I went through the drive-through about 1 o’clock at the Long John Silvers on 122nd and Pennsylvania in Oklahoma City. After about a 2025 minute wait I went inside and I had to wait another 5 to 10 minutes to get my food when I got home I had no coleslaw which came with my number 13. These three gentlemen that we’re working acted like they didn’t have a clue in the world what they were doing I will not be back at least at that one

Went in to get a carry out order. Ordering was no issue. I waited over 30 minutes to get my food. I ordered at 12:34pm and did not get my food until 1:14pm. They were not busy however there was several people in front of me that had been waiting longer than I had.

I watched the lady that was preparing food make orders up and then throw them in the floor numerous times. she would make up several orders and when they asked her about an order she would tell they they do not know what they are doing and come up to the front.

She would make up an order and throw it in the floor, put food in to go boxes and throw them in the floor. She would throw the hushpuppies into to go boxes and miss and they would go in the floor.

Nothing was said to her and nothing was said to any of us that had been…

I just visited the the Plainfield, Indiana store. This place is absolutely filthy! Almost every table is dirty. The floor’s are so greasy and dirty that you slide everywhere. Ketchup packets, food, and trash on the floor. And we had to wait over 15 minutes for our food!

They stated they were behind due to the drive thru and door dash? There was only one other couple in the dining area besides us. This place needs some serious management to even get to subpar standards!

I ordered a #2 which was chicken, French fries, hush puppies and a sprite and I added on 3 pcs of shrimp. 02 and all I got was 1 piece of chicken, 2 hush puppies, my sprite and 2 shrimp.

Where are my French fries? I’m also missing 1 piece of chicken and a piece of shrimp l. For the cost of my meal I am very upset. I was already at work when I noticed all of my missing food.

Long Johs Silver in Texarkana Arkansas has the rudest people working for them. I pulled up to the drive thru speaker to order a shrimp basket that was on the sign . The woman asked what I wanted and I asked for the shrimp basket on the sign outside.

She replied "there are a lot of signs out there. " I tried to ask her about them but she kept saying ma'am which one do you want. Never gave me time to get out of my car to read the sign.

She acted like she didn't have time for me. There was not a single car in the parking lot besides mine, so I don't know why she was rushing me and acting like I was bothering her. LJS needs to get st nice employees.

No wonder there's never anyone there . I'll never go back.

3 times in a row have I ordered a replacement of slaw rather than fries. Three times in a row it's been wrong. Besude the fact that your prices are ridiculous, it's hard driving away 15 to 20 minutes away, get home and the order is wrong.

Even after waiting in line for several minutes to place an order. To make it right the manager's solution is to drive back to the store and they will fix it. Why not get it eight the first time.

After I was waited on every employee was outside smoking and running around. There was plenty to do in side as the floors were filthy and the rest of the store was in bad way.the wall on the west side was nasty and had dirt or cob webs coming from under the wall board. You are paying these people to work and make your company look good and all they Were doing for the time we were there was running in and out the door.

I ordered the number 12 and through the drive-thru 3 times I said extra tartar sauce and they said okay three times I asked they told me to pull around to the side of the building along with two other cars behind me and I waited and waited 20 minutes went by they finally came out with the wrong bag it was for the guy behind me she finally came out I got home there's no tartar sauce whatsoever with my meal and that sucks because what is fish without tartar sauce.

I am a loyal customer at Long John Silver's here in Owensboro, Ky. I visit the Parrish store very often however, the last few times I've gone there the doors have been locked. It states the the store doesn't close until 10.

The past two weeks I've gone about 8 and they where closed. Today 8/26/23 at 5:30 the doors are locked. I like to sit in and eat my food while it's hot, not take it home. This is happening more often than not and it's becoming increasingly irritating.

Hopefully you all can find a solution to the issue that's taking place! Thank you

Cressona PA Long Johns would not give us 2 grilled shrimp meals. It was 8:25. Restaurant closed at 9. Their excuse was they were out of rice. We informed them we didn’t want rice. We also knew this was an option as evidenced by online menu. The specific.

I ordered an 8 piece meal with Cole slaw and grean beans and an order of chili cheese fries that came to $50. We went inside to order bc the drive thru line was long and we thought it would be faster.

we didn't get the correct order. We got a 2 pc chicken meal with corn and fries and some other side item. Unfortunately we didn't look in our bag until we were at home (stupid us) and we live almost 15 miles away from the store so I wasn't driving 30 miles round trip to have this made right.

It'd just disappointing that I spent $50 to feed my family so I didn't have to cook and I end up having to cook anyways. I

We just left LJS in Texarkana, Arkansas, and the rating I could give on them is lower than the lowest, our fish and shrimp had to of been double cooked the batter on the fish was so hard you could not bite through it the shrimp was as tough as old shoe leather, no ketchup, no tarter sauce, and no cocktail sauce in server's and we paid for this stuff that couldn't be ate, on top of all that the coleslaw was so

dry it was no moisture to it at all, very very disappointed with this restaurant we've eaten there before and have never been this terrible

Drive through cashier TERACER S lied refusing to give me more than two packs of tartar sauce with my shrimp and fish meal stating that she only had about 30 left and I informed her that if I knew I couldn’t get enough tartar sauce to eat with my meal I would not have purchased the meal.

She was very condescending and told me to have a good day and slam the window in my face. I parked, went on the inside to get some from the condiment stand but the young lady on the inside was very helpful and assist me with packets.

and informed me that they had plenty packages of tartar sauce. I think I’ll be taking my business elsewhere

Ordered long John silvers and we never received our food store said it closed at 9 we placed our order and got there by 830 and the restaurant was “closed” the manager refused to give me my food or a refund we paid 40 dollars for food we never received and management ignored my messages and phone calls also had employees tell us that he was not in at the moment while he hid in the back of the restaurant.

My husband Kevin seen him when he went in the net day to get either a refund or our replacement and have yet to get either . We paid with a vanilla visa gift card and no longer have that gift card

The one in Rogersville Tennessee is never open. This has been a on going thing for about 3 weeks. The employees are inside, but want take your order or they say that they are closed. The food is never fresh and people are complaining about it on Facebook too.

With service like this, it won't be long before it closes for good.

The most rude, unprofessional people I have ever seen. The heavyset colored lady working the drive through threw a little wet wipe at me and told me to clean my bank card before handing it to her, then a colored man came to the window behind her and

said " what the f*'k is this sh*t cracker it was myself, my wife and our young son in the car. We did nothing to be treated like that!! Then our order was totally wrong and my wife was actually scared to go in and say something.

I am handicap and cannot walk and my wife was just released from the hospital after bypass surgery. This experience was totally uncalled for. We spent over $60 on food that was poorly prepared and to be insulted and cursed at.

I ordered from store number 70276 located in McKinney Texas they obviously reheat their lunch food for dinner so they have no food loss by dipping it back in the grease to reheat it. This food made me and my wife definitely sick diarrhea and vomiting. You call the 214-310-1100 number listed on the receipt and it goes right to a message that says we're too busy to get to the phone I've called it 23 times nobody ever answers this number I want my money back

Received my food after waiting ten minutes (not a big deal) then get the food any my fries are cold and old. Went up to the side of counter (busy so I wanted to be quiet) to ask for hot fresh fries and the manager went to get me a fresh order. She looked at me like I was wrong for asking. I said thank you and she never said a thing and walked away. Rude!!

BTW the floors are always slippery. Someone’s going to fall one day.

This probably won’t change a thing just wanted to vent. Doubt I’ll come back.

Our order took half an hour wait time. People behind us in line got their order first. Than after getting our order (upon complaining) it was completely wrong. Server did not apologize at all!! She also had my order # the same as the people behind me (order 2) She had two number 2 orders.

I was so unhappy I had to leave, did not eat or enjoy my meal.

I ordered two number 7's and 2 orders of 3 shrimp and got home and was only given 2 8 shrimp meals. I paid 34.79.. on top.of this no one answered the phones, I even tipped the guy a dollar but I should have checked my order, I trusted them I had just finished a 12 hour shift

I arrived at 6:23pm to the drive thru with one car ahead of me. After waiting 20 mins to order I got to the window and I finally asked for my money back and they refused even though I never got any food.

After calling twice and asking for the manager I finally got my money at 7:08pm. They never brought the manager to the window. I only saw teenagers drinking and laughing standing around. I told them the Pepsi was all carbonation and I got no response or even an offer to replace it.

That was the only food I received. Luckily for all the cars behind me they drove off because of how long it was taking. I will never go to this Long John Silver’s again.

Store #31630 Liberty mo. Has to be the worst Long John Silvers I have ever been to in my life!!! As of today visit I'm going to turn them in to the Clay County Health department. This place has the worst management.

The floors looked and felt like they had been moped with the grease that they cook with. And the order was wrong !! This place has been going down hill for the last year or so and it's about time someone does something about it.

My husband and I ate at a long John silvers on 2101 NW. 122nd and Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. I had ordered a dish that had shrimp. We did a dine in. When I sat down to eat, my husband got up to ask for some cocktail sauce for my shrimp and they told him they no longer carry cocktail sauce.

We have inquired about the AC because it was extremely hot inside the place. The temperature outside in Oklahoma City on June 27th at 5 pm was 98° and inside long John silvers, it felt like 90. He has a gentleman working there about the AC but they could turn it on.

I went back 30 minutes later to order fish and they told me they had no fish ready and that they were sorry but that they were very busy, there was hardly anyone there. This is a fish place. How do you run out of fish??

Bought 5 orders of shrimp which are 3 per order or total of 15. Got 14 last week and thought someone made a mistake. only received 13 missing two. Well now we now something is fishy at the fish house on white horse rd in greenville sc.

Went to Long John Silver’s, 7026 I believe. McKinney Texas off of University Drive at approximately 3 o’clock the meal was awful. You couldn’t break the crust with two fingers. I feel like I may be sick. I didn’t go up to complain about the meal.

Your store location in Wichita Kansas at 21st Street and amidon says that they are open till 10:00 but I just went by there at 9:20 and they told me they were closed it says on your website they were supposed to be open till 10:00 and that's very upsetting that it wasn't considering I was going to go there but then got told they were closed even though your guys' thing says you're open till 10:00 pretty poor management not good on your website forever maintains and runs that either

I went to Long John Silvers on 5/22/2023. I went inside to order and was waiting for someone to come and wait on me.

Finally a girl came and asked if I had been waited on and I said no. She then went and said something to some one.

Finally a worker came in and wanted to know if I had been waited on and I said no. He said I’ll get him.

Finally the guy came and I asked if he had any specials and he shook his head no. I ordered my moms food and then went to get her drink. I came back and was waiting and saw a bag sitting there and I asked him if it was mine and he shook his head yes.

I think he was rude and had no business waiting in customers. If I ever go back and he’s there to take my order I will walk out and go somewhere else to eat. It’s frustrating because I live about 40-45…

I have been going to the KFC/Long John Siler location at 5000 Sinclair Lane in Baltimore over the past 3 days to get food for my disabled son. I usually go there at night. The first night I went was about at about 9:10pm but since they close at 10pm only the drive thru was open. THAT IS UNDERSTANDABLE.

The next night I went at 8:45pm (only the drive thru was open) but I still let it slide. I went last night at 8:30 for fish, green beans and corn. They had NO FISH AND NO CORN. REALLY?!?!? But AGAIN I let it slide.

Here it is, I'm a long time LJS fan, but tonight was the worst experience I've ever had! Forgot one of two drinks Then was told my card was no good when I paid. Never had a problem with it. Used it right after.

After a considerable wait, we got chicken and fish that was fried, refried so hard, I chipped a tooth. Hushpuppies were even worse that they shattered into pieces! From so much frier time, grease guickly soaked the 1 napkin given!!

30$ for a couple disgusting bites! DISAPPOINTED

The Crawfordsville, IN store allows employees to be abused by the general mgr and district mgr. They don’t even try to hide it. Long John Silver’s does nothing!!! I have watched the sweetest employees get treated like dirt by the ones that should be thankful to have employees.

I am sure LJS will turn it around on the employees, they don’t care about them obviously. I have worked in food all my life and never once gotten in someone’s face. I cannot believe what has happened to this establishment.

That makes it even worse! I will be finding a new lunch spot, and warning others. Btw, I love how the food is cooked in disgusting oil because employees get in trouble for cleaning it. This place is wild. I hope some this place gets an overhaul.

When I order at this location. Baseline Rd Mesa az , its combined with a taco bell. I want to order a kids meal as I've done 3x in the past, but it seems only 1 employee knows which button to push .

I sent an email on the 7 th of this month. I explained how rude the employee was during the ordering time to the actual drive thru. She was very smart on the speaker. I ordered a 8 piece family meal.

I told her nicely I would like it half and half. She was like Um how many pieces I then said 4 of fish 4 of chicken. Told her the sides. You could hear it in her voice she didn’t want to be there.

The guy at the window took my money and coupon. She handed me the order and just looked away. Not thank you or nothing then slammed the drive thru widow. I didn’t appreciate being treated this way. I could of went to Captain D’s but I spent my money at Long Johns.
