Brownsville Tx April Flores manger on duty was very rude about returning my shower credit. I was fueling up after a hard day at work. And I needed a cold shower to be able to get some rest & relax for the next day.

I was aware of the ten mins to expire. But at least I could get back the credit if it wasn’t used didn’t even make it to the door. I had some left over dinner that I didn’t finish so I decided to stop and give it to a dog that was passing by.

To be honest with you you can even go back on the cameras. But she was very rude about the whole situation and was trying to charge me again. Why can’t we get it back all this fuel we pour into our truck supporting a Large Cooperation that is not losing on it. Daniel Fajardo

The past 3 visits I was in there the cashier was more concerned about what was going on with her phone than taking care of me. I only had 3 items. I had to ask her if my card went through and if I could have a receipt. Jheny was her name.

I visited the Mansfield,La location on 02/11/2025 and was highly disappointed in the employees and the conversations that were being had. I overheard an employee by the name of Marche blatantly curse out what seemed to be the manager on duty and tell her she wasn’t doing a mother fucking thing and to leave her alone.

Rv supervisor at loves 602. Talking about customer to other people and complaining about them using there names. And not doing their job. An the GM saying the supervisor has all say about the RV park and will not take responsibility as a GM and run all operations he his in charge of.

Several customer have complained about the RV supervisor but the GM takes supervisor side with out looking into the problem.

I visited this location exit 6 on I 95 in Virginia. Attached is the picture of the employee in question. She was very unprofessional showed no care for customers. Was denied service because a wrong product was scanned and she had to cancel.

Had roadside service done in alabama and it was the worst service I ever had. The gentleman that came out was unprofessional, first he went 45 miles past me, then when he got to me his air compressor wasn't working right.

I was at 770 moore’s ferry rd skippers, Va. I’m came in on 11/18 around 7:30-8:00 there was not small coffee cups so I asked if I got a medium cup but only fill it up half way do I still have to pay for medium.

Loves Travel stop is the worst company to get ANY work done on your semi truck. I purchased 2 tires from love on 07/18/2023 and they both shredded and popped on 07/19/2023 morning I have been wrestling with corp who is NO help at all and the tire shop that put the rotten tires on along with the tire shop that does not want to replace the tires that Love's travel stop states has a lifetime warranty.

Last Friday, before Memorial Day weekend, I visited one of your stations and was informed that several parking stalls were closed off for cleaning. As a disabled veteran, I had to walk a long way to enter the station because of this.

While I understand the importance of maintaining a clean and safe environment for your customers, I find it quite unreasonable to close off multiple parking stalls during one of the busiest weekends of the year. It would have been more appropriate to conduct the cleaning during off-peak hours or at a time that would have caused minimal inconvenience to your customers.
