I had a order 3 weeks ago I had ordered pepperoni pizzas 3 of them got home had just 3 cheese. 30 pm at the Pickens sc store. Called told him my issue he said bring them back without 1 peice gone & he fix them.

Then just hung up on ne! I went there & tried to get his name he wouldn't give it to me was so rude! 30 got a raw gooey pizza! Called same manager & he hung up again I believe his name is zel..

Ordered delivery from their ap and my pizza never got delivered. I called the number 2 times and left a message 2 times and never got a call back. I am so mad. They take my money and then don't deliver my food and can't be bothered to make it right! Ridiculous.

I visit your store often when I request to the lady at the window can I please have some cookies she ask me how many kids in the vehicles kids are home I just need a couple bags I can’t store manager policy she also laughs . I don’t think it’s right that I can’t have a couple of bags of cookies cause the kids are not in the vehicle that’s is totally not right .

I ordered some bread sticks didn't get my marinara sauce. I called and complained and they said come back and get it. Mind you I'm walking and had a long day. I get there only to find out I could not get it.

To who it may concern,

Employees lying to customer. I waited for 20 min when told 5 min and to pull up. I went inside to complain. Lead is throwing a fit the cutter and other utensils. Trying to give me only one pizza til the cashier spoke up. Lead tossed my second pizza on the counter and when I asked for the sauces and the brownie cookie dough thing(which I'm kinda disappointed in) which she slammed it on the top of my order. I had told her that if she was honest with customers in the first place she wouldn't run into situation with angry customers. I work in the same industry and have for many many yrs so I know how it is and have patience but lying and throwing a fit when me and other customer are paying their paychecks. When called little Caesars, I asked about specials I was told you only get the specials on line. I do not pay things on line so this would leave me out of getting the special deals. Please rectafie this issue.

There are many older people that don't pay online. I will be passing this on to my elderly friends so they are aware of the clientele you only want to serve.

I've been eating little ceasers for a very long time even as a kid I remember pizza pizza but as of late it's been really hard to find a store that cooks the food just right I was at your location in murrayville ga today and most of the time it's the crazy bread no one can get them right this time was better thank most almost got it right except very rubbery however I got a lunch combo also and

it is like the pizza had been sitting out at least 2 hours if not more sending pic I would have went back but had to go back to work so no piZza today I guess I I'm just just upset I wasted 10 on crazy bread and soda I tried eating it but barely got through 1 piece well it would not let me send pic cheese all dried up sauce hardened and crust uneatable

Arrived at little Caesars on River Ave and doors locked again due to staving issue. Since doors locked had to go through drive threw so our delivery was late. That is bad customer service. Seems to me that someone should get a handle on this location.

Went in at 7:20 to purchase promotional pizza (hot and ready 4-8). I was told it would be a 20 minute wait. After 20 minutes I asked about the pizza and was told it would be 5 more minutes. After 5 minutes then they said 3 more minutes, then they said the pizza came out small so it would be another 10 minutes. Then we asked for the manager. He didn't introduce himself so we asked his name and he refused to identify his self. Then with no apology he said it would be another 3-5 minutes. Meanwhile they were selling the same pizza we ordered through the drive thru. Then 10 minutes later without saying anything else to us or offering any other food item he said here I refunded your money bye and walked away.

I went through the drive-through to order my pizza. A thin crust pepperoni . I was told it would be 10 minutes and please pull over to a parking spot. 30 minutes later I walked in to find out about my pizza only to find out it was sitting in the warmer waiting for me to come in and get it.

My order was not delivered with all of my items they tried to put the blame on another company and then told me I could come pick it up myself if I wanted to. At this point the female supposed manager hung up in my face, I am disabled and not able to pick the item up myself. I have been buying Little Caesars Pizza for about 15 years = all over the country. I moved from Southern Oregon to Downtown Phoenix and have always had great service/pizza. I just returned from the worst experience ever at ANY fast food restaurant and will never ever get your pizza again.

I always order online - thin crust pepperoni to be picked up. I went to the 1615 W Camelback Rd, Phoenix AZ 85015 location (Greg mgr) and he was obtrusive, rude and said if I didn't leave that he would have me trespassed from the location.

00 pizza that YOU got wrong! I left and vowed to never return to any location and will tell all my friend/family to go anywhere but Little Caesars. You lost some really good customers by treating me the way that I was treated. Shame on you!!!!!

The pizza is good enough but hot and ready is NEVER READY!!! WHATS THE POINT IN ADVERTISING THAT WHEN THEY ALWAYS MSKE ME DRIVE AROUND AND TELL IT WILL BE A TEN MINUTE WAIT. I cab go somewhere else if I want to go inside and pick my pizza up.

The Thomasville NC location has never had anything ready no matter what time you go to the window..they always have wings available but never any pizza, then I have to sit and wait over 35 minutes?? And I don't order more than 2 pizzas and bread sticks everytime I order. Now granted we always come back to this restaurant because their food is the best, but it's ridiculous we always have to wait when the sign says hot and ready to go and it never is ever!

I called to ask 1 question. The lady asked if she could put me on hold. I said yes. She never actually put me on hold. I listened to her help other customers for 27 minutes and 34 seconds. Then the phone was hung up from their end.

This was the Moses Lake, Wa location. I understand that they just opened last week and are very busy, but maybe this could be a learning experience for the new employees. I, as I am sure the rest of the city is, am very happy to have you here, but if the customer service is going to be like this, I won't be visiting your location.

Melissa the manager (Bowman Little Rock,Ar) promised me a refund to my card. After me placing my order on the phone with manager, get to location only to be told its not in the system.

Finally ring up my order, I pay with debit card. I am told to pull around it will be bought out to me when done. No one comes to my car with my pizza. I send my son in to grab pizza...

No one still knows where food is and constantly being told that they are coming out of the oven now. Melissa had me waiting 45 mins. Still no pizza. I immediately request a refund. Melissa doesnt know how to do a refund, OMG.

Trying to load a picture makes this even worse experience, I have to keep re doing everything it’s Ridiculous. So I ordered pizza online and when I went to go pick it up in the portal one of the pieces was missing so I said it on the counter and

the girl walked up and handed me sauce thinking that I want sauce and I said no one of the pizzas is missing and she said oh really which one so I told her it was the half cheese half sausage.

7/12/2021 Extremely rude service by drive through employee. She acted completely annoyed and when my 73 year old mother wearing oxygen btw asked why she was so mad she said I’m not I can’t hear you. ” The manager poked his head through the window and just made excuses for her rudeness.

The Alvin Texas store is extremely rude and never have any hot and ready pizza which your store clearly states that you have got and ready so I don’t have to wait 30 minutes in my car for a pizza that I should be able to walk in the store pay for and walk out.

This has been happening for months and I tried to call ahead so my order would be ready when I arrived but clearly they never answer the phone. The employees that work for this particular store are lazy and incompetent in their job.

The little Ceasars in Lenoir city, TN has by far the worst customer service I’ve ever had. They take on average 25 mins to pick up food from the drive through. I’m actually sitting in the line right now. I got here with 3 cars in front of me in drive through and only one car has left. That’s in 25 mins.

I don’t know why this location is so slow but as time has gone by it’s actually faster to go to one of the other pizza places and have it delivered instead of waiting in line. The address is 756 hwy 321 N Lenoir city Tn 37771.

Please help us get this fixed so we can continue getting you pizza.

I walk inside of the Little Caesars there is music playing every other word was the n word. Guy that's at the window looked at me and ignored me then he picks up the telephone because it was ringing and turned it off.

I stood there for like 3 minutes no one ever acknowledge my existence. The store was filthy and trash outside the door. Too much but I went to this same Little Caesars and they were smoking weed in the back.

Will never go there again!

If I could rate the location in new castle DE a 0 I would. on 07/01/21 I went into this location and ordered a lunch combo and a order of wings on the side. the associate who took my order was very nice.

After I paid she realized that it was past the time for the lunch combo, she then said that she would just make it herself as a courtesy. i stopped in there the heights location at 930 pm on a tuesday night to get 2 pizzas at 5 dollars a piece the clerk said oh he had no pizzas up and were not making anymore tonight because we close at 10pm , Then he decided to say i have a hawaiian pizza and i told him id take that one when he rang it up its costs 8 dollars for the pizza i said i guess since ur not making anymore i will take it i did not get my 2 pizzas as original as i wanted and

The store off Air Depot in MWC, OK is the worst. The NEVER have any “hot & ready” pizza’s actually ready. Today we stopped by there at 7:45 pm and they again had NO pizza at all ready and they said it would be a 45 minute wait for ANY kind of pizza at all.

I wanted to call in an order , waited 5 minutes for someone to answer the phone. When the lady answered the phone I asked her “why does it take so long to answer the phone” (this hasn’t been the first time this happened) she then proceeded to tell me that the other customers were more important than the ones trying to place phone orders.

She was very disrespectful & flat out rude. Definitely will not be ordering from the Huntsville tx location again.

2829 Florin Rd Sacramento ca 95822 is where we went to get pizza for dinner and the manager he was a skinny African american male with dreads his name was keyAndre i believe. We did not have much contact with him do to he was in the back making the pizzas.

The first time I had ordered a meat feast pizza. Got it home, opened it and said where is the meat? All I could see is Pepperoni and a few pieces of ham and sausage and that is it. My husband was very upset. No meat fest there at all.

Second time I asked for a pepperonia cheesier and came home and it was just a cheese pizza. I was very upset. This is from the same pizza place so I do not think I will go there again. It was in Pearland on Shadow Creek Parkway, next to Buckys. The girl even repeated what I had asked for so I did not think to check it until I got home. Too far to go back.

I did not take pictures which I should have. I threw the cheese pizza away.

My complaint starts with being charged full price for for a lunch combo despite the berea ky location being out of 20oz drinks, 2 liters and there being a product delivery truck blocking the exit, so you hand to go through the drive thru despite the lack of availability.
