I pulled up to the drive-thru and ordered a #6 with an extra piece of chicken. He read it back to me and said Shrimp. I repeated it again. 48. I got to the window and said, that's pretty high for what I ordered.

He said you ordered 2 extra pieces of chicken. I ordered 1 extra piece... but I said ok I will take it anyway. I got it in my car and smelled fish. Thought maybe the grease needed changed. No, there was a piece of fish in it.

I went back around and ask him how many times he can get one order wrong!? I ask for the manager.. he said he was the manager.. Well that's is even worse! When I looked at him.. I remember he did the same thing to me about 3 months earlier and I bit into the fish.

I do NOT like fish.. this guy needs to be replaced. No where on my receipt does it say fish.

i was being trained to take over your Salina store... 31460. Your GM Joann Morgan an I had a falling out over safe shortages continually happening. At one point she had taken everyone's safe keys, but it continued to happen.

After months of this and then Joann telling me she started looking for another job as to not be fired I left my job. Now Joann is being slanderous as so I will not be able to get another job.

I did a great job at ljs. And would still be employed if not for her and her ways. She told most of the staff once our district manager Marc Schmidt told her an employee had called corporate on her she in turn was very mean to the woman, bullying her.

Joann also told her son and her daughter to assault the woman. The woman eventually quit because she was scared for her safety.…

I was suppose to gain employment at one of your locations in lithonia Georgia the fairington location filled out all the necessary forms as a new hire and never got a phone call or anything and I know your suppose to inform the employee if you made another decision its been almost 5 months

The staff was very friendly. I didn't have a problem with that but I did have a problem with my food. My fries were cold, the chicken wasn't cooked thoroughly, I had to wait a long time and I didn't even get my slaw.

I tried calling to actually complain to a manager at the store but I called three times and no one bothered to answer. All I wanted was for my food to be cooked and to get my slaw.

I received coupon on my phone one day only special two piece chicken combo for 299 we have used these coupons before went today they said they don't do they don't do those coupons claim they never have at the Memphis location at 3rd street and Crump what is the purpose of signing up for these coupons to be texted to your phone if they are not going to honor them

I ordered a bacon cheese burger combo chilli cheese fries,root beer and a side of clams. I didn't receive bacon on my sandwich the onions are huge and my soda was mostly ice. I didn't receive a receipt. Very disappointed.

I am only using this 'avenue' with which to make contact with someone in the corporate offices.

I (we) have no complaints at all; in fact, the service and food is excellent.

I put the store number in the box and it wouldn't take all of it so here it is. G135266 on Federal Hwy in Stuart Fl. Yes we, my husband and I have always liked the fish there and decided to have dinner there Tuesday dec. 23 2015.

both ordered a fish platter, well it was awful. the fish you could tell had been sitting there for hours. NOT fresh what so ever. which hope wasn't but sure looked it! I had to throw mine out, could not eat it.

I tried but omg so awful. the employees were busy buying cheese cakes from some guy selling them off the street but in the store with them. I just can't believe the food quality given to us customers. It so turned us off!

The Long John Silver's corporate office needs to hear this complaint.

We went to your Russellville AR. 23 for supper we wanted cups so we could drink water with our meal and the manger refused to give us cups we never had this problem before . We have been eating there for years but the way she treated us we will not be going back.

We don't understand why she had a problem giving us cups we even offer yo pay for them. We left without eating

My wife and I went into Long John Silvers at 142 W. Shawnee St. Muskogee OK. M. on 12/18/2015. while we were waiting to order the manager [Mellaney ? I belive anyway she was yelling and screaming at an elderly employee that the order wasnt right this went on for a while then she started throwing food back at the elderly employee telling her it was not right.

Now I dont like to get no one in trouble but this was uncalled for I am pretty sure you have already recieved several complaints on this night for there was about 5 other familyies in there complaining. I am sorry to have to report this but she was so rude it just ruint our dinner not to mention that poor lady in the back working when we left she was very upset and

What a joke this store on winchester rd Campbell Ca is. They had 1 thats right 1 person working total somyou could imagine the wait and dining road conditios on Friday at 1.19 pm Dec 11,2015

But the best part was they were OUT of all Ljs products .

The restaurant was filthy they were not busy and when they weren't waiting on customers they were all in the back laughing and whatever else they were doing. It was disgusting. My opinion the employees didn't make good use of their free time at all.

This was #32070 they gave us chicken order when we had ordered fish .they tried to correct order by giving fish dinner it was half raw so greasy could not eat

I went through the drive through and ordered my food a small child was opening and closing the door in the kitchen backdoor ,I don't think he should of been in the kitchen per our city health codes. After I waited more than fifteen minutes I finally made it to the window where I observed an employee leaving the kitchen an going outside to put a Christmas bow on his car,the Mgr (Zack) asked me to place an order I advised him that I already had he said no your not in the computer and

even after the long wait I already had he was Not trying to help me but smiling and making my wait even more frustrating,he said he lost my order because he had been running around everywhere,with his poor attitude I left an will never go to this location again,I will also tell as many of my friends of the poor…

A while back I took some people to the Long John Silvers in Countryside Illinois and they were closed even though they were suppose to be open so we ended up going to another place to eat. Anyway to make up for it I was sent two coupons for Long John Silvers.

So I used one and then I went today to use the second one at the place in Countryside at noon and again it was closed! SO this is two times in three trips and in the rain and again they were closed!

This time it looked like it might be closed for good so now I have a coupon I was given to make up for the first wasted trip there only to have this happen again!

Store# 31428 Manager was very rude and unprofessional her name is Petrina and she can't cook???. Yelling at the 2 staff members slamming food on the counter we waited almost 30 min for food and it was cold.. Jillian was amazing she took charge of the entire restaurant taking orders cooking then serving everyone while the supposed manager hid in the drive threw ...

Need to reevaluate who you have running your restaurant. Very disappointed.

I have already sent a complaint for the West Frankfot Illinois store. My wife recently purchased a Super Sampler Platter from the above location. Im not completeley sure what was supposed to be included in this meal (that incidentally cost right at $13).

But I will let you know that it had one peice of fish,one chicken,3 jumbo shrimp,1 hushpuppy,fries and cole slaw. Now im no expert,but Im pretty sure i got cheated as far as quanity. The fish was completely inedible,I could tell it was old,tasted like burnt grease.

the fries were cold and old. I ate the shrimp,cant figure out how it was the only fried product that was edible. We also have several friends with similiar complaints.

First and foremost,being ignored the first time i contacted(whoever actually recieved it) really pisses me…

I just recently quit working for Long John Silver's in Abilene Texas # 31081 I was suppose to get paid on the 8th of November 2015 and I have not gotten paid yet... I have been calling corporate EVERY DAY for two weeks now and the guy keeps making up excuses and today 11-20-2015.

I spoke to corporate about my pay and asked for the supervisor and the guy laughed at me and wouldn't five me his supervisor... I worked for my check and I want my money...

Every time I visit Long John Silver's at 7139 Louetta Rd. in Spring, TX, they give me grief over my coupons. Today I went in, had 3 coupons and she said I can only take two per order. So, fine, I gave her the two coupons, my order, and my Discover charge.

She rang it up, and I signed. 99 order of clams, with coupon, and my Discover charge, knowing full well that there is a percentage that a company pays when a customer uses credit. After all the hassle, we get our order, I notice half of it is missing, and they fix the problem.

Good thing I checked, huh? You would think. I get home and have 3 orders of fish and more except the "more" is missing. No cole slaw and she specifically asked which sides I wanted. Absolutely ridiculous. All the hassle, and I am still the one that gets screwed.…

I am a veteran who went to store #31293 in Waco, TX on Friday, 11-13-2015 in response to a LJS email offering a free 2 piece meal to veterans from Monday thru Friday, 11-9 thru 11-13. The employee said the offer ended on Wednesday. I told her about the email and the offer dates but she said that LJS location honored the offer only thru Wednesday. I asked if WiFi was available and she said it was so I asked her for the code to connect to the internet for the email on my phone. I located and showed her the email offer and she read the dates, she then told me "That's corporate", that this location did not honor the offer beyond Wednesday.

There were no signs posted in the building regarding the offer or any changes to the offer dates.

At no time was there any hint of an apology or any…

I ordered a shrimp meal and side order of chicken livers to go at Luray, Va restaurant the last week of October. they were sold out of french fries and when I got home and opened the boxes the food was so greasy and a dark brown from being cooked in old and rancid oil I couldn't eat it.

I will have to think long and hard before I order anything from Long John Silver's & KFC again. This is a disgrace to serve the public food in this condition to save money on changing the oil.

I went Long John Silver's on, Knoxville Peoria IL, 3 weeks ago was called "Bud" 5 times and received fish which was not fully cooked. I baked it when I got home. Today I went through the drive through window and asked that the fish be fully cooked.

I was told to pull forward, and I did. I waited 5 minutes, then went inside to be called "Bud" 6 times. " The fish looked fully cooked when I opened the bag at Long John Silver's. I went home and the fish was doughy and not fully cooked, Bud.

We have always been a fan of their fish and chips as well as potato wedges and visit often. This is the second time recently that we have ordered from this location and have had a bad experience. The first time was, so we thought, the luck of timing, staff, other issues.

However, the second time was worse that the first. The food all tasted stale and overcooked, almost tasted like yesterdays fish and chicken. We decided to attempt to eat the food as we live several miles and didn't make sense to return, but in retrospect should have brought it back to the store as it was inedible.

We will now be looking for another location for our fish and chips.

I HAD ORDERED A # 3 MEAL WITH SIDES AND WITH ICE TEA ON 10/27 AT 630PM AND HAD TO WAIT IN LINE FOR 25 MINUTES TO GET TO THE WINDOW BECAUSE THE ORDERS WHERE BACKED UP. WHEN I GOT TO THE WINDOW THE LADY AT THE WINDOW DID NOT HAVE ANY TEETH ALTHOUGH VERY CORDIAL IT WAS NICE TO SEE. 99 family meal including free 6 piece shrimp. Was told by worker that this was no longer in their system so they couldn't do it. Asked for a manager who told me it was her 1st day back from being gone a month & it was no longer in their system so it couldn't be used. " They said no!

Uh a coupon is a coupon & their attitude left a lot to be desired!

A women named Amber Loiseau( Fb user name as amber cottril) posted a picture of a mess my child had left at your work and called them a bratty screaming kid. Kids make messes and she was very rude to me the whole time. I and my family will no longer eat there at the Vienna West Virginia long johns if something isn't done about that

I received my food and drove home. Food looked as if it had been dropped in grease twice. It was greasy. The fries were cold and the chicken looked as if it was freezer burnt. Thought I would letter corporate headquarters know that store #8035 has some serious problems, every time I go there I get the same results.

I guess maybe I should stop? But I really like their food.

We live about 25miles from the closest LJS. So when we are in the area we enjoy the FISH! But upon placing my order for a 12 piece family FISH meal. I arrived home to a 12 piece chicken meal.

it was for take out. So I did not realize it. Til I arrived home. But I am not about to drive another 25 miles to get the fish we ask for.

However it was not the girl who took the order, because my receipt has the 12 fish meal correct, I didn't realize it was that hard to tell the difference between fish and chicken. I am so disappointed because it is so seldom we get to enjoy Long John Silvers FISH!

Actually, Zero stars. I had two bad experiences--1 at the location in Humble TX and the other at Spring TX . My favorite items is the 2 Fish, 6 Shrimp platter. Neither location got the order correct. I do not want a free meal.

I think both places need to have secret shoppers visit their locations. Humble TX was on 9-30-15 and Spring TX was about 4 months ago. I probably won't visit either location any time soon.

Dirty ,disgusting ,horrible customer service. Started outside and only gets worse going in from dirty building, parking lot to the gut wrenching inside everything sticky dirty and old grease in the fryer . Order was takin and came out wrong two times instead of focusing on what was already messed up not once but twice the employee was to concerned with fixing the other orders that she messed up after ours.

Also something horribliy wrong with the fountain machine worst pop I've ever had. And the nozzles that pour the pop give me the chills up and down my spine just thinking of them ... Long John silvers never ever again you have disgusted me and my family for the last time ever in my or there life!!!

We just got home from the Long John's here in North Platte,Ne...we ordered a 12 piece family order,6 fish and 6 chicken,9 shrimp and crumbs...when we got to the window to pay we were asked if we wanted sauces...we said yes sweet and sour and tartar sauce...we were told that they had no tartar sauce..IN A SEAFOOD FAST FOOD place...we waited for 20 minutes for order and we get home to find under cooked chicken and no crumbs...I was a crew chief when we got flagstaff but I don't plan on going back...let Taco Bell take over

I went to the Griffin Location on the Expressway on Sept. 8,2015 at 230pm on my lunch break. Christy the manager was very rude i had two orders with coupons ask her if she had scissors so I could cut them out she replied no, we don't carry scissors with an attitude despite her reply I finish my first order and gave her a 50.

I can't take that I replied why you ate the manager and you can't take a 50 on the inside . smart reply of NO. SO not knowing she was the manager I asked for the manager and she replied I am the manager with an attitude.

and give Managers a bad name. You rate a O in my eyes. I like Long John Silver food but you have lost me and my entire family as customers. Need to hire people who love the customers and love there job cause apparently Christy does not.

Employee for this company and it sucks had 1 manager who was very rude and since I have small wrist tattoos which no one could notice we have to wear burn sleeves I'm sorry but I live in fucking Arizona. It's 120 why the hell do we have to add to the heat those are thermal sleeves

I ordered an 8 piece meal with mashed potatoes and gravy thru the drive thru. I also order 2 orders of their popcorn chicken. I was handed my order and put it in the seat next to me in order to drive home.

When I got home, I went to pick up the bag and the bag and all of my food was soaked in gravy. Everything was soggy. The employee had put all of the food on top of the mashed potatoes and gravy and the lid to the gravy had busted under the pressure.

Inside of the potatoes were chunks of the broken lid. We were unable to eat anything and because I didnt bring the receipt back the very next day they did not fix my order. This is not the first time, things went wrong at this location.

It was just the first time that I had complained and I see that does not even work. I cannot even find a…

I have eaten at this Long John Silvers since 1979 and the food was always really good, now I've given it 3 tries and it's always dry overcooked it's just terrible so I'm going to have to stop eating at Long John Silvers . It is the only one in our area in Rogers Arkansas 72756 .

I hope that you get this problem fixed because I love this company. And also the restaurant itself is not very good shape the last two times I went in the ceiling was leaking all over the storefront and that's not appealing when you want to go in for a dinner.

I used to work for Long John Silvers from 1979 to 1981 I loved my job it was the best job ever now I'm 52 lol

On today, August 4, 2015, I went to the drive-thru of Long John Silver's located at 400 E. Broadway in Louisville, Kentucky. An employee stated, place your order when you are ready, as I was placing y order, the same employees, can you give the man in the yellow shirt a cup, then she said, I sorry you said a #6 with fries and corn with else.

I said nothing else on that order, she says drive around for your total. I then told her I had another order, she takes the order and again tell me to drive around. Once at the window I sat and waited for my orders.

The same employee comes to the window with the orders, places them down and starts to tell another person in the drive-thur, I'll be with you in a minute, she turns back to the window where I am sitting in my car, throws her hands up and…

I get coupons in my mail box for LJS and goto the nearest LJS/Taco Bell location at 10660 FM 1960 Rd. W Houston, TX 77070. Been doing it for years. Now today they said they they can not take my coupon because they have no place to put the coupon code on their register screen????????????????????.

Iam 74 years old and get tired of cooking so i eat out a lot, to much. I have eaten at your store #7592 in LaGrange, Ky a few times. The last 3 times i can not get hot food. This time I told the girl that it must be hot. When plate arrived the fish was warm, the fries were soggy and not even warm. I will not try this store again. I visited the store on7/25/2015 @ 5:13 P.M. My ticket number was 3257.

Surely something could be done to get those employees attention. I think I sent in a complaint once before. Not looking for a free meal, just what I pay for, a hot meal. Could do better at Rallys. LaGrange does have several fast food places so my choices are pretty good, for me.
