I bought 2 slice and sticks from location at cum park plaza in Burlington North Carolina. Pizza was not cooked properly, was not cut properly, only 2 tiny sticks and 1 whole stick, dough was uneven and nasty looking. When I took the pizzas back to get new ones the people working there put the pizzas I brought back into the warmer to be resold.

This is a major health concern and this store needs to be shut down.

Wednesday in around 745 had to wait 15 minutes, which was no big deal. The thing that upset me and my girlfriend is the fact that we ordered one thing of crazy bread and it came out hard as a rock and completely chipped one of her teeth completely not edible this is the fourth time that it has happened and

I am severely upset because now my girl has to deal with tooth pain until she can get the money to get it fixed little Caesars step up your game and start making your food edible. Worst food restaurant ever I will never be coming back here ever again.

I ordered 2 Italian cheese breads and they are horrible the bread is so hard and chewy....the dough has been sitting there for a while reason why I say that and know is cause I used to work 2 years with little ceasers and I learned how to manage the dough..I called for a refund and manager just hung up on me.

I would like to know what did I do wrong when I came in and ask the cashier for an order? I gave the cashier the name twice and didn't replied. at thrid time she finally replied with a "NO".

I asked for the store's address to make sure I was at the right place. The address matched so I asked are you sure you don't have order. She then replies "it's the bread sticks bag and the sauce". when she was about to hand me the order she threw the sauce at me and I was only able to catch the bread sticks bag and the sauce fell on the floor.

I felt I wasn't welcome at this store since she didn't seem to be happy nor did I see her greeting the customers never smile. But I would like to know what did I do to be treated that way?

The Little Caesars store in Salina Kansas really sucks. In my opinion it ranks as the worst one I've ever been to. I'm 68 years old and I have been to a lot of these restaurants so I do know that this one is substandard.

The owner always has kids working at this one and they have no experience when it comes to running a Little Caesars the way it should be run. I have waited for over an hour for my pizza many times and these kids will seriously overcook a pizza and box it up and send you home with it.

I'm not sure if anyone else is complaining or if maybe the complaints are being ignored. You need to put a stop to this.

We had a delivery from them on Thursday April 20th in the evening. When it finally arrived and I did take pictures of the pizza. We ordered a stuffed crust pepperoni with a side sauce of pizza sauce and a desert.

We ended up with a crapy pizza that had mushrooms, black olives on half and sausage on the other half and sausage looked old. I had it delivered because didn't have a car for a couple days. So called Little Ceasars and was on hold for 12 minutes 2 different times and of course no one answered.

Called Friday and Saturday and still no one answered. Had a friend run me over to Little Ceasars but there were 3 homeless people hanging out at the front door with all their carts and I didn't feel comfortable getting out of the car.

Also I was being sexually harassed by the manager. He was asking if I needed his fingers to go to the bathroom and I said no. He wanted me to take a girl id to cash a check. He kept pressuring me to do it so I told him I won’t be working here anymore.

I bought a online order today at the Taylors SC 29615 Little Caesar's location. It consisted of two pretzel crust pepperoni pizzas. Ive had a few from this location before and they have been good but today the guy who cut it out entirely way to much salt on both pizzas.

We had 6 different people eating these and all six of us only made it thru 1 slice each. We literally threw the rest in the trash. I would like to be credited my money back or credit for my order bc that was by far not edible due to how excessive the salt was loaded onto them.

I’m becoming very frustrated with the Demorest rd location store id 0163200587. Every time I visit this location no matter the day or time the pizza is never ready it’s always 10-12 minute wait. It’s false advertising to say hot n ready if it’s never ready.

I understand short staff and busy times however the pizza is never ready at this location.

On April 7th around 3 pm ish I witnessed an employee of yours going in and out of little Caesars with a shovel and he looked very aggravated. I herd him yelling at someone that was behind the store and threatening him to be ready when he gets off work at 4pm.

And then he started to run after him with a shovel and then proceeded to smash the guys bicycle his amp and his guitar,and all were destroyed. Someone called the cops and he was taken to jail . It would be a good idea if you all have video recording in the store to mabey see if the other employees were egging him on to do this.

It's the location clarcona ocoee rd and hiawasee rd in Orlando FL. Just thought you all should know, he obviously wasn't very stable minded. Thank you for your time.

I ordered pizza through the app a classic sausage pizza and a plastic pepperoni meal deal which comes with the pizza breadsticks and a 2 l Pepsi when I went to pick up my order they said they were out of 2 l pepsis and there wasn't nothing they were going to do about it this is the one in San Marcos Texas on Martin Luther King drive that's poor customer service and why can I not get something for what I paid for like anything in exchange for that very poor customer service this is ridiculous

When I saw that only 2 pizzas were delivered I began calling the Lancaster, TX location were I ordered from but was met with a pre-recorded line stating they were too busy to answer the phone. This is not acceptable!

I want the rest of my money back or the rest of my order. Even the corporate customer service lines isn't available.

Store @ 3728 Ringgold Road East Ridge, TN 37412 I was going to order an everything pizza, I called for 45 min and never was the phone answered. I told them I had been calling and I was told their phone didn't work.

I asked if they called someone since it was a place of business. The male worker was rude, no apologies but told me he was going to call the police if I didn't leave. Really, is this the way to conduct behavior in a business?

Forget customer service, they have never been introduced to it, obviously. This is why they loss business. I. Sure they knew better then treating customers that way. This happened 4/15/23. Thank you for your time.

Went to Fuller Ave location in GR, MI at 8pm on Saturday it was already closed. Hours on the door state 9pm. Then went to Plainfield location 4 miles down the road their hours state 10pm. Also closed, completely dark inside.

Crazy business. Glad we have better pizza options available.

1 star reviews are real.... please close your doors for good.

First of all you hear little ceasars you automatically think hot n ready as advertised, well any little ceasars here in Albuquerque NM never has them hot n ready. That's false advertisement. Then the main little ceasars I ever go to on Montgomery and San Pedro in NE Albuquerque I have gone to at different times of the day on multiple occasions and

have always waited more then 20 minutes to get pizza due to there only being 1 employee on the job, isn't that against the law.? The only reason I still ever go to little ceasars any more is cause my kids can walk there.

This business is nothing more a misleading, unprofessional place of business if I could could give anything less then a 1 star I would.

I have sent out two messages via email. My reference number is 217026588 that I received via email attached to my receipt. When my order arrived at my house via doordash, it was cold and super greasy and it was the wrong pizza.

I did not receive the crazy sauce. The stuffed cheesy bread was also cold. I would like compensation for my order.

I drove almost 2 hours round trip to order and pick up. 2 pizzas specifically asked for pepperoni and cheese pretzel pizzas didn't get a receipt set there and waited for them to be made didn't look at. Him got all the way home.

Just to open up the boxes and find that there's no pepperoni's on my kid's pizzas disgusted. Manager told me sorry not enough lot of money. A lot of time wasted just disgusted Mountain Home Little Caesars socks service suck they need to get it together manager Lucas needs some training.

We ordered & picked up 2 pizzas on Friday 4/7/23 on our way to Lake Mead for the weekend holiday. Transaction #216667296 and both pizza's were unusually disgusting and were not fresh. The Pretzel Pizza had enough coarse salt on and baked into the pizza to kill a horse and the Supreme was just plain awful. We brought them back home in hopes on a refund? The Supreme has only 1 slice missing and the Pretzel has about 3/4 left. That was supposed to be our dinner but was just a big disappointment. This is not the first poor quality pizza we've received from this store but all things considered this time I feel I need to complain and ask for a refund. I'd be happy to return them to the restaurant who made them? Please let me know?

I ordered a pizza on Friday. It was wrong, we called. He said we could come back over the weekend however, it was Easter weekend and we were not able to come back. So I came back today and they refused to help me.

I was charged for extra toppings that I did not get. They did not refund my money or offer to make a pizza it at all. I would like somebody to contact me immediately in regards to this. Itzel to be the manager of a completely and willing to help.

She also did not have a name tag indicating her name or her status.

There is a very high turn around on employees, never friendly and most often makes you feel like you are bothering them. ONE car at a time gets waited on at times, like today. The car at the window just sat there, was not asked to pull up, we waited a very long time then my 68 year old husband had to go in and order.

He noticed they didn't use the pizza oven, it was some kind of pan that cooked the pizza way too fast and hot. The dough was RAW and it was BURNT around the edges. They didn't even bother to try to trim off the charred parts, never bothered to ask if we wanted to wait for a new one or explain what was going on.

People talked about drugs being sold through the window last year and the year before that so they don't want old folks like us around. I don't know if this is true…

I live here in Glasgow Kentucky 42141 Every time I come up here I’ve got to wait 10 to 15 mins in line then additional time being pulled up and wait another 15 to 20 mins while staff is mopping the floors and laughing and cutting up. I prefer when showing up to get my pizza after spending over 40 dollars at a time I’d get my pizza in a reasonable time frame. I’m tired of pulling up every time I go through drive thru

Today 4/7/2023 placed an online order to be picked up between 450pm and 455pm. I was there at 450pm to puck it up. I ordered a 3 meat deep dish pizza in which I recieved a half eaten stuffed pretzel crust pizza, I also ordered a thin crust pepperoni in which it was massively dried out I KNOW THIS WAS NOT FRESH AS I ORDER THESE FREQUENTLY AND THIS ONE WAS DISGUSTING.

The restaurant is short staffed so it’s a hit or miss when it’s open. They never have any pizzas ready in the oven, they say the wait will be 20 minutes, when in fact it’s 40-45 minutes. One time I asked for a refund and the manager didn’t know how to operate the register so he offered me a free pizza.

Called at 8:30 pm to place an order for my family. The gentleman who was helping in the store was very pleasant. My order came to over $50 and the woman in the background stated I couldn’t place my order unless online or in the store. 37. Clearly under $50.

WORST SERVICE EVER!!!

Today April 6, 2023. I had the worst service ever at Little Caesar Pizza on 3016 W Gate City Blvd, Greensboro, NC 27403. I called in 1 hour in advance to have ready 8 pizzas. When I arrived the pizzas very not ready and the person in charge Shykia B was mad and gave me a mad service. She had attitude. She said a have to wait 10 minutes. I need the pizzas for school. I could not leave because my students were waiting for me. I wait 20 min. The pizza was not well cooked, few pepperoni and not cut. My students didn't enjoy it. 57 dollars waited :( Need my refund!!!

5 hrs ago to be ready between 3:15 to 3:20. Got to store to pick up around 3:10 and they tell me its gonna be another 20 minutes. Very disappointed in service.

I ordered a pizza for my 1 and 5 year old after work and long day at day care the lady in the drive thru told me to park she would bring it out. they lady advised my pizza wasn’t done one cheese pizza I go back to the car two more go in come out.

The pizza I ordered was done the way I ordered . The problem came from the small dark skinned guy at the register . 13 . I handed him a $50 and a $1 and 15 cents . It shouldn't be hard to figure out what change to give me back .

The cashier fumbled around , went to the safe with my $50 and got a bunch of $5 bills then he fumbles around at the register again and he counts out some silver . Then fumbles around with the bills some more then he just leaves and goes to the back .

I ordered a supreme pizza and was told that the store had no ingredients to make a supreme pizza and so l got a pepperoni. Well then the employee didn't have change in cash register and so he couldn't give me back correct change.

I called Little Caesars in beaver, Pennsylvania to order lunch for a crew working at my home. I ordered three extra most bestest and one cheese pizza all large with Parmesan crust.. when I arrived to pick up my order, the employee female was outside, smoking a cigarette, talking on her phone and did not acknowledge me whatsoever.

I placed an online order for a sausage and pepperoni pizza. Gave my email address to track my order and to get my code to pick up the order. Get to the pizza location in Hannibal Missouri, never received an email, and never received a code.

The worker basically told me it was my fault, and I had to pay an extra four dollars for the pizza. I had a screenshot of the order that I placed because I always take one, but he had me so upset the way he was treating me that I didn’t even show it to him.

65. It took me 20 minutes to get there. I got there and they were closed, i knocked on the door and called them, no answer. So, I then called another little Caesars near me and placed another order over the phone.

I asked them if they could help me with the situation I was having with the William's location, he could not help me. I then asked if I can just place another order for the same items. He stated it will be about 15 minutes and it will be ready, so i drove there, i went inside told them i am here to pick up for sierra.

At that time it has been 20 minutes. They stated it wasn't ready yet, so i waited. Another 15 minutes pasted i asked again, is my order ready yet. he then stated that they forgot to put it in the oven.
