I came into my local little ceasars on stead blvd. Reno Nv at 9:20 pm on a Sunday. The young staff was cleaning up which i understand because they close at 10 pm.

However I was told they ran out of dough and had sokd everything. I cant know if this is true or they just wanted to close up early. But 9:20 should not be a tine that a customer can not come in and get a hot and ready pizza. Super irritated!!!!

I put in a pick up order from Little Caesar’s Upland, CA on Foothill and San Antonio. I ordered 2 pizzas and 2 crazy breads. When I picked up at 5:55pm July 21, 2022, there was only 1pizza and when I addressed it to the employee, he immediately gave me a snarky attitude saying “obviously I don’t have an extra pizza here so

we don’t have your pizza” implying that I was lying about my order. I had my receipt to show proof of my order and he continued to give me attitude refusing to help me by either providing me with the rest of my order or refunding my money back.

He even called the cops and the cops demanded that he refund my order.

Your location on flyod is under horrible management. Your staff does not want to help customers. I called to place an order, put me on hold for 10 mins, pull up to your location, there is no customers and employees are just talking.

Also, they make the complaint of need to put in an order online but online doesn't allow you too. ) I call this location at 9:00pm to put in an order for 1 hot and ready but can't get assistance but your location on Mchenry has taken my order 20 mins before closing and had it ready.

Employees are rude and will look at you when you walk in then walk away to go and chat. I try to keep giving this location a chance because it's close to my house but worse service ever and employees are ridiculous.

I'm sure this complaint will go no where and there is already so…

Hi my name is Ashley. I came into little Caesars at 1:58. I wanted to order 2 lunch combos for my son and I. No one one was at the front.

Finally someone came up to take my order. I specifically asked if they still had the lunch combos available as to now is 2. Which she responded at yes we can. Before putting in our order she walked away to let an employee in that just walked into the store. Now it's past 2.

Now I'm not longer able to order the lunch combos. They refuse to honor the deal even though I was here before 2 waiting on them. Both the girl helping me originally and the girl who just walked in had very poor customer service.

No smiles no I'm sorry for the inconvenience. Both personalities very blah I don't care.

We ordered our pizza online and the order was wrong when I got home (Because if you order online and the label on the pizza box is "exactly" what you ordered you shouldn't have to check it). When my wife called about the issue she was given a rude attitude from the manager there due to their mistake.

I returned the pizza and asked for the correct order. Then I proceeded to ask for a 2 liter bottle for my inconvenience of having to drive back to the location which was NOT close. I was told no. I can understand that but the attitude directed to my wife for their mistake was unacceptable.

Customer service at the "7909 W Grand Pkwy S Suite 220, Richmond, TX 77407" needs a shake-up.

Woman who was working there didn’t acknowledge anyone who came in to let us know she was cooking and handling register in her own. I placed an order online and it wasn’t ready for the time I was promised. I was also told that because I said I didn’t know what she had going on that she was going to do my order and told me I need to request a refund through customer service.

I will never step foot in another little ceasers again because time and time again I receive poor customer service. She didn’t even issue my refund to my card. I feel like I deserved some kind of acknowledgment as to when she’d be able to be with me or even information that she didn’t have what I ordered to begin with so I can avoid waiting all together.

I went to the little Ceasars on Geyer Springs Rd on July 12 2022 and ordered 1 hot and ready 5 meat feast. I was told to park in front it would be maybe 2 minutes. I sat in my car waiting for more than 40 minutes and never received my order.

It had already been paid for or there is no way I would have stayed that long. The drive through line was moving through just fine it appeared to me I was the only one who had to wait. After about 25 minutes 2 others had pulled in front too.

I watched both of them receive their orders while I still waited I finally went inside and asked why I was still waiting the girl laughed and said we must have forgotten about you! Normally they show me the pizza before they give it to you but they pulled a pizza out of the hot boxes and handed it to me.

I ordered a custom pizza with sausage green peppers and onions and an order of crazy bread. I was concerned that my pizza was ready before my crazy bread. When I got home I was even more dissatisfied to find instead of making a new “custom” pizza my the staff recycled a sausage pizza and added my two additional toppings.

My pizza was not fresh or hot! This is horrible customer service!

I ordered pizza from Little Caesars in Franklin Indiana and the pizza was a extra most bestest pep that was nearly burnt to a crisp, it was ashy. I also bought breadsticks as well, and little did I know, I accidentally ate moldy breadsticks. It's sad and disgusting that Little Caesars accepts this behavior.

The little Caesar’s in Willis, tx was closed on May 23. I did not know this, however, and placed a $40 order through the app. The app took the order for that location, even though it was closed, and the location was closed so the order was not fulfilled and I wasn’t reimbursed for the order.

The restaurant has since opened and never addressed my issue after multiple feedback emails.

Well the little caesars in our town is either closed half the time. Does not have hot an ready ready. Everytime wr go we have to wait at least 15 minutes everytime. Today they had parking lot full of cars an after having us sit at window for 10 minutes because their speakers doesn't work they say we are not taking anymore orders right now.....

really I dont know who is in charge of South Boston Va little caesars but they need to fix alot because we are all getting tired of it. Would give less then one star if I could. Said part we love little caesars pizza just disappointed in service.

I ordered a pizza online through the app at store# 481586 at 1536 S. , Elkhart, INdiana , 46516. It accepted my order and payment. I arrive at the store and it is closed! No one there! I know this happened to others as well for we were in the parking lot as others pulled in and got the same shock.

So tonight at 10 pm I am going through my email and see an email that said my pizza was ready at 5:36pm. I never received this pizza and I certainly wouldn’t expect to get an email a day later.

Ordered through app. Said ready at 5:25. Finally ready at 6:10. Made one pizza wrong, missed one item that was ordered. While fixing these items, the rest of the order sat on the counter so it was cold. The Italian cheese sticks are always doughy and has to be baked more when we get home. Worst pizza I have ever had and I order from there several times. On top of all this the manager had short shorts on. I am not against short shorts but very unprofessional. Another employee had crocks on. Very unsafe.
