Store number 3390 in N. Rainbow Blvd and Chyeanye. The manager was very rude his name is Tom. I got a pizza 4 days ago no problem, made it how I wanted it. Today 3/1/2023 they wouldn't make it. The manager ripped the paper in front of me and threatened to call the cops.

My mother-in-law went to the Benton Harbor Little Caesars pizza and ordered a sausage pizza and a pepperoni pizza and a cheese breadstick all of the things are very very cold and the sausage pizza has very little sausage on it so does the pepperoni there's also something black on the sausage pizza we don't know what it is and it looks like they just slapped them together

The little Caesars corporate store on cherry hill in Westland. Has bad service. I waited 30 minutes for a large stuffed crust and cheese bread. 2 other customers waited 20 minutes and when I left one of the customers had already been waiting for 40 minutes.

Nobody was working like they were trying to get the pizzas out very fast. Somebody needs to get on the staff. You can't say hot n ready when you wait 15 minutes

I have been to several locations in NW Indiana and the service is really bad. Their locations I wanted to address is in East Chicago and Hammond. East Chicago on Indianapolis Blvd is by far the worst as I have placed orders via internet and recieved emails and texts saying my order was ready to be picked up.

I get there and the location is closed. This has happened toe several times. How do you have a system that allows internet orders for closed locations to go through? It's a waist of time and money that I can't get back.

The store was supposed to be open according to the location information on the door. When I complained I get no response ever. Why is it that tje franchise doest respond to complaints? I've actually lost money dealing with this location but when I complain I don't…

I would give no stars if I could. This place was VERY rude. The cashier Jeadora M. Took our order, 2 pizzas and crazy bread with sauce and we paid for it. When she brought the food out to the car she only had one pizza with bread and sauce.

We told her we ordered 2 pizzas and would pay for the second one if she didn’t charge us. She took the food that we already purchased back in with her and didn’t come back. My boyfriend went in to find out what was going on with the order and the manager came to the front with a bad attitude and said “ Y’all ain’t getting nothing for free” he politely told her that we told the cashier we would pay for the pizza when it was understood that she messed our order up because she didn’t hear us say 2 pizzas.

The little Caesar’s on butler street in easton pa is disgusting. The people working in there are wearing hoodies with hoods up, no gloves going back in fourth between the register and back to the food in the back No hair nets touching their faces then the food. Awful

I attempted to order a Slice & Stix from the store located at 2301 N 60TH AVENUE SEDANOS SHOPPING CENTER HOLLYWOOD, FL 33021 around 8:50pm and the cashier stated she did not have any change, dollars or coins. I went to get change to come back and place an order and I she put her hand up in frustration as if she didn't want me back in the store. Instead of making a scene, I kindly walked away to issue this complaint.

On a visit to the little Caesars in Atascocita 77346, Sunday evening around 6:00 pm not only us but many other potential customers in experienced problems with this place. There was NOTHING hot and ready at all when we got there, it seems this little Caesars is operated by teenagers with no adult supervision ! UNACCEPTABLE !

It took nearly 30 minutes to get a pizza and breadsticks, then at home we opened the pizza box and it barely had any sauce on it ! It was terrible and really not good enough to eat. Something needs to be done about this , as pizza's are supposed to be Hot and Ready. Thank you. Ron Walker sr.

We always get Little Caesars at least once maybe twice a week and this time around I finally had to file a complaint and I can actually send pictures. The pizza was burnt and cold like it was cooked yesterday and they saved it.

I live in Lufkin Texas. It’s the 75904 little Caesars. This is not the first time it’s happened and I’m not a complainer but enough is enough.

I ordered two extra most bestest pepperoni pizzas to be delivered. They were very doughy and smothered in sauce my husband nor I could eat them. I ordered their pizzas quite often and don't have problems with them but these two were really bad.

Every time I go in there I get the light sauce light pepperoni and extra cheese for some reason they can't comprehend it now that we pay to have that taking off they still put the full amount of sauce they still put 20 some pieces of pepperoni on the pizza it's more on it I'm sick of having to pay for something that they're not incapable of doing !! I called local little caesars because I didn't know cheese bread didn't come with sauce, I was told to contact Doordash, Doordash told me I had to contact Little Caesars customer service. When I called them they wouldn't help me they just kept repeating over me that no modifications are allowed and they can't do anything to assist me.

00 and now they have not only lost me as a customer for life but everyone I know!!! Horribly ran company!!!

I would LOVE to know why every time I try to order the deal of the day it's unavailable to order!!! Its so frustrating, doesn't Matter of you try the website or the app I get the same message, promotions are currently unavailable please try again later!!!!

Good way to lose ALOT of service. Can't even get a deal with little caesars and the store will NOT honor it when I go and ask what the issue i always get told they have no idea and can't do anything about it. Not helpful at all!!!!

Placed an order online at 8:04pm the location doesn't close until 10pm only to be told they are cleaning for the night and my order won't be made. The girl said it's her 3rd day she can't process a refund and no manager was available nor could she call one to help that I would have to come back for a refund.

Now I have no money and no pizza and I'm out even more gas due to having to go back to the location. Absolutely horrible service.

Did not receive all of my order and when I call the store, the manager told me there was nothing she could do. She told me that I just wasn't going to get the part of the order that was missing because I was not able to go back to the store and she wouldn't deliver it or refund my money. Your location in Draper utah 11400 s is horrible. I've waited over an hour for an online pickup order for 1 pep pizza and wings. Tried calling the store phone just rings the employees literally appear to be high I had to tell them what my order was 3 times and then while waiting after I drove to the location the cashier tried to take my order gain forgetting what I was even there for.

We constantly have problems with this location, I'm a mom of 2 on a busy schedule and order here when we need a quick meal but 8 times out of 10 there's an issue.

Finally got my pizza after an almost hour and a half wait, it was burt basically unedible. I ŵill be disputing the charge with my bank and will not come back to this location until its fixed. Please take some action and fix this location

I arrived at the 15th street Tuscaloosa,Al location and we was waiting at least 30 mins the drive thru line was backed into the road. The inside couldn't get any pizza that we ordered online. The place is the worst place on earth.

4706 w Walton Blvd Waterford mi. The incident occured on Feb. 14th at around 5:30pm.

I was there to pick up an order and the kids running the place were so rude to me I ended up walking out and canceling the order I was picking up for delivery to a customer.

I always get a attitude from the young guy in the back that has a mouth on him. He Yelled maybe you should come when the times says to come! And the time on the app to pick up the order on my end was already 5 mins past pick up time.

As a doordash driver we provide little Caesars with a lot of opportunities for business beyond the fact that it is a carry out pizza place and I would expect to be treated just like a customer not a inconvenience to these children who work there. I came in after a hard 10-hour day of work. And the lady was so very rude to me her name was Aaron Cox I had to ask her her name because she was so nasty to me. I asked her extra season on my bread she gave me no seasoning at all and my son didn't even eat just ended up crying till bed.

I asked her for a couple pepperoni pizza she gave me a cheese pizza I switched it out I should have looked at the bread but I did not I ended up wasting about $30 and honest to God I want my money back but I don't know how to go about it .

This Sunday February 12 I ordered online at 11am for a 4pm pick-up. I waited approximately 2 hours and still did not receive my order. There people who had been in the store longer than I was. When I asked for a refund I was told that my credit card could be refunded and to write my name on a piece for later.

Twice in three months I've placed orders for the location in East Chicago indiana on Indianapolis Blvd online just to drive out there and the store is not open. Both times was on s Sunday and was after 11am. I even received emails telling me that my order was ready to be picked up.

and never received one email or call about the service given to me. The corporation seems like they can't read the Google reviews and make changes. They just lost another customers. They will never see another dime of my money.

NO, one has had the decency to call back after leaving countless voice-mail. So, I vent here! Ordered on Feb 1 the delivery driver was LATE, and wouldn't answer their phone so we could see why they seemed to be going in the wrong direction. So, I called their 877 number and no one answered left voice-mail. Next day still no call back so I called again no answer said each time they are assisting other callers.....so I tried to email litte caesars but email came back undeliverable. So, I tried again someone answered said they were so sorry for the late delivery and they would send this to the refund dept.....after waiting till the following Wed I called many time and left a voice-mail each time and NO call back no nothing.

If I could give a negative rating for their 877 customer service…

I would like to start off by saying that I'm an employee at little Caesars in Altamonte springs and Longwood FL. I will also like to say this is not a direct problem with little Caesars as a whole company but they've allowed certain people to be hired and in charge. That being said.
