Lack of attention in drive thru wait time for pizza is too long for drive thru. Every time I come to this location there is a problem. This location I am referring to is 10109 rushing rd in El Paso tx.

I would hope that this location would hire more adults and less teenagers.

spent 25.00 on pizza today and it was terrible, one side of pizza crust was paper thin and the other half was almost normal, I had a combination pizza and a cheese and pepperoni 3 slices of the cheese pizza was missing cheese all three was paper thin on one side,only 3 slices was eaten from the 3.

Waited in line for 10 min to find out there was no hot n readys and that I would have to wait another 20 minutes to get one. I thought your suppose to come right in and be able to pick one up, that’s why its called hot n ready

The Natomas location in Sacramento, California, she did not give me her name, but she said she was the manager. I was trying to order over the phone and she was very rude and hang up on me. Then I called again and she said I was the one that was rude and she said there’s something wrong with my head and she hang up again.

The 2 pizzas that I ordered were so greasy and undercooked that it made me and my family sick. This is unacceptable! There is no excuse for this quality of product and very irresponsible of the company to produce such an inferior product.

I contacted the website email line within hours of ordering and eating the pizzas. No response. I AM OUTRAGED! I have eaten at this location before, and it was delicious! But, this was over the line. They were sure quick to charge my card, but not to accept responsibility for their product.

I WILL NOT STOP UNTIL I GET SOME TYPE OF SATISFACTION FROM THIS COMPANY! Believe me. Location was on 31st St. in Temple, Texas!

This is my 4th time filling this out. It keeps deleting. On Dec 3, 2022, I ordered one pizza, three deep dish pizzas, and two Caesar wings. BBQ & Oven roasted. I was two min. Away when I placed the order and I had left the apartment accordingly.

I placed the order at 6:29, my order was to be ready 6:52-6:57pm. When I arrived at 6:55, my pizza was ready and I could see the boxes sitting on the counter. I then seen a worker get two orders of wings and put sauce on each of them.

One order he put different sauce on and placed one of the orders in the warmer. I had mentioned that I seen my order was ready and if I could get it. I was told its not ready, that I need to wait for more wings time cook.

I got furious, I seen both orders of wings were done. That same worker that prepared my wings…

I was on my way home and stopped at little Ceasars for some crazy bread. Got home and took it out of the bag, and it was over cooked and hard! I don't go that way often, so I wasn't going back there.

I have not had this issue at any other chain. Not very happy!

How do you call during business hours to place an order and consistently get a voice-mail. I call my order in because I request modifications which are not available online. Its ridiculous to have a restaurant they acts like they don't want to deal with the customer at all.

They want you to order online, grab your pizza and go. They have permanently lost my business.

The location in desert hot springs California is extremely mismanaged. It is routine for people to be waiting one hour or more for their pizza. As a doordash employee it is extremely costly to get an order at that location.

Call the phone number to place an order for pickup took him 21 minutes to answer the phone when I got there they had no change for any denomination bill and the person behind the counter was rude and obnoxious the address and city of the location is 1462 Federal Highway Deerfield Beach Florida

The little ceasers at 1059 S. Ballenger Hwy In flint mi supervisor Jeremy and the gentleman who is up front are very rude and disrespectful. It’s the only one close to my job and everytime I go in the one up front is rude.

I placed an online order today and the website didn’t give me an option to make a special request called and spoke with Jeremy and he said I never placed an order told me my reference number wouldn’t do anything I didn’t know what I was talking about. Not sure how these people have a job when they are so rude and mean to customers.

I’ve had doordash drivers complain.

We called in an order to the benton, ar location on 12-15 around 730. They don't close until 8. We called ahead because they NEVER have hot and ready, ready. My husband drives all the way over there only to be told that they didn't have his order, and refused to make it because they were about to close.

I called up there to figure out what time they stopped taking orders, the gm named candy said 8 so I asked why they decided not to fill our order and then refused to make it, she hung up on me. I called back and was hung up on again by Christine I believe her name was.

Which knowing this location they probably gave fake names.

No service, hot and ready motto in bold is not true today, no one was in the storefront as I entered, no staff or client, 20 minutes later the manager came out an served the 3 clients that came in after me first even though I mentioned to him I was there first, no explanation, it took over half an hour to finally get the pizza that should have been there as a hot and ready.

I arrived to pick up my online order. I walked into the Davison rd lc. 3 employees looked at me and then continued to work. After standing there for about 4 minutes I asked the one other person standing there if they had been helped. He stated he had. I stood there waiting.

A gentleman walked past me twice looked me in the eye and kept going. After stinging inside for about 7 mins I said excuse me! Is someone going to assist me? The girl buttering breadsticks (that had looked at me 3 times) stopped came over and asked me my name.

After she gave me my order I asked to purchase a sauce for the breadsticks. While I watched her put my sauce into a bag I noted the disgusting shape of her nails. She had black under her middle finger nail and ring finger nail.

I entered this store at 5:05 , nobody in the store behind till or purchasing a pizza. Waited ten minutes then poked my head into the kitchen, there was one man there running around (literally stumbling), he said one minute.

I waited another 5 minutes, one customer came in, then two, then three. The person behind me asked if he was alone, he said yes for the past hour and a half. About 25 minutes after five minutes he came out, and yes he served all the 3 parties that had ordered before me, which could or may not have been ordered before I came in the door.

I mentioned this to him. He did not say anything and served everyone in the store fist. 30 he took my order. No apologies, no gratis, and he was the manager. I still had to wait 7 minutes for the pizza refuting your motto Hot and…

Came into the store. Ordered my food and waited, and waited and waited. Two families came on after me and recieved their food before me. I questioned the manager who stated" their pizza was eaiser to make" which i stated oh eaiser then two pepperoni pizzas?

I had also ordered crazy bread fresh, the girl helping me grabbed a bag from the front again i said can i get a bag from the back a fresh one to which the girl rolled her eyes and grabbed a bag from the middle. As i left i stated this is crap!!

I ordered over the phone so it can be ready when i get there and i dont have to wait cuz its a busy location. The online service didn’t work cuz i had a gift card visa. I confirmed my order 3X large stuff crust, half sausage/ pep other half ham/ pineapple. Well Done.

So glad i checked cuz they didnt add the sausage and it wasnt even stuff crust nor was it well done. Now i had to wait 20 min for my correct order. This location it really depends if you order online its always great. But man these young kids these days do not know how to work at such a simple place. Very frustrating when you call ahead for a reason.

Okay, so I love the pizza flavor for the price, however, the store near me located at 5353 S. Ferdinand Blvd Crestview Fl hardly ever has pizza ready...why advertise it if the chances of having hot n ready is 10%? I've read the reviews and found this to be a regular occurrence for most in the community as well. The night shift staff always quote over a 30minute wait for a pizza to be made.

I would look into the management of this location and tighten it up. Again, I am not complaining about the flavor of the pizza, just the fact you should not advertise hot n ready if you cannot deliver on it.

Very rude service. The employee handling the food swept the floor then went back to the prep station without washing her hands. I expressed my concern and the person preparing the food asked me what was my issue. I was also told they only made extra cheese and pep that they only made regular if ordered and that would take 30 minutes.

I feel if I’m paying extra for toppings then they should be in the pizza and it shouldn’t look like it barley has toppings

I left one of your stores a short time ago. I ordered your (Extra Most bestest pepperoni. I live about three blocks away from the store and when I got home not only was pizza not hot, but the pepperonis curled up on the end like they've been burnt are overcooked they were hard.

I had an issue with poor quality food. I tried to call the store and no one answered the phone. After multiple try’s I gave up. Threw away the burnt pizza I received. I called the store today, was told I needed to speak with the owner.

Asked for a lunch special on Sunday afternoon and dissension was told it's only served during the week. Which after looking closer it does say that in small print. But I don't see well and really feel the point could have been made without the attitude.

So then I ordered a regular pepperoni with no sauce and was handed a premade box with a roll of the eyes. At this point I just didn't want to argue the point so I said thank you and took my order home only the find a extremely disfigured and burnt pizza.

I should have just thrown it away and eaten the box it would have been better...

I had made an order like an hr before, when it was time to pick up i received a message saying that it was cancelled. They need to fix that problem. Either send a message beforehand or an email saying that it was cancelled before its time to pick it up not when the customer is at the place about to pick up the order.

So I work for y'all .. feel like it's a hostile work environment.. two of the managers are dating I hate when they both work on the same shift they always fight. Names are trenis and jacolyn. Like I can't even speak to her being my manager of shift without him treating her like shit.

Then she is mad to rest of her shift it really makes it hard to do my job. I'm 40 years old have been working longer then some of the kid mangers have been alive.. still feel like nothing will change by taking the time to fill this out.

Maybe it will maybe it won't but I just want a positive work place. Not to be treated like an I'm retarted or worthless.. I'm not a brown noiser or a ass kisser.. if I thought there was a chance of this changing by my upper manager I wouldn't waste my lunch break feeling this…

My son ordered a Detroit style deep dish pizza for me. I am almost 80 and he thought it would be a nice treat for me. I have always bought the deep dish pizza from Little Caesars and loved them so I had planned on pizza and a movie at home.

The order was delivered on time. an oversized large box, not the usual one for deep dish pizzas. The box was greasy and cold. The pizza was obviously not the usual deep dish pizza. It looked like they used regular thin dough, pulling the edges up to make it look like a deep dish pizza.

The edges were very hard. I could not even eat them. There was virtually no cheese, a light smear of sauce and not very much pepperoni at all. not even cooked through. not in the least even warm. This is by far the worst pizza I have ever had.

Has to be the worse location in the USA. Same poor service always... Ya can't get your order, they don't answer the phone to take any orders. When u return nobody will help you.. They don't make your order correctly. They also stop taking orders.

At 4PM I tried to order a few pizza's for a staff meeting that night. The app didn't work so I called the store at 4201 W Greenfield, Milwaukee. I was hung up on 3 times. The 4th time I was on hold 37 minutes while I drove to the location. Upon arrival was told that no store orders are taken. So: 1) can't order online 2) can't order by phone 3) can't order in the store

I ordered my pizza on my phone supposed to be ready between 508 and 513 when I get here to pick it up the drive-through is closed so now I have to go inside with 20 other people when I go up to the cash register they screwed up. I did not have a pizza and it was 520. They had to remake my pizza This is crap I want my money back
