My family will not be going back to the little Caesars store in Bessemer Alabama on Academy Drive They do not respect the customers and everytime we have gotten pizza or the Italian cheese bread it is not done at all If u check Google reviews and their Facebook page for the Bessemer store they both have many complaints the employees keep the door locked and 99% of the time u have to go through the drive thru and the dough is raw

WHO da fu@k owns this joint??? It is ALWAYS ghetto as fu@k and the pizzas are NEVER ready! You have a drive thru for what reason when u sit 45 min in it? This place needs to be shut down and get someone that CARES about the customers and rebuild this place!

I come in 3 times in 3 weeks and in the afternoon before 5pm. I can't order anything and what was already made is the only thing they have. Today 12/7/22. At 4pm est time they only had 3 pizzas left.

The Little Caesars on Forest Hill Ave., Richmond, VA.. They was very rude and disrespectful, I was left waiting at the drive thru window for 20 minutes after the time my pizza was supposed to be ready, I wanted a refund but they was so disrespectful, I just left. I will not be going back there and according to the other customers that was outside, they won’t be going back either

I ordered pizzas and bread sticks online in July. DoorDash picked my order up an I was told Little Caesars was out of Italian bread. ” I’m a 72 year old senior citizen living on a fixed income. I no longer drive an if I did, I would have went to Little Caesars in July and demanded my refund.

Your company should not prey on senior citizens or any one else.

I placed an online order my eta for pickup was 9:43pm I got to the store at 9:30pm the doors are locked the employee is saying they are closed but my order went through and my card was charged and I never received my order. I asked the employee to cancel or give me a refund for my order and he said just call the number so I call the and the office is closed.

They store isn’t even suppose to be closed as their store closing time is 10:30pm. If they are closing early than their system shouldn’t be accepting orders and I WANT MY FULL REFUND AS SOON AS POSSIBLE

Pizza toppings were skimpy the cust was over cooked and taste like it's spongy like it was a fake crust not a a fresh crust made on location know they are indepently owned but the pizza in Titusville pa should be the same standard as every other little Caesars or shouldn't be in Business most likely trying to cut corners to make more money I was not happy with my pizza couldn't give even 1 star rating

LIttle ceasars in Waynesboro,Pa has young kids that works there that closes up at night time without a adult there. which could be dangerous. Theres never a adult supervisor in the evenings at this place just a young teenager that has a attitude.

Iam not 100% sure but I am pretty sure you have to have a adult to close up at night with a minor.

Today was my second attempt at your 2104 N Frazier location. The last time I was going through the drive through. I waited on car in front of me and pulled up to the window. I waited for 8 minutes for service and nobody came to window so I left and went to Dominoes instead.

Today at the same location I ordered an Old World Fancerroni and they said it was discontinued. Out of curiosity I called the 812 Frazier location and they said it was on the menu so I ordered it there instead.

The 2104 N Frazier location is terrible and I doubt I will ever go there again after 2 bad experiences. Terrible attitude and worse service. You need to clean house.

We made an online order on 11/22 at store number 5106 store order I'd number 736593 at 1631 Gordon hwy Augusta Georgia 30906. The order was supposed to be ready by 7 pm. The order was not ready until 736 pm and my order was not correct.

I ordered a pepperoni and a cheese and crazy bread I received 2 cheese pizzas, one over cooked the second was not done. The guy cooking in the back had his pants below his waist, the managers kid was behind the counter aswell.

I filed a complaint with the bbb in which it was not responded to.

I come to little ceasars during lunch to get an Italian cheese bread with pepperoni weekly and when I go in the afternoons or evenings they always tell me they don’t have any Italian cheese bread or they can’t make any. I went today 12/03/2022 at 12:40pm to the Alexander City store and was told they don’t have any cheese bread ready they could make some then another employee told her to shut the window and she came back a few minutes later and said ‘we dont have any’.

I am tired of always coming out of my way to this store when every other store I visit they will make it and not give me the run around on it. Every time I try to call to make a call ahead so it’s ready when I get there on my lunch breaks they never answer as well.

On December 2th around 2:30 ordered two loges one extra cheese other one mushroom olives bananas peppers , so disappointed of both pizza the one extra cheese didn’t even have enough cheese under cooked second one no olives they added green peppers.this location on Seymour parkway use to be good what a ware. Including two litre pop I paid 40 something both pizza not edible!

My wife picked up the order and when she got home I realized we were missing two items. I called the store to explain and was told it was her responsibility to make sure we got everything ordered.

I wanted a diet soda with my meal 3 upgrade option. The cashier told me they don't carry diet. That surprised me. I used to get diet Pepsi from this restaurant. The last 2 or 3 times they didn't have it. Why is that?

Other than that the pizza is good but I may have to go to pizza patron down the street because they always have diet soda.

Ordered a pepperoni pizza and Italian cheese bread. The pizza didn't have any sauce on it and was delivered cold. The bread was cold also. I usually enjoy the items but this time the service was awful. The kids ate maybe 2 pieces.

The rest was thrown away. My money wasted. I'm very dissatisfied. I would like a full refund on my order. Thank you

I called and made a order by phone. Ordered 2 pepperoni, 1 thin crust pepperoni, 1 sausage, 1 beef, and a order each of cheesy breaks. The gentlemen at the counter told the manager that all the pizzas wasn't there.

She took them to the back and brought back the same pizzas told him that was it.. he told her again it wasn't all. That is all she let us have.. I called she got very very rude with Me on the phone.

I told her I had her on speaker phone. Well she kept getting rude and hung up the phone on me!! And the pizza isn't even done!!!!!!!!

I would give it a minus 1. They have the worst service in the world. I have placed online orders 4 times and all those times pizza was never ready and I would place my order 30 minutes ahead of picking it up and still pizza was never ready. I don’t get it?

Why order online if pizza will still not be ready? They have ugly customer service and i will try not to use this again.

Took about 10 minutes to place my order in drive thru with only 2 cars ahead of me. Told them I didn’t want to wait if food wasn’t ready. Paid and was told it wasn’t ready and had to wait.

Waited in car for 15 minutes then had to go inside to ask where my order was and was told it was just put into the oven. I was there at 6:30 PM. Prime dinner time and they had no Extra pizzas made.

Got a refund but not even an apology. Extremely poor service!!!

I pick pizza up everyday from little ceasars and for the 3rd time in 2 weeks i have gotten a dried up , burned on bottom pizza that we cant eat. The person working the drive thru is not so friendly an usually doesnt even acknowledge you are there I inderstand thateveryone may have a bad day from time to time but everyday is excessive The pizza has been under the heat way too long and its so hard i cant eat it

I placed an order online at 7:05 portal said it would be ready 7:25-7:30 I never received email to pick up so I go to store at 8 pm my Order is incomplete because they ran out of wings the cashier goes to give refund claims system is down and instead of giving me something of equal or lessor value due to them can’t process a refund he processed to tell me there ain’t nothing he can do so I ask for manager he refuses to come keeps making pizzas while I’m looking directly at him he never comes until I loudly ask if he was the manager then

I was told by an employee over the phone that I couldn't have my wife pick up a pizza that I tried to pay for by debit card over the phone. Apparently a hot and ready pizza cannot be paid for by card over the phone.

Needs to be paid for in store by pick up. What's the difference? Owensboro,KY Frederica street location Manager would not give me the store or her employee number. I called and reported to corporate while on hold for 56 minutes. Good luck.

Nov 25 I ordered pizza, wings, and breadsticks. The breadsticks we're swimming in butter to the point where there was about three to five inches of melted liquid at the bottom of the bag, totally disgusting. I called your customer service complaint line and they never answered the phone after waiting for 15 minutes.

I placed an online order @ 5:56pm on Wednesday 11/23, got a confirmation text saying that my pizza would be ready in 45 - 50 minutes. I waited for my order in the parking lot, after 45 minutes, I noticed that the app was showing no progress on my order.

I pulled up to the drive thru to check on my order and was told that my order had not even been started. This was very frustrating seeing as people were ordering at the window and getting their orders before the online orders were being worked on.

This was at the Bardstown location on Culpeper Street, beside the Wal-Mart SuperCenter. I told the person at the window to cancel my order since it hadn't been started, and after I got home 40 minutes later received several messages telling me that my now cancelled order was ready!

I ordered a Detroit pizza at the drive thru. I was told it would be 15 minutes and to pull around and thay would bring it out. I waited 20 minutes and finally went inside. While I waited I noticed your employee hand three Detroit pizza's out the pick up window.

While I waited I noticed all the employees were in the back complaining about making those pizza's. They were using an extreme amount profanity within hearing distance of waiting customers. I finally received my pizza's after an hour wait. I am attaching a picture of the pizza and it does not look like your pictures.

It was two small pizza's. The store is in Florence south carolina on 2nd loop Road.

I stopped in to get a 3 way thin pizza Sat evening at approx 9:15pm. I was told I had to use my app. I and the young man behind the counter filled in the info multiple times and it did not work.

The manager was busy chatting on his phone and was absolutely NO help. Neither attendant behind the counter was helpful. I ended up leaving with NO pizza and no help! They simply did not care. Poor customer service!!! I will not return!

I was charged twice because the young girl didn’t know how to refund my card. She tried but it only canceled order! 27 for one pizza and crazy bread! My money is not pending on my account AT ALL and has nothing to do with the holiday!

I just picked up my order and my deep dish pizza and breadsticks are raw. They did not cook them all the way my other pepperoni pizza is also raw in the middle. I just spent $30 on an order that I had to re-cook in my oven.

While sitting in the parking lot waiting on my pizza (Wednesday, November 23rd), I observed only one man at the end of the line wearing gloves. The person doing sauce and cheese was not wearing gloves, touching dirty rags and pans.

The middle female was also not wearing gloves, cross contaminating meat as she was touching pepperoni and sausage and the screen clearing off orders- as well as the same dirty rag the man working the cheese part. This is unacceptable and not the first time I have seen this happened.

I had to cancel my order both times.

The store in Columbus MS located on Alabama street rarely has anything ready no matter the time. One week ago I stood in the store for 10 minutes while the so called help stood in the back of store eating and talking and never acknowledged I was there.

I went in there this evening at 5 pm and there was absolutely nothing hot and/or ready. After 5 minutes of not even being acknowledged that I was there I just left They only looked up at me but never said a word.

I will not go back and let all my friends know how the service is there. Actually it’s a lack of service. The employees there are there for a check not to actually work any more than necessary.

m. on November 23rd at the Bardstown store located on Culpeper street. m. After sitting in the parking lot for 45 minutes waiting I noticed on the pizza tracker that it was showing no progress, I then went through the drive-thru to ask about my order and was told that my order had not even been started.

I was also told that there was a 45 minute delay or back up. Ordering online is supposed to make it more convenient so you do not have to wait in line or wait after you order at the store and there were people going through the drive-thru who were getting their pizzas before me who didn't get my pizza at all.

This is a very frustrating and aggravating. Thank you for your time.

I recently visited the location in Harker Heights Texas and once I received my food and arrived home with it I discovered that it was infact raw. I went back to speak with the manager the next chance I had with pictures and videos of the food.

He was rude and disrespectful and refused to admit that the food was infact raw. I have better pictures and videos upon request since I am not able to upload them to this complaint.

I went to Little Caesars in Bartlett Tennessee I placed the online order for pickup. Right from the start the young gentleman at the counter was trying to tell me and my sister that we never paid for the pizza or a place to order online.

So he comes back out comes with back with a manager he asked him why did he put the code in that I showed him on my cell phone. So when I pizza was ready I asked for some cheese.

Wish the same young gentleman won't work in a cash register was rude and told us we only can have one pack of cheese for two large pizzas. So I asked for a store manager. Which I understood that a medium-built guy was talking to a lady said he was a manager with a button down shirt..

but when I asked the manager somebody else was manager. I don't understand how you have two…

I ordered 2 party starters at the Farmington, MO store. And according to the sign in the window a party starter is 2 large pizzas a crazy combo and 2 liter soda. I also ordered 2 extra sauces. They informed me the sauce no longer comes with the party starter.

I asked her why the sign is still in the window if the sauce doesn't come with it. She didn't know and kind of giggled sorry. So we get home with our pizza and opened it up and received 4 pepperoni pizzas. We didn't order that.

I usually do not have problems at this store but this was not a good experience.

I'm an employee at little Caesars Farm road location in Las Vegas, Every since I reported my manager and her manager I have gotten my hours cut, it's clearly workplace discrimination, I don't know if it's racial or not, I have NOBODY to complain to, Corporate is helpless and lazy
