11/3/16- ordered food via the drive through and paid at 18:53, didn't get food until 19:24! MULTIPLE people received their food before I did and I know for a fact that a vehicle behind me had a bigger order, a family member.

I understand that, however nobody apologies or tried to make it right. To top it off I came home and I was MISSING HALF OF MY ORDER! I continued to call the place however it was busy for over 60 minutes.

I finally got through and spoke with the "manager" Ashnoike, not only did she hang up on me but she interrupted me numerous times and when I asked for a reason I didn't get my food despite having to wait over 30 minutes she kept telling me that "there is no logical explanation for that" I asked for my money back and she was extremely rude and bitchy

I got my food and walked out to my truck and I didn't get what I ordered went back in to get the rest of my order and sheila P at the cash register said she gave me everything and will not give me the rest of my order she was so rude.

At 3400 W 16th st, hwy37 Bedford In . will not go there again and will tell friends family not to eat there ether bad customer service

went to the long john silvers in Dayton TN and the store manager Debbie Poe is the WORST! This is not the first time I have been there where she has yelled and ridiculed her crew. She was yelling at her cooks for being slow.

Now if she would have moved from her spot to help her young cooks then maybe it would have helped some. I am so disappointed that she is allowed to run a store and treat her team like crap. Our food was hot and fresh so no complaints there.

There was a young man who came to the table and asked us how out food was. He was telling us that this was his first job and he liked it. I asked about the screaming manager and he just said that thats how she treats everyone unless you are her favorite. Shame on you manager!!!

I went to long johns silvers for lunch today. I had the worst meal ever, first they were out of tartar sauce that should be my first clue. Then they gave me my meal I went back to work 10 min.

away opened it up and the fish was so greasy I could drain about a 1/2 cup of oil off it. The fries were so soggy with the grease, it was the nastiest food ever,I was so mad I want my money back.

I will never go to this place again. Y. taco bell and long john silvers side by side I hope they go out. They should have to eat there own food that they serve.

Saturday October 8, 2016, brought the two piece fish and one piece chicken, got home open the box the fish was hard as a brick and greasy as could be, live about five miles away, but quickly got in my car to return it, cashier sai . "Oh my that is bad" I said I wouldn't serve this to my dog, the guy quickly came from outside and said let me get u some fresh fish.

That's all fine and dandy but why would u serve this to a customer anyway? The store is on Missouri Ave in Clearwater, Fl. Thank u

My husband And I are really upset with Long John Silver. We are regular customers and we are ready to stop going there. We have seen an ad MANY times on TV of a special at Long John Silvers- $5 for 2 white fish, fries, hush puppies, and drink.

Have called all Long John Silvers in our area plus miles from our area and no one has this special plus they say they don't even sell white fish! WHY is this advertised in our area if this special is not available??? SO UPSET!!!

On my husband's bd drove from buffalo,ny to Batavia to get fish and chicken. Ordered 3 pc fish and chicken, brought it back and chicken was burned, fish was small. Not pleased.

We went to the drive-thru at the Long John Silver's located in Glens Falls, New York. We waited about a good five minutes in line, as there were several cars ahead of us, so since we love LJS so much, we decided to wait.

When we reached the menu and speaker to place our order, I waited for the employee to greet us, which she did, and I began to place our order. " She didn't answer.

Also, this drive-thru has no "escape" meaning, there's no way to drive out of the line, so we had to WAIT OVER TEN MINUTES for people who were just ordering sodas! WTF? No wonder LSJ is going down. Pitiful. How can fryers be down when your whole business DEPENDS on fryers to work? good bye.

Went to eat at 5:36 pm tea was soured. At time of ordering was not told they were out of cocktail sauce and tarter sauce. Bathroom smelled horrible and was nasty. The manager was taking money and preparing food without washing hands and not wearing a hat.

Had it on his belt loop. Seen the fish coming out to customers it was very dark and greasy looking. I traveled 2 hrs for long johns silvers. Had to settle for Arby's next door in Thamason Georgia.

On a visit today to the LJS store at 17721 FM 529 Rd in Houston, I tried to purchase a couple meals with the coupons I got by mail. It was seriously off-putting that the cashier, Joseph was obviously new and working during the lunch hour on a weekend day.

The first coupon was "in the system" but the others were not. Just plain ignorant! Joseph had to enlist the help of other employees and they eventually had to holler for Cynthia, the manager. It escalated after my dissatisfaction with the situation was made known and (in any other normal business) she should have done what she could to make the things right but instead became snarky.

When asked how long the manager had worked there her reply was "none of my business". When asked her name she said " you don't need to know". It was noted…

I was just at long John silver in Terre Haute Indiana...on 3rd st.the lady mixed up my order with the customer who was in front of me in line...she gave him my shrimp...walk away and realized her mistake, she went back to his table got the shrimp from him and brought it to me, if this is the normal way to handle a customer's food, then I'll be looking to buy my fish somewhere else...those shrimp should have been given to that customer who's table it was at first and new made for my order...

On Wednesday 24,2016.Me and my wife ordered 2 fish n more platter's..after purchasing and getting home.Both of our Chicken and hushpuppies were severely overcooked.We tried contacting the Long Johns but there was no reply..We're usually very satisfied with the quality of the food but this time very dissapointed.As loyal customers we hope this gets addressed.Thanks for your time.. -Doug and Barb Vecchie

Just left the LJS on S Douglas in Midwest Cutt OK. Great hot food and really good. The man who I assume was the manager is great. Was checking tables for supplies. Asked us how our food was. There was worker cleaning tables and sweeping. Over all was impressed

I just left store 5447. I ordered fish chicken and shrimp platter. After sitting at the window for 5 mins I was told to go around back. I told the girl twice I wanted cocktail sauce. i got my order.

I get home and no chicken and no cocktail sauce. I paid my money and expect what I ask for.

I printed a coupon that was for 8 piece fish or chicken, two sides, and 8 hushpuppies for 12.99. When I drove up to the drive through and placed my order the clerk said ok drive to the second window. When I got there two hispanic males were at the window ignoring me. I said may I get some help and one of them said we do not honor that coupon. We can do the order for 16.99.

I was irritated and tired and said go ahead with the order and then he rang it up and said the total was 22.99. I asked what happened to 16.99 and they responded do you have the coupon for the 16.99 offer, and they both snickered and I told them to forget that I would never be back and that is sad because we love the chicken strips. I drove off and went to somewhere else and got supper. This was at 6:15 in the evening…

it was not crowded at the end and was pouring the rain. she read the order back to me. i then waited until 7:26 pm to get my order. When i got to the house and opened the containers, i was very upset to find that I did not get what i ordered and everything was over cooked ....

i could not tell the clams from the popcorn shrimp and the cat would not even eat either!!! the fish had been re fried. everything was terrible! Don't even get me started about the soggy french fries dripping grease!!! 90 for stuff that i had to throw in the garbage !!!!!!!!!

I will NEVER go back to that restaurant ever again and I would love to have my money refunded ! I work hard for my money and I dont appreciate throwing it in the trash !

went inside to place a order for L7 and L9 12 hushpupies and 3 pieces of fish when we got back to the car the fish was not in there,when i went back inside and ask about it i was told i didnt order it . the girl that took my orderasked me twice about the 3 pieces of fish and yet fail to put my whole order in, Iwill probaly never return to the Springfield ohio store.

this is not the first time something liked this has happened. i was not treated very well.

I went to restaurant that is kfc and long john silvers combined to order long john silvers food. The address is 21566 n. John wayne pkwy, maricopa AZ 85139. I ordered meal that has 2 pieces of fish and 2 sides (fries and coleslaw). Also ordered cod meal.

Picture showed peice of cod with 2 hush puppies and coleslaw. It took quite a while to get food. When we got home we had 4 pieces of chicken, 1 cod sandwich, 1 small fri, 1 regular fri and 1 small kfc coleslaw.

I called and the 1st manager said to cone back with receipt, not to worry about bringing food back and to cone through the drive thru and food would be ready. When i drove up another manager said that i have to bring food back to exchange it for correct food or a refund after the other manager told me on the phone i would not have…

Had to ask for senior discount. This was a first for me. Told me it was policy not to give discount unless asked for. Never a problem before. Ordered 2 cod sandwiches to go, sat down to wait 1 minute later my order was done.

Sandwiches were warm at best. I thought they were made when ordered? Normally one of my favorite places to eat. Sad this time. Store number 7045 needs HELP.

We have been watching you TV adds and found one of your places in Pittsburg California, 2155 Railroad Ave. The phone number is 925-439-2101. We so much want a good piece of fish that we have had the pleasure of many times at other of your places, but this was the worst place I have ever seen. We are both in our 80"s so we are not making this up. We have been around for along time and know good food and bad food and this was bad the fish looked and tasted like it had been boiled in oil for a week, the fries were at the bottom of the barrel.

First of all ZERO STARS!!!! Preston Highway location in Louisville KY. Cock Roach in front of counter husband killed cockroach. store and bathroom filthy. manager and staff dirty uniforms shirts not tucked I etc. 07. manager couldn't count change back and was rude about amount, didn't apologize or anything. Called corporate .

Next day Steve called me interrupted me while I was explaining what happened. yeah Welcome to yum brands. Look around and notice since they took over KFC ,LJS etc the quality of food is terrible the restaurants are filthy. It is appalling.

So being that he said the store was "Fine" is disturbing This is acceptable? I don't feel safe now eating at any of their Restaurants. And thus will be taking that hard earned dollar somewhere that still care about their customers…

We were eating at long John silvers in litchfield il on Thursday June 9th. The woman closing the store was extremely rude to us. She was up front complaining we were still there eating 10 min before the store closed and that she had to get her kids.

She then continued to come back and tell us they wanted to close (still not closing time) and she needed to unlock the door when we left. We got up to leave and asked for the door to be unlocked we said thank you and have a good night and she would not even acknowledge us. Very bad for business.

At the drive up, I ordered a more healthier meal, the baked cod, but was told it was not available. Since I was hungry and remembered how I used to like the fish and chicken meal, I ordered it, to the tune of $7.98. When I got home, everything was lukewarm; the chicken was very dry, the fries limp and almost cold, the fish was also more grease than good taste, and the hushpuppies were almost burned. I could not eat them, nor could I eat more than a couple of bites of chicken. I finished the cole slaw, which was very good. (This is the only LJS in Leavenworth.)

I'm not happy about paying almost $8 for cold, tasteless, dry, and nearly burned food.

Please advise as to how you can appease this very satisfied customer.

Why can't we have a Long John Silver's in Rock Hill, SC ?

I am a senior citizen, in my 80s, who has always enjoyed the fish plates with all the extras. As long as my husband was living he drove over to Fort Mill just to get our Sunday lunches and occasionally during the week. He is gone and I am too old to drive for my self but a young fellow in the family went over for some fish and found the place closed. He drove over to Pineville N C, to Captain Ds, just to get my lunch. I appreciated it but that is too far and the food wasn't very warm when he got back with it.

I went to your store in Colonial Heights VA 23834 and I order the Cod Combo and when I opened the box the fish sandwich was fried so hard it was breaking apart, over cooked (very dark) and very hard. The bread was hard as well.

I went through the drive-through and ordered a L6 with an extra piece of fish. I live about 30 minutes away from your store number 27992 The store is located in Decatur Georgia Farrington Road. The manager claim her name is Tosha which I did not believe, and the cashiers name was Valencia.

They were very unprofessional and playing/joking around with each other inside of the drive-through line window. I think that is why my order was made incorrectly!! I did not receive my extra piece of fish, and I'm highly upset because I live too far away to drive back for extra piece of fish!!

Instead of the manager saying she would replace entire order, she said she would replace the piece of fish. YOU HAVE got to be kidding me!

We went into the sapulpa ok location this afternoon for a late lunch. There was nobody in the restaurant and only 1 person in the drive thru. A guy was at the register when we walked in and looked at us but never acknowledged us. Which was fine....

we thought he was busy with something. But when we got up to the register to order nobody was there. We seen another guy and he looked at us but never said anything either. We never seen the other guy. not seconds.

minutes and nobody ever came back to the front. Needless to say we left and ate lunch elsewhere. We won't be back. That store has been going downhill for awhile but we keep going back and this isn't the first time the customer service has been bad. We just don't complain.

I work in duncanville, texas, but i live in frost tx72 miles south of job. 00 worth of meals for my family. 4 /3 fish dinner and 1 2 fish and 1 chicken meal. 4 meals total. I drive all the way home and every meal is chicken only and fries. No coleslaw no hushpuppies.

I called the camp wisdom store and they told me to bring it back the would, thank exchange it. I told them i was over 70 miles one way. I wasnt driving back there. They said just hang on the food til morning, bring it back. I said no way. Just forget it.

They said to call and ask for manager and explain it to him tomoro. I said no thank you i will call corporate. So this is my complaint. Bad thing about it, its one of out favorite places to eat, but this particular store always seemths to have a a problem when i stop, why?…

Ordered food for 3 people. Horrible service, wrong food, after waiting 10 min. Had to fight with manager due to not making it understood about order. Got money back & will not go back in there per rude staff! I used to work in food service, would never have treated customers with such an attitude!

Went to your location in the three thousand block/Cleveland Ave, Cols, Ohio,,, went on THREE separate occasions today(about 2-3 hrs apart) and was toly each time I could order frm take out but I couldn't sit down and eat inside. Given food that had been sitting for awhile. The fish wasn't fresh. Some of it was dried out like jerky!! The corn on the cob I bit into was rotten. I then smelled it and yes it should have NEVER been served to anyone.

I frequently go to store # Y335029 on Harrisburg Pike in columbus, ohio. I generally dont have any problems there. I went there on 3/1/2016 and ordered several things from the menu to takeout for me and my husband. we had fish and chicken in our meals and none of it was done.

I tried to get past it, but the battered was still wet on the inside. I tried to call them back so I could send my husband there to get our food replaced, but every time that I called the phone was bizzy.

Which if you were really that bizzy I could understand, but I called for several hours in a row hoping that someone would @ least pick up th phone and make things right, but it was still bizzy! I called for days after that, and every time I called the phone still rang bizzy.
