I placed my order at 6:39pm 1/20/2023 and it wasn’t ready till after 8pm. I ordered 1 stuffed crust pepperoni pizza, pizza and STIX w/Bacon, 2 jalapeño cheesy breads. Instead I received regular pepperoni pizza, pizza and STIX without bacon, and 2 regular cheesy breads.

There’s no reason it should’ve taken that long and be that messed up.

They r the worst place in saline county I called 12 times to place an order an got hung up on 3 of those times then I get there they have no hot an readys ready at all when I walk in their phone is ringing off the hook they ignore it no wonder I got hung up on 3 times then when I speak to the manager all she can say is I'm sorry like she didn't really even care then go to the drive thru all in all they suck

I ordered little caesars through the app on sunday jan 15th. They took my money and gave me the time to pick it up and when I got there they was closed. I emailed something and they said my order was canceled and money was refunded but my money has not been refunded yet.

When should I expect my refund?

I visited Little Ceasars on 1/18/23 at the location of EE BLVD in Gainesville. The cashier rudley asked me what I wanted. I told her Parmesean and Garlic chicken wings. She rudley hollered at me stating that they only had Hot and BBQ. So I ordered BBQ.

When I received my order, I asked for dipping sauce. She again yelled it don't come with any. She never asked if I wanted to purchase some. The cook even told her to not yell at me. I've never been so disrespected when ordering a meal.

Rude employees and also my food was not fresh and I had to wait

On 1/18/23 I went to Little Ceasars off EE Butler St in Gainesville. When I went to order, the person at the register was very rude. I asked for Garlic Parmesean chicken wings and she yelled at me stating they only had Hot and BBQ.

When I received my order, I asked for dipping sauce. She yelled again stating it doesn't come with any. She did not ask me if I would like to purchase any either. The cook even told her to stop yelling. I was very upset.

Employees were slow workers and not caring about customers in lobby. I placed my order at 4:58 and 5:40 I finally received it. I received a email at 5:59 & 6:10 saying my order is ready. One of my pizzas was halfway burnt.

I will think hard before going back here. What's bad is this was my 1st experience at this location. Location is in Conroe, TX.

I used the online service and came to pick up my pizza and they havent even started on it. The worker in the back didnt see the order. I did online so i could just come in and pick it up and i had to wait 30 minutes with my grandkid. Very unsatified. Not returning.

I M A many year customer Since the $5 deal. Have card with 10 punch free pizza.

However, now there's no $5 Pizza I have always been given $5 off for my coupon always got pepperoni add bacon. A store in Jackson Missouri did not accept the card for $5 off

Soddy Daisy Tennessee Little Caesars I drive for Doordash for over a year. m. m. m. hopefully this issue will be addressed and fixed before this store goes bankrupt . Unacceptable is a understatement doordash customers deserve fast service. Hiring employees that can't comprehend what priorities the doordash customer has over all other customers RETRAINING SHOULD BE IMPLEMENTED IMMEDIATELY , GET RID OF THE NEW PIZZA BOXES THEY ARE NOT STAYING CLOSED

Little Ceasars at 5908 S Dixie Hwy in West Palm Beach FL has to be one of the most pathetic pizza joints in all of West Palm. I used to like this place but now service is awful and the girl at the front desk has some attitude on her.

I was very respectful in my demeanor and all I asked was pizza questions. But the worst part is this is my 3rd (THIRD) attempt at a deep dish pizza there in about a 2 month period and they didnt have the dough to make a deep dish pizza?

How do you not have pizza dough at a pizza restaurant? If this place cant even keep dough ready then what else cant they do? I dont even want to think about it. Kitchen Nightmares comes to mind. All I can think of is horrible food practices.

Eveytime we order for a delivery, we only get half of our order and end up having to go to the store to get the rest of it. Then there id no way to cLl to complain because all of the numbers are closed and the store itself doesn't even answer its own phone...

I went into the store on jfk here in Dubuque to order pizza and they said they are only taken online orders witch ain’t right not everyone has credit cards star witch is a girl that works there and the manger are the ones that said it something needs to be done cause I don’t think it’s fair and I wanted pizza but I guess I will have to take my business else’s where and u wonder why u don’t get anyone to go there this is why

I ordered a large Supreme Pizza and garlic cheesy sticks. The cheesy sticks had no garlic on them and it was shaped weird, 2 pieces had no cheese and then it looks like it was cut by someone who has no clue on proper portions.

Some slices were huge and others small and it wasn't cut all the way through either, just like the pizza. The pizza had some toppings on it for the Supreme but they were plopped in 1 or 2 locations on the pizza instead of being evenly distributed like normal pizzas are.

Again whoever cut this or put the toppings on the pizza needs retrained. I have worked at 2 pizza places in past and would never send this out to a customer. It won't let me add my pictures for some reason but if there is an email address, I can send them there. Thank you.

I’ve came to this location several times and it’s always something the first time my pizza wasn’t done and this time the pizza is burnt

The guy at the counter was so high he couldn't even take anybody's orders. It toke almost 15 min for him to start 3 orders. 108 Main St Suite C, Red Bluff, CA 96080. Then never could understand pepperoni cheese bread.

So i said fine let me get a lunch combo, then get mad at me for changing my order. Very unhappy with this location.

I work by the little ceasers in Prescott valley AZ on highway 69 by there Safeway. They never answer there phones always let them ring.. when I go in they are always cussing and stand around alot

This my 2nd and last time ordering from the store located in Chicago Heights, IL. I placed an online order, went to the store to pick up my food 20 minutes later and the store is closed. Now I have to contact my bank to get my money back again.

I made a order and they messed up my whole order and didn't give me what I order after waiting 20 min then talking the have to make it over with a attitude then I am for the manager and it's the manager that was giving me a hard time then going to say she will just refund me my money after 35 min of me waiting and trying to make a complaint.

Waited at the counter for 10 minutes no one ever waited on me, even though,2 employees saw me standing there. This was at the Halls location in Knoxville, TN. Extremely poor service, I owned my own business for 42 years if I had treated my customers like this I would have gone bankrupt.

Again she replied it doesn't matter about the sign and they forgot to take it down. I got out to my car and she was at the window removing the sign. I actually took pictures of the sign being removed. Terrible customer service.

Your teenage employees tried to sale me raw pizza dough and wouldn't refund my money on a hot and ready and order of crazy bread they cussed me like a dog them and the manager on the phone. They were all laughing and cursing all over the store they tried to get violent with me and the police had to be called and I still never got my money or food. I have it all on video

Ordered pizzas and cheesy bread for delivery. When Delivered missing cheesy bread. I realize people make mistakes. So i called Little Caesars and the offered a refund to us. I ask them if they could please just bring the bread sticks.

Hey there, I wanted to provide some feedback for the store at 7375 S DURANGO DR SUITE 105, LV NV 89113.

I placed an online pickup order last Friday around 5 pm PST for pickup at 9 pm that night. I knew that most pizza restaurants are slammed for the weekend, so I wanted to put my order in early. I receive my initial order confirmation and waited on the pick confirmation, but that never came.

At around 8:50, I tried calling the store twice to see if my order went through and was ready, but the phones just rang. I ordered 2 pizzas and they were undercooked. I also had ordered 2 orders of wings with too much black pepper in them. I called to get a refund and I’m still waiting for my refund after almost 3 weeks.

Don't even want to put a 1 star but they make you. Yukon oklahoma little chasers is terrible. You order online to have fresh pizza because we all know there hot ready is never hot and always old, so we order online.

Get there only one pizza is done.. we got 2. We ordered 30 mins before we went to pick up. We got there when order said it'd be ready. Very little sauce on my pizza.

They always rude and careless about the if satisfied with your order or not last night I got a pizza, they didn't have I want. So when I came they give me supposedly veggie pizza they put stuff together it looks like 5 years old made that pizza.

And is not the first time they do that I asked for extra beef I never get it so why do I pay the money and I always don't get what I want. They always always have bad service and bad people with bad attitude

I went to order a Detroit style pizza with bread sticks via drive in, and after paying at the window they had me to wait on the parking lot and it took them 25 minutes until I had to walk in the store to ask for my order and it was on their table sitting there.

they had gave me the order and that was the first part of a bad service, then once I got home my kids starting eating the pizza and they noticed that the pizza was weird in texture and I checked it and that's when I got really mad because My KIDS were eating the Pizza that was not fully cooked, the dough was still visible and stretchy.

I wish I could put -10 cuz I have never had worse service. I've ordered multiple times and asked for the spice packs and NEVER have they been delivered. Today I didn't get ranch for the wings I was charged for or the bottle of soda.

I placed an order online at my local store upon entering the store my name was on the screen for me to punch in my code. Of course, no pizza, the door closed and my name disappeared. I then asked the cashier/manager what happened, my pizza is missing.

He then tells me my order was picked up but how, my name was still displaying. Whenever you punch your code in your name disappears just like it did when I put in my code. He then gives me a regular pepperoni pizza when I order extreme!!

Formal complaint of racial discrimination I was subjected to January 4th at 5:15pm at your store 2843 s Crenshaw Blvd LA. CA 90016. As a black man I was in the store , one person ahead of me , being helped .

I was next in line suddenly Latino person who entered after me got helped . I expressed my objection at being treated as invisible and not worthy of respect . Asked name of server who refused to help me insisting the other person be helped , he refused to give me his name .

I spoke to whom I think was supervisor without any resolution , adding insult to injury refusing to give me their name I left the store without the pizza which I really craved . With all the division in the country what happened to me today contribute to burning of bridges between races.

My husband and I recently visited one of your locations in Terre Haute,In. I walked in the restaurant, first stood there, then was finally greeted by a young girl. The girl walked to the counter chomping on a piece of chewing gum, She was dressed in a pair of jogging pants with a hoodie sweatshirt on.

Her hair looked like she had just jumped out of bed and walked into work. The other girl that was working there was also dressed in a pair of jogging pants and had a pair of crocs (shoes)on. The restaurant was out of cheddar cheese for the bread sticks.

They did have a sign posted that did state they were out. I get it business run out of products or products are not available. The young girl was a little rude to a older customer that she was waiting on while I was standing there waiting on…
