I placed an online order and never received it. When I got to restaurant after waiting over an hour they said they did not have my order.

I visited this store for lunch yesterday 8/25/22 and it was the sketchiest place I have been in a long time. I drove up to the drive thru and the speaker wasn't working. I drove on around to the window to be greeted by a worker that looked like he was either sick or snorting crack.

His nose was all red. He kept snorting. I wanted to drive off but didn't want to be rude. I ask him if they still had the lunch special. The small pizza with a drink. He told me he didn't know he would have to ask as he was new.

Another gentleman came to the window and said that they did have it. I proceeded to order and they tried to charge me $12 for the lunch special. I told him the last time I got it it was around $5.

He then proceeded to tell me that the only drink they had was water unless I wanted to…

I went in August 25 ordered a ch eese and a pep usually the pepperoni is good and I only have to check the cheese so I checked the cheese and the whole thing was black not just some browned cheese it was black so I asked for another one the girl that gave it to me looked put out .

So I went home and as usual at least4 pieces had only half of the cheese on it and the pepperoni had hardly any cheese on it Ithe sauce was showingalot on the whole pizza ever have I had a pepperoni pizza that had too little cheese the store on 50th street in Oklahoma city Oklahoma has gone down down down I will never go there again she tried selling me a burnt pizza the cook saw this pizza and

put it out anyway they need to do a check before they give it to the customer.

So I came in and heard guys arguing with a female like it was ok I feel like the crew members need to show a little respect to the management that's on duty because good help is hard to find

I’m not fond of how the food was made it was sloppy with cheese & sauce sliding off the crust. It’s like they didn’t care & just piled some ingredients on top of one another & threw the pizza in the oven.

The ingredients shouldn’t slide off the crust. This wasn’t the first time either. The food is always horribly prepared. I love the taste of little Caesar pizza but the staff at this specific location fucking sucks! It’s the one in Hoover, AL

The last couple of times that I have ordered from the 6935 Lone Tree Way in Brentwood, CA location, I have been disappointed by what I have seen and heard from the employees. Today for example, as I walked in the store there was a lot of swearing and complaining about an issue that was happening at the store.

While I understand that there are issues, it seems to get in the way of service towards the customer and a not very pleasant environment. There were other customers hearing all of this and we were all looking at each other wondering what was going on.

The same behavior has happened on other occasions complaining about the manager so everyone can hear. I have decided not to go to this location again and drive further to another place.

I ordered your new pizza delivered and it came as one big lump. The driver must have had the box on its side. All the cheese and meat was piled in the corner and the dough was bare.

On August 22,2022 I order 2sets of wings aka the employee before I left if this my order she said yes once at home I realize my order was wrong called back to let them know. Instead of I’m sorry mam the associated was rude and said we’ll bring them back.

I wouldn’t hv to get up from my dinner table and drive 2 1/4 miles for wings and put up with rude employees. I ask to speak with manager 3 time before the associate with the bad attitude relayed the message.

I order 3 box of pizza and some buffalo wings two days ago and I never received my pizza they act like they couldn’t find my order but they took the money off my card.

I ordered a few weeks back and did not get the 2 liter I purchased, and then today thought we would try once again and the crazy bread tasted like garbage, very small thin cut and it didn’t look like it raised properly or something went drastically wrong. Tried calling the store at 1401 Amarillo Blvd East in Amarillo Texas to order a thin crust supreme pizza and they never answered the phone, so I drove to the location and when I told the boy that was there that I wanted a thin crust supreme pizza he told me they didn't have any or the ingredients to make one.

So I asked him for a hot and ready pepperoni pizza and he only had 2 so I got one and took it home when I opened it there were only 10 pieces of pepperoni on it and some of the pizza slices didn't even have pepperoni. This store has always had very poor customer service.

Let’s start with I ordered ahead. Food was not in the correct bay. Did not have all the food in the wrong one. I was missing an order of wings. The manager told me they were in the oven. After 15 minutes goes by I ask and he says “oh, I thought they were in” then did nothing to rectify the situation.

I asked what are you going to do? Take it off or compensate me, I ordered ahead for a reason. He then told me to leave and he didn’t want to deal with me. I was sent away without the rest of my food.

This was the walmsley and broadrock store. Not only was I waiting for my pizzas for more than 30 minutes. A young man came to the front of the store and insulted me by asking if I had monkey pox.

I do not appreciate the the ignorance. Everyone in the back heard him ask me and he thought it was funny also. The guys in the back immediately came to the from and told he was wrong for saying what he said.

He then went to the back and started making the noise of an monkey as if it was cute. I have just recently had an an allergic food reaction and I don’t appreciate this at all it is already stressful.

Yes I went to little caesars here in locust grove ga store number01699-00014 I order Italian cheese bread and it suxed it was not cooked right had no cheese on it it was not done at all I tried to call them no one would answer there phone you guys used to have good cheese bread but not today I had to send in line 45 min and I decided to go inside to get it because that were taking to long in line some people drove off but

Alvin tx little ceasesrs is awful. Very rude workers and they never have pizza ready you have to wait 30 minutes and then it's not cut. My son is autistic and all he ever wants is pizza from here but I can't stand the customer service and always waiting.

I ordered a pizza Sunday and it was canceled- you can’t call the store and when you try you get the message twice then it hangs up, trying to call the complaint line you can’t get through. This is the 2nd time my order went through and when I went to pick it up they were, “out of dough” most recent DoorDash indicated order was canceled after it had been aid for, no reversal of payment. Ive ordered at 5000 N Crescent Blvd, Pennsauken Township, NJ 08109. Ive order over the app and it changed from Delivery to pick up. OFC i cant get it but I knew there are other ways to contact them to get a refund. I guess wrong.... Ive called customer support.

I called in an order and was told it would be 20 minutes so I went to pick it up 20 mi uses after the call. I had to wait another 10 to 15 minutes in line to pick it up.

I experienced the worst customer service ever on Sunday 8/7/2022 at the 1746 W. Mt. Houston Rd, Houston TX 77038 location. The entire staff was very disrespectful and needs to be retrained. It was a long line of unhappy customers waiting an extensive period of time and were told to go stand outside and wait an additional 30 minutes while the entire staff horse played and ate pizza while cooking.

The guy that was eating while cooking was wearing a hoodie and ski mask. I have never been to a place of business that was conducted in this manner. EVERYTHING was very UNACCEPTABLE.

We ordered a pizza for delivery. Little Caesars uses Door Dash. Elsa A. of Door Dash called and said she was leaving a pizza out on our patio table. We have a patio table but our pizza was not on it.

I placed an order for 2 pizzas. 1 was a regular with meat and the other was a deep dish. The boy (door dash) that delivered the deep dish said that this was the entire order and that what was on the receipt must be incorrect.

He went as far as to suggest that I open the square box that had the deep dish was in to see if the other large ROUND pizza was put in the same bow... Uh, really? I ordered over $50 of pizza. When it was delivered, the man "Jimmy" set it on the ground next to the door without ringing the door bell or knocking. It had been out there for 20 minutes before we realized.

It was completely covered in ants. When I called the store, they said it was not there problem, that I need to contact the delivery company. When I talked to the delivery company, they said since it was ordered thru Little Caesar's company, that only little Caesar's can issue the refund.

Went to your 2839 n. Narragansett location for lunch. While waiting on our pizza to be prepared and cooked I noticed your entire prep-line were handling pizza treys dough and toppings without any gloves or mask on. Now I'm not the type of person to go on social media and post videos for attention but I will say this we tossed that pizza right in the garbage when we got home because we don't like to cause a big scene.

I arrived here at 945 pm to place a last minute 10 pizza order..after my order was taken, apizza cook came and said he could not make my pizza because he was almost off his shift...I tried to ask him how many he could get done before he left and he answered none...I don't like how rude and uncooperative he was in helping us out.

I went to get a pizza on a Friday afternoon around 630. They NO 5 dollar pizzas all they had was the 8 and 9 dollar pizza's. Seems like they would have them being a Friday night. I'll never go back.

The little Cesar’ at 1081 s state street Davison MI is telling customers they don’t sell original pepperoni pizzas only the $8 extra most bestest. On numerous occasions they have told me that they only make the extra most bestest pizzas hot and ready.

Both of which are false advertising. I don’t want a lot of pepperoni and to tell me I can’t order the original pepperoni pizza is ridiculous, they are being cheap and scamming people to buy more expensive pizzas. This is not good business practice and I’m sure breaks some sort of franchise rule.

Ok so one day I order cheese bread and it comes with the sauce to dip it in this next day next day now and I cnt get a sauce for my cheese sticks then the girl wants to get hateful wit me well u guys are the one that gives sauce then turn around the next day and don't give sauce I don't think that's right it's not my fault u guys do the stuff u do so no need in being so hateful

Why is the lobby closed half the time? It’s completely ridiculous to order online and pay ahead only to have to sit in a drive thru lane for 20 minutes. If the portal operated it wouldn’t even require a person manning the counter.

I just got 2 of the worst pepperoni pizza's I've ever seen! (in the Fred Meyer shopping center, NE Bremerton WA) Bringing a snack to a noon meeting, I know better than leaving the counter with out inspecting first. It was a soupy mess!

Went to little ceases ordered online. It said between 726 and 736. 7 40 guy comes out and says they are just starting the pizza. 810 finally get my pizza but only got 3 out of the 4 ordered.

Last 2 times I showed up… the worker didn’t not answer to take order I had to drive up and place order at window. Today we again drove up to drive -thru and no response. We said hello and they said they would be a minute.

Was more like 3 minutes and still no response. There was only 1 car in front of us so I don’t see the issue. We drove away without placing an order and from now on we’ll just go to Pizza Hut or Domino’s at least they have better customer service.

I was speaking to the district manager Cortez of the Newport News Virginia locations. I was explaining to him that his Warwick blvd location, his employees should be washing there hands every 20 min waring gloves and having hair pulled back, , none slip shoes instead of regular shoes, they are warning basketball shorts, instead of pants.
