I purchased an order of Crazy Bread on 6/20/21 at 13327 Route 59 in PLainfield, IL. When I got home the bread was over cooked. I went back the neck day for a refund and spoke with "Rosie" who told me without a receipt, there was nothing she could do.
I showed her the SKU number on the item and she was able to identify as coming from that store in particular, yet still there was nothing she could do, and told me to have a nice day, and walked away. 00 so the issue is not money, it's the fact that I didn't get a satisfactory product and I certainly received less than staller service.
I never should have received burnt Crazy Bread, which has never happened to me before, nor should anyone have to deal with flat out rude customer service. I am in hospitality management…
