My daughter and I went to eat at Long John Silver's on Roan Street in Johnson City, Tennessee on March 9th 2016. While there we ordered and the girl behind the counter was not at all professional. She rolled her eyes and looked as if she was just not interested in waiting on anyone.

She and the cook were the only people working that day and it was close to lunch time. We finally got our food and were enjoying eating and then I looked up, and another customer was standing at the counter talking to the cook.

She was holding some food, and he reached down and took out a long hair. She did make the comment that she knew it wasn't her's as it was blonde and her's was red, which was the truth. My daughter and I could not eat after that wondering if perhaps if there was hair in our food. We threw…

I ordered a 2 Three piece chicken dinners. When I got home I only had one order. The guy who answered the phone was exceptionally rude. And told me to call back in 10 min because they where swamped. I call back in 10 min as he had said and he hung up in my face.

I tried to call again and he took the phone off the hook. I didn't do anything to him but want my food correct. I was so upset that going back would have not been good for me or for him.

Oklahoma City 122nd & Penn attached to the A&W is the worst service I have ever experienced in my life.

After 3 visits to the Ashland VA location, they could not make a sandwich without adding sauce every time. Every time I had to get a refund. This last visit, the manager was very rude and had a tone to her voice.

She is a liar and tried to serve us the sandwiches after she put sauce on them. She just put the sauce ridden chicken on new bread. They could not even make us new chicken sandwiches. I will never go back there.

They don't deserve one star rating.

I bought the family meal with 8 pieces of chicken fries and hushpuppy's. Coleslaw extra. When I got home and opened it up their was at least a half inch of oil in bottom of box. The coleslaw was dried out.

This was really bad food I had to throw it in trash. 00 plus dollars u want something that u can eat. Can u do something to replace this for me? Thanks wade cogar 1073 excelsior rd Webster springs,WV 26288.

We went to Long John silver's located at 2636 Cache Rd, Lawton OK. We order the meal to go. The place was FILTHY. The girl at the Register was handling money and would go pick up food without washing her hands.

The filters are clogged with grease and dirt. the floor had water all over it. Please call me at 580-510-3020 and I can explain more about this filthy place. I wonder where the food inspectors are, surely they have not been to this place. Thanks

place order for family meal and waited in line for over 30 minutes. Was given a drink did not even come close to what ordered, gave back to employee, no sorry, no replacement, sat in window another 10 minutes. Got home half order missing, the other half could not be eaten.

The chicken smelled spoiled and hard as rock. My 81 told me to trash our dinner before we got sick. Called up to location spoke to manager Bobby and he just laughed told me to come back and he would give me the other half of my dinner.

Went to store #027974 in Cocoa, Florida on 3/5/16 @ approx. 7:50pm. I ordered through the drive-thru and was shocked at how long the wait was! There was only 1 car in front of me and we sat in line for 20 minutes before I got out of the car and walked in the restaurant to get my food and still was not ready (the car in front of me was still there).

I had only ordered 3 crunchy Taco Supremes, 1 Bean Burrito and 3 Chicken Planks which the food was cold. My receipt shows the time of 8:17pm that I finally got rung up. Asked for the manager (his name is Josh) but he never came to the window.

Dining in my family and I got a 12 piece family meal. Upon ordering the cashier was rude and short. When getting the food the chicken was really small, McDonald's chicken nuggets are bigger then the chicken we received. we went up and spoke to the lady at the desk and she said " yes that is how it is now.

The upped the prices and made the food smaller almost like the cut it in half and made two pieces" this is the last time we will come to this restaurant... Store # 70023 in morgantown West Virginia! I would be shamed to be the manager of this store!

when you see three cars go thru the drive thru while your waiting and someone does not know what to do with a coupon well that is just bad.

I bought a family meal to take home . It was chicken, fries, cold slaw, hush puppies. When I got home we started to eat the chicken was cold in the middle and the slaw was dry. This meal was not eatable at all.

The cashiers and management are very rude and unprofessional. They talk to customer any kind of way. I went there tonight at 8:30 no one answered the drive thru pulled up to the window no one . Called from cell phone after phone rung forever someone answered and said their computer was down.

Your lighting on the signs have been out which makes it unsafe. The employees were stuff on their heads that don't represent your company professionally. I have been there several other times and gotten bad service even shared with manager on day shift , it's like they don't care.

We ordered the family meal of fish. My 4 year old son was enjoying his piece of fish and then he started choking. We took quick action and everything is fine, but we were in shock when we saw what he was choking on.

There were shrimp tails in the fried batter. Not shrimp- just the tails. This is completely unacceptable, and the LJS website is completely unusable to try and contact someone. Hopefully this will reach someone. We are considering contacting our attorney.

All Des Moines locations state " open from 10am to 10pm" but they don't open till 10:30am. Thus false advertising. Called manager to complain she hung up on me. Great job Long Johns! Not only do you falsely advertise you hire managers that can't handle simple complaints.

While paying for my dinners in the drive thru I mention to the lady to make sure all my food is in my container that last week I order 2 Alaskan cod basket and all I got was ketchup & 2 pieces of fish in both container she said nothing and she shut the window.

When she came back with my orders she said all your food is in the bag. I said oh I didn't think you heard what I said since you shut the window on me. She said I heard you I got a lot going on in her.

I just left long john silver's on 15255 wallisville Houston tx. gets home shrimp super hard you can tell they were cooked to long... Fish was the same way .. Fries was cold plus hard... Only thing was right was the hushpuppies..

S it reminds me of Chik Fila because both restraunts have a product no one else has and are very delicous. The comparison stops there unfortunatly. S but yall cant staff that place worth a damn. The customer service and emplyees are bottom of the barrel the cleanliness of the store is awful and this is the case where ever you go in the Houston area.

My family and I went to LJS today. First of all, All we got was 4 pieces of fish, 2 hushpuppies and a small drink, it was $10.00!!! Second...when we got it, the grease dripped off of the fish. And the coating was doughy and not done. We threw it away. It was aweful!! And i usually do not complain. I own a business across the street, and i have a good mind to tell my clients not to go there. I used to love LJS's. What happened to your business!!! The manager who works on Sunday mornings was extremely rude. They were out of clams because she said she wasn't cooking any. There was only one cook here and it took way longer than it should have to get the food.

The tartar sauce dispenser came out water. There was no ketchup. The cash register didn't work. There was no one in the restaurant and the place was filthy especially the restroom.

I visited the Long John Silvers located at 711 Lee Road, Orlando, FL 32810 last night. Had worked all week and just wanted to pick up dinner for my family. After waiting in the drive-through line for 27 minutes (ridiculous) I ordered the family fish meal.

This should include 8 pieces of fish, 2 large sides and 8 hush puppies. I asked for cole slaw and corn as my side. I confirmed with the employee that the order was complete-- stating the above. She said- yes it's all in there.

Rather than dig through the huge bag and hold up the poor people behind me I went home. Unloading the bag- i was shorted ALL of the hushpuppies and one cole slaw. (they put them in individual containers). I called and spoke with the Assistant Manager Josen.

I placed my order for #8 which was the 8 piece shrimp. I also added 2 pieces of pie(chocolate), 6 extra shrimp, 2 extra corn. 58. When I got about 10 minutes away, I looked in my bag and noticed it was the wrong order.

It was fish with fries, with no extras. I turned around and went back thru the drivethru, and told the person that I had received the wrong order. I again had to go thru with her the order and she said she had not charged me for the 6 extra shrimp.

I told her I did not care, and that I would pay-I just wanted my order, so I was charged on my card an additional $4.??. When I got home, guess what? NO EXTRA SHRIMP!!!!! I realize that I lost my money, but I will never go to LJS again.

I got to the LJS in East Peoria IL, waited in line from 5:50pm to 6:17pm in drive thru for my food ... service was extremely slow, when i finally did get my food it was cold and missing the hushpuppies. (my opinion the best part of the meal) I visit here atleast 2 times a week and have never waited more than 8 mins in line

we were met by an customer coming out stating u will have a long wait, he could not order because of people waiting to get their food. We went in any way,I could not believe that there were at least 10 people who were waiting for their order.

the young man behind the register, told us he could not take our order because he was back up. so we did not order neither the people who were behind us. maybe on Friday & Saturday hire more crew. this is the first time I was refused. store# 31778.

To Whom It May Concern, On Sunday 2/21/2016 5:04 pm, my husband went to what we thought was a full blown LJS as you can see on the attachment it was actually a Taco Bell (store # 023970) with an online coupon for your 2 Pc Fish & more with choice of 2 sides. It was the closest one on line (9 miles ) I could find since the one on Warner RD a 1/2 mile from us in Chandler, AZ closed quite a while ago.

I was at the store on Pike Street, Goshen, IN. They served my food on a filthy tray. I handed it back and 2 employees just looked at me. Neither of them acknowledged the food stains all over the tray.

It obviously hadn't been washed in awhile or even cleaned off from the previous user.

I ordered the Alaskan cod basket in the drive-thru.. I had to pull over and wait while it was prepared which was fine, and an employee walked it out to me. When I got home, there were NO napkins and zero condiments (tartar sauce & ketchup) in the bag which really upset me because I have neither of these at home and don't live close enough to go back for what as left out.

To top it off, there was a 1" long white sticker or paper fastened to one of the pieces of fish. I usually have no issues at this restaurant; however, today was an exception.

Well I went into your store to order food with coupons and at the counter was the manager her name was Maraill M as I was ordering my food I ordered a family meal and I also was going to order a six shrimp's and I had a coupon for that and she said well you can't get that for free because I didn't read the whole coupon said it had to be the total of the original price she was very rude does not have any kind of customer service towards any customer whatsoever in my opinion and

We went to have a meal at our local establishment tonight. I ordered the baked Cod. I was informed that there was no rice available. I asked then if there was a break in price or some other substitution for not having the rice.

I was told there was no substitution and there would be no reduction in the price. How can anyone or any place of business expect a customer to pay full price when the meal is missing an item?? To me this is just poor customer service.

This is not the first time I've been to this store in kingman Az where the fryed fish tasted like it was fryed the day before and microwaved and served the you put it on a paper towel and pat it and the towel was soaked with oil the tast was like old oil the first time was the same way about a year ago you might want to look in to that

I went to location in Centerville, Ohio at approximately 10 minutes before closing when the lights went out & my order wasn't taken. The car before me received there order about 5 minutes after closing. I was never serviced. At least 3 other cars came to this location after me & wasn't helped either.

On 1/28/16 my family and I visited the LJS store #70039. My boy friend and I ordered separately one right after the other. There were several customers waiting for their food and have been there for at least 30 min prior to us.

The cashier rung my order up wrong i ordered the 2 peice fish combo which included the drink and i also ordered a side of shrimp. She rang me up for a 2 piece chicken combo and charged me for the drink.

When i brought it to her attention she said thats how its rings up. " My boyfriend ordered the sampler before I order and a side of clams. We waited 20 minuets before my food came out and i received my food before 2 other customers that had been there waiting 30 minuets.

This is not a complaint . I am wondering why LGS is so greasy in Lincoln NE. Its located on 84th st and Leighton. We go there quite often. If you kind of squeeze the fish, chicken or shrimp on a napkin it is very greasy. Would prefer a meal that is not that greasy.
