I do not understand why there is the need to reiterate about my visit to little Caesars on Gage Blvd in Kennewick WA m already angry enough about my visit! Then you have a statement that says it needs to be approved before my statement is shared!

the person making my pizza did have her hair in a ponytail, but it didn't do much good cuz her bangs were so long past her shoulders and hung down almost on the pizza!!! No hairnet, no gloves, no washing her hands after playing with her hair, getting pepperoni from the freezer!

she used her pants to wipe hands clean! Her pants had so sauce and crap on them! UNacceptable I'm a mechanic, and even on a bad day, I don't get this nasty! I have worked in the food industry, have my health card!!!

I have a concern about an employee with long hair. The majority was in a ponytail, however, her bangs were down past her shoulders and in her face , hanging over the food as she made pizza. And then often moving the hair to the side so she could see.

Not behind her ears even! All without washing her hands either. Just wiping them on her pants which were filthy! I have worked the food industry and NOTHING like this has ever been allowed! Hairnets are mandatory as well as cleanliness!!!

How is your business a hot and ready company but when you walk into the establish you say online ordering only and turn away customers? And the employee was rude.

Placed order via little caesars website using verified and authorized promo code, and after acknowledging discount, and pressing PLACE ORDER, I drove all the way for my pizza, and told purchase never went through. Then told they couldn't honor promo price and I had to pay full price while wait for cooking. NO THANKS!

This is the second time little caesars website has screwed me!

At 7pm on sat. Oct. 1 2022 I visited the Oneida ny store. While the line was full of customers the employees were in the back yelling and cussing . One employee also made the comment they were eating the CBD gummies .

While waiting to receive my hot and readys I observed employees going in and out the back door smoking and then handling the food without washing hands or wearing gloves. To make matters worse I had ordered 1 cheese and 2 pepperoni hot and readys, when I got home noticed they gave me 3 pepperoni pizzas.

I took it back to get my cheese, instead of disposing of the returned pizza the put a different sticker on it and stuck back in the warmer.

I tried to call them it took them about 30 minutes to answer and then they did not say nothing on the phone but in the back ground they was loud and cussing and laughing and do everything but not answer the phone and this at 1260 Copley rd Akron Ohio 44320 every time I try get some food from there they are very rude and nasty with people and me

On September 22 my sister and I went to pick up a pizza when I got to the counter I ordered a large pepperoni thin this girl I think her name was Virginia that what my ticket has on it we’ll we receive worry pizza no garlic dip and was Charged because she said they were out of garlic dip so what the problem was she got ugly with me I got ugly back and there was another customer that in had order 6 pizza around 4 and

me and my wife and daughter was there Friday September 16 2022 at 11:02 am which I walked in at 10:50 am didn't realize store didn't open until 11 am she said rudely we don't open up till 11 so I said ok not a problem so I was looking at menu over head to see what we wanted when they opened so we made up our minds and went to dollar general since we had time to kill when we came back to order there was another customer in front of us so

we waited in line then she told other customer that she got tired of us staring at her which we was not we always had problems at that little Caesars. So we will not be returning any more unless the problem with poorly managed and ride people is resolved.

I've been going to Little Ceasar off and on for a couple of years and this makes the sixth time I place a order and when I get there they say I never placed a order. Yesterday 9/14/2022 afternoon my wife placed a order and the time I get there they say it was never placed.

They are the most on organized people or either they don't know how to take a order. I get better service from Pizza Hut

I ordered on line to pick it up at a store. Got to the store where I ordered it for and it was closed. I tried calling all the other stores in town and no one answered. He made my order, but when I got it home the pizza was raw.

I had to buy it in the oven and cook it. I was ridiculous. I ordered at 7:00pm and didn't get to eat till 9:00pm. 00 on dinner that I had to chase down and then cook it myself. I ordered pizza so I didn't have to cook.

9/10/2022 I ordered a pizza online and paid for it. The pizza was suppose to be ready between 4:04 pm & 4:09 pm. When I went to pick it up, the store was locked up, dark & closed. I became instantly upset cause I had spent all the money I had, so without the pizza, they had nothing to eat.

I get in the store to make my order, and the employee told me that the wait time will be around 20 to 30 min. I got my receipt at 4:41, and came back 40 min later to pick up my order and wasnt ready.

The employee told that I have to wait another 15 min then I went to my car to wait, and when I came back he said that I have to wait another 15 min. I order Pizza on 9/02/2022 @8:30pm . Around 9:30 9:45pm I try to call regarding my order the phone just kept ringing and ringing. I checked on the web site to see what time Little Cesar's closes and it said 11pm.

So i tried calling a gain. I went to track my order and my order was canceled. I try calling the store again and it just rang and rang. I decide to take a drive to the store and it was closed when the store closes @11p.

Sep 8 2022 went to geyer springs lr ar 72209. Customer brought back in a order of cheese bread and managed put it back in burner not sanitary.

You've lost a lifelong customer because of the ridiculous, terrible, and don't care attitude of the people there working. I live in a rural area in Kansas and this is the one that is closest to my home. HOT AND READY means nothing to this store.

I have called on several occasions to order pizza for my family, and or job. I have yet to get a live person on the line! This is a huge inconvenience, let alone hassle! I have been in the store to pickup and an elderly person ask why they won't answer the phone to place orders!!

Placed an order online, through the mobile app. Received confirmation email that order was received. Received email notification that order was ready. Went to store on Tillotson Ave in Muncie, Indiana, and was told they could not find the pizzas.

Store was not busy and no other orders were waiting. They began to scramble making the order again, but we had already waited 20 minutes.

Terrible experience I set up three separate orders for pick for my job 12pm 4pm 6pm.. fine the kid tells me he can try to ring me out for thr 4pm and 6pm order. He managed to charge me for the 4pm but not the 6pm one.

they tell me it's not in the system so I pull out my orders. The girl calls her boss and then she tells me the 4pm isn't paid foe. So I have to go back n forth telling her I paid cash and paid for the 12pm and 4pm orders.

Tried to orded pizza online, said they wernt accepting online orders. Called 3 times, no answer. Drove to place order. Ordered pizza. Waited 25 minutes. Went in to pick up order. Wasn't ready to it would be another 20 to 25 minutes.

Little Caesars on Lafayette pky Lagrange ga will never answer the phone so you can place an order it's been this way going on a year. The employees say having trouble with phone which is bull crap. Now you can't go through drive through because it says closed.

Employees at that store are not very helpful and hardly ever get your order right. I do not have access to order on line so from now own I'll have to choose another establishment to buy our pizzas.

All my order was burnt , if it weren’t for the heavy rains and the need of my kids desperation to eat at that precise moment, I would have gone back.

I am wanting to file a complaint on the little Caesars in dekalb IL. The last 3 times, including tonight service was horrible. Everytime my family has gone in around 8pm to order food. Each time we are told they either aren't taking orders or tell us they aren't going to cook anything when they clearly are open until 9pm.

First, it is my birthday and I have had some great pizza from this Little Ceasars in the past, so I wanted to have one tonight. m. time for delivery (I live right around the corner from this location) and I also ordered the brownies with two sides of ranch dip; the total came to $25 and change (WOW).

The delivery was late, the pizza was cold, not much cheese or sauce, and the pepperoni was burnt and crispie. So very, very disappointing and I believe that I should have some sort of refund or another pizza. If not, I will no longer be a customer of Little Ceasars.

I was looking forward to a good pizza on my birthday night and that did not happen, so day ruined. Thanks.
