The 3 meats on the 3 meat pizza are not equal portions and not evenly distributed. The slices are not cut in equal portions. It seems like a quick preparation is more important than doing the work properly.
Hi I am extremely disappointed with how we were treated at one of your locations. We ordered a large pizza with bacon and mushrooms. When my husband came home with it and saw it was wrong, I immediately called the store to let them know.
I called for about 15 minutes and nobody ever picked up so we had no choice to start eating it. When I tried to call again, the manager answered and told us to take back the wrong pizza and they would make a new one so my husband did.
When the manager saw we ate some of it, he told my husband that since we ate it that is what we are buying. If he would have answered the dang phone when my husband first got home with it, we wouldn’t have had to eat it.
Highly disappointed with the managers disregard for the fact that they made our order wrong.
I live in samdford Fl my kids csn not have cheese so I always get pizza without cheese and only pepperoni. I am always charged regular price. Today the store charged me custom pizza price. When I asked I was told you were given the wrong price each time.
I asked to speak to nana her and the person hesitated said she was manager then all sudden a manager came over said we will do it this once again but you won’t get it agsin. They were also rolling eyes at me did not appreciate that.

Extremely rude customer service. The girl at windows refused to give me her name. Labelle, Fl store at 3:45 on March 25th. I was at drive thru, a girl was washing her hands then walked right by with no ack.
Then another girl walked by with no ack so I knocked on window. Girl with braid came and was so rude, she GRABBED my card and when I asked name she refused, saying I didn't need to know. Said I didnt have to knock on window, she would come.
I saw at least 4 people inside standing there and no other customers. Unacceptable customer service. With many other pizza places in town I will think twice before going to establishment to be faced with such rudeness.

Since the children are out of school I thought it would be a great idea to have a pizza day We ordered our regular order from the same store and to our surprise and dismay The pizza was uneditable it was so saturated with grease You can see the grease stripping on the plate and then saturated with garlic salt or parsley or something that was extremely salty to taste I called the store with no response and

My pizza boxes delivered from Little Caesar’s are never sealed.. For food safety purposes all prepared food delivered should be sealed..Many but not all food establishments are seeing that their orders are sealed in some kind of way … all you have to do is tape the containers to seal them
I would give you guys zero stars if i could have. I ordered my pizza from 5:00 came it wasn’t ready came back in an hour still wasn’t ready and when i got my order they didn’t add in the pepperoni which I requested. This is unacceptable.

I've been at the store at 8:00 8:30 and then not cook me a pizza tell me that's all they're going to have or they get my pictures wrong now I tried for over an hour to get them to answer the phone so I can have them make me a pizza and they didn't even answer the phone.

Me an my kids came into the little caesurs in Pell city Al an we tried to swap my red sauce for some ranch a the lady refused to do it a wanted me to pay for a ranch. I have no problem paying for it if I did want the crazy sauce but I didn’t eeven want that huge thing if sauce. Every time we want to order a pizza the phone just rings and rings and nobody picks it up we have gone to this problem too many times will call for 15 minutes no one answers they have very poor service we have to come in and order the pizza and wait for another 15 minutes it's very annoying having to wait when they don't want to pick up the phone

we placed an order at 6:00pm Frday March 17th The store cancelled our order with out notifying us. We were cancelled at 8:30pm March 17th this is no way to run a business. THe store is located in Grovetown Georga on Horizon South Parkway.

Hello The Little Caesars on 17/ Van Dyke has not gotten my order wrong (6) xs . I call and order being as specific as well as having them REPEAT IT BACK!!!! Every week!!! I’d go somewhere else, but our 7 yr old loves your pizza!! Not sure what you can do?? The kids behind the register/ at the ovens either can’t read, don’t care or are so completely unaware of things that it’s very sad. We order weekly……and EVERY.SINGLE. WEEK it’s wrong. I used to work for LC If this had happened? We would have been fired!!! I Hope someone there can help

The portal at my little Ceasars pizza @ Fontana ,California. 11175 Sierra Avenue . Always takes long then estimated time. Tonight on March 16th ,2023. At 6:39pm. The wait was an hour . So i asked the manager for compensation for the wait. She said i can't. Complaint to corporate.
I said, Let me talk to manager She said. Im the manager. What about your district manager. She said only corporate has authorization.
Went to store # 01947-00513 & the two employees were outside smoking vape pens. Went inside & nothing was hot & ready. They had very disturbing music blaring on the speakers. They didn’t wear any type of gloves or hairnets or looked sanitary at all.
They said it would be a 10 minute wait it turned into a 45 minute wait. I will never go to this location again I was outside with my kids waiting forever for a simple order to be completed. This location will not last long if they don’t monitor the staff they have.
The food was cold and tasted old and nasty there was a piece of hair on the food and the brownies were displayed online as they would be warm but they came cold and in a wrapper. I would like to receive my money back because i paid 30$ for the food and im not a happy customer.

I have filed complaints about the issues with little caesars several times over the years. I filed on two locations the location in Hammond Indiana on Hohman Ave and the location in East Chicago indiana on Indianapolis Blvd. Not one time have I recieved a respond in any fashion about this company.
Several times I have lost money and gas traveling to a location to pick up my order just to get there and find the locations closed when they are supposed to be open. I even received emails telling me my order was ready for pickup.

I've been coming to Little Cesar's ask my life now and this is the first company I've ever had. I drove through at around 11:20 right after Little Caesars opened and ordered two large pizzas. The girl at the drive-thru seemed uninterested and bothered by anyone being there in the first place.
She hands me two pizzas and tells me to have a great day I get home open them and they are the wrong pizzas. I had to drive back up there and get the pieces replaced. The same girl comes up without any explanation says "it'll be 10 minutes hold on go sit down".
Then she gives me two cheese pizzas and said have a great day again. No compensation offered no apologies zero customer service whatsoever. There are a lot of other places I can go order pizza from but I have always chosen Little Caesars…
Your manager at store 3287 Austin Peay Hwy in memphis,TN 38128 is very rude. I received an email stating to come in to pick up my pizza. I proceed to walk in after two employees were leaving and I was inside the establishment when she approached me and fanned me away saying they’re closed.

I just went to this store to get a pizza but there were a few other people and this girl was trying to place an order of 4 pizzas their answer was that they couldn’t make it because there were only two people there. Every time we come to the lil ceasers on airport blvd in mobile Alabama they are always closed for whatever reason. Worker just told another customer he didn’t know what they have going on he works in the back. The manager on nights needs to hold her / his staff responsible do a proper path before their shift to ensure there are no mishaps during the shift.

I ordered food from little caesars.
First, the food was cold! The butter and parmesan on the crazy bread wasn't even melted. They also messed up my order, gave me the wrong items and didn't even give me the pizza I ordered. The slice n Stix was burnt and still cold.
The crust on the other slice n Stix they sent, that I didn't order, was stale. The vrust was disgusting! The Twin Falls location in Idaho is the worst one by far! Go to any surrounding town and they do a great job.

I place an online order to be deliver by Doordash and just about the schedule deliver time was cancel,so I drove to the location to find out it's was closed before normal closing time (8:39pm).. Now to be refunded I have to wait a week and spend more money to have a another delivery from a pizza place. I ordered pick up from the Laurel MS store today. When I entered the location, the music was extremely loud and obnoxious. Not only that, what was playing was music with extremely vulgar lyrics. If my child would have been with me, I would have left the pizza there and went somewhere else.

I have no idea what is happening in the Derby location. We have been a faithful and regular customer of the Little Caesars in Derby Kansas. For a while now the orders are always 30 minutes late. I recently went inside to pick up an order and whatever female was in charge, not only had the worst attitude, but was yelling to the other employees in front of a line of customers.
My order today was not only 45 minutes late… but two out of three of the pizzas were wrong…. and one of 2 desserts I ordered… was handed to me with the package open and half of it missing. I can’t even make this up.
I am officially pro Pizza Hut now. I’m very sorry it came to this. We loved our Little Ceasars pizza and the price was great for a large family- but nothing is worth that.
I ordered online, went to pick up and they didn't have the drink I ordered and said they couldn't refund so I had to get a drink I didn't really like. Then they didn't give me the marinara sauce with my Stix or my crazy bread which clearly says it come with it, I know this as well because I have ordered it before.
They proceeded to tell me that the crazy bread does not come with it and made me pay for it. I was in a hurry and didn't want to argue with them. This place never answers the phone and customer service is awful.

I arrived at the store at9:10(closes at 9;30). They stated that “the kitchen is closed”. Stated that they only had available the leftover pizza that were sitting in the warmer. This causes me to have to go to work hungry because they wanted to close everything early.

Your employee at the Haines City location charged my debit card TWICE. The first time he charged it and threw the receipt away and then he charged my card again and handed me my receipt. HE Knows WHAT HE DONE.
I then logged into my bank account and there it was 2 charges back to back. I then went inside the location to speak to the manager who was very cold and rude. She argued that he only charged me once even when I showed her both transactions in my account.
