Ordered a pizza for delivery. Received a very hard, cold, piece of cardboard. Thought it tasted strange. Then I looked on the box to see two stickers one for my order. Then the second I can only assume was from a hot and ready.

I had driven to the Little Ceasars at 15155 Twelve Mile Rd, Warren, MI 48088 at about 6:15 only to realize it was closed. No signs are anywhere other than on the speaker box with white paper over it with red writing.

So, disappointed I went to 25515 Hoover Rd, Warren, MI 48089 location where there were about 9 cars (this specific location has 2 speaker boxes). You would think 2 lanes might make the whole process quicker I mean it is "Hot and Ready" right?

Yeah no, I waited in line from 6:30-6:45 with no movement. I drove off that I wasn't able to get my food on my break thinking the classic would just be ready ya know? So anyways I returned to this 2nd location due to the first being closed for whatever reason.

I recently moved to liberty Ohio and order pizza from Belmont Ave Youngstown Ohio my kids love crazy bread any other little Caesars I been to have nice about the same size bread sticks then I get from Belmont Ave and I get a rolled log or bread it tasted horrible I ordered it 6 months ago I figured they would correct it by now so I ordered the other day and nope same yucky rolled bread

I have beed double charged for my order. When approached manager of store she was yelling and stating she won’t not refund money back . My bank account cleared two of charges same amount. I have huge complain for manger at Mount Prospect location by last name Hendrickson on zip core 60056 at golf plaza 2 location.

Called in order 5:00pm 11-4-22 placed order for 3 pizzas. They were rude on phone and said it would be 30mins . I drove 8 miles to Derby ks. Store and they said they didn't make my order. They only had 2 people thats not my problem.

They should close store or not take orders if they can't fill them. Last pizzas we got 1 week ago weren't cooked all the way. Then they do this. Ruining little Ceasars' reputation. They shouldn't have any stars at all.

KATHY C. was the cashier in charge when I ordered my pizza in store today and she was extremely rude. If you are going to act like you hate your job then you should quit. I will not be returning.

22616-A ALDINE WESTFIELD RD CYPRESS TRAILS SHOPPING CENTER SPRING, TX-77373 I have never experienced such consistent poor customer service in my 42 years of living. I live in the neighborhood of this Little Ceaser’s and I have never had a good or ever mediocre experience here.

From the long delay of the Hot and Ready pizza, pizza portal not working, hard to reach an associate for phone order. And the new 1 today: my deep dish pizza order was canceled due to no deep dish. And my refund will take 5 business days.

I’ll never eat here again, Pizza Hut trains the right employees to give great customer service. Back to Pizza Hut I go!

My father went to pick up a meal deal from the Little Ceasars in Goshen Indiana off of Lincolnway on 11/2/22. This black man was extremely rude to my elderly father who is 72 who just wanted to place an order.

I believe this is the same man who was rude to me about 3 weeks ago also. My dad asked for a pepperoni meal deal & this man told him they had none. My dad asked how long it would take to make one & this man said he was to busy that they couldn’t make one.

The last time I was there I waited for a pizza for over an hr.! He is rude, disrespectful, and he shouldn’t be in treating paying guests like their a bother to your establishment. I am really disappointed as I have always brought my business to your establishment for over 30 plus years.

Someone needs to help the Little Caesar’s in Bucyrus, Ohio 44820. When you have to wait for over an hour after it’s suppose to be done and only 2 gentlemen working there is a problem. This is what happened to me on Sat. Oct. 29th 2022.

Since then I’ve got word they closed down because everyone quit but are still taking online orders and peoples money. How sad is this.

I placed an online order (order # 595413 on October 30th) hoping to use the pickup portal. When I arrived the doors were locked and all cars were sent through the drive through. I called the location and was told I could only get my order through the drive through.

So, my pizza sat in the warmer for thirty minutes while I waited in line to pick it up. Please don’t allow online orders as an option if it means my pizza will sit for extra time and I will have to wait not only for my order to be filled but to pick it up as well.

I stopped by to grab something quick, walked in to hear music playing so loud that I kept trying to get her to repeat herself. I told her I wanted something small & quick, she suggested a personal combo etc..

She prepped it while slamming the cutting knife on the aluminum topper, boxed it, took my payment, I asked her if a drink came with it, never heard her response asked again she replied in a nasty manner walking away & yet still could not hear her - she kept slamming things and continued to walk away saying I said YES.

I asked if she was ok (no response) and noted to her as I was leaving that she may want to work on her customer service skills she continued to tell "Alexa to call someone. Her reply was not to tell her how to do her job - I'm recommending not telling.

Through the local HS band, I paid for a "Family Meal Deal" to help them in a fundraiser. I just tried to redeem it; it didn't work online nor in the app. at 5:30 PM I got the "call back during regular business hours" message.

Tried calling the store, nobody answered.

I tried to call my local store at 2:40 on Halloween afternoon.. and whether or not they were busier than usual-- or not, I called and the phone ran 3 to 4 times on my end and I was cut off after the 4th ring.

Both times because I called right back after being hung up on because they obviously didn't want to take my call or my order. I took a screenshot of my call which lasted a whopping :44 seconds which was how long it took them to disconnect my call after only a few rings. This is absolutely unacceptable..

not to mention this location is in the hood which I really don't care about because I live in the hood but these employees cannot treat the customers who pay their checks this way.... Please have someone go to this location and train these employees on how to do better and…

When I went to the one on 340 Howdershell Rd Florissant, MO 63031. It smells like a sewer. They had the doors open but that did not help. Who wants to walk into a restaurant and smell that. They had an sewer issue the where you literally saw pieces of poop on the floor.

That place needs to be shut down. I will never eat there again. I will not stop complaining until something is done. Plus I will upload a video of what I saw. The owner and the management team need to be ashamed of themselves.

I feel sorry for the workers. That is against law to make people work in that type of environment.

I placed an order through the app. When I got the delivery it was missing items. I contacted the store and they informed me that because the order was deliver through door dash, they couldnt help me. I contacted door dash and adter 40 mins talking to them, they said that I had to contact Little Cesar's because I order and made the payment through your app, so they cant refund me.

I originally picked up an order at 6:40 pm. I then placed my own order in the app. I came in as soon as it said my pizza was in the portal. My pizza looked old and greasy for an extra most bestest.

So I advised Stephanie and gave them a chance to remake it. The store is packed with people who had been waiting for their order since I picked up first order at 6:40.

I order three pizzas online to pick up from pizza portal while outside the store . Was told the pizza would be ready 30 minutes after I ordered so went home which is only 10 minutes from the little ceasars store .

Went back to the store and to my surprise no pizza in the portal . One was sitting in the warmer , and two were sitting in the back on a big stack of pizzas that was done . Well to my surprise when I got home the pizzas wasn’t completely done .

Looked like they had been precooked . I am guessing the person who handed me the pizzas from the back was informed that they would need to be cooked some more . Now I understand not having the food ready because the store is busy but to give me some undercooked food to feed my kids-or myself is a no go.

I need a refund immediately! On Oct. 63 (Transaction reference # 182599799). When I arrived to pickup my order the store was closed. There was a sign on the door that said they were closed flue to a power outage.

That’s fine but, you have my money and I want it back. I have sent this request through my app but, but I have not received a refund and no acknowledgment that I. Sent you a message. Hello, I made an online order. Details attached below. Order time was 6:51-6:56. I approached the store about 10 minutes after. I didn't see my name on the portal. I could see an order that could have been mine. I asked if it was ready because my code wasn't working. I was told no.

Today October 27th,2022 I went into the San Antonio location off of SE Military Rd ànd placed my order for 3 Italian cheesy bread and a thin crust veggie pizza. I got a veggie pizza but it was on a regular crust instead of thin.

I live 30 miles away and that location is the nearest one to me. The Cashier took my order properly but the guys working in back made the mistake.

We were at your restaurant before 10 pm when you close, and we're told that they weren't taking anymore orders by a very rude employee by the name of Tasha. It was at 19th and southern. So we called the one on 51st and baseline they took our order with even less time before closing.

Maybe Tasha needs to not only be trained again but could use lessons in customer service or maybe that's just the people that Little Caesars hires to represent them. Not good at all.

I put in a nearly $90 food order at noon on Oct 22nd for 215pm . My daughter's party was to start at 3:00pm . Needless to say I didn't leave the pizza shop until 345 causing me to miss all but the last 45 minutes of the party.

The pizza was cold when I got home (only a 15 min drive from the pizza shop) , the bread sticks were half cooked and the pepeproni Italian bread was overcooked . So not only did I miss most of my daughter's party , most of the food went into the trash ruining my daughter's 12th birthday even more .

The lady I dealt with was not only very rude to me but to the other customers that were waiting rediculous wait times for their food as well . Waiting 1 1/2 hours for a pre order was just absolutely rediculous .

Placed an order with your store located at 1013 GOVERNORS PLACE, BEAR, DE 19701 on Tuesday, October 25th. I ordered pizza on Sunday 10-23 and the people on our Greenfield Indiana store had the worst mouth. There was so much cussing in front of the customers. The F word was used a lot in the conversation between the two workers.

I found this employee making sexual comments to the female worker I as a customer felt that was disrespectful and that the female worker shouldn't have to deal with that.
