Maumee ohio, employee very nice, food is always great, had my 7 yr old gson with me, he wanted 2 more pieces of chicken, gave him a 20, one customer was up there, he waited beside her, 2 other sets of customers came in, she said to my gson, next time you want something you go to the end of the line, I am at a table 5 ft from him, she said you got money, he gave to her, he comes back, I told him its fish, I took back up there, she said he asked for fish , I said no he asked for chicken, she stood there, she said what do you want , I said 2 chicken, she took the 2 fish, and

I ordered an L1, they were quick to take my order and polite while doing so. Then we get to the window, they take our money and ask us to pull up since they're waiting on our shrimp. We do so.

We waited about ten minutes before our food was finally brought out. That's fine. Then we drive the 20 minutes to the house and they didn't give us a piece of fish or the hush puppies. I feel after the long wait our order should've at least been correct.

I call the store and the manager, Simon, informs me I have to come tonight or bring in my receipt. Fine, but their establishment didn't give me a receipt. So now I either have to go tonight or forfeit the food and/or refund.

I chose not to drive the almost 45 minute round trip. Very disappointed in the service and the food.

I just went through the drive through at LJS #70082 and it was raining very hard. There was no customer in front or behind me. The order cashier ask for my order and I said rain is blowing hard into my car and I'm just going to drive up to the order pick up window.

The pick up window has an over hang roof . I explained the rain blowing into my car and she still gave me a bad attitude. I ask to speak to the manager. She said she was the manager (Ruby w.

As a follow up to my e mails and phone conversation with manager, I believe that the order I received was not fully prepared, thus causing me to become ill, a trip to hospital, pharmacy medication, etc. After further consideration, I should receive compensation for the illness that I had to endure for the past 6 days. I sincerely believe that who ever prepared this food did not prepare the meal correctly.

Got in line At 12:41 at store #9540 in Sulphur Sorings Texas in line 14 minutes ordered shrimp and fish basket with slaw and fries and extra crumbs, and an orange drink , got home opened box and I had 2 pieces of fish and 6 hush puppies ,I took it back and again waited in line another 10 minutes to get my complete order,this is not the first time they have messed up and

we blew it off ,but when you don't get 3/4 of your order that's too much to ignore!! Very disappointed in this store!!!! I've been going to Long John silver fir over 50 years and this one here is the worst!!!!

we eat at the russell springs ky location 3 some times 4 times a month,went in on the 3rd was told they were temp.not serving hushpuppies asked if we could subsitute for them or have some taking off price and was told no. They wanted us to pay full price for our meals which were going to be the fish and more meals even though we were not going to get the hushpuppies, needless to say we left and will not eat at that location again.

I ordered the family pack with mix and match the chicken we were served was one regular size and 3 small nugget size . 98 for 2 add chicken . I did not get what I paid for . the size was of 2 quarters a silver piece.

It effected our dinner significantly. We have never had this problem before . to charge foe a 2 dollar piece and get a nugget size is fraudulent . bate and switch theft to customer . Gives the company a bad name .

Its shocking that this could happen . 00 for a dinner that did not pass . 00 each at size of nugget or equal to size of 2 quarters slot machine size quarters .

I went through the drive thru for my order at the Long John Silver at 1100 Old Spanish Trail in Houston, TX; which is near my job. When i got to the window, the person who took the order had no idea what i had ordered.

So i repeated it to her again. 26) Because everything was just in the same box; including the coleslaw, i didn't realize until i got to my office that i did not get the clams.

Also, she closed the window immediately after giving me my order and i did not get a receipt. So i googled the location and called the telephone number listed and it just rang and then eventually i got a "good bye" and the phone disconnected.

Do you people really care about what is served at your units. The Store in Oklahoma City at NW Highway could be the worst fast food restaurant I have ever experienced. Sir we are busy. There was 2 people in the dining room and I was the only car in drive thru.

I went to the store at at 4670 West Broad street, Columbus Ohio (#70089) on 27 Aug.18. Ticket # 1162. I was very disappointed to find how much the quality had gone down in about all categories. . 1) I ordered the family meal 8 piece that has 2 sides with it. When I tried to order cheese curds with it, I was told I could not get them with that meal. The counter person just said they were told that by corporate and they would get in trouble if the did since the receipts would be checked. I settled for fries and onion rings, neither of them were good and were thrown away. Arby's is acrossed the street so I got the cheese there. I was sent coupons in the mail which arrived yesterday 7/25/18, I was in the area as this is now the only store within 50 miles of where I live. When I took this coupon in, I was told the would not honor it.

I ordered 2 piece fish (L4) at 12:11 PM on Tuesday the 24th of July at the Canal Winchester, OH, location. I was told to pull up and 'fresh fish would be dropped. " I pulled up and waited 12 minutes.

I did not get the potato wedges I ordered, but I got cookies that I didn't. I also did not get any napkins, or a receipt, though I got a bag of condiments I did not request. It seemed my ordered was delayed further by waiting for a second customer waiting to have his food brought out to him when mine was brought by someone from inside.

My husband and i were having lunch at the taco bell long john silver's at 725 W. Southern avenue Phoenix az 85041on july 20 2018 @ 440 pm and this gentleman came in and asked for a water cup and they told him that they dont have any.

Alizay, manager of store 022091 (it also serves Taco Bell). I placed an order for 2 2pc fish one with corn and one with hush puppies. We received three boxes one had 2 p. Fish with corn. The corn was old.

And the other two were fries and no fish. I had to drive back which was quite a ride. Alizay argued with me and said she made the order and had put fish in the boxes. I explained again that we didn't receive the correct order.

I went to the drive thru at the WIlkes-Barre, PA LJS at 8:30 pm. I only ordered three meals. A three piece chicken meal with fries and slaw. A fish and shrimp meal with fries and corn. A two piece fish taco meal with fries.

I ordered 6 extra hush puppies since that meal did not come with any. After waiting ten minutes, the girl came to the window and advised it would be two more minutes as we were waiting on chicken. I said ok.

Finally after 8 minutes my food was delivered to me. A total of 18 minutes for drive thru food at a fast food chain. I said I wish she would have been honest about the time as I was late picking someone up.

00 voucher said sorry about the wait and slammed the window shut. I had stopped going to LJS because of the long wait times and always having incorrect orders…

Sent my husband to order food. I ordered 2 Fish and Chicken platers with cole slaw and fries, and another with 2 extra fish and chicken with green beans. He get's home and only one order was correct. When he called the restaurant back, there was not one bit of we're sorry.

upon getting home, I noticed that neither me nor my boyfriend had our cole slaw in the bag. I wen t back to the store, and I told the young lady that took my order. I said I had to drive way back up here for my food.

She said that she wasn't expecting me to drive back up there and that it was my choice and if it were her, she would have came the next day. I was very nice to her, couldn't understand why she felt she could talk to me like that.

I then told her because I wanted my cole slaw with my fish today and not tomorrow. Very disappointed at her customer service. When I first ordered my son wanted a fried twinkie, she tried to talk him out of getting it telling him it's not that good and suggested other desserts after we ask for the fried twinkie 2 times.

I think my real problem is the restaurant at 6310 St. rd. 70 in Bradenton Fl. is not servicing the Long John Silvers very well, There is a sign that says Taco Bell and Long John Silvers posted in front of the building, we had been wanting to visit the place for a while so 5/19/18 was when we were so disappointed with the service.

Went in for lunch no one noticed me for five minutes. The person was working didn't even say anything looked at me. As i finally got my order took order out to car one fish taco was cold. So i brought food back in told them it was cold not fresh.

So i waited so long. Told them service was very slow. They told me its the way fish tacos are supposed to be that way cooked like that cold. Food was not fresh. This place is located in laporte indiana.

Not a happy person had to make a family member discharged from hospital sit in car to long. Left my food there not finished i will never go back. Top it all off they hardly washed there hands.

Long Johns in Chambersburg PA Store 70030 has the rudest person taking orders. Our first time there, and i can guarantee it will be our last time. We were not familiar with the menu, and she wasn't very helpful. She was getting aggravated with us as she had to ask us more than once what we wanted.

Again, first time there, and LAST time we will ever go into that location again. 88 just to be aggravated by her. I asked her if they offered a senior citizen discount and was advised, well its a little late for that now.

Never offered to void and start again, just let us know that she had numerour seniors there that day. Get some people with personalities and know how to smile. You know what they say, a good experience no one shares, but a bad experience will be shared over and over.

Store manager messed up my order and when I called to get her to fix it she told me I was just trying to get free food this was the second time that they did this I live to far to keep going back and forth I feed a family of 8 Everytime I go there and have been for the last 11 years paying for my food never had problems these last 2 times were horrible and

We got a fish and shrimp meal it was not good it tasted like it has been sitting awhile the shrimp was hard and the fries where rubbery tasting cold it wasn't not good the last time it was good if there anything you can do about it we would appreciate it the place is nice and the people who work there are great I just don't think they pay attention to how long the food had been setting it probably should been thrown away and cook fresh

Restaurant # H143023, Ticket # 3725 on 8-06-2017 at 6:16pm. When we arrive and while we were ordering there was discussion of what to do about a person who was waiting for food (pot pies) and they did not have any, it would be 20 min. to make them.

He was upset and asked for what food was available. We order and set down there is only one other couple in the restaurant and they are waiting on food also. We check on our food at 10, 15 and 20 minute intervals.

The first two times they say it will be right up. The second time they brought food out for the people that were here before us. At 20 minute I ask again and they say they have not made it yet.

They claim they had a rush on the drive through but as we sit there with nothing to eat we watched drive through and the only thing they did…

On 12/12/2016 at 8:55 PM My fiancee and I stopped at the Long John's in Beechgrove In, to get a late dinner, we tried to go in and the doors were already locked, went up to the drive through and placed my order, arrived to the window and the young lady told me that they didn't have any potatoes ready she said if I waited I could get one and while she was microwaving the potato in the back she left my food sitting on the table, then when then when they handed me my food I tasted the fries to see if they were cold and yep!! they were cold, then they did a new batch of fries while the rest of my food was getting cold, then when I arrived home the Fish & Chicken was not only cold but not eatable, it had to be sitting under that light for and hour.

finally this girl walks by grabs her cell phone walked into the hallway and starts talking to somebody on her cell phone I waited another couple minutes and she finally walked back plugs up her phone says has somebody waited on you I got so mad I walked out of the store I doubt I'll ever go back again !!!

I have long enjoyed eating at LJS for decades. In the last 6 months or so, I have probably driven through or picked up food inside about 12 times at the store in Oklahoma City at 7609 S. Western. Sometimes it is just for myself, and other times it is for a large group of friends. This will be the first time I have taken the time to send a complaint about any business.

On those last 10 or so visits, I have been given the wrong food (usually chicken instead of fish) at least 4 times. On at least 3 occasions, I discovered missing food when I arrived home. I only returned to the restaurant once, since it was for a large group and was missing 2 entire meals, parts of 2 meals (shrimp), and all condiments.

Tonight it was chicken--when I ordered fish and shrimp. Chicken is just not my favorite.…

11/3/16- ordered food via the drive through and paid at 18:53, didn't get food until 19:24! MULTIPLE people received their food before I did and I know for a fact that a vehicle behind me had a bigger order, a family member.

I understand that, however nobody apologies or tried to make it right. To top it off I came home and I was MISSING HALF OF MY ORDER! I continued to call the place however it was busy for over 60 minutes.

I finally got through and spoke with the "manager" Ashnoike, not only did she hang up on me but she interrupted me numerous times and when I asked for a reason I didn't get my food despite having to wait over 30 minutes she kept telling me that "there is no logical explanation for that" I asked for my money back and she was extremely rude and bitchy

I got my food and walked out to my truck and I didn't get what I ordered went back in to get the rest of my order and sheila P at the cash register said she gave me everything and will not give me the rest of my order she was so rude.
