Went to get dinner after a really bad day in which I found out I have uterine cancer and so I thought it’s be nice to relax and not cook for a change. I ordered my food through drive through and was met with extreme rudeness just because I asked for one extra Baja sauce for my fish but I let it slide for my food got home to find Emma h the cashier had literally spit in one of my sauce cups and

it was in too very plain to see. I’ve contacted corporate and honestly I never complain even to the rudest people I’ve dealt with but with covid that’s pretty serious and yes I very upset angry and will never eat there again.

I came to store in Malden South Carolina The experience was horrible Just shrimps with hard fried the fish was hot with a lot of bladder my wife mill was lousing the rice was real hot the string wings were old ohh I've been calling for the last 24 hours and have not received no one at that store as well as corporate office

I Experienced poor service along with other people trying to use the drive through order line. The employees never wanted to answer the order intercom. you have people just standing outside begging for money and just loitering on the property. please have your complaint service check into this business.

Visited the location at 1805 Blankenbaker Pkwy on 7/28 at 5:05 PM order # 339005. Ordered a Fish n Shrimp Platter, 3 pc. Fish combo, and reg. cole slaw. The fish on all had been overcooked to the point it was not eatable.

I called the Cooperate number that night and left a message and again today, but failed to have anyone return my call about the poor quality of food received. I have pictures of the product to support my claim, but am unable to upload due to size.

32 since we were unable to eat the food and had to purchase other food elsewhere.

I just purchased 3 chicken planks and 2 hush puppies. The chicken had such a foul taste that I couldn't even eat it. It was the breading not the chicken. It appears they need to change the oil. My hush puppies were so dry and crunchy I couldn't eat those either it appears they may have been fried again to make them hot.

Not sure but that happend one other time at this location. It was close to closing time and I think they refried my chicken planks and hushpuppies to make them hot they both were so dry and greasy I couldn't even eat them.

I have a receipt I just couldn't down load it. Ty for your time Tina

I visited ljs today at 450 to get a complimentary dinner for myself and husband from John due to a complaint on kim and other female. Well today Monday 1-27-20 approximately 4:50 pm . Kim took our order after taking money from another customer.

When I asked if John was available she stated no he's not here so I explained my husband and I were to receive a free dinner of our choice kim asked me to wait while she goes to back to speak to manager. Kim returned and stated the manager told her fish meals I said no John said of our choosing.

Kim said "hmm ok" then grabbed a pencil wrote our order on a piece of paper after writing our order down Kim then went to back and fixed our plates. I asked for fresh. My shrimp and fish came out of warmer nothing was crunchy but was dry.

11 as advertised. I gave my credit card which was taken to the drive through window section. After my credit card was charged, it and my receipt were brought back to me. 11. I brought it to the supervisor’s attention.

He got out his calculator and agreed I was right. He stated he was ringing it up the way he was instructed to ring it up. He said he had been doing it this way all day and implied he was going to continue ringing the orders up knowing he was overcharging 9%.

This is not the first time I have seen weird math at Long John Silvers. My question is if this is going on nationwide?

49th St, Hialeah Fl. On October 29th,2019 we ordered our usual 3 fish tacos, 1 Crabcake, 2 Hushpuppies, and 1 medium fries. The fish in the tacos is normally 3'x4' and not very thick but on this last visit, the size of the FISH PIECES was approximately 1'x4' (the size of a finger).

We did complain to the cashier, he shrugged his shoulders and spoke with the (so-called) cook, who said that is the new size now. This was a big rip off. To be served such a small slither of fish, which you couldn't taste because the taco casing overpowered the very small piece of fish, actually spoilt our dinner.

We have not been back to this LJS's or any other LJS's so-called restaurant and will never eat at an LJS again.

Today on 10/31/2019 at approximately 12:30pm my mom and I ordered chicken. I ordered the chicken combo with coleslaw and a Pepsi. I got home and as im getting ready to eat the second piece of chicken, I bit into it and it was raw and slimy.

My mom also felt it and agree. She couldn't eat the rest of her meal because it grossed her out as well. I saved the chicken and put it in the refrigerator because this is very serious. Im so disgusted and disappointed.

Yes I purchased a #7 which is 1 fish 2 chicken, fries and hush puppies. I get home to find burnt up chicken and no fish this all after a boy that argued with me when ordering and told me I got this don't worry about it.

After 8 miles home and 8 return. After them looking at me like I was stupid they recooked my order and added a second piece of fish and a pepsi for my troubles. Only the start of my troubles. So I get home consume a piece of fish and one hush puppy and feed my pup a small amount of a chicken strip.

With in minutes we both are on the pot and I am cleaning dog crap up. I am getting work up on chemicals in my body and will have results by mid week next week and I pray for you and your store at 50th and interstate lubbock tx they don't find something they put in that food or…

The manager has no customer service skills at all. She needs drug tested,she is the rudest person ever. I didnt know that Long John's run a daycare service. Everytime me and my husband go to this Long John's we just cringe at the thought of Jesse being there.

I am sure your inventory cost are sky high at that location.. We are not going to return to your location as long as that manager is there. Your location used to be enjoyable but now its not.. You can thank your uneducated manager for another loss for LongJohn Silvers.

Hello~ We visited your (only) location in Knightdale, NC at lunch time today 10-01-19. I had received an email with a coupon for a bogo meal. We have used coupons at this location on numerous occasions without any issues. period. and he said no. Rude.

I asked him his name and he said Derrick and couldn't have cared less that he was abrupt and didn't even want to see what LJS had sent via email. I think it's sad that customer service is nonexistent. which is a shame because it has been a favorite of mine since I was a child.

Just wanted to let you know before I share my experience with others.

Just thought your management would like to know about this. Please see the attached pictures of the soda fountain nozzles on your fountain drink dispenser. This was taken at your store on US19 (Commercial Way) in Spring Hill, Fl. Absolutely disgusting and shameful! Would you not agree? Wonder how many people are getting sick drinking from them. This is just totally unacceptable and I’m quite sure that if the health department saw these photos there would be some serious violations. I eat at that location quite often, but after seeing that... I don’t know.

I Stop to get TWO family meals. And I told them I would wait because I want it FRESH COOK . So I was told ok NO PROBABLY so I walked to the end of the Counter to get some condiments turned around and got my order is sitting on the counter counter to get some condiments turned around and

there’s my order sitting on the counter, UMMMMMM that not freshly cooked so I took it home all the fish and chicken was all dry the fries were not good at all the cold slaw was sloppy in the container . The Hush puppies were not crispy at all.

It Obvious that Long John silvers don’t care about your customers. So will take my money elsewhere .

Poor service , waited 15 min and still did not receive our order, advised the manager on duty, then another 15 min pass and again no order yet, approach the front desk and manager took 15 more min till she talked with us and would not refund our money and would need a store credit, we insisted we wanted out money back

I waited my turn as 4 other cars were in this thru... for over 20 mins. Upon waiting for my turn to order I am now waiting for 12mins... no one coming to the speaker finally .. to be told they would be right with me ..

then 5 mins later the same workers voice then decides to tell me they are no longer taking drive thru orders I have to go inside... I explained that I heard the cars before me order and I am now also pinned in the line and can not get out of it do I am just stuck ...

I was there a totally of 40 mins ... and left with no food ... horrible service...

over the past 3 or 4 months every time i go to the store located in lawton, ok there is a sign on the menu in the drive inn of all the things they are out of. one day they had no soda or ice.

last week, no beer battered fish or fries, corn, rice, onion rings. today i went to the drive thru and the sign said there was no soda, clams, fries, green beans, or corn. i can't understand how they are always out of products.

it does not matter if it is a weekend or not, thinking they may be busier then. it seems that they are working towards ruining their business with this kind of service.

I eat at this restaurant frequently store#31864 and today about 12pm I entered to order lunch, almost emeditly I noticed that the place was in a mess Food on the table,the floor the chairs. I order my meal waited for the staff to clean up there was no clean-up .

I cleaned then waited for my order. I was in the restaurant almost an hour and did not see any of the employees come out and clean. I write this because the floor was unsafe as the older lady's that was there could not stand by themselves feet would slide out from under them.

It was unsafe for all that came in the restaurant.

Well last night i went to Long Johns, in Corbin Kentucky and i swear it was the worst fish that i ever tryed to eat. I used to like the fish but this wasn't fish i don't know what it was.

I payed a very good price for my supper; but i will never ever go back to that store again. Someone needs to find out what they are fixing, i would rather eat a Dogs ear than ever try to eat that stuff.

If that's Cod Fish then we don't get it. And the reason i went to Corbin was because the Barbourville Long John's was just as bad if not worse. Now i do not normally complane but this was bad as Crap.

Since we don't have a Long John Silver's in our area, which is surprising if your marketing department did their homework they would see the enormous growth going on around us in the cities of Garner, Clayton and Smithfield, surrounding the city of Raleigh, NC that I know would draw a lot of business from the migration of Northerner's to our state, who would love to see one closer. We decided to take a 30 minute drive to the closet one to us in Wilson, NC, after having seen one of your commercial's that made us want some of your delicious fish and chicken platters for dinner.

At this time we have been waiting 25 minutes for our food. The all you can eat time goes out at 7pm and it is 6:47. This store is understaffed for an all you can eat night. Tge tables are dirty.

No ketchup in the dispenser, no Diet Dr. Pepper in the soda machine. No ice in the soda machine. Terrible terrible terrible. The store number is 70061. Managment should be terminated and a new staff that knows what to do.

we went to eat here on sunday july 28 and we ordered our food at 437 and waited 25 minutes, I finally asked for my money back so we could leave at 510pm. the girl that was helping fill orders was very rude and she clocked out in the middle of her shift while texting someone.

she was using the F word and complaining about all the orders. I was so mad. After asking for my money back she all of a sudden filled my order Our food was half cold. First there was no proper greeting as we entered the restaurant! Potatoes were cold and tasted like they were made from the can. Biscuits were dry and not buttery! Warm fresh taste I was hoping for. Fish was to salty and the food was semi warm.

Food should be made every half hour and checked for temperature according to health standards. Corn was old looking and I will not be back to ring your bell ever.

Today July 9,20019 I went to one of your resturants in Huntsville Texas on Sam Houston Avenue. and had a burrito and was going to get some shrimp from Long John Silvers to take home to my husband when I came out me car was gone.

Te lady at the cashier had had it towed. she was a red haired middle aged lady very rude gave me the number for towing company said there was signs all over and I was parked on their property There was three cars parked and

no signs and I was going to purchase an order to go I ask to speak to the manager and the manager. and she said she had warned the lady and it was all on her. 30 to get my car back.

I hope went around 2:30 after work. I got the fish and chicken platter with fries hush puppies, corn and slaw. I ate 1 piece of fish and 2 pieces of chicken and a bit of my sides. Not even 15 minutes my stomach started cramping, got nauseated and it all came back up.

I was fine until I ate the LJS. I even ate breakfast at work. I thought maybe it was the heat so I tried eating the test an hour later after laying down, and got the same results. Change the grease more often, take temperatures or something. Food poisoning!

O stars is my rating !!! Worst Experience at the A&W / long John Silvers I have ever had. Store # 31521 / my ticket # is 3924 / I have been driving over to Yukon Oklahoma from El Reno Oklahoma to eat at the A&W/ long John Silvers for over 10 years now, around 26 miles round trip from my house.

Today 6-4-2019 I drove over to eat lunch, placed my order at 1:24, 4 people who had ordered after me received there food and I was still waiting, 25min had passed when I approached the counter to complain. My order was just coming up.

I am a woman in my mid 50's and believe you should get what you pay for, I went to LJS yesterday and purchase the fish dinner with side orders of green beans and cole slaw to go. The portion size in those tiny tiny cup size was not worth the price for the dinner meal.

If this has to do with portion control, then make the price reflect that, I feel I got ripped off. I was very disappointed and will no longer be a customer of LJS. I went to LJS in Cincinnati OH on Ridge. Very dissatisfied!!

In Marion Ohio went thru line and ordered fish dinner told the lady 3times that I wanted fish when I got home I found I had chicken called back the lady and told her she she said she was the manager I told her what I wanted she laid the phone down and never came back to talk to me.

I went thru the drive thru which too 20 minutes before I got to the window. After waiting for a long period of time I left. I later came back and went inside hoping this may be much quicker. Again I waited 15 minutes before I was waited on.

The person in back said if he really want the food he will wait. At that time I asked for the manager which wasn't there. I spoke with the swing manager about this person's unprofessional-ism. This guy said I don't care this is my last day any way.

He was very unsanitary with the preparation of the foods. He repeatedly said I don't care this is my last day. Someone needs to get this guy out this store before someone becomes sick. This guy is very nasty in handling foods and talking to customers.

My complaint is on Long John Silvers in Corbin Ky store# 7109. On 4/03/19 my husband and I stopped at this restaurant for dinner an had to wait in line because the workers were to busy talking to other customers in front of use An was in no hurry to take our order.

We visited a Long John Silvers today Marchb5th 2019. Approx 7:30...Once at the counter we were told that the only thing left was Shtimp that they had no. Fish no Chicken norhing....They were cleaning the fryers and could only microwave so they had nothing...When we asked why he really had no explanation as to why.. Very disappointed in this. I have worked in cafes and fast food we always did our fryers in the morning...So here we are searching for fish on a cold night in Lincoln .....Very poor management and operations...Your employees not very respectful either bad service no people skills.

I ordered an L1, they were quick to take my order and polite while doing so. Then we get to the window, they take our money and ask us to pull up since they're waiting on our shrimp. We do so.

We waited about ten minutes before our food was finally brought out. That's fine. Then we drive the 20 minutes to the house and they didn't give us a piece of fish or the hush puppies. I feel after the long wait our order should've at least been correct.

I call the store and the manager, Simon, informs me I have to come tonight or bring in my receipt. Fine, but their establishment didn't give me a receipt. So now I either have to go tonight or forfeit the food and/or refund.

I chose not to drive the almost 45 minute round trip. Very disappointed in the service and the food.
