1st of all i love little ceasers. But... i have twice now bought pizza from buisness at (north salt lake ,utah off of redwood rd and after eating your pizza for literaly last 30yrs twice in a row they were the sloppiest and mushy gross pizza iv ever had from you.
The one i bought yesterday is in the garbage can rite now with one piece gone. Im prety unhappy and definetly not going back. Just thought yall shud know that the people at that store are dropping the ball. And im out two wasted pizzas.
It’s a horrible service. No one knows about who’s in charge. Waited 25mins after I was told 10mins. Pls train your staff!
We ordered 5 pizzas and two crazy breads online NOT 60 online, show up at store to pick them up approximately 15 minutes later and are told pizzas are NOT ready and they have NO timeline or estimated time they will be finished. We were forced to wait yet an additional 25 minutes at the store for them to be ready while we witnessed a multitude of customers arrive and leave with their orders of two and three pizzas without issue. This is UNACCEPTABLE and piss poor customer service. I expect a response from corporate on making this issue right.

Ordered from Chesaning MI location . My stix n more pizza was not cut at all! And my old world pepperoni pizza is just a regular pepperoni pizza. I ordered it because the picture looked like the cheese and pepperoni would go all the way to the edge and not have a crust.
I just got a regular hot n ready pepperoni pizza. I also tried to order more dipping sauces at the window at pickup but was told I could not get any extra sauces because I already paid on my app.
Very rude and just disappointed. Was really looking forward to the old world pepperoni. I also drive 20 minutes out of my way to come to this location. I could easily go to hungry howies it’s closer, but I always CHOOSE your pizza because we like it better.

Why is it that no matter what time you come in, they never have hot and ready done. Big signs every says no need to preorder hot and ready through certain times. Dexter never had any ready no matter if it is 4pm or 5 or any other time
I came to pick up my online order. There was a 92 order before me I was behind someone who got mad. The manager Stephanie started yelling at me and I hadn't even said anything to her. I tried to be nice and just ask her where I was in the line order she was yelling and she made me cry and I was only trying to find out the time.
I was crying in the store. She is a horrible person to have in control there. She knew about the order a week in advance according to the other man she was yelling at. Something needs to be done about this.

Went into Little Caesars in Lenoir and there was a black gentleman making pizza he went from the pizza to handle and dirty money to back over their handling people's food no gloves never washed his hand and when I called the manager she hung up on me twice somebody needs to deal with the manager that's in that store she's very disrespectful and do something about the cleansingness of people handling people's food
19 I ordered a large pepperoni specialty pizza and a large split Pizza and a 2 liter diet Pepsi with an extra garlic butter. When my order was delivered they did not have the diet Pepsi. I told the driver and he said that it wasn't on his tickets and that I did not order it I said I did it cost me $3 I said what do I do he said he said I don't know it wasn't on my ticket nothing I can do.

I always get my Pizza through the Pizza Portal. 9 times out of 10 there is not a Pizza Genius out front. The issue is napkins are not accessible to customers. In the past I have had to reach over the counter.
I was admonished today by a young man who came around the corner today. This was embarrassing to me because he was loud and other costumers were present. This could easily have been avoided if the napkins were accessible. I am not sure if it is a money saving issue, but when buying a $17 dollar pizza I feel they could give me a napkin or two.
Twice in 3 months I've placed a order on Sunday after church online just to get there and the location is closed. The location is in East Chicago indiana. I have emailed my complaints about this location several time amd have not once received a reply tontje awful service amd treatment of patrons.

Good evening I ordered 4 pizza on line. To be pickup at 6715 bissonnet on 2/7/23. I did not received my order because one of the employees working at the night shift refuse to give my order and call me stupid and he was the most disrespectful guy that I had seen in my life.

0 stars if possible. Ordered a lunch combo and the pizza was extremely undercooked and doughy. The quality was 0/0. The cooks should make sure all pizza is cooked fully and to temp so a customer is not in harm or in danger of getting food poisoning. Very disappointed and dissatisfied.

Your store at W Ajo Way and S Mission mixed up our order I placed by the app. I was told replacements would be ready by the 15 minutes it took to arrive. Had to wait for them to be cooked when I arrived.

The little ceasers on EE BUTLER IN GAINESVILLE GA was prepping pizza and making pizza with NO gloves and touching objects that was coming from outside and then a employee went outside with gloves on and came back inside with the same gloves and did not change them I am I a manager for a restaurant so I know the policy I will be calling the health department that was way unsanitary for that restaurant and will not be returning this store does not even require one star

I ordered. Two large supreme pizzas. They told me it would be twenty minutes and I asked for extra cheese anyways I waited and when I got home with the pizza they were ice cold had next to no cheese and the sauce was all dried out.
And I can tell but anyone could tell they just took. Old pizza. And. Threw peppers on it and the sausage wasn't even on the pizza they threw it in the box. It was the worst pizza I ever did.

I went to little chasers in millpond shopping center in Lexington ky there were at least 2 boys in tge store. I was at the drive through waiting. Both of them saw me but refused to wait on me. One stocky built boy with dark hair and a beard walked toward me but turned and walked away.
I sat there for another 5 minutes and finally left. No service at all. When I left I looked back and other cars had pulled up.

I want to say how great an experience I had today with the employees Hunter and Dawn at your Little Ceasears store. They are at 1526 N Henderson St in Galesburg IL 61401. They both went out of their way to make sure I was well taken care of, when I had made an online order to their store from my home in Michigan and I had given them the wrong delivery address.
On the other hand, whoever does their door dash deliveries in that area were the rudest people I have ever spoken to. If I could send a review to that door dash, I would.

Went in the store to order a pizza for my daughter and the crazy combo. She said it would take 5-10 minutes. We sat for almost 25 minutes when I noticed my order had already came out. I thought it may be mine but waited.
It’s a Friday night and they are busy. It took me asking if that was my order that I saw after everyone who came in after me got their pizza before me. Sad to say if I wanted the hot and fresh that’s been sitting I would’ve paid for it.

I've been trying to call the robstown texas little ceasars. They do not answer. I let it ring, and they disconnect it. I ordered online, but ordered to the wrong one. The last time this happened, the robstown staff gave the pizza away.

Went to the one in Dundalk, MD on 2/1/23. Order a slices and stix pizza. The Italian bread sticks were so thin like a piece of paper. The pizza was thin as well and the pizza was not covered with cheese.

I have a complaint about the Little Caesars on 3585 Harrison Boulevard in Ogden about how incompetent they are that they forget to put orders in they don't tell you how long it really is going to take to get your order they say 5 minutes but actually it's 45 minutes to wait and they're absolutely rude they all need to be fired there it's pathetic to say the least.....
Our pizza on Wednesday was so over done that it was barely edible. We picked it up fun the location in Aurora IL on Galena. I ordered on line and picked up on time. If we lived closer, I would have returned it!

Terry Parkway,Gretna Louisiana I called 14 times to place an order for a party. No one answered. I decided to go there and try to place the order. I stood there for 15 minutes.
Finally I looked in the back and asked if anyone could take my order. The girl, who had an attitude, told me she would take it after she finished doing whatever. It looked like she was running the entire place by herself.
After another 5 minutes or so, still not having placed my order, I walked out. This is a horribly run store and I will never go again. I will also make sure everyone knows what I went through. Ridiculous!!
