I waited 30 mins before another worker asked me what I was waiting on.. another 15 mins go by still nothing. So I'm still waiting.

Finally almost an hour I got my food drive home which is 5 mins away and my pizza is cold and tastes bad. Will never go to this location again. And want a refund or at least some coupons for some free pizza.

The workers at this location never even apologized for my wait.

My pizza was very doughey when it arrived. Usually it's crisp and good. The Uber or whatever even was informed that it was only in the oven for six minutes.

Also I ordered ahead to have it delivered at noon. Because I was at work. And they delivered it way to early. The breadsticks as usual where great.. Which is why there is a third star.

Filing a complaint for poor service and bad pizzas. On Sat. Feb. 12. 2022 I went to my local Ceasers to order pizzas for a family gathering that night. I arrived at the store around 5:35 and approached the counter which there was nobody working.

Finally at 17:49 (ticket time) a female employee took my order. She told about 20-30 minutes. I ordered 2 orders of crazy bread w sauce and one cheese, one thin crust pepperoni and round custom pizza. I waited and waited and yes, they were busy but I checked on my food order and every time was told it’s coming up.

Finally at 705pm, I asked the young lady where my order was at and she had to go make up my order, I was being told two pizzas are up and waiting for my thin crust to cook.

Meanwhile while waiting a few customers had come into store…

Ordered a emb pizza today. My husband got sick when we were going out to dinner, so I ran into Little Caesar's to get a pizza for my 12 year old son. I ordered at 6 pm. They told me 10 minutes.

We ran next door to grab a few items from the grocery store. Went in at 615 to pick up the pizza. The employee looked in every box. No EMB. I heard him yell to put in another EMB because they sold my pizza to someone else.

I asked them to refund my debit card and we would leave because my husband was home sick. They said it would be just a few more minutes. They finally handed us the pizza at 6:46. Completely unacceptable. No apology or the option to refund my card so that we could go elsewhere and get a pizza. This is ridiculous.

I visited a little Ceasars location in Pharr Tx on 2-14-22 and I picked up two hot and ready s and took them home. When I opened the first box I had no problem upon viewing the pizza and gave no thought weather to eat it or not.

however when I went on to eat the second box I noticed it was poorly made. Nearly all the cheese was concentrated in the center. And the parts of the crust that normally don't have any cheese that are usually about 1 in wide, were about 5 in wide.

So I took the only two slices I thought were decent enough to eat. That is decent I am not saying good. And ate them and left the rest in the box, for evidence, when I make the complaint. Tonight at approx 8pm my wife and I went in to the Store located on Avenue K & 10th west in Lancaster, CA. IAM a regular cutomer at this little ceasrs and other locations as well. Tonight, my husband and I wanted to order 2 Hot N Ready pizzas and we were told that it would take approx.

Well I drove up to lil chasers at 9:55pm and the sign said it was open lights were on I go to the door they are locked it says it closes at 1030pm As the employees notice me the turn off lights and as I'm sitting here waiting this they leave take off faster then fast, I just think it's wrong they are closing early, and when u call yo talk to manager he is quite rude also. I started calling the Willis,tx store when I left my house which is 8 miles to the store no one answered the whole time as I'm pulling up to the store every employee is outside smoking this the reason for them not Answering the phone. It was around 8 pm.

I wanted to order a 3 meat pizza which he tells me I cant due to some company policy. I asked to order some wings he tells me I cant due to some company policy. Then I asked about crazy bread he tells me that they are not doing crazy bread either.

28 2021 at 540 pm we had put an order in to lil Caesars pizza . So any who after an hour of waiting for my online pizza order. I get home open up my socal fresh pizza witch I took a bite out of and I felt paper .

So I spit it out and checked what it was and to come and find out it's one of the print out receipt which all ink is erase from the grease the pizza I have photos of the paper found on the pizza . That is very unsanitary

I ordered one stuffed crust pepperoni pizza and an order of stuffed bread stick online. I was told it would be ready in 45-50 mins. I waited for the notification that it had been loaded into the pizza portal and after an hour, I went to the store to find out what was going on.

Upon arrival I waited for at least 5 mins at the counter for someone to assist me. When I asked about order, they told me it would be at least another 45 mins (at this point it had been an hour and 20 mins since I had ordered).

I said I couldn't wait over 2 hours for one pizza that I was told would be ready in less than one hour. The manager then got mad at me saying they couldn't help it and that it wasn't their problem that they were going to be over an hour late with the order.

I placed an online order at the little ceasers in Steger Illinois. I get there to pick up my food from the portal and the girl tells me lobby is closed while she standing outside talking to someone sitting in their car.

I said I placed an online order and got the message it’s ready. She told me I have to go thru the drive thru mind you there’s a line of at least 15 cars I said are u serious the whole purpose of online ordering is to NOT have to wait.

She shuts the door and locks it while I’n standing there trying to talk to the stupid girl. She was rude and I couldn’t get her name. So I had to wait 35 min to get my pizza and it was not even hot anymore it was cold and burnt.

When I went thru the drive thru (this being 4th time in 2 months) again they could not provide the brownie. When I went to the window to pay I asked the cashier (Abby) why they were advertising something they could never seen to provide.

She (and with the most disrespectful way) told me I must not be ordering it when they have it as they run out fast, said maybe they should be ordering more. She snipped off well it just dont work that way and if I wanted brownies bad enough just to make them myself.

Called in order for 2 large specialty pizza a chz bread with garlic butter cheese spice and marinara.. employee said 10 to 15 min when we got there pizza was ready but he forgot. The chz bread so he put pizzas in the warmer and we waited 37 min for the cheese bread he then brings it out and forgets the spices so he goes in the back and

I did not get my food on 11/10/2021 Indianapolis, IN Little Ceasar on Shelby St.

I ordered online and their was a gas leak, I sent feedback and no one ever reached back out to me. I paid my money online and never received a refund. This pizza was for a school small group and I used a promo code. I called the store several times and got in touch Sunday 11/14/21 for the first time.

This is an inconvenience, I have the receipt and the bank statements where they took the money out.

I just went to the little caesars in Pulaski NY 13142. I went inside to order when I walked inside I heard yelling and screaming at other employees, the same woman who was yelling took my order, she didn't have a name tag but I heard a employee say her name which was Vikki.

I gave my order and whenever she would talk I could smell alcohol on her breath. This in my opinion is unprofessional work manners. I live in the Pulaski area and I love going to little caesars but if something isn't done about this woman I will stop going until something is done and I will let others know what kind of business is going on in that restaurant.

My friend went in to buy 3 hot n ready $5 pizzas for my grandsons birthday. The little cesars location at 7530 West Waters ave in Tampa told my friend they only have the Extra Most Bestest pizzas for more money!

I went to Little Caesar’s on Miami Boulevard on Sunday Sept. 26, 2021 around 3:45 pm the driveway was blocked and the doors were locked. A lady came and unlocked the door just so she could tell me that they were on a break.

People were coming, but couldn’t get in. I asked her about the manager and she informed me that she was the Corporate manger. She also told me that she was the only one that could run the cash register and that she also made the pizza.

They were eating Neck bones and I couldn’t see what else they had. I guess they were closed for at least and hour. She also stated that was all the help she had and that they had not had a break all day.

She told me that she thought that people cook on Sunday’s. I told her not me, because i had been in church.

I am sending this complaint for STORE # 03393-00012 which is where I order at least once a week. I have receipts from Aug. 25th to Sept. 25th and every single visit I have had a problem with one thing or another.

I have been in the restaurant industry my entire life and I understand when your busy. I understand when you are short staffed too. My problem is that on all these times I have had a issue I have never been told by anyone, I AM SORRY!!

So my complaint isn't about the pizza or the company rather the trucking company that delivers supplies to the store. I went to the little Ceasars pizza in North platte nebraska on September 21 at about 6pm. I ordered a cheese pizza and some cheese bread.

The staff informed me the cheese bread would take 15 minutes and asked me to pull around to their parking lot. So I did. Thier deliver truck was there delivering supplies so I parked in a space in front of the door.

The truck was parked across the rest of the lanes facing my car. I looked up and the driver was waving his arms at me and yelling. I thought oh ok so I went to back up and move out of the space.

1640 Bus US-121 N Lewisville, TX 75067 United States. This is the worse location. They never answer the phone, and when they do they’re laughing, very unprofessional. I’m surprised this place is still open. It’s needs new management and employees, just terrible!

You need cameras or you just don’t care about this place. They will give anybody a job these days.
