Whenever I try to call our local Little Ceasars Pizza I cannot get the employees to answer the phone. No matter how many times I call. Whenever I question them about not answering they tell me that their phones have'nt worked for days. Thanks!

I put my order in on the app for Whitesburg Ky store . I arrived to pick up order in store the door was locked kept knocking on door after 10 minutes lady comes to door to tell everyone to use drive thru to pick up there is over 15 cars in line some haven’t placed an order so

I walk up to window to see if my order is ready get handed 2 pizzas then I wait 30 minutes on last one so 1 hour and a half to get 3 pizzas I think is not right , there wasn’t a sign on door or anything Thanks

@1:45pm on 01/04/2023 to 3109 Belmont Ave, Youngstown, OH 44505 I had ordered lunch for my son to his workplace @AutoZone. It was a hop skip and a jump from his work place yet it took forever to get to him AND the driver smashed his pizza, also tried stealing his drink too.

I don't know what this company has in mind for its future but it doesn't look good. FYI- the pizza was raw too.

I’ve sent 2 emails and have called 4 times to be on hold for two hours each time. Cannot get a call back or a return email. My food was stolen by Door Dash driver and since I ordered off Little Caesar app they need to refund me not DD.

At least that’s what DD told me. They actually have customer service unlike this place! I filed with the BBB and will be taking this to every and any platform until I get my money back. 00!

I've been waiting for hours 2. 1/2 to be exact for a delivery that was expected 2+ hours ago. Your customer service is non-existent. I've also been on hold for an hour and am still waiting for a call back request I left 1 1/2 hours ago.

Under no circumstances is that acceptable "customer service". I'm contacting my card company to get my money back. That seems to get attention from negligent companies. And I will never do business with your company again. Thanks for nothing.

Store in hanford at has terrible customer service. They turn off their phones so it'll give the workers a break sell old pizza and ours had a extremely long hair in it. I will be finding a way to report this to the health department.

This is one location for a pretty good size city, but for some reason their service is unbelievably slow lately. I dread thinking of a pizza dinner because I have already waited two hours before on an online order. Tried drive-thru, but you still have to wait once you order.

The managers are pretty young looking, so I don't know if that's the problem, bur tonight I'm visiting Papa John's for a first time because I just couldn't stand the thought of waiting another 40+ minutes on pizzas.

This is concerning the Little Caesars on West Ajo, Tucson. Not once, not twice , but the 3rd time today. Ordered a pizza, tracking says it is in the oven, and then nothing. No more responses…nothing in portal. I go in 40 minutes later, and they hadn’t started order.

3rd time…needed to finally complain. Attaching today’s order that was allegedly in oven at1:23 and at 1:40 wasn’t even started. Very very poor service at this store.

We ordered a pizza online and we got our receipt saying it was ready. We went up there to get our pizza and put our code in for the door to open. I put the code in that we got in our email and the pizza was not there.

The lady told us that we had to go online to get our refund but didn’t describe how to, and by google they should give us our refund in the store. Apparently our food was not ready or someone else got our pizza.

I am very upset the lady did not give us our refund in the store.

Rude and unprofessional employee. Tossing things around, no smile at all. Try to initiate a conversation but she would not. Never said thank you. She was this way with the 3 customers In-line and the two in drive thru. Will not be back.

The ironic thing is that above her head was a sign about customer satisfaction and always smiling.

I ordered one supreme one pepperoni one cheese I got my pepperoni I got my supreme but instead of them giving cheese they gave another pepperoni drove all the way home now they expect me load up four kids and drive all the way back to get my cheese pizza wasting my time my gas my wear and tear on my vehicle in a nasty wet weather it's raining now I would love for anybody load up for kids and take them anywhere

I order almost weekly from my local Little Ceasars at 520 Bittersweet Rd Mishawaka Indiana and it is pretty cheap so I really don’t expect much, but today when I went to pick up my $38 order number 132 in the pizza portal. One of the three pizzas were not done.

I have had a little overcooked, ALWAYS greasy but never have I ever had a raw pizza. I don’t get it. I am sure this complaint will never go anywhere and nobody cares that I am unhappy with the service and the product almost every time I am there, but I thought you should know that the staff you have is now not cooking pizza completely… I promise with everything I have I will never purchase a pizza from your company once my son has grown up and developed a taste palate.

I ordered a variety of food two pizzas sauces ranches that I paid for extra and chicken wings and a 2liter soda and had it delivered to the house because I'm not mobile and on top of that I live 3 mins driving distance from the store ...

I said I think so, as my directions in the email said to pick up in the drive through. She said she was going in and I elected to do the same after waiting. I so wish I could give negative stars! This is the WORST pizza place ever! , etc. I waited 20 minutes in the drive-thru line (I was third in line), just to wait another 10 minutes before they even came to the window.

I ordered what they call “Hot and Ready” pizza…(1) classic cheese and two orders of crazy bread. They said it would be 15 minutes. I pulled up front and waited 43 minutes before they could bring me the one pizza and two crazy breads.

In fact, the car behind me in the drive-thru got their order before mine and they ordered two deep dish pizzas at the window. Too bad my boys like this crappy pizza because I had to inform them I will NEVER order from this dive again.

We ordered on line and after being told our pick up was ready we showed up to be told the order in fact was never made and the on line tracking was not real. We asked about our money and was told to go back to web site and cancel the order.

While we were talking to the clearly races lady at the window all the lights were shut off in our face as if we were not there. The workers did not care to help us in any way at all.

They were short and rude. And we still never got our money returned. We left hungry and made fun of over the fact of. I will never visit that place again. That store has always made me uncomfortable being there.

On 12/28/22 I visited Little Caesars Pizza Store ID: 01632-00067 ordering a Deep Dish Pizza, Cheese Sticks and a 20oz water. After placing my order the cashier told me the pizza would be 7 to 10 minutes as they prepared the pizza, I said Okay.

I took a seat to wait and watched the cashier help others and tell them their order was 7 to 10 minutes wait too. I waited until I was the only person left in the lobby, still no pizza. The cashier looked at me numerous times, but no words or action.

After 20+ minutes I walked to the counter and waited for the cashier to help. He finally came out from behind the wall and started taking drive through orders. I waited for him to finish and gestured for him, he disappeared behind the wall.

White Lake Michigan location was horrible. I ordered 2 normal hot and ready's and an order of wings. I was told it would be 10-15 mins. After waiting 30min I asked if it was almost done after watching 15 people come in and get there food right away.

My wife called the store on Charlestown Rd in New Albany, Indiana. It was 9:40pm and we were on Grant Line Rd, maybe a 4 min drive. There was no answer at the store but it rang through to I assume an answering service for when the workers are busy.

My wife put the order in and was told it's being sent to the store. She tried to call again to see if they would answer to let them know we're right there. Still, no answer. I waited about 10 mins as the girl, Patricia, on the phone told my wife.

I walk in and the kid says they don't have the order. I gave my wife's first and last name and still no order. I go back outside as she is in a wheelchair and her legs are in pain, not to mention she had been in a dialysis chair since 4:30pm.

The little Caesars in bessemer has AWFUL customer service. Have been there several times and drove off. Lines out of the parking lot, the people inside goofing off and standing there just watching the windows and watching us sit there for 15-20 minutes at a time, asked for a deep dish pizza tonight and he told us no his dough was for cheese sticks only.

Will Never EVER spend our money with this company again.

I ordered two HOT AND READY PIZZAS. A pepperoni and a sausage @ 11:53am, I didn't receive my pizzas until 12:48 pm. They asked me to pull front to the front of the building were I sat from 11:53 until 12:48.

After bringing out 8 other pizzas, cheese breads, wings and drinks to the other vehicles that was behind me. I asked three separate times where my pizzas were and she said umm it will be a minute. I said I have been waiting over 20 minutes and she said umm what did you have? the extra most best.

I said no ma'am, I have already told you two other times, just the hot and ready pizza. She said oh well you will have to wait and finally at 12:48 she brought my pizzas out to me. No apologize for the wait time or anything just handed them to me and walked off.

I feel it’s vital you are aware of what is happening at my local Lil Ceasar. This occurred Friday Dec 23, 2022 at approximately 4:30 pm. I am attaching a copy of the number of times I called due to the phone being off of the hook after it was answered I was asked to hold then the phone laid down and never picked up to take my order.

I also made a call,they picked up the phone, they laid it down and I held on for 56 minutes before they hung it up again but I erased it by accident. I’m disabled and it’s hard for me to stand and wait so I always try to order in advance.

Employee working front counter was unbelievably rude! She cussed me out, called me names in front of 10 other customers waiting on their pizzas and then refused me service. I would have never even walked in and caused a huge inconvenience for her obviously if this location would answer calls or have online ordering up and running all of the time instead of just here and there.

The pizzas are NEVER “hot and ready” and you can’t order ahead like as started above because n one will answer the phones!!! The angry employee should lose her job or have some type of repercussion.

I ordered crazy bread and a pizza. I got an email notifying me that it was ready. I went inside and the only part of the order that was ready was the crazy bread. After waiting for my pizza, they brought it out and it was the wrong pizza.

They took it back, opened the box and started talking about what to do about it. ” He couldn’t care less. I told them just to give me the pizza they had made even though it was wrong, because I could not wait for them to make a new one.

No one offered me a discount or even an apology. It was cleared no one cared.

Anytime I try to order anything on the app for pickup from 2245 Shelby St, Indianapolis, IN 46203, I get a confirmation number, then like 2 minutes later, I get an email saying my order has been canceled. It happens to me every time.

So I try calling the store, and it says everybody is busy at the moment, so i wait. And after a couple minutes, it just hangs up. Then, I go to the store and try placing my order, and the employees say I have to place it online, that I can't place an order directly with them.

While I'm standing in the store. Why not?! That happens to me all the time at that location, and no managers are ever willing to talk with me to find out what the problem is!!
