

Ordered online for Bessemer, AL location on 5/2/2023 and my card was charged but order was never made. I went to the location and the doors were locked and no one would come to the drive through window. This is ridiculous service.

Today I made a to go order at Little Caesars Pizza 4128 FORT HENRY DR.
I showed up to get my order and it was busy,so though i saw my pizza in the machine i waited because it wouldn't take the code emailed to me. After waiting several minutes i got in line to have another lady take my pizza. (An employee got it out and gave it to her) was shocked i said thats mine but she ran out. Igot to cointer and said that was that order.. I was upset i ordered ahead because i was in a rush What is the point of emailing me a code if you will just give away.
