Given food that had been sitting for awhile. The fish wasn't fresh. Some of it was dried out like jerky!! The corn on the cob I bit into was rotten. I then smelled it and yes it should have NEVER been served to anyone.

The GM Houston was rude and unprofessional. He didn't try to rectify the situation. The most disgusting LJS ever!!!! He should be fired along with every one else!!!!

I frequently go to store # Y335029 on Harrisburg Pike in columbus, ohio. I generally dont have any problems there. I went there on 3/1/2016 and ordered several things from the menu to takeout for me and my husband. we had fish and chicken in our meals and none of it was done.

I tried to get past it, but the battered was still wet on the inside. I tried to call them back so I could send my husband there to get our food replaced, but every time that I called the phone was bizzy.

Which if you were really that bizzy I could understand, but I called for several hours in a row hoping that someone would @ least pick up th phone and make things right, but it was still bizzy! I called for days after that, and every time I called the phone still rang bizzy.

I find it really hard to believe that…

I just got hired at long John silver n I was told I'll be working par time and said as long I could work everyday closing it was fine but a manger who made the schedule put me one morning n I told her I wouldn't make it to work that day so I told her the night before and she told me that, she would just let me go if I can't work that day which is today n I called one of the manager if they could reconsider because that was my fist time wouldn't make it work but

she insisted that I am fired. For me it seems not right, no warning or onything just fired is there anyone who could help me with this rude and critical manager?

I went throught the drive through at long john silvers in Springfield, Ohio. I ordered two L3 meals both with corn and coleslaw I also ordered a large root beer, a kids chicken meal with corn and a sierra mist. 00$.

I waited in line for about 20 min. The woman working in the windiw opened the window and asked if she could give us two root beer floats for the wait and she proceeded to take the large float we had ordered and split it in between two medium cups.

We finally recuved our food only to arrive home with half of it missing. In each L3 meal there were one piece of fish and one very small peice of chicken. We then drive back to the store to fix our order.

Apon arrival there was another customer at the counter waiting for an order. I sat my food on the counter and took out my recipt…

The past two times that I have went to the long Johns silver in Richland's VA my order has been wrong. It is a crying shame that you pay over $30.00 for one person and you don't even get everything that you order. Myself nor my family and friends will ever go back to the restaurant if something is not done.

Yes me and my family with her on the 28th as we ordered we sat down my three-year-old almost three-year-old daughter says mommy there's a bug I turned around to look on the wall at the table there's a few bugs and then there's a few that's dead so my husband goes up to the the guy until the guy that my daughter seen roaches we are very nice about this he said okay I'll go there and

I visited the restaurant in Pickens SC which is LJS and an KFC combined. I ordered the family meal(LJS) with fries and slaw and was giving KFC food! I am very unhappy after spending a lot of money for long john silvers food and getting KFC!

Never eaten there before, came at 4:30 and it was obvious the food we ate was prepared at lunch. Fries soggy and hard, fish was horrible, dried out and soggy, hush puppies inedible, dry tasteless. Boy DISAPOINTED! GIVE ME A MINUTE WILL YA

The store in eldorado ks allowed a fight to happen out side of their store. With all the employees standing out side watching. This is absolutely rediculois and I will not be returning service to this place b/c they allowed on of their employees (Christopher McDaniel) to fight a minor while everyone working stood out side.

I am not complaining. I love Long John Silver's. What I would like is for one to open in, or near Boyertown PA. There is a Taco Bell in Gilbertsville, which is next door to Boyertown. I notice when going to Hamburg, PA (my closest long John's which is far away), they have a Taco Bell and Long John Silver's together at that location.

Why can't the Gilbertsville PA Taco Bell have LJS's there with it? I assure you, the establishment would get way more customers with LJS than with Taco Bell. Please think about this and do include LJS's at the Taco Bell Gilbertsville PA location.

It took twenty minutes to take my order and 4 employees. The fish was so hard we could not eat it . My dog wouldn't eat it either. We called the store and the lady that answer the phone said there was nothing she could do and was laughing at us.

Upon walking into this restaurant the Grease smoke was so bad, I should have just turned right around and walked out. I was hungry and wanted fish so I ordered a Fish Taco meal. The Fry's were burnt and over done! I asked the Server about the fries and he said that is how they come out. Ok? Of all the Long John Silvers restaurants I go to I have never seen fries like that! Why is my Home town LJS so Awful! The Lobby was dirty and restrooms I would not let my son use.

The lobby of the store is always nasty. There's always employees sitting in the lobby when their slow, when you come to the counter they get up to wait on you. Tables are nasty, floor is nasty, drink counter nasty overall the store is Plain Nasty.

On the evening of 4-15-16 at 6:23pm I went to the drive thru at the long john silvers location at 3274 Hwy 278 in Covington Ga on my way to work. The lady at the window asked if I wanted to try the 8 piece fish and chicken combo.

I thought it was a good deal so thats what I wanted. I got my order and left to go to work about 5 miles away. When I got to work I opened my box and there was a 2 piece fish and 6 shrimp in my box.

I did recieve the side of rice and clams that I added but other that the order was completely wrong. I tried 6 times to contact the store and let them know of the mistake but no one ever answered the phone.

I work a 12 hour shift and am not allowed to leave to get food so I had to spend all night at work and all I could eat was the 2 pieces of fish because I DONT…

i ordered 2 dinners and 3 sided of jumbo shrimp. they didnt give me the shrimp. didnt notice till i got home 8 miles away. i called the manager, they promised coupons, they never came. this was 6 months ago, i havent been back, if they ever would make this right i would go back.

THIS IS NOT A COMPLAINT!!! NO PROBLEMS!!!! I frequent The Long John Silver's restaurant in Vienna West Virginia. I enjoy the food, the atmosphere and the customer service is outstanding. My concern, this restaurant is scheduled to be closed. My request is you reconsider closing this restaurant, due to causing hardships to its current customers whom enjoy this restaurant, food as well as the atmosphere and service. Sincerely yours mr. We ordered 12 chicken planks, fries, extra crunchies. Left restaurant and discovered Instead we received three boxes of fries. 83 for fries. Returned promptly to store. The employees were rude, laughing at us. Husband was not happy . Offered no apology.

Will not return to this location.

I was in the Enid Oklahoma store on 4-8-16 at about 7:00pm. I went into the restaurant to order because their drive thru is extremely slow.

Also this is the third time in two weeks I have had a problem at this store. The first two times the drive thru was slow and they got my order wrong both times. This time I came in because I thought I would be able to check my order before I left instead of holding up the drive thru line.

I went in and their were 5 people in front of me. There was no one working the counter. We waited 10 to 15 minutes for someone to come up to the counter and start taking orders. The restaurant was not that busy.

They only had about 5 people eating in the store. I waited another 5 minutes and they still were taking the order of the first person in line.

m. 4/7/16 she walk up to the counter and the guy working the counter asked her if she was getting fish she said no that she wanted to get the 16 peace chicken dinner. The worker frying the food started screaming are you kidding me I just turned the fryers off and repeated him self few more times.

Then the sides she order they did not have Mac and cheese and fries. Then a few more people arrived and was ordering and got treated poorly too so poorly that one of the families left after that the worker told her she could get fries because they was gonna cook more. My ?

I placed my order at Ljs on Wards rd. Lynchburg, va. I waited approximately 20-25 minutes for my take-out order. The cashier was very nice and apologetic for the extremely slow service but the back-line cook (believed to be the on shift supervisor) has the worst attitude, and was making comments that I could not make out, but from her body language, it wasn't very pleasant. I finally, the back-order cook placed my order in an aggressive way on the back-line median, rolled her eyes and turned around and left from my view. I have never in my life waited so long at a fast-food restaurant and had such attitude from a supervisor.

I did not receive a receipt for my order therefore, I didn't have the customer services 800 number to complain. I felt it was no reason to call the store to complain…

On 04/05/2016 at 8:02 pm I entered the store in Harrisburg, IL, Location #07340. At 8:05 pm I was waited on by a young man who's name I can not remember. 99. I told him I wanted the two piece fish with fries and corn instead of coleslaw.

For my second I ordered the 3 piece chicken with coleslaw. I paid my money, he ask me to have a seat and he would bring it out to me. There were only 6 people in the restaurant when I sat down.

There was a tall boy working on the fry cooker and the young man who took my order. Soon I noticed a young lady came in from the back, I suppose from a break. They all seem to be overwhelmed all of a sudden.

The couple who ordered ahead of me didn't receive their order till 8:17 pm, the young lady brought it out to them. She wasn't very polite about the wait time…

Every time I go into the Arkansas City, KS, store this one particular woman (dark hair and fat--sour thing) has absolutely no pr skills. The blond girl helper is fine and good. This woman didn't say hello; asked her what she said (my hearing is poor)--said her spill; no thank you.

Next time-- I walk out--is she unique in Arkansas City? No. She is a real sour puss; this town has generally poor pr but this old hag is the queen. I taught school 44 years and know good pr--this women is beyond hope--can't you all get some more people like the blond lady--maybe not in this town.

While I appreciate the advertisement for all you can eat fish or chicken for $7.99, to only receive 2 pieces of fish and then wait 50 minutes before being able to get more is a little ridiculous. I will never eat at your location again and I'll make sure my friends are informed as well.

My family ate there tonight in paintsville ky and my husband got a bottle of malt vinegar he poured it all over his fish and ate it. After he ate his fish he had a funny taste in his mouth and he was looking at the bottle of vinegar and he notices something floating in it.

He held the bottle up so he could see what was in it and there was a lot of discussing stuff in the bottom of it. He took the bottle to the workers and they said it was day shift that filled them up and it wasn't there problem but they would make sure it wouldn't happen again.

I do have a couple of photos. My husband got so sick of just wondering what was in that bottle. And what was in his stomach.

2nd tone we have been to the long johns on fairmont Ave in fairmont wv and they have had all condiments put up. Staff is all teenagers and ready to GET OUT OF HERE! Horrible service! Argued with one employee last month, didn't complain.

This time is an 1 1/2 before closing and they are commenting on how "they're goung to be here late now because "people" showed up". WOW! the rudeness is unbelievable! Will NEVER eat here again!!

and on Thursday, March 30, 2016 I drove an hour to get to Metairie, La store number L775085. Once at the store I asked the guy taking our order about the Cod fish we saw just the day before on television and he informs us that they no longer have it.

We said we had just saw it the day before on an advertising on TV and he rudly says "he doesn't do commercials, he's wasn't on the commercial. Since we were already there and have drove so far we decide to place an order.

I ordered 2 of the L1 which was the fish and 6 shrimp. 2 mash potatoes, 1 green bean, and 1 potato wedge. We literally waited 30 minutes and still no order, mind you the shrimp was already out and the fish because I was watching the young lady say it was up.

On Saturday, March 26th, around 6:00 p,m, at your Saint Clairsville, Ohio restaurant, I ordered through the drive-thru. I was in line for 35 minutes. To say the least, I was not happy. When I, finally, reached the window, the young lady informs me that it was going to be an extra 4 1/2 minutes for my shrimp. I was furious!

She informed me that it should have been posted that it was going to be such a long wait. I wish that I would have had the choice to make the decision to wait or not. I did not have that decision.

Your establishment should not be considered fast food. I do not have such a wait at a sit down restaurant. Out of convenience, I wanted to go through a fast food restaurant. I didn't get my shrimp, nor did I get my coleslaw. I am appalled!

I went into the Long Johns Silvers/Kfc restaurant today at 6104 University Ave, Cedar Falls IA to have lunch. After ordering 2 pieces of fish and 3 pieces of shrimp I sat down with my co worker and waited for my name to be called.

When I went up to get my fish I could smell something odd. I sat down and tasted my fish it was fine. I then had some of the crunchy's and had a terrible taste. I tasted the ones in the shrimp same thing it was awful!

I went up and told the manager that it was bad and all he said to me was "it's the last day of the oil" WHAT??? why would you say that to a customer. So now may I ask.... do I need to ask what day of the oil is it everytime I order?

He never apologized or anything very rude. I did not want a new order or anything just wanted to let him know…

We stopped at Kimball tn. Tuesday March 22 for lunch. The waitress's were unprofessional laughing and hiding their mouth to whisper to each other. The restaurant was not clean. The window seals had dead flies and aunts crawling across the window seals..

It appeared to have several coats of paint and none were clean

I have been visiting the kittanning,pa store for quiet awhile and they take forever to give us our order and they have been burning the hush puppies and today we waited for over 15 minutes and they didn't give us all our order!!! This was the worst service I've ever had at a "fast food" establishment. Went in for a Friday night all you can eat and came out hungry and upset that I chose this place. The help was rude, the fish tasted like they had been soaked in old stale oil, and the sweet tea was older then the grime on the floor.

02 The location was Mankato, MN on Madison Ave. I will be sure to tell all my family and friends not to visit this location ever. If the people don't want to work why do you employ them. Very rude and very poor quality.

About a month ago I visited LONG JOHN SILVERS 3615 S Emerson Avenue, Beech Grove, Indiana 46107. I ordered a order of the 3 large shrimp, one order of pop corn shrimp, one order of clams, and an order of Cod to go.

I paid for the order in full with cash. While standing there waiting for them to fill my order I observed a gal handeling the food, she'd put a piece of paper ( I assume wax paper or something similar) into the food containers made of thin cardboard, then

she'd place the food on top of that paper and put it down into a paper bag. I observed her drop a sheet of the wax paper on the floor, she bent over to pick it up, and the paper was difficult for her to pick up, she sort of scrubbed the paper on the floor as it tried to slide away from her, and

This is not a complaint as must as a heads up! I do not eat at LJS all that much, but today I stopped in at the LJS in Seminole Ok. The first thing I noticed was the floor,my work boots was sticking to the floor as walk up to order( floor was that unclean).

#2 three employees working the whole place at noon? One person taking the orders of one or two people then having to run to the back and help fill the orders, Seen at least two people behine give up and leave!

The whole place was unclean floor ,walls, pop machine area. Looked like the employees that were there, were doing the best they could do! Dont know how this place can stay open much longer with the way its being managed at this time.

I dont send in complaints but if I were invested in LJS I would hate to see any LJS in this…

I just went to the store in Pulaski, TN and went through the drive thru, First thing the boy who took my order at the speaker was somewhat rude, then when I get to the window they take a good five minutes to even come and take my money, then it was another 15 -20 minutes before I got my food.

I asked the girl who handed it out if they had remembered my 2 extra pieces of fish and the 12 extra hushpuppies I had ordered. She told me it was all in there. I pulled away and checked it myself and the extra hushpuppies were not in there as well as when I got it home my 2 extra pieces of fish was actually 2 fish tacos, also I was shorted one piece of fish from the original family meal I had ordered.

When I finally got back to the window because of one person in front of me having to wait forever…

3/12/2016, Long John Silvers, Timberlake Road, Lynchburg. Va. 8:00PM. My husband and I stopped in to grab something quick for dinner. We didn't hardly get through the door when a female employee, Monique, obviously very annoyed at our mere presence, slammed a warmer door, and abruptly turned and asked " dine in or carry out" no Hello, welcome to LJS, nothing!!

" I'm assuming by her attitude and time of night she just didn't want to be bothered to cook any. We were offered "tater wedges" that had obviously been sitting for some time based on their texture and taste when we got them.

My daughter and I went to eat at Long John Silver's on Roan Street in Johnson City, Tennessee on March 9th 2016. While there we ordered and the girl behind the counter was not at all professional. She rolled her eyes and looked as if she was just not interested in waiting on anyone.

I ordered a 2 Three piece chicken dinners. When I got home I only had one order. The guy who answered the phone was exceptionally rude. And told me to call back in 10 min because they where swamped. I call back in 10 min as he had said and he hung up in my face.

I tried to call again and he took the phone off the hook. I didn't do anything to him but want my food correct. I was so upset that going back would have not been good for me or for him.

After 3 visits to the Ashland VA location, they could not make a sandwich without adding sauce every time. Every time I had to get a refund. This last visit, the manager was very rude and had a tone to her voice.

She is a liar and tried to serve us the sandwiches after she put sauce on them. She just put the sauce ridden chicken on new bread. They could not even make us new chicken sandwiches. I will never go back there.

They don't deserve one star rating.

I bought the family meal with 8 pieces of chicken fries and hushpuppy's. Coleslaw extra. When I got home and opened it up their was at least a half inch of oil in bottom of box. The coleslaw was dried out.

We went to Long John silver's located at 2636 Cache Rd, Lawton OK. We order the meal to go. The place was FILTHY. The girl at the Register was handling money and would go pick up food without washing her hands.

The filters are clogged with grease and dirt. the floor had water all over it. Please call me at 580-510-3020 and I can explain more about this filthy place. I wonder where the food inspectors are, surely they have not been to this place. Thanks
