Back in April, my daughter and son-in-law ordered battens for a renovation of their home. They worked with DG Construction on this project. They were looking for 2 1/2" battens for the LP Siding they were putting on their home.

31) was placed at Lowe's - Store 1524. Upon delivery around April 17th, it was readily apparent that the width of the battens was in fact only 2". A request was made immediately to have these battens picked up and a refund issued.

Even after multiple subsequent requests to have these batons picked up, it was not until mid to late June (I believe it was the 21st) that Lowe's actually picked up the battens. The battens remained in the yard exactly where…

Bought expensive washer and dryer and because I didn’t purchase extra warranty they won’t help with a dryer less than 4 months old and already broke. I could see if it was a year or two but barely made 4 months and quit working .

It’s me and my new wife and baby , I’m the only one working trying to make a family . Don’t have extra money to buy new one so was hoping they could at least fix it , it’s not a year old yet .

I think Lowe’s selling faulty equipment and unless you buy extra then you are out of luck . I love shopping at Lowe’s but that’s gonna change for sure now.

A service request from 24 April 2024 for an EGO self propelled lawn mower. Store #482 August Georgia. OFR# 0482006519. The mower had to be shipped out to Atlanta, GA. We turned it in on April 23rd. We checked with the store on 29 May and they never shipped the lawn mower.

We had been calling for two weeks being passed from customer service (Breanna) to the Assistant Manager (Valencia). No worker ever did anything concerning shipping the item out for repair! It’s been sitting in the lowers shipping area for over a month!

The only answer we received was that there was a system (computer) error a month ago, yet no one did a follow up. I did all was necessary, called the Ego company, got the paperwork from them to give to Lowe’s for shipout! That’s totally unacceptable.

Lowe’s in Pasadena Texas had a 50% off on cabinets at the time we were ready to buy but by the time the contractor got to our house to measure weeks later the sale was off. We continued to work with the sales rep to build our kitchen hoping the manager of the store would still honor the 50% off since Lowe’s did not get someone to measure until weeks later.

Once we had the cabinets, counter top and tile we wanted we were ready to buy on 3/09/2024. The manager of the Pasadena Texas store would not honor the 50% off even though we purchased the measurement of our kitchen when the sale was on.

Not our fault that the only contractor for cabinet installation could not get to it until weeks later. If Lowe’s would like to make the sale now please contact the Pasadena store to have them contact us.…

On Feb. 10,2024 my wife and I went to the Lowes Store Nitro Market Place Cross Lanes WV 25313. 72. 13, 2023 which it was. It was plugged up and ran all night and never got cold. We went to the Nitro store the next morning Wed.

14, 2024 and explained the problem to a Manager named Mike, he said the they would get another refrigerator to replace it on Friday Feb. 16, 2024 and bring it to our house on Sat. 17, 2024 and pick up the one that didn't work.

We explained to him we were living out of coolers and three children and need something sooner. There are two other Lowes stores withing 50 miles of us and he made no attempt to contact them. My family needed a new refrigerator due to the fact that our current one needed replacing (purchased at LOWES). We ordered and paid for it on NOVEMBER 11, 2023 and were told it would be delivered on NOVEMBER 22, 2023.

On NOVEMBER 21, 2023 I spoke with the delivery company and was told it would be delivered on DECEMBER 20,2023. I will have made 2 payments (which includes the extended warranty) and will not even have had the use of the item.

WE HAVE HAD TO THROW AWAY OVER $200 IN FOOD THAT HAS GONE BAD AND EVERYDAY THERE IS THE CHANCE THAT ONE OF US COULD CONTRACT FOOD POISONING. SHOULD THAT HAPPEN LEGAL ACTION WILL BE FORTHCOMING. The store this item was purchased at was informed immediately.

On 10-22 2023 I purchased on line what I thought was a new dishwasher.When I picked it up on 10-27-2023 and took it from the box I found the door would not open.I had to remove the door latch to open it.When I did I found the inside soaking wet with all the packages soaked and mold growing.I returned it for a refund on 10-28-2023.My problem is selling defective used appliances as new is inexcusable.

I purchased a dishwasher in February 2023. It was installed incorrectly and the dishwasher and the cabinet was damaged. The contractor that installed the dishwasher is CRST. Since February I have had continued frustration in contacting CRST. They have ignored my messages, and although they say the phone calls are recorded they never seem to know the situation.

Hello. On 9-12-23 I placed a large order of 105 bags of concrete and 46 bags of gravel for delivery. The next available date was for 9-20 23, so I accepted. I took the day of work to receive the delivery as I need to move it all by hand into my back yard.

Appliance warranty purchased and refrigerator not repaired after 15 days! Keep sending companies to home unable to fix refrigerator, refer to Samsung to dispatch team. Assurant won’t pay Samsung or reimburse for refrigerator. Have family of 5, disabled and meds have to be refrigerated or unable to use!

Lowes repair contractor scheduled inspection/repair on Whirlpool washer for tomorrow. But tonight, the contractor emailed and rescheduled a week later. No call; no office in Albuquerque; no info on who is coming; or who to call. Lowes can and should do better.

Lowe's is responsible for who does their work and any damages. Very disappointing.

I contracted out to have Lowes build a deck, and put some lattice up around my addition. The contractor Homerun Handyman (Rockland, MA) has walked off the job walked off the job and my deck is not finished. They also knocked over my granite mailbox and have refused to reimburse me and replace my mailbox.

The lattice work is atrocious they just threw up a bunch of 2x4's with no plan or knowledge how to do the job. The building inspector has rejected their work twice and they do nothing to comply to make it pass inspection.

I purchased a Frigidaire appliance bundle during a special sale. Customers could pick a brand, 4 appliances were included in the sale. I chose Frigidaire refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and microwave. The delivery was free which helped because I’m a widowed senior citizen.

The microwave is GE and will NOT fit above my stove. It has not been removed from the box. I asked the Prattville LOWES where I purchased it to exchange them. I’ve been calling each day, I spoke with the Management team member about their error, I’ve spoken with 2 department managers over appliances department and they still haven’t responded. They have promised to call me but I haven’t heard from anyone from that store.

On May 1 st. I made a payment of $29.00 and when I checked my account it wasn’t paid. So on May 8 I made another one thinking I forgot to make it. On may 15 it still didn’t show on my account so I called and made a payment by phone. I then went to the bank and canceled the to payment that didn’t show so I had the bank to cancel them thinking they were stolen. So they closed my account because I canceled 2 checks that I thought were stolen. Apparently someone was to busy or was slacking on their job so I got penalized by closing my account.

My husband and I purchased a gas dryer from Lowe’s in Morristown, TN on July 21, 2023. We researched dryers online and choose the model we wanted. This dryer was on sale and when we went to the store, we were hoping to see a display model before purchasing it. Unfortunately, there wasn’t one in the store but we purchased it anyway. The sales associate told us that the dryer would be installed when it was delivered. We use propane at our house so we bought a propane conversion kit.

It was supposed to be delivered on July 24th but the delivery was changed to July 26th. My store is Lowe’s in Uniontown, Pennsylvania 7/21/23 bought a $3000 Husquvarna lawn mower. Scheduled delivery 7/24-no time given. I sat waiting all day and finally at 7pm mower delivered. Driver used forklift to put in garage—in driver’s presence tried to start mower—NOTHING.

Delivery Service is subpar. Delivery was rescheduled due to no driver the first time. So I rescheduled for July 26 between 8am-12noon. Been sitting here waiting and no delivery! No one has contacted me so I called and was told I had to reschedule again!

I called Lowes (Lafayette Indiana) to get a solenoid replacement part for my Troy-Built Bronco riding mower. The parts are not stocked locally. The front desk person transferred me to the Garden Department. The number I was given by the Garden Department to call (Lowes Outdoor Parts (1-866-426-9868) I called several times, both using and not using the number “1” at the start.

” I assume that if Lowes is giving out phone numbers that do not work (at least for people who have Verizon phones) in an effort to assist their customers that Lowes would like to know that. I called your customer service number: the wait list was over 30 minutes.

I work in organizational development. Thoroughly frustrated today and sorry about that for both our sakes.

Not good The ole saying that you are only as strong as the weakest link definitely fits Lowe's. We bought a refrigerator at Lowe's in Santa Clarita and was told that it would be delivered the next day between 9:30-1:30.

1:30 came and went with no contact from the delivery company. Called and asked about the issue and was told that they were an hour behind. Almost two hours later a guy walks into our house with his pants down around his knees and goes to the refrigerator.

In April, I reached out to Lowe's in Danville, IL about getting a quote for a Trex Deck. I was reached out to by Thomas Morgan - a sales person regarding our deck. Thomas showed up and we went through the process of what I wanted for a deck.

Thomas got numbers together and provided me an estimate for building a deck. It was advised that Lowe's has subcontractors who can build the deck for us and that the project would start anytime from end of May to first of June. It was approx. $43,700.

Thomas came back to my house and we went over colors. At that time, he advised that he would need full payment to begin project and get it scheduled. I provided him a check and it was cashed. Fast forward to June, contractor advised that they were running behind and that it would be June 19.

We biyught a Whirlpool refrigerator from Lowes as well as the extended warranty. The refrigerator died a little over a year in, but we have the warranty. They sent out a repair tech who changed an overload relay. 2 hours later the refrigerator died again.

I called the repair tech and he said "file another claim" I did that immediately. The tech then called in the fact that the compressor is dead. " They have never gotten back to him or me. He repeated the call after a week, reporting the compressor dead.

We spent 23,000. on windows and a front door. Lowes salesperson ordered the wrong size, and the Lowes installers installed them anyway. Our windows do not operate properly and the front door $5000) looks like a 2 year old installed it.

walked into Lowes store on Thursday july 6 and saw a clearance item for a really good price. Against my better judgment, I told the sales person I wanted the item but wanted a new one out the box. He said ok but that I could not pick it up before that Saturday since the guy that assembles furniture does not come in until Friday.

Great no problem don’t need until the next Saturday. By the time I got home that same day, Thursday, I got a text indicating my order was ready for pick up.

Went in to the Lowe’s in Woodstock Ga to purchase a new clothes dryer. Found one I wished to purchase. Waited and waited fir a store representative to assist me. 15 minutes later a representative ask what I needed. We purchased a zero turn mower for $3,000 and added on a 4 year extended warranty. The salesman said if anything went wrong, Lowe's would have someone pick it up, fix it and return it to us at zero cost to us.

One of the bearings broke (a common complaint for that mower, pee warranty rep). We were given a number that's no longer in service, blown off, lied to and transferred from department to department. I purpose you forget about actually standing behind your warranty and refund my $400.

Poor Delivery from Lowe's and Refused to Remedy

Beware when ordering this item from Lowe's. They don't offer installation on this item and instead only has Truck Delivery where they just dropoff the item. Because of this, there is NO WAY to SCHEDULE the delivery date! For such a large, expensive item such as an appliance, this is not acceptable! I checked other retailers, and for the same price, they include installation or at least the ability to schedule the date of delivery during the checkout process!

I am beyond disappointed with Lowes and the horrendous unprofessionalism. I had multiple issues surrounding the installation of a front door and storm door. The individual who came out to complete the estate from the Lowes store in Severn (Michael B), MD did a horrible job.

Wrong measurements, difficulty getting in contact with, and even ordered the wrong materials. The actual installation (in Nov 2022) was the worst installation I have ever seen. There were huge holes in my floors, damage to the door, the storm door was installed incorrectly, and several other issues.

Your policy of electric equipment returns is not fair at all to costumers, it is agressive. I purchase a dishwasher at Lowes Spring location on may 12, and it's was delivered to me 48 hours after, I did the installation two days after the deliver, and after a couple of uses i didn't like the way it dry.

I decided to return it, and there is no way to receive any help, just because I have to return it 48 h after the date of the purchased item. That's ridiculous and agressive to costumers, I would never buy anything from Lowe's again.

Very poor customer service l enter wanting to purchase gas dryers. This was low in dryer best seller. Wasn’t available couldn’t order it. He told me which machines were in store and could be available sooner than waiting on a delivery to go to the warehouse and then shipped to me. I picked one out online, paid for it and it was to be delivered the Next Tuesday.

It was delivered late in the day and I found out the next AM that it would not work. I called Lowes and they told me I would have to wait until the NEXT Tuesday for delivery as they only deliver to my area on Tuesdays!

Ordered bbq grill online, received confirmation that order was ready for pickup. Took associate 45 minutes too walk too back too grab my grill. Customer service girl stood around not knowing what too do as I and others waiting for orders or assistance.

Sad commentary when employees walk around playing grab ass instead of helping out.

I purchased a Whirlpool refrigerator on Jan 18, 2023 the unit worked for 3 weeks and was out of service for 2 weeks waiting on parts, The unit worked approx 2 weeks this time and parts were ordered and it took 9 weeks to get the parts and get them installed. It has worked 16 days and is out of service again , I am tired of working with Lowes and Whirlpool and and asking this this machine be picked up and that i get a full refund the serial number on the unit is HRB 4365 783

I had paid a payment online and my wife didn’t know and made a second payment in the store and we called the card services about the stop payment and they told us we had to get it at the store since it was paid there but we went there and they kept saying that they don’t know what to do so the manager talked to my wife and told her to come back in two days so

the online payment cleared so we went back in and the manager didn’t come in till later so we went back and the person that helped was nice but they said the manager was in a meeting so we waited for him and I asked for them to have him come talk to us and they still said he was busy and there was nothing they could do at this point so

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! The absolute WORST installation experience I have ever had. We ordered a front door and storm door to be installed, it took 3 months to get the door, everything about the door measured incorrectly, there has been almost no communication during the process, the contractor half assed an install the incorrect door because they removed our original door before making sure it was correct and

destroyed it when they removed it. Then when we asked for a phone number to contact someone, the contractor snuck away before giving us any information and left our uninstalled storm door leaning up against our garage.
