The little Fraser on Edgewood Ave Avenue B is nasty. They don’t wear hairnet’s. The lady in the front talking the money have bumps in her face scratching them then don’t wash her hands and go back fixing pizza. They have slides working.

One lady behind the counter with a bonnet on sound dress no bra just hanging out. It’s horrible.

C. needs to update the hours they are open. I visited the store on 7-9-2022 at 12o'clock and they were not open. I came back at 12;30pm and still not open. I tried again on SUNDAY 7-10-2022, I was told they would open at 1;00pm.

I could not wait and went somewhere else. This store website states they are open everyday at 12o'clock. I think it would be nice if someone update the time on their website. You are not making any friends by doing this.............................

I go online to place a order it says the online service is down so I call the store and all I get is all out reps are busy stay on line and someone will get to you then it hangs up. So I go up there and I complain and to my surprise they tell me they don't have a phone I Lai how you gonna have a business with no phone really.

Nothing but black people working in there beech Grove Indiana really going down hill fast. So now you got drive up there place your order them drive back to get your order no thanks I will go somewhere else

This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I called to order food for delivery and ended up driving to the store and ordering my food after 25 minutes on hold. When I get to the store there was no other customers in there do we asked to speak to a manager to inquire why we have been on hold for so long.

She apologized and walked away so a young girl came to take our order and my husband asked for a discount for the issue and she said no we don't do discounts so I calmly told her it was no problem we would order our food and I would take the issue up with corporate office.

Well she snapped and said I refuse to wait on you if you are going to come in here with that attitude and stormed off to the back of the store so the manager had to come back out and finish our order…

The night shift manager, Kris. Does not know how to encourage or give direction, all she does is yell and break people down and discourages them. Some are still in highschool. Constantly yells never tries to properly instruct or gives orders and yells if you don't do it her way.

Her way or she says she well fire you.

I went to get a pizza and they said it would be a 10 min wait. We go there almost everyday and have to wait on our food there has been a couple times where we had to get our money back because they don't put it in the oven at the time.

we order and have to wait 45mins that is just not right.. There is signs that say hot and ready but they never have nothing ready when we come to get food .......

) to pick up a couple of Hot&Ready pizzas and waited 30 minutes. There were people waiting in the lobby and the staff was very unprofessional, laughing and cutting up in the back. I was going to pay cash and they had no cash/change so I paid with a card.

I stopped here because of the fast service but not here. It was 104 outside, I had groceries and as in other locations I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. I asked for a refund and the guy turned around and handed me the 2 pizzas I paid for 30 minutes past.

I received a pizza today. When I got home the pizza was burnt. It was hard and unable le to eat it. We are unable to take it back because we live all the cross town. I called to inform the young man.

I have been waiting for 30 minutes for a 7 minute make on a pizza. I’ve been asked ATLEAST 4 times what I ordered. This place is a joke. Location on Sterns road in Lambertville, MI. The workers are in the back gossiping and giggling… so very unprofessional..

It took 1 hour and 10 minutes to get my order. I was in store and somehow my order was lost between the shift change, but the person behind me got their order within 15 minutes. Absolutely unacceptable. The worst experience I have ever had at Little Caesars Pizza.

Longwood Florida location. The guy working on 7/8/22 at 12pm EST answering the phone. He hung up on me at least 5 times but I am nothing if not persistent. When He finally answered after 6 calls he sighed every time asking me what else I wanted.

He told me a carryout order would be 45 min, I said ok knowing that wasn't true. My elderly father was next door and picked up our order in 15 min where a very kind girl helped him. That guy should be fired, he gave the worst service ever if you can even call it that.

Went to get pizza at Little Caesars in Camp Verde, Arizona on July 7, 2022 at approximately 7:30-7:45 pm. Ordered 1 thin crust cheese pizza and 2 thin crust pepperoni pizzas. The box they put the tickets on stated the order correctly.

However, when we arrived home and opened the boxes we discovered the only thin crust was the cheese pizza and both the pepperoni pizzas had regular thick crust. This is the second time I've been in there and they (the 2 girls working there) screwed up my order.

I tried to call but they had apparently closed up for the night as there was no answer.

Placed online order recd confirmation receipt & notice in the oven. Went to pickup said not there called another store in area, not there. Called hubs who placed order to confirm where at, went back to first store swore not there.

Argued with male employee with half blue half pink hair and more oil/grease then in a McDonald's fry basket. Asked him to look he argued not there. Found part of order with name on box on a table. Couldn't find the rest of order.

Requested refund which Carlos, Co-mgr. Couldn't do since no receipt cause ordered and paid for on line. Took pizza after arguing if you don't have our order, how did you know what to make and why are 2 of the 3 pizzas sitting here?

Will never go back to 12th & Santa Fe in Moore again. Order #197 was not even made right. To expensive…

I have ordered online 3 times now and every time I pay for 2 crazy sauce. They have never sent it. They only time I get it is when I actually go to the store and remind the them I paid for it.

Plus the fact that the crazy bread should automatically come with sauce and it doesn’t is beyond me.

Order a pizza on the phone a Little Caesars 2790 1st Street 90033 order the cheese pepperoni pizza no sauce so that it my son's allergic to sauce when I arrived to pick up the pizza she gave me the pizza got home my son took a bite of the pizza and informed me that there is sauce now I got to keep him now him 24 hours contact the store the lady says just come in and get another pizza till I do not live around there I asked her for a refund since I pay with credit card she said she'll see what she could do she had no care that my son is allergic to sauce on the pizza she should have tell me that the pizza they gave me wasn't for me but

the stickers that are on the box clearly says my name so they were she should have act like she has my pizza there still again had no worries or no nothing…

Ordered extra well wings. I received wings of rubber with no dipping sauce. The pizza taste Goode, however, pepperoni lovers. Put pepperoni on it. Very disappointed. Your wings are the worst I have ever had. I apologize for the boldness.

We ordered pizza through the website, for the Saco Maine store. They canceled our order, their excuse being "morning crew never showed to do prep work". We have not received any pizza, nor a refund. I want a refund for the pizza we never received.

The Live Oak FL 32064 store needs the portal fixed. It's been working one day and down the next. My pizza was in the portal, but the staff failed to complete the steps, so I could put my code in.

I have ordered my pizza(s) on line, given the portal code, sent text my pizza was ready. Go in to pick my pizza up from the portal, and the portal is broken. I have to wait, because the one staff at the counter was taking an in person order, before he could wait on me.

That's the purpose of the portal, or call in orders. No wait. There should have been or there should always be 2 staff members on that counter at all times. Went into store (619)562-3500 at 9:36pm to order two pizzas. Was met at counter and told they were closed. Had called in at 8:20pm to confirm they were open till 10pm. While this was happening the same employee went to the door and told another 4 customers that they were closed.

When questioned about 10:00pm closing time the employee just replied “we’re closed” . Nice way to do business guys !! Too many pizza places in town, thanks for being treated like crap.

Where to begin with this place. 1. They NEVER have Hot-N-Ready available. Doesn't matter when you go. If you want Hot-N-Ready, it's a 15-30 minute wait. 2. They have the rudest people working at the counter. 3. If you order from the app, always add 40-60 minutes to the wait time. They never have your order ready on time.

There is another Little Caesars about 20 blocks north on Federal Blvd. They run circles around this location.

I visit your jeffery st and Dundas street location frequently and to be honest your product is good. The last 3 times ive been here and nothing is ever ready. The last 2 times in particular including today I arrived at said store at 1123 and was told the lunch combo was not available until 12 when clearly the window says 11-2 and

when I brought it to the employees attention she repeated it not ready until 12 pm and never offered to make it and let me and 3 co workers walk please address this and get back to me. Like I said the product is good just can't get the product on my lunch break.

If my concern goes unanswered I will not return and take my 60 a month elsewhere thank you for your time

I ordered 3 pizzas on 7-1-22 at 5:45 pm. I did not get them until 7:54. I saw only 3 people working and struggling to keep up. I understand that good help is hard to find but definitely need to help the ones who are already there.

I don't understand why the website can't tell the customers ordering that there is a delay, cause when I placed my order it said 20 - 30 minutes. This store has had this issue before and it is starting to wear thin.

Especially since I could have gone to the store and made the pizza faster from scratch. But since I already paid online, I was screwed.

I ordered a pizza and Italian cheese sticks from the pigeon forge location at 3974 parkway in pigeon forge at 8:52pm on July 4th for delivery. I got an email stating that my food would be delivered between 9:46 and 9:51.

It is currently 10:43pm and I never received my food. I paid online so my card was charged and I would like my money back. Thank you. I will never order from this location again.

I arrived 20 minutes before the posted hours indicated closing for the evening. The crew ignored me for at least 5 minutes and then when they asked me what they could get for me I started to order and they interrupted me to inform me that they were 10 minutes behind schedule and they would not allow me to make a purchase. It was clear the cashier was having trouble handling her duties.,

I noticed she was very careless with cutting the pizza and so I requested an older pie. She told me no and proceeded to take the same pie to cut over and over again. An employee tried to explain to her that she has to make sure to do so and not to cause a scene because of my request. She then speaks loudly complaining she has no help and is the only one. She then desplayed the food and I simply left with the mutilated pizza in hand. The shift manager was making himself unavailable, showed no interest in helping resolve the matter, and is an additional employee that has been unprofessional in the past.

I will continue to feast on Ceasers pizza; It’s just a shame that this very location is so doing so poorly in customer…

While waiting for an already late ordered pizza a fight with a customer broke out with one of the employees. The customer was ordered to wait outside in their vehicle along with other customers. Your employee jumped over the counter, after verbally abusing customers, and pushed the customer. Police were called.

I entered the drive through line at the little ceasars in Georgetown Ky. Saturday at 756pm. There was 8 cars ahead of me and several behind me. As the car 2 vehicles ahead of me got to the speaker, no one answered so after 3 minutes they drove to the window and around the building.

Then the cat in front of me did the same. I got up the speaker and after about a minute drove to the window and realize that they had turn the lights out and blocked the window and it closed the store at 8 o’clock.

So after sitting in line for close to 15 minutes I did not receive any pizza. The only sign that tells that the store closes at eight is on the speaker itself so the 12 cars behind me had no idea that they were closed and neither did any of us ‘ we could not see the sign on the speaker.

I visit your Panama Lane little Caesars in Bakersfield ca on July 1, 2022 at 9pm; and I noticed employee’s aren’t wearing no hairnet nor using gloves. When I the cashier why she wasn’t wearing any gloves nor hairnet she stated that’s not part of her policy.

Now I need to know what’s the policy when it comes to making the food because that’s unsanitary. Not only that while waiting in line I noticed the same cashier relative and gave them free food. I heard the conversation when she stated he don’t have pay and walked away.

That’s something that shouldn’t be happening

I PreOrdered online to hopefully get my order quicker, but when I got here they didn't have my order , so I had to wait another 40 minutes for my pizza to be ready , When I walked in the store it was gross, the trash was over flowing , the floor was visibly dirty as if it had not been mopped in a while , the employees had NO URGENCY on getting my order out quickly, Only 2 pizzas by the way.

Went and into the lobby placed my order the cashier told me that it would take 10 minutes for cheese pizza I said that was fine after 15 minutes waiting she then told me it be 15 more minutes while drive though was getting their order she the told me drive threw was priority and I just had to wait if little caesars is going to prioritize drive threw then shut the lobby and post drive threw only.

This is a formal complaint- I come to this store all the time to get pizza for my family. The store was packed this night 7/1/2022 with about 10 customers. The female Caucasian manager was literally seen walking around EATING and not assisting or managing her workers. Orders were getting mixed up and given to other people. People were waiting 45 minutes and some customers were asking for refunds- one customer had 1 pizza and breadsticks and never got his order. When I asked for the manager name to report her, the other African American manager on staff, WHO ACTUALLY TRIED TO SERVICE THE CUSTOMERS BY HIMSELF- would not give her name.

Ordered pizza online waited over an hour for order. Only to find out it had been sitting in the portal for over forty minutes and name was not on portal to be able to pick it up. When I asked about my order not one employees seemed to know where my order was.

Did not even get a sorry or compensation which I should not even had to pay for meal after the incompetence of the manager and employees. Will never go back.

I went to your Westerville Ohio location an placed an order. I ordered 2 thin crust pizzas with sausage. 98 for the sausage…. 49 but to add sausage is 8 more dollars…. 49 so how could my two topping pizza be 6 dollars more. That’s absolutely ridiculous.

I called a franchise lil ceasers an they’re pricing is 10 dollars less for the same thing.

Also how many times does one person have to call for someone to answer the phone. I called over 25 times an all it did was ring an ring. I had to drive to the store to talk to a manager.

Your Huntington Indiana store is pathetic. It is 6:30 PM on July 1 and there is no one answering the phone there. Two out of the last three times I was there the store was not even open during peak business hours.

It appears they open and close whenever they want here. The employees there are rude and act like they hate their jobs. Corporate needs to get someone to take over the Huntington Indiana store or just close it down.

The waiting to place an order was about 10 minutes. I pulled up to the window and was ignored for about 10 more minutes. Nothing hot and ready to go. Wanted 2 Italian cheesy bread but had to settle for a like warm cheese pizza.

Service a this location has been terrible. Last 2 times we stopped we were told it would be 40 minute water on a pepperoni pizza. Always liked you pizza but it's getting harder to deal with the service. In Lake Wales Florida

Ordered 2 pizza 9:30 one had mushrooms and the other one was rock hard took it back once we opened them in the car then went back in the manager would not remake them it was 9:35 said she was closing soon.
