Place on order at this location 2843 South Crenshaw Blvd 90016, Jessica got my order wrong. I have to wait additional 15 minutes. Came late to pick up my kids from camp. Had to pay 30 dollar for two kids.

They charge a dollar per minute when late. I’m requesting a refund or store credit for the amount I have to pay. They do t answer the phone any more.

The last two times we have ordered at the Allegan store they have messed up the order and the last time on 6/29/2022 the manager argued with me and made a very rude comment about me on my way out of the store, the manager was very rude throughout the whole ordeal.

What is going on with your employees at this location. The rating should be 0 stars. This is not the first time and I am complaining now because my son experienced the same thing just the other day. Your employees have 0 (ZERO) respect for any customers or even themselves, who is running this damn store?

They cuss in front of customers and to themselves and using the four letter word like nothing is just ridiculous already. I'm tired of this crap already and if y'all can't get it under control, I'll keep complaining to someone else!!

My fiancé went to pick up a pizza and said that she was grossed out because one of the workers there was scratching her head and touching her phone then went back and grabbed the crazy bread without gloves after she just scratched her head. Not only did the employee do that we took a bite out of the pizza and don’t even want it there’s not a lot of sauce on the pizza we had ordered it and it’s practically burnt the crust is hard as a rock.

This is probably the worst experience I’ve ever had. I don’t dandruff in my food and I don’t think any customer does.

m. I pulled into the parking lot and seen what looked like every employee outside the store in parking lot chit chatting. Pulled up to drive through where the 2 people in front of me pulled away because noone was at the drive through window.

I sat there for a few minutes til a boy finally came up. At that time the other employees that were outside decided to come back to work as well. They also had no hot and ready pizza ready to go.

I did complain to the boy about waiting and he apologized but what is happening to our work ethic these days?? Very dissapointed on service.

As an older individual, I cannot enjoy pizza as often as I used to, but when I do, I prefer Little Ceasars over the other chains.

That said, their location at 13280 Biscayne Blvd in North Miami has had a spotty-at-best reputation over the years.

Recent examples:

On June 4, 2022 I stopped by. You advertise "hot and ready" pizza. No pepperoni available... but a 15 minute wait. I said I'd come back another time [as I didn't have time to hang around and wait for a pie].

The next day: The location *did* have pepperoni available, but the first one looked like your "older version" with less pepperoni than the "33% more" you currently advertise. The second one wasn't very much better, but I chose it as it was that or nothing.

The clerk asked me if I had exact change when I presented a $20…

First off, the lady at the drive thru was not pleasant looking. She had a spaghetti strap shirt with NO bra on.

Have been trying all day to order pizzas. App is not working . Tried calling local store Maryville , TN all day no answer. Manager very rude when we finally go to store only for her to say store closed at 8pm on a Saturday.

Said said they have been very busy although app isn't working and they won't answer phone. At our location you cannot just go in and order anymore. Very disappointed and will go to Pizza Hut from now on.

Th3 pizza was so uneven one side was thick the other side so thin about 3 inches away from the egde was nothing hardly no souce .i hot 2 pepperoni and one cheese and bread sticks .all the pizza were the same way. UNACCEPTABLE!! My son went thru the drive thru earlier today, paid for his pizza and was told it would be about 5 minutes. He was told to pull around and someone would bring the pizza out. 25 minutes later, he went back thru the drive thru, with receipt in hand and explained the situation.

Thinking they had just forgotten and would get his pizza. Oh no, not what happened. 00. Wait, what?!! Did I mention he was the only car parked right at the front door facing the employees. Something similar happened to me at the same location.

I ordered a pizza and items from Little Ceasar May 12th from Little Ceasar website. Doordash supposely was delivering it. Door dash system went down and the pizza wasn't delivered. I called the restaurant and Door dash which directed me to Little Ceasar store support which is basically (non existence).

So i called the1-313-983-6000 and they also forward me to the same store support. Wow. I ordered the pizza for my kids which i will be aggressively pursuing their refund since no one in there corporate wants to take care of the customer.

I went to drive thru & ordered a Extra Most Bestest pizza & when I got home it was just a cheese pizza. I called the store & the girl that answered the phone told me that she would put my name on their bulletin board & I could have a free pizza to replace the wrong one, the next time I came in.

She did not tell me to keep the receipt. I returned on April 16, 2022, approx 2 wks later, to get my free pizza & the girl at the window would not honor the free pizza. She was very rude to me & laughed because she wasn't going to honor the free pizza.

She was a black girl & deserves to lose her job for the way she treated me. Very disrespectful & rude. She is lousy at customer service. Very bad representation of this location.

Literally fucking non-existant. Their "support hotline" is "closed" every time I call it. I tried contacting my local store and I can't even do that - I've been on hold for over 20 minutes just trying to call my local store.

I sent them an email via the website contact form as well and never received a response. What the hell is going on? Why is it literally impossible to reach any body with this company - even at a normal store?

This is a complaint about this little ceasars, Little Caesars Pizza In Patrick Street Plaza Shopping Center Charleston, WV. This location has gone straight to hell. The employees seem to be high on some sort of drugs, orders are wrong, customers are overcharged and this is ongoing.

You now have to wait on a hot n ready pizza and they never answer the phone for over a week now when trying to place an order. This used to be a great place, but gone to hell in a hand basket.

Every time I come to the restaurant in Manhattan ks. They never have hot n ready. It's advertised hot n ready so people don't have to wait. There was 3 people in the store 2 were together. I think u should not advertise hon n ready if it's not gonna be hot n ready.

I chose to come here because it's advertised hot n ready n I didn't want to wait. I would like my money back since this is not the case. The man was a jerk about it too. General manager josh said he doesn't have to have hot n ready.

Me and my family been Ceasars pizzas customers since it open . Lately the location on Hammond indiana on Homan Ave. Has gotten very poor. Workers bad attitudes, managers with bad attitudes . Every time we now go there . A problem arises .

Yesterday I called in my order, they said 30 mints or so. So me and my son went to go pick it up. When I got there it look like there were about 5 people working behind the counter compare to the customers, they weren’t enough.

I got to counter after a 20 mint wait . To my amazing the counter said there was no order fir me I said that was fine I reorder mistakes happen. I ask the counter how long will it be for 1sauage pizza?

Reply was about 20 mints . I came back in 20 mints and to my amazement the counter said there was never an order taking from me…

I orderd a meat lovers at seymour tn. Chapman hwy. I was told to pullup it would be 10 min. I sat in my car for 45min. No one brought me my pizza. I went in and asked weres my pizza.

Ordered online to avoid a hr wait in a drive through line , once we received the email to pick up our order we went to get our pizza , upon arrival at 8:30 the store doors were locked so I wasn’t able to get in to get my pizza from the portal , after standing at the door for about 6 min I start knocking the lady shakes her head at me and
