Yeah ordered a large freeze blended float and and I was not aware that meant it comes out room temperature with some foam in it and no kind of soft serve in it that I can tell what so ever when I went back to the drive through window to ask about it all I got was smart ass attitude from the lady at the window claiming that is how they come out though it’s pretty funny every time I have got one in the past it damn sure wasn’t like this joke of a supposed flout and

Went to long John's silver str 7520 3341 VA bch Blvd on 10/17/22 for dinner..the fish was so greasie and the hush puppies tasted old ..it was a very nasty meal.. the lobster bites tasted like they have been sitting out all day on the counter..normally I like going there but tonight it was really nasty..

1:00pm Sunday 10/16/2022 store at 3550 Isleta, Albuquerque. Only one customer and he is at the drive thur window. I wait while they must be cooking his order. The speaker to order is broken and has a sign for me to order at the drive up window.

They could have asked him to pull forward so I could order.

Finally I decide to call in my order. I called three times and after numerous rings the machine hangs up on me. This place always sucks so I left.

I went to the LJS (G135726) in Obetz, Ohio on Alumcreek Dr today for lunch. We decided to try again, mind you, the last time we were there, again at lunch time, they were closed. Today's experience started with a very Rude " order when your ready" nothing else.

We had to wait a few minutes for our food along with 2 other cars from the drive thru. When it came out they took it to the wrong car. Ok ,whatever. But we had specifically asked for lots of tartar sauce and some honey mustard.

We were given cocktail sauce and malt vinegar. We turn around and the young girl got us the sauces. We get home and the shrimp my daughter ordered was so burned that even the shrimp inside the breading was brown and crunchy.

Her chicken was too crunchy to eat. She threw the whole thing out. My fish was…

Visited store # 32127 yesterday at approx 4:15 pm. Ordered just 3 pieces of fish and 3 hush puppies and was charge double if what I was charged 3 weeks prior. I questioned this and was told the prices had gone up, it yet was only.

99 for an extra piece of fish. From looking at prices 8 was charge for a full meal, plus the extra piece of fish. This is the only LJS around and go there when I am near. Spoke with Jonathan the manager today and was told next time I came in to mention his name that aI was overcharged, I don’t believe this will work, as the lady that waited in me yesterday, was the same one who wanted on me last time.

I go to the one in Colonial Heights , VA. The place is very poorly lit at night and the service there is bad. The employees act like they just don’t want to be there at all. They are not friendly or helpful to the customer as well.

( or very knowledgeable about their own menu). I don’t think I will be returning to that location again, even though I drive right by it on a daily basis.. I had been going there for years, but lately the service there just keeps getting worse.

I want to report Dedria. She waited on us last week and today. Her attitude is not pleasant enough to work the front counter or the drive through. If you ask for tarter sauce or cocktail, she snaps at you.

You can go in and say Good morning and she doesn't open her mouth. She is the reason I'm hearing people aren't going there anymore. She may be bringing personal problems to work or having issues at work but Long John's is off our list right now.

My father & I went to Store#70139 on Sunday 9/25. The store had just opened and there were only two people working. The young African/American gentleman working apparently was picking up slack from what was not done the night before.

He was explaining to the manager (who just walked in) how there was not any batter. Another employee then came in and the first guy said he was doing the cooking. The manager RUDELY told him that she would just send him home RIGHT NOW because she was the manager and she was the bitch!

She said this loudly enough that we could hear it in the dining room. She needs reprimanded for this as this young man truly was trying to get things in order for operation.

Conway, AR The service keeps getting worse each time we go. This was the final try. We waited 15 min to get our order which is usual when we stop there. We ordered 2- 2 pc fish and fries. One order of popcorn chicken.

About 10 min down the road I opened our orders and both orders had 2 pcs of fish and each had a biscuit. What the heck!!! Our purser of popcorn chicken was approx 5 pcs of crumbs!!!! We were hauling a 36 ft trailer and didn’t have time to go back. 23.

Needless to say we were not happy and will never patronize that store again. Each time we go it gets worse!!

Called your restaurant asked if they were open they said yes and told us if we walked up to the door they would laugh at us because the door would be locked when I said do what they hung up call back my wife asked if they were open and if it was dining area was open he said the door was locked and he would laugh at us and promptly hung up again very very very!!!!!! Yesterday I went to the Long John Silvers, Waterloo, IA location & had a terrible experience! she didn't check & so I thought I'd try again at the window. so I paid my bill knowing it was too much & then looked at my receipt & it said zero for the Senior Citizen Discount, so I nicely mentioned it to the manager & she refunded my money I shouldn't paid.

the man never apologized for forgetting it, but I remained nice & left again! Back in my car I noticed they didn't give me french fries I ordered & instead gave me coleslaw so I went back AGAIN to the window to get the 3rd mistake fixed.

in fact she was VERY RUDE, HOLLERED AT ME & was MEAN & UNPROFESSIONAL!!!!! I don't know how a manager like that is employed for you!!! hoping I wouldn't contact you! The reason I'm submitting my complaint…

This was a drive through order. I ordered the combo with the two chicken planks and added a piece of chicken. The person on the speaker said it would be about a four minute wait. I said that would be fine, as I knew I would be getting fresh chicken.

However, as soon as I pulled up to the window, the employee had my food bagged up and ready to hand to me. I expressed my surprise and she said the person putting the orders together discovered they had enough chicken after all.

I was wary that it was chicken that had just been sitting around, but the worker assured me it was fine. Well, it was not. 00 for chicken planks that turned out to be very greasy, extremely small (like nuggets) and tasted nothing like LJS. It was nasty.

Sterling location and one of your employees got real aggressive towards me. I then said that the door was locked but she said it wasn't. I said fuck it. That's when 2 of your employees came outside on me ready to fight.

They also said for me to leave and they wasn't going to give my door dash order. This really needs to be looked into by corporate.

We went I eat at the Denton Tx restaurant and it was terribly dirty. The glass windows were horrible. Then when we walked inside the floor was so slippery I was afraid to walk. Everything inside was very dirty. I’m surprised this restaurant is allowed to operate.

However I loved Long Kohn Silvers so I hope they can clean this store up and continue serving food. I’d send a picture but it’s hard to show the slippery floor and the dirty windows.

The service was horrible! Store was horrible. The girl at the counter at 12 noon on 7/28/22 needs to be fired! She has been nothing but rude to several customers that just walked out! Food was nasty and cold! This store has gone way down hill.

Need people that want to work and have manners in here. Missing out on a lot of business!

I did a mobile order for the LJS on Prospect in Champaign , Il Saturday. Went to pick it up and I was aghast at the parking lot and building. I had to creep into the parking lot to avoid damaging my car due to the HUGE potholes.

It was 11:15 and I was the ONLY customer there. It is no surprise that they had no business ; the parking lot is a nightmare of potholes and the weeds are as tall as I am! The building is rotting and siding is falling off.

THEN I could NOT hardly get up the steps they are so rickety & I am under 90 pounds! This had been a spur of the moment purchase as my husband has non curable cancer & is not eating anything to speak of, but he said no problem; I’ll mobile order, buzz through the drive in and pick it up and Be home shortly.

We ordered a 8 piece family meal, 6 chicken, 2 fish and they have us the opposite. Which means we were missing 4 chicken. Got home to very upset kids and your cave city location would not fix the mistake.

Very upset as it completely ruined dinner not to mention, wasting nearly $30.

I tried for 1 hour to get someone to answer the phone. That was after trying to order online.. Your Website needs to be repaired. I then tried calling another location;same disappointing result no answer on phone.. I would hate to think about the $ being lost by LONG JOHNS SILVER!

I went to the Gurnee Illinois Long John Silvers today, July 1st at 6 PM and the inside dinning was closed so I sat in the very long line at drive through. When I finally got to place my order I was told they had Nothing left fron Long John's only KFC chicken.

I don't understand how they didn't have anything at all. I'm very disappointed with your company at this point. I live in Elk Grove Village and the one in Gurnee is a bit of a trip for me, and then to find out they had nothing.

The one's I use to go to all closed down.

This is two times now that I've ordered from the long john silver on south fort apache rd. in Las Vegas.

First time I let it go, but this is the second time and my order was screwed up again. What gets me is that I pay extra for what I order but they just don't seem to provide what you pay for.

In this instance, I ordered 2 dinners, and extra piece of fish for each. I get home and low and behold, no extra pieces of fish. Not to mention I pay $3 for each extra piece. $6 doesnt seem like much but in todays venue, thats a galllon of gas.

When I tried to call them to complain, the phone number provided for their store kept saying voice mail not set up. Why is that? Well, last time I go to a long John's anywhere. No wonder your failing in las vegas.

Shame cause I did enjoy the fish.

m. with my husband. Food was ordered and was brought out as we were paying for it! They could fill order so quickly, due to fish, fries, and hush puppies were sitting under heat lamps, instead of freshly fried. Never had a problem before, But today we had limp fries and fish with soggy coating.

n 3/2/2022 My husband and I decided we were hungary for some Long John Silvers. I had recently gotten out of the hospital with a heart valve replacement so we decided to order on line and go pick it up and eat at home, Normally no problem.

My elderly mother and I came through for a bite to eat. When the guy brought the food out there were 2 other cars waiting so. We obviously had to wait for a few. ( Yet mom said goodness how longs it going to take).

That was no problem but when the guy brought our food he walked extremely slow laughing and having conversation on the head set. I thanked him then mom asked for napkins and salt. Mind you I requested these items at the window.

He said could you pull over to the door it’s cold outside. I said sure no problem and waited. A total or 40 minutes now. I was just going to go inside and get the stuff myself as he came out the door as he handed me the napkins he said my manager said to inform you it takes several minutes to batter fry etc… the food.

The Long Johns Silvers in Lubbock Texas 5402 4th Street is so NASTY we could Not even lay our plates on the table. There was so much filth on the walls, floors, tables and even the ceiling. After ordering and we sat down we couldn’t eat our food.

Imagine if the filth you cans see, imagine what you can’t see. We came straight home and threw the food away and sanitized our hands. Someone needs to do something about this, store #31528

I ordered 2 pieces of fish in the drive through, in campbellsville kentucky. Later down the road I opened the take out box and was shocked. If I hadn't ordered it I would not have guessed it was fish .

They were burnt allmost to a crisp. Since I didn't have time to turn around and go back the 10 miles I had no choice but to throw it away. This definantly needs to be addressed. I know the workers knew better than that

Ordered two long silvers family meals and $10 dollar for 15 shrimps. I ordered 16 fish and 16 chicken and all 32 was packed together one box instead of separating them. I didn’t receive the shrimp and only half of the hush puppies.

I didn’t receive any condiments or napkins. It was a birthday party for my son and this is one of his favorite places to eat. I don’t know why. This is in St Clairsville Ohio where KFC and LJS are combined and maybe that’s the problem as well as short staff because the girl kept saying she was working by herself and was going to pass the order to the next person coming in.

Maybe the one in Moundsville WV is a better choice. I won’t be going to either one no time soon if ever.

The manager of store 70122 on white horse road in Greenville sc sits outside in his gray for blocking dozens of customers on foot from ordering food. If sales are way down at this location the manager Robert is the reason why. Many of the customers he has run off will never return.

I called the restaurant on hickory hollow Rd , which is 30 minutes from where I live they said they open till 10 pm I got there at 8:30 pm & they wasn't serving long john silvers anymore so I decided to try KFC which is in the same restaurant,& I ordered crispy chicken & they were out of that also so tell someone your open till a certain time when they aren't gonna have food to serve, this is poor service & not good for business so

I give them a score of 0/5 & you at corporate need to deal with the employees & how they don't have food up until close

I grew up on long john silver's so I know what to expect. Tonight, Not only did I have to wait outside i front to get my order, but it was the most disgusting, grease laden, old hard biscuit - the nastiest by far I have ever received from any of your locations.

Even worse I had brought a friend to treat for dinner. It is a good thing we took it to go because after less than half of the order was picked through and eaten, my guest had to run for the toilet - AND VOMIT!!!

I don't know what happened to such a staple of my youth. I go there during lunch quite often from work and it is always good. I love the sweet tea, but tonight it tasted like dirty water -not even much sweet at all -the entire meal was a waste of $20.

My gues said they had not eaten at one since they were a kid and now…

Went to get dinner after a really bad day in which I found out I have uterine cancer and so I thought it’s be nice to relax and not cook for a change. I ordered my food through drive through and was met with extreme rudeness just because I asked for one extra Baja sauce for my fish but I let it slide for my food got home to find Emma h the cashier had literally spit in one of my sauce cups and

it was in too very plain to see. I’ve contacted corporate and honestly I never complain even to the rudest people I’ve dealt with but with covid that’s pretty serious and yes I very upset angry and will never eat there again.
