I went to ask a produce Clerk where the chili peppers were. He looked me up and down and said.. and I said on the website it said you do. Then he proceeds to ask another Clerk, do we carry chili peppers??????

And they laughed and shrugged and walked away from me. And then 2 feet away I found them.

I went up to the deli section at the Musgrave Loblaws and was patiently waiting for the employee to finish what she was doing on the backside of the counter. When she finished what she was doing, I asked for the meat I wanted.

I had noticed that she had on the exact same gloves on that she was wearing while working at the back side of the counter, and still didn't change her gloves before touching the meat. I politely (with an apology too for my request) asked her to just quickly put on new gloves before directly touching any meat.

She outright refused to change her gloves stating that she had just put them on.

However, I had been standing waiting there for like 5 minutes and she most definitely had on the exact same gloves. I requested nicely again if she wouldn't mind for my comfort…

I usually have good experiences but today, July 21 2023 I bought a macaroni salad $10.00 and cooked breaded chicken pieces $15:00 and it was terrible. The salad was overcooked and inedible and the chicken was a very thick batter and the little bit of chicken was very dry. I threw it all out.

Hi, I placed an order on you shoppers app 3 days ago, the order# is 529339304, and I got the package today. It's one of the worst things I met in all shopping experience, and I will stop buying all of your company's stuff in the future if you could not solve the problem properly for me!!!

When I saw the package, it was very wet, one liquid item had already leaked almost out with a little bit left, and the alcohold swabs were all wet and ruined, and that's not the whole story!!! The other item, Bobbi Brown foundation, it EXP AU 2023!!!!!!!!!!!!

Do your company know what's shame???????? how you can sell almost expire product to you royal customers??????? I shop in your super store, shop in your shoppers, sometime shop in your no frills, used to like your stores and product, HOW COULD you do…

My husband and I have been loyal customers of both Loblaws in Ontario and Provigo in Quebec for decades. Recently I visited my sister and her family in Toronto. I took my niece to Joe Fresh so she could choose some clothes for her birthday.

She and I entered the store and went directly AND only to the Joe Fresh section. She chose 3 clothing pieces which I paid for at the cash in the Joe Fresh section( with debit )and left the store. I am now on the train returning to Quebec..... 49!.

Obviously this item was enterred by the cashier prior to entering the 3 clothing items. The had been NO PRODUCE visible on the counter. I have never had a problem with any cashier at any of your stores. I would like a full and complete refund for the non-existent Figs

my elderly father who is 93 purchased a Visa gift card from loblaws superstore in sarnia for a gift for me and it was denied everywhere. he paid the activation fee on the bill, i went to the website to see the funds available, 50$ and still did not work.

we took it back to the store and they said contact visa, which we did, and everything was fine. we went back to loblaws superstore and tried to return it and they said it is non-refundable. we then tried to purchase groceries from the store and it was still denied.

the manager said there is nothing they can do. what kind of scam is this? do i have to go viral and disseminate the devious action of your store and how you take advantage of elderly people? totally unacceptable when people are trying to buy food in this high inflationary…

I buy Ziggys Black Forest ham once a week for the past 2 years , I never had any problems until the other day when I was making my grandkids there lunches , I found two pieces of bones in one slice , I’m so thankful I did because that’s all they eat for lunch at school , I wanted to let you know, I do have the bones and the pack it came in …there is a pic of the package and the two pieces of bone ..Hope to hear back from someone ..Susan Clason

This is not about a product but lack of a price checking machine in our store in Riverview NB;It was broken when previous manager Franciso was here and then they took it out altogether ;;It is a real nuisance to have to stand in line to have something price checked with people in front of the line and behind you waiting to go through;; I am not the only customer that keeps asking when is the price checking machine coming back to no avail;;Surely to God with all the profits that Loblaws is making they could afford to replace this with out such a hassle;Thank-you

Since Loblaw took over Shoppers Drug Mart the quality of service at its pharmacies has decreased dramatically in Ottawa from difficulty in reaching the pharmacies (many don’t seem to answer their phones) to delivery of prescriptions (the service is offered but difficulty having prescriptions delivered as promised) and issues go on and on.

Does no one at Loblaws ever read customer reviews. There are numerous complaints yet nothing seems to be done. Loblaw is a large corporation obviously more concerned with increasing its already huge profits than providing an adequate level of service.

Time for customers to look to other providers. Sobeys seems to be better.

Absolute disaster of a store. It was very well managed while Mr David Laurin was there, but since his departure it is dreadful! Music blaring so loud you can't even remember what you came in for, miserable staff, no manager on the floor or in sight for that matter,missing merchandise on special, shelves are a mess and half empty...

I am aware of overall staffing and stocking problems but the sitution here is dire. The low staff morale is palpable and customer dissatisfaction is also present. A totally negative shopping experience. What a shame .

m. at the Signal Hill Superstore. The offer was 25,000 points for the $250 order. When I filled everything the total was 31,000 points. m. I got the email reporting that some products for $18 are unavailable. My order cost was reduced to $240.

I called the store at once and asked to add some product for $22 for me to receive 25,000 points. They promised to do this. They deceived me. About 30 min later another person called me telling that it was too late to change something, and they couldn’t find the manager. It was the midday!

I told her that I wouldn’t take the order if they didn’t add 25,00 points to my account. They promised to call me back and again deceived me! There was no call at all. 11 I received the email that my order was on the way!

Optimum card to pay for a motel in Mesa, Az. ( an emergency trip for a funeral ) AS of today MARCH 15,2023 I have NOT received my points. On March 2, I was promised a call back within 24 hrs - STILL WAITING.

1. I am filing a complaint against , Loblaw Pharmacy at 4651 No. 3 Road, BC V6X2C4, the female pharmacy assistant whom has provided the service to me on 23 Feb/2023 at 12:28pm as follow. 2. I went to purchase 2 Vaccination shots, Shingrix and Prevnar, as my family Doctor has faxed the prescription to them on 23 Feb.

and my mind set was to receive the injection at the Pharmacy, just like getting the Flu or Covid shots. 3. At the Pharmacy, the female pharmacy assistant told me that at least twice with her finger pointing to the Label on the boxes, containing the vaccines, "FOR OFFICE INJECTION" typed with Upper Case Letter.

I asked her what was "FOR OFFICE INJECTION" ? She replied that the vaccines are to be injected by my Doctor, and gave an ice pack to keep them cool while driving home and…

I am writing on behalf of my sister in law Danuta Lesiak because she is currently working. For many years we have enjoyed your products and service at Loblaws- 380 East Mall, Etobicoke, ON. 99. Because of extenuating circumstances she had attempted to return the TV unopened.

However, the Store Manager refused the returned declaring a 30 day return policy and apparently, the TV’s were not selling very well so there is no room in their warehouse, and walked away. There is no written policy on the receipt or anywhere in the store.

Are all Loblaws franchises under one policy? How much discretion is placed on the Management? Therefore, is the issue still negotiable? Could a store credit be considered? We would be grateful for a further consideration to this exceptional circumstance. Thank you…

I was shopping for the Chocolate milk special which was advertised in the recent flyer and was told the store was sold out and I could get a rain check for 2 containers. The flyer did not mention any thing about a limit so it appears that the program changed without any notice.

Is this not bordering on false advertising? I had a rain check for Chapman's ice cream bars and the clerk and supervisor could not determine what the actual rain check was for. What an inconvenience!! I had a rain check for potato hash browns and again the stare was out.

I did a large grocery order today and I needed 8 cases of water carry out . I asked if someone could bring my water out. The cashier said it would be taken care of. Upon cashing out I asked again if he could have my water brought out for me.

He told me that Patrick who was not working at the time was going to do it. Patrick is my son who is an employee at the store came to pick me and my groceries up and was informed that he had to go and retrieve my 8 cases of water.

The cashiers name is thirsting. There was no one at the registers and he was not busy. He went outside to do a cart run and could have brought my water our but didn't. He is lazy and doesn't do his job.

I have been having problems with this pharmacy for a long time. They use to be really good until they got rid of 2 of the nicest, professional pharmacists ever. Whenever my doctor submits a prescription to the pharmacy, I usually ring them, 4 to 6 days before the meds are due, to make sure they received it and to ask if they have the medicine.

99% of the time they would say " we have the meds, don't worry, you can pick them up on the due date ". " Incidentally, the medicine's due date was on February i6, 2023. When I got to the pharmacy on February 19, 2023, there was no medication .

They haven't ordered it, so they did not have any meds. The pharmacist, the same one I spoke to on February 15, who promised me that he has the meds ready to be picked up, said he did not know anything about…

Hello. I buy the no name Club size box of 100,Medium Roast Coffee Pods, all the time. I really enjoy this coffee. But the last while, after buying this, out of every 5 pods, about 2 break open and make a complete mess of the coffee machine, and of course these are wasted.

Enclosed are pictures of what happens, sometimes every 2nd or 3rd time I try to make a coffee. 99. With the price of the coffee now, I really can't afford to be paying this if quite a few of the pods are wasted, and you get a cup full of coffee grounds, and have to throw it out.

Poor store management - AntigonishNS. Empty shelves - same items out of stock week after week, month after month. Produce not fresh. Meat is stale-dated day it is placed on display. These issues are long-standing and only get worse as time goes by.

Antigonish has only two grocers - Loblaw and Sobeys — and serves a large catchment area. Your customers deserve better.

I suggest you contact Loblaws Rideau in Ottawa. Because this morning I noticed they put up barriers to control the movement to get into the store. When I asked the manager on duty they told me that they had to many theft inside the store and adding the barrier should stop the thefts. NO this will not work.

What makes no sense is where they put the barriers is at the entrance of the store but people still have access to exit the store with no issues. They also have 1 or 2 security guards on duty every day and they are posted a the entrance of the store. As an event management and health and safety expert this is a major issue and should be rectified quickly. If they want to stop the issues of lost products. I want to complain about an incident at superstore in kelowna bc on Feb 5, 2023. It involves an asset protection representative falsifying documents after they had already been signed. Her name is Alexis Zions . She altered the dates on a trespass notice after they had been signed without informing me. She also initially denied it before then admitting to it. I have the original papers in my possession. She used liquid paper to change the date to cover up for her mistake. Knowing fully that it was wrong to alter legal documents.

Loblaws Pharmacy 615 54 street Millwoods. We have been at this location for 2 years… in those two years I have not enjoyed dealing with the pharmacists employed. When asking a pharmacist… and a couple come to mind… that I am bothering them asking questions… on numerous occasions I have left the pharmacy upset by how I was treated….

My medications never seem to be in stock. A lot of the time I have to wait days to get them. I put in a request a few days ago asking about one of my meds… told it would be ordered and I would get a call when it comes in… which I have yet to receive.

I explained that it was important I receive this medicine quickly. My husband and I have had enough and we are planning on going to another pharmacy. But who are we… right… but what pharmacy can afford to loose…

Over the several years doing grocery at the Church St Loblaws, I can definitely conclude that whenever there are excellent deals at this store, it is always not available to customers no matter how many times one goes for it! The on;y explanation I can think of is that the goodies are all grabbed up by the employees !

Hello, we shop usually at Loblaws on Redway Rd. When the Mott's Garden Cocktail was not available I asked for and received a rain check.

However, at Loblaws on Broadview, south of Danforth, the cashier informed me that it is only accepted by the issuing store. Since, I found this strange, I asked for the manager and had, not only my but also several other customers time, wasted until the cashier got the permission to accept the rain check. 99 per pound.

Unfortunately, this was sold out quickly and I received a useless rain check as every time we got to Loblaws there weren't any. Again this morning and I'm being told only the issuing store can extend the date on it.

Good Day Loblaw's Personal. I am sending you this email of complaint regarding your No Name Whole Kernel Corn 2 KG package. Product Code: 60383 10142 8 Best Before: 2024 MA 30 L 23341 A v03:01 EST. 736 Product was going to be used for our Day Care contract to feed the children.

When we poured the bag of corn into kettle to heat a piece of wood 4 cm long by 1/2 cm wide looking like a piece from a shipping pallet was found in the corn when we stirred the corn. I would have mailed the package and the wood piece but figured it would get lost in the mail or not get there.

This definitely does not meet the standards that your company advertises. Thank You for taking the time to read my email regarding product quality. C.

Sandwiches using the wrong bread and packaging for that bread. The bread is to thick and the outsides of the bread dry out. Filling is good. You should be using thinner bread such as sandwich bread. Maybe thats why they are marked down to half price all the time

Claire store in Toronto, Dec 11th at approximately 11:30 While waiting in line , a woman came in line with a big dog . I have allergies and requested the woman’s papers. She of course did not have them and said it was a support dog.

No employee at the store requested the proof of her dog’s papers as only service dogs are allowed around food. I went to customer service and they said that this is an ongoing issue with all kinds of dogs in the store, even in the grocery carts.

Her point was well taken however when she said that there was no sign stating that only service animals were allowed and she was right on that point as there was no sign. This woman and any other person who pretends to have a service dog without proof makes a mockery of those visually impaired who need a service dog…

Just really disappointed in your company. Freezing no name brand prices but then gouging people on others. I have always paid the same price for any Becel margarine regardless of the type ( flavour) everyone else in town, Safeway, Metro, FreshCo all charge the same price.

99 for the small of all types of Becel Margarine except the vegan one. 99 for the large one. What a rip off. Needless to say I will shop elsewhere.

I have a problem with the pharmacy at your No Frills store in Kenora Ontario Canada. Almost 2 months ago I requested a refill for my Insulin Needles online as suggested in the PCHealth App. Monitoring the app I noticed that the refill was never filled.

In fact it seems that the pharmacy doesn't maintain the app anymore. On November 30th I called the pharmacy to order my Blister Pack refill as well as my Needles. On December 6th my wife went to pick up my prescription.

The Blister Packs were ready BUT the needles were not. In Monitoring the app it doesn't appear that it was updated either. This creates an issue in that my wife has to take time from work and when she has to wait for stuff it costs her money.

I am at the point where I may switch pharmacies. Yours quite often doesn't answer…

I have been shopping at the above store for more than ten years. Over the past six months, there has been a steady decline in this store to the point that it is now a disaster. The shelves are regularly empty, so much so that I can no longer shop there. I have spoken to staff members at this store and they tell me that there is a severe shortage of staff and that the corporate office is adding to the problem by sending them dictates to change up the shelving in their store when there is already no staff to do the regular work of stocking the shelves. This is not a case of supply chain issues. No other grocery store in Toronto has empty shelves like this.

My advice to Galen Westin would be to take some of that one million dollar EXCESS daily profit and pump it back into the workers'…
