On April 5, 2023 in the evening I went and got a 3 piece chicken meal and the chicken was so tough I couldn’t eat it feed it to my dogs. Also my sister just moved from SD and she said hey I have ate there 2 times since I moved and it was terrible both times.

We made the mistake of stopping at store number 70199 on Washington Street in Indianapolis. It was 4 o'clock in the afternoon and they didn't have grilled shrimp. Had to take regular. People behind us wanted fish sandwich and was told they didn't have any bread.

My wife bit into a shrimp and it was mushy and didn't have a good taste. She didn't eat the rest of her order. Fries were cold ,but hush puppies were good and hot. 73 for a pretty bad meal.

This store needs a lot of help.

Was craving LJS fish so my husband and I drove 40 miles to get some even though my husband isn't a big fan. He ordered chicken and I ordered fish. What we got was 2 orders of chicken. I pointed it out to the person who brought the food out and showed him the receipt.

He went back and told them he needed fish. He said they were cooking some. My husband started eating his food. I ate the side and the hush puppies and waited. In the meantime the staff were standing around playing with their phones.

After 30 minutes I ate the now cold greasy chicken, which I don't like and left the restaurant.

3/24/23 I went to store #31834 @7:52 pm. Ordered salmon tacos, I had never had them before. The wrap was wet and doughy, with only a slice of salmon inside. I called the next day to ask very nicely how the tacos were supposed to be.

A guy named “Chad” said he was the mgr; he was extremely rude; wouldn’t properly answer simple questions; just silence, or “yep”. Very bad experience.

I was at the Long John Silver's in Paris KY today 03/23/23 around 12:30am. The drive thru girl with glasses and long hair was rude and spent entire time I was there yelling so loud I could hear her through out the entire store Also her language was horrible!

She was talking with food in her mouth as she was dishing orders. I'll not come back if she is working.

We eat LJS very often. The last three times I’ve gone I have asked for double fries as my two sides, and they have only put one fry in. Yesterday when we went the employee was rude and just all around did not seem to want to be there rushing us, annoyed with every thing we order.

Went to go tonight, and they had closed down 40 minutes early.

We went in to get food, after waiting for a bit we were told that we need to use the kiosk to order. When we said that we could not order Long John Silver's food. When we walked in they should have asked us which we were there for and then told us that side was closed.

They also said that they had no cashier, the manager or person in charge should know how to run a register.

Also a far as I know the kiosks do not take cash. The was no sign saying we can not take cash. My brother used the kiosk to order Taco Bell and said it was slow. This was at the Salem, Nh store.

Visited the establishment many times and order is never correct but this time i am fed up....ordered 12pc family pack with fries slaw corn added clams and 15 pc shrimp......I live 18 miles away....they forgot my slaw and most of all my hushpuppies. unacceptable!!!

Orderd for delivery. One person ordered 8 piece shrimp. Was not in delivery sack at all. MISSING!! The other persons order was 1/2 there. Ordered fish and chicken. Got 3 pieces of chicken and no fish at all. Over $14.

Very disappointed and upset with the manager at TASHA, at LJS Round Rock, tx. She told me I would have to order again and have it delivered. And ask for a refund. She could have remade our order, called DoorDash to have them come pick it up again, make sure it’s all there, and give it all to the driver.

This does not even found about the tip. Who’s supposed to pay the driver,s tip for the second delivery? 93. How do I get a refund? Tasha was not very helpful and acted kinda short with me over the phone.

I placed an order in the drive thru today and from the very beginning the " girl" taking my order was using disrespectful tones and acted as if she was bothered by my presence. As I get to the window to pay, her rudeness and attitude towards me continued.

When I asked her to double check what I ordered before I paid, she tilted her head, rolled her eyes and smacked her lips and then turned around, ran my card and gave me my receipt and card back. When She handed me my food I checked the bag.

I asked where was my coleslaw, was it in the box she said yes and closed the window. I waved to get her attention to ask for some packages of tartar sauce she grabbed 2 dropped them in my bag, shut the window and walked away.

Because they are cooking to order I had to wait 20 minutes well I expected to have hush puppies along with my order since I had to wait 20 minutes but he wait until my order is ready and I got no hush puppies they are charging tartar sauce and shrimp sauce for a dollar but you're supposed to be able to get two free with each meal I did not get the six tartar sauces that I paid for nor did I get the two shrimp sauces I did not receive any shrimp sauce I ordered number 11 to fish six shrimp two of them and

each other only had five shrimp

I ordered a fish/shrimp platter at the drive thru....was charged...waited for my order...and then eventually was told that their fryers were down. I was told I would get a refund credited to my card. It's been over a week and still no refund. I've tried calling several times and there is never an answer as the phone simply continues to ring...regardless what time I call. I live way on the other side of the city, nonetheless, I need to know what or who I need to contact in order to get my refund.

We went to Long John Silvers in Elyria, Ohio this past week. The employees were standing around talking on cell phones and ignoring the fact that I was standing there. They were also extremely rude. The food was cold. I demanded my money back and will never walk back into that place again!

Also the restaurant was filthy! I'm willing to try the Cleveland location as I have been there in the past and it was a great experience and very clean.

The lighting in the store needs attteintion very dark looks like lights were burnt out, floors were slick with grease which for senoirs not good the restroom Mens was lacking attention wasnt clean at all couldnt get to drink despenser was block with three step ladder to put ice in machine was left where i couldnt get myself a drink . At the time I went in the mysellf and one other customer was there.

The time of my visit was five PM. As far as the service was good but the meal was not good the worst that I had at a long johns. A concern coustomer

I stopped by long john silvers off of ridge road, not sure if its considered gary Indiana or Griffith indiana, at 5pm on February 20th. I was trying to order the family meal, like I have always done, I was asking my daughter what sides she would like and the guy got so rude.

Was rushing me, mind you I'm the only car there. And then said to me, do I have to repeat myself. I said excuse me? He was so rude after that, I didnt even order, I drove away. I use to work at long john silvers for a long time when i was younger in saint john Indiana before it closed down, and we never talked to our customers that way!

And the place smelled like marijuana so bad!!!! Seriously I'm disgusted.

I went yesterday, the kids in the kitchen were so loud the girl at the register couldn’t hear me. They were cussing at each other. There was no ice for the soda, when I got home the soda tasted horrible.

I asked for an order of crumbs well that didn’t happen. I love long johns but yesterday was horrible. It was the one in Florissant at 1230 Graham Rd. Don’t think I’ll be going back there again. The ladies behind me walked out.

80$ in food charge turn into 23+ ?? Am livid pissed and the bitch lied to my face and didn't include a receipt in my bag. Never ever go there again. I have the receipt in my phone because I paid with a debit card.

We have shrimp ,claims and hush puppies part of the food was old and hard. It must have been. left sit for quite awhile. The hush puppies I couldn’t even bite into . Half of the shrimp was old and hard.

The clam were mostly crumbs. I am very disappointed it was terrible. Times a hard for everyone and wasting money on terrible food is very costly. I was at the Oregon, Oh store on Woodville Rd.

I went to Long John silver's at 5023 South 108th Street in Omaha today. And the shrimp was like eating or trying to eat a piece of tennis shoe I couldn't eat them. The fish was so overcooked there was nothing but air bubbles in there and dried up fish.

The chicken was also overcooked and terrible my French fries were soggy and just nasty. I keep wanting to give long johns a chance because I have eaten there for a long time my mother retired from there about 30 years ago but I'll never go back this is just ridiculous $13 for crap.

I could have went to the store but 10 times the amount of food and cooked it myself and been much better off. I tried giving some of it to my cat and dog they wouldn't eat none of it that's really bad.

And if it wasn't bad enough everything was gross and cold.

I just went to the location in Liberty, MO and waited 35 minutes for an 8 piece family meal. The employees were not helpful. They were yelling and screaming at each other with a while store full of customers. There was only one kid working up front even though there were Several people waiting on food.

There were still several customers there waiting to get their orders when I finally got mine. It was the worst experience I've ever had! 00 for that meal and was shorted half of my food. They were smoking vapor pens in the back while they were cooking as well.

I went to ljs in Pickens SC. 8:00 they were out of chicken pot pies said it would be a 25 min wait. I asked for some of the crumbs which is my absolute favorite but they had thrown them away and then I asked for honey mustard but they were out.

I was pulled forward so they could cook the fish and they forgot the drinks so I had to go back around. The fish is not even done.

Store # 70024 , ticket 3648 The store was extremely dirty, grimy and extremely smelly . Almost unbearable I’m almost turned around and walked out. There’s parts of the store that’s beyond repair that needs to be updated and fixed.

It’s visible to the public and and on top of that our chicken that we ordered was over cooked hard and dried out in the fries are very soggy. Very disappointing. I cannot believe your store is still open in this location.

I went there 20 minutes before it close paid $18 for a two-piece chicken and a three piece chicken dinner I was told they only had four pieces of chicken so I said okay give me fish with one of them to get home and see that the chicken tenders that I paid $18 for or no bigger than my pinky finger I asked for extra hush puppies instead of fries I got four and one seven and another.

Call to speak to the manager he was amused with my call. I would never return to this location again it's in Hamilton Ohio

On May 5, 2023, at 5:30 p.m., I entered your establishment located at 1230 Graham Rd. to get my dinner. I noticed several cars in the drive-through lane, but I did not observe any customers in the lobby, so I entered. While I waited for my order to be taken, I observed an employee exit the store with food and deliver this food to a customer who was in the drive-through lane.

The employee reentered the restaurant and walked back to the cooking area. I asked, "Is anyone going to take my order?" I was never acknowledged. Shortly after this encounter, an older black female who wore glasses told me that the lobby was closed and I would have to go through the drive-through. How she got her food before me I don't understand and yet I had to wait 7 minutes after she got her food just to get a sandwich and some fries. Tried to use debit card declined twice. Checked bank account online while waiting for food I paid using different card. Plenty of money in bank so your system is messed up at the wood river Illinois store totally embarrassing n not my fault at all.

Fix your system or I won't use your business again. Very poor Customer service

Just got home after ordering two fish and mores, extra tarter sauce from your Wabash, Indiana location on a cold Indiana night. There were no hush puppies and no tarter sauce. I called them and they said come back and they would give me the puppies and tarter.

In doing that, our fish and fries would be cold and unedible. I've been a loyal LJS customer for almost 50 years and now I'm not sure I can spend my money there again. Extremely disappointed...

I went to your location in Spring Hill FL on Commercial Way and they wouldn't accept the print-out promotion, because it stated it has to be ONLINE ONLY. So we decided to go to Applebee's for our Sunday dinner and it was delicious.

Two of us ate the fish and shrimp for lunch today and within 30 minutes we both became very ill. Stomach cramps, vomiting, diarrhea, headache, and dizziness. The food appeared fully cooked and no strange smell. We are both still sick this evening with the same symptoms.

The restaurant is located at 3920 Broadway St in Mt Vernon, IL. After 3 attempts to upload a receipt I gave up!

first off I order here at least one a week. But this time it's the worst. There was no other cars in the drive up, we waited around 10 minutes I ordered 3 A1 figured with such a long wait at least it will be fresh, everything was very, very cold the fries were inedible.

I went a couple of nights ago on the location of North 132nd in Omaha. I ordered a family fish pack and paid 28 dollars got home and there was no fish went back and they gave me all chicken.

I complained to Toomie the manager and he gave me the fish only. I said I should get the whole meal with Cole slaw etc. He hung up on me. What an insult Please send me another meal. com

Looked online to see what time the store closed on new cut road and it said closes at 10pm. Showed up at 8pm and was told they were closed. When we pulled through the drive through they were all just standing there on there phone’s playing games and playing around on Facebook.

Making this complaint as small as possible. Your employee who is by the name of Chad Joubert. Isn't so professional. My name is Laxavier Victorian. This person calls his aunt and makes false cps reports on me. Being hateful my sister that his girlfriend.

Because of what I' don't know. Please confront your employee about calling people to try to get them to take there kids from them. He works at the store in 45 N Freeway in Houston Texas 77037.
