Anytime I try to order anything on the app for pickup from 2245 Shelby St, Indianapolis, IN 46203, I get a confirmation number, then like 2 minutes later, I get an email saying my order has been canceled. It happens to me every time.
So I try calling the store, and it says everybody is busy at the moment, so i wait. And after a couple minutes, it just hangs up. Then, I go to the store and try placing my order, and the employees say I have to place it online, that I can't place an order directly with them.
While I'm standing in the store. Why not?! That happens to me all the time at that location, and no managers are ever willing to talk with me to find out what the problem is!!
