Little Ceasars

I purchased an order of Crazy Bread on 6/20/21 at 13327 Route 59 in PLainfield, IL. When I got home the bread was over cooked. I went back the neck day for a refund and spoke with "Rosie" who told me without a receipt, there was nothing she could do.

I showed her the SKU number on the item and she was able to identify as coming from that store in particular, yet still there was nothing she could do, and told me to have a nice day, and walked away. 00 so the issue is not money, it's the fact that I didn't get a satisfactory product and I certainly received less than staller service.

I never should have received burnt Crazy Bread, which has never happened to me before, nor should anyone have to deal with flat out rude customer service. I am in hospitality management…

I was in line for and hour and when I got to window the young lady at window was cussed at me after she told me to move up she was in a conversation with her friend in stead of doing her job this was the worst experience I’ve ever had I work in customer service and this doesn’t sit well and I’ve been calling for three hrs then I was blocked after the 25 th call

I place an or online for 2 thick crust pizzas 1 with bacon and pepperoni and the other with extra bacon and pepperoni when i arrive to pick up at the portal my number they sent me wouldnt work then i ask about it and they scrambled to find my food finally after getting pizza's from 2 different portal doors i get home and the is no extra bacon in fact barley any bacon at all dose no good to try and

I am complaining about the little Ceasars in Mercedes Texas, because they no longer sell the hot and ready. 99. They have the classic for 5 dollar but you have to order online or through the phone. They are no longer available in store.

That is wrong, I went to La Feria Texas which is 7 minutes away and they do have the hot and ready. Please fix it or change your advertisement.

Ordered from the same little chasers as usual. Went to go pick it up and was told I needed a 3 digit code to be able to receive my order. was told I had not received an email or phone text with any order confirmation.

I went ahead and showed them the charge on my account from little chasers for the order and was still denied. About 5 minutes later just decided to leave as the lady was not complying at all and was just giving me angry looks.

Never had an issue with this place for the 2 years I’ve been going there. Ended up $23 short and no food.

Pizza was smaller than usual, insufficient amount of cheese, tomato sauce and overcharged me. When I called to try to resolve my issues, employee wouldn't agree to refund my purchase amount.

I've ordered from Little Caesars for many years. So I moved to Tinley Park recently and found a Little Caesars near me so I placed an order for an Italian sausage pizza. Once I arrived home I was beyond upset when I open my pizza box. Actually I was disgusted. I received a DRIED and COLD pizza!!!!! I went to the Little Caesars store located in Sylva NC. There is a Max occupancy of 2 people due to the pandemic and masks are required. I waited at the door before I entered because there were 3 people inside, 2 people were together.

When the first person left, I entered the building. I was told I needed to wait outside because only 2 people are allowed inside. I walked out and as I did I said there were just 3 people inside, y’all weren’t enforcing it then.

I attend the location on Preston every Friday the past 2 times my pizza has not been cooked completely. The manager was supposed to replace i am a frequent customer but upon going back they knew nothing about it. I get the same thing 2 five meats crazy bread and wings.

the employee knew what i wanted and remembered the innocent last week but the manager would not approve. While there i seen an employee drop wings on the ground and then serve to a customer. Cashier was extremely rude. She started our order without washing her hands after handling cash first. She then used her bare hands to scoop up the seasoned beef onto our pizza. When we noticed what she did she got irritated and told us to wait outside.

We were the only two people in the lobby and the post on the door clearly says 3 people in lobby. After going outside 2 other customers were there complaining about how rude the same cashier was to them.

I spent almost an hour waiting for a Pretzel Crust / Pepperoni at the Essex Md. site. The guy who waited on me had an attitude and ignored me after I went back in to see where was my order was a half an hour later. I was the only person in the place when I ordered and was told 15 minutes wait ! 6 other orders taken and out the door while I stand being ignored. We ordered our pizza it was two pizzas both two the edge both with extra mushrooms finally on third try they were right I had groceries in the car my chicken thawed out my ice cream melted. Went in to make a big birthday party & paid up front. Came back later it was wrong, but was ok so I started to leave. Decided to go ahead and buy another pizza to make it right. The young girl that was new stood there making pizzas non stop & boxing them for 6-8 mins.

We came through the drive through here in Jerome, ID. We ordered a pepperoni pizza and Two orders of bread sticks around 240pm. We only live 10 min away. The bread sticks in one pack was over cooked and had black curly hair in it, the other just over cooked, And the pizza was very doughy not cooked all the way.

We like to get little caesars every so often and here lately the customer service has not been great, food is either over cooked or undercooked, and there has been multiple times I've had hair in or on my food. I called to speak to the manager but was told she was busy at the moment and to call back later.

There's 5 to 6 employees working. They are very unmotivated? They look miserable and the customer "service " is down right embarrassing. They have 0. No hello , no engagement not even a hurry to get the 4 people's orders out in a timely manner.

The staff are unprofessional and would not answer the phone when I attempted to place an order. when I arrived at the location they were huddled on the floor to avoid the cameras and were on there phones. Also the window manager refused to reveal his name and was unprofessional.

I ordered pizza online threw their app it said it would be ready like around 825pm and 835pm. I showed up at 840-845 and they were closed. Manager said my money would be put back into my account but it hasnt been.

We have been patrons of this Little Caesars for a number of years. Over the past three weeks our family has not been able to order our pizzas via the phone or on the website. No one answers the phone when you call in. The website states that the store is closed. When you then drive to the store it is open and there are people working. You have to order your pizza at the counter and sit and wait. During the time waiting the phone never rings. Other customers are there ordering and complaining about no one taking orders on the phone. Other customers have complained about no one answering the phone or being unable to order online. I was at Little Caesar pizza place located at 12601 Western Ave. m. Was not busy,one costumer inside,should go fast. WRONG !!!!!!!! After ordering pizza and crazy combo. Pizza was ready but I had to wait for combo. later 5 black young men hooded walked in go to the kitchen then back to front then two of them back to the kitchen, all of them talking loud,using foul language,using phones, it appears that one of them was an employee since he start helping with orders.

Tonight Nov 29, 2019 my Children and I went to little Ceasers located @ 118 Lakemead pkwy Henderson, NV 89015 to order us dinner. Upon arriving at this location we were told we could not order food, and that they were closed.

The Door as well as the website stated that they closed at 11pm it was 10:07. The store was not due to close for almost another hour, so I asked to speak with the MOD. I spoke with a gentleman name John who was the manager in charge.

He told me I would be able to order food but was only able to order 2 pizza and nothing else being that we had about 50 minutes till closing I was a bit confused and honestly very frustrated with this situation!
