I have never had a bad experience as I did today at the Flowood, MS Lowes. I took a lawn mower back because the belt came off in 5 days. The Manager was not helpful at all. I then returned the mower and got a higher priced one.

The Manager turns around and ask for a receipt again. This is unacceptable and if I had to show receipt again it would have been refund 2. I paid 4K for a lawnmower and then gotta hear attitude. This don't go together.

I was sent the wrong refrigerator and cannot receive any help to rectify the problem. I wait on hold for hours and then told manager is too busy due to short staffing and to call back.

Finally talked to someone and was asked to resolve issue myself. Tried and no success. I want the correct refrigerator. This is a $3000 purchase.

I ordered and paid for, 15 window blinds, some motorized and some not on Feb 4th, 2023 via Shane at the Ludington Lowes store. I went in on at least 3 prior occasions to select style and color, to go over the measurements provided by the Lowes vendor and then again to review the entire order of 15 blinds and assure the accuracy of their information. I was told they would determine the price, call me to confirm I wished to proceed and they did. The price was $4905.68 on my Lowes credit card. The blinds were delivered to us and I moved all the boxes to one location, but did not open them after checking with the installation company when arranging installation.

Delivery of damaged dryer. Zero hurry to replace with new. Customer service treats like I was cause of damage when I only ordered it to begin with. Yesterday I purchased 9 pcs of 2"x6"x8' boards in lumber section of Lowe's located at 1104 Market Center Blvd, Mt Pleasant, SC 29464. When I was moving my cart with boards thru the exit door I noticed that my pass to the parking lot was blocked with pickup truck with long trailer.

I asked Lowe's associate to move that truck few feet left or right so I can move my cart. Lowe's associate in very rude form answered that this area for Pro loading and they doing everything as it should be.

When I asked how should I move my cart that associate became very aggressive and said this is not his problem and he is doing what he should do - loading Pro trailer. I asked that associate to call his manager, he answered that he is a story manager and his name is Jeremy.

I placed an online order for a Hisense Refrigerator (Model# HRF266N6CSE) on 3/7/2021 from Lowes in Gonzales, LA (Store# 2645). There was a recall for the doors on the refrigerator in August 2022. Hisense wasn't able to find a service tech to come out and fix so they swapped out the whole refrigerator using RA# H2062208 in August 2022 from Store# 2645.

The replacement refrigerator stopped cooling in the middle of March 2023. At this point Hisense told me this isn't covered under them anymore since the original purchase date was over a year and to contact the Lowes Protection Plan. So I contacted Lowes Protection Plan and once again they said a service tech wasn't available.

Purchased Dryer paid for Delivery & additional For haul away of non working dryer. Delivery person ( who doesn’t speak English), says delivery. Arrives installs the new dryer, but advises ( speaks some English, now), advises he doesn’t have room on his truck to take the old dryer away, ( he just took one off, and installed it, but doesn’t have room) and then advises we need to call Lowes and discuss pick up of the Non working “old” dryer! Yesterday, I bought air-conditioned from lowes Euless branch. We were pul the air-conditioned and going outside the store, there was a service staff who took a picture without asking me. I was stopped at the store door and went inside to asked her the reason for taking my picture.

She was very rudely said you steal it that's why. I was shocked to hear that. Then I showed my reciept. Then she said you are good. I went inside the store and informed the person who sold me the air-conditioned.

She came with me to the counter and informed that lady. But I was very embarrassed. And told the staff that I will escalate this matter to the higher level. This was my first time that I went to that company.

I started a kitchen project back in September. It was supposed to be completed in December, so I ordered a sink and recommended accessories from Lowes at the end of September. Unfortunately there were delays and my beautiful island sink wasn't installed until March 18th.

I excitedly opened the foldable drying rack and to my dismay - it didn't fit the sink. I tried to return the product at the store and was told it was past the 90 day return time. but they recommended (at least in my mind) that I should buy this product one page where I ordered the sink AND it didn't fit the sink I bought.

Went to return a screwdriver the tip had broken on. Local store didn’t have it. They gave me a number to call to get it replaced. Well that was fun. The guy demanded I give him a number from the screwdriver.

I read off the only number on it, which was the size. Then he asked if I purchased it as part of a tool set or screwdriver set. I told him a screwdriver set. He wanted the number of the set.

I explained that I purchased it years ago and I don’t have any number of any packaging that it was in. He was like oh well without that he cannot do anything. Yes I flipped out saying it was a fu-kin screwdriver.

Ordered and paid for a Washer and Dryer on February 25th. I knew that I'd need a weekend delivery, so picked March 18th 3 weeks from the purchase date. I was notified by a third party delivery service the morning of the 18th that Lowe's hadn't delivered the appliances to their warehouse and therefore they couldn't deliver them to me.

Lowe's didn't contact me and nobody has given me any explanation as to why they weren't delivered on their scheduled delivery date. The new "estimated delivery date" is now March 25th and Lowe's customer service assures me that they will be delivered.

On Wednesday March 15 a washing machine I did not order was delivered to my home. I contacted Andy at Lowe’s Rio Grande, NJ and new washer removed and my old washer returned. I used it next day and found my laundry area completely flooded.

I contacted Keith from delivery company who was very responsive, but no one contacted me next day as directed to address issue. I called store, spoke with Michael who indicated supervisor Jenell was in a meeting and would call me.

Three hours later, no phone call so I drove to store. Jenell says she wasn’t in a meeting, no message, but after I explained issue she informed me I’m not her customer and she could offer no assistance. I am in fact a repeat customer or at least I was in the past.

Improper/incomplete hook-up of an electric range. The range was delivered. Driver failed to install the anti-tip bracket or level the range. Actually removed existing anti-tip bracket. We have called the so-called " Customer Care" department four times and they do not respond.

Terrible, terrible service. If and when the range tips over and injures someone and I sue Lowes maybe we will finally get some attention.

I love shopping at Lowes, great selection and prices, however, a year ago all the registers no longer use a cashier, it's all self check out. Let's face it, that's an unpleasant situation, customers deserve a paid employee to ring up the merchandise customers purchase.

Please either move your gardening area that's situated outside the building, into your gardening department. Summer of 2022 I witnessed people pulling up to the parking lot garden section, and taking trees. Stole them in broad daylight. I told customer service but no one seemed to care. No action was taken.

When people steal, it hurts all of us by increasing prices.

Regarding Lowe’s Elk Grove California Department Flooring, Associate name Katya. This lady can’t speak English. She lied to me few times about the quote. It was horrible experience. She didn’t know what she was doing. I had to wait for hours to get the tiles down from the rack cause she didn’t know how to operate the machines.

i recently had some flooring installed back in January from our local Lowes store. the installers were from Keller flooring. we have reason to believe they stole two rings from from my wifes ring holder, both rings are gold one ring had a heart shaped stone surrounded by pink diamonds, the other ring also made from gold and was a red ruby stones.

Was setup for delivery of a dryer from Loews on 03/11/2023 from 12:00 to 4:00.

No one called, no update. I called was advised there was mechanical issues with the truck, snd they were taking it back to Louisville, Ky. to get another truck. This was at 6:00 pm Saturday evening.

I was advised at the call center that Supervisor ps said it would still be delivered on the delivery date. I needed my dryer delivered as assured by the company of the delivery.

I attempted to call again, and received an incoming call from another number stating that there was issues with said truck, snd the item would have to be rescheduled for another to date, snd time. Our entire day was wasted due to no contacts or updated information from the company Lowes uses for deliveries.

Purchased a dryer from Lowes Bristol Tennessee 3 years ago and purchased the 5 year warranty. Around Thanksgiving 2022 dryer stopped working. Have been trying to get it fixed ɓy many different appliance repairman sent by the warranty. Worked maybe 10 days during this whole time but is still not working.

I ordered a washer that cost me more than another store but went with it only because it would be delivered 4 days later .. that day is today and last night i got a call from the rudest 3rd party customer service agent i have ever had to deal with.

He informed me that they are busy and it wouldn’t get delivered for another 7 days. After getting hung up i called to and spoke to the assistant manager (collen I believe) at the west Saginaw lansing mi store which sent a email.

He did inform me it was a stocking issue. Although helpful it doesn’t change the fact that it’s costing me money to rearrange my schedule. Needed a deadbolt. I was alone on the isle for a long time a black customer walked into the isle at the same time a black worker entered the opposite end and walked right passed me and waited on him and then stood there for 15 more minutes talking crap. I gave up.

Went to the tile isle. Had to load the heavy time by myself plus a bag of thin set. Wasn’t for sure if I was getting the correct things. There was no one to help at all. The tile was in boxes and out of boxes.

I had to pick up each piece. Took forever. I ask if there was a discount at the register. She called and they said no. There was no offer to help bring the merchandise out and load it. Now my back is killing me.

Every time I purchase appliances and have them delivered from Lowes and later have a issue with my product no one in the store can ever find my purchase order even online when i sign in it's not there. All this items are purchased with my credit card.

When i call customer service the wait is 45min to an hour which i find down right frustrating. I've never had a credit card with soo many issues. When i pay you off in full this time around I'm going to cancel my card because this card is clearly not worth it when I can just use my Home depot card are go to Ace or any hardware store besides Lowes.

I ordered items from Lowes last week. One box was delivered fairly quick. Four items were not delivered. I called yesterday to find out what the delay was because on the tracking it said three items were delivered and the fourth item had no information it was still marked in process.

I talked to two ladies on the phone and the first lady was awful. She said we delivered both packages i see the picture. If the lady would of looked at the picture she would clearly see that one box was from lowes and the other box was from another company.

I did not receive these items and the lady basically thinks i am lying. She told me a manager would call me back today around noon. I work in customer service if i spoke to my clients like this i would be fired.

00 in plant product. With 2 large bags of soil and shoulder issues I asked for help with the two large bags. I told the cashier I would go to my car and load the flowers and will park up front of the nursery to get the bags of soil loaded.

I have been a contractor in San angelo tx for 10 years . I've done business with lowes most of the time "I'm in the store almost every day " we use a lar account that requires us to go through pro service " there are several of us using the account and

have to call in all transactions " Thete was some people moved from pro services and now the it is very unorganized, not helpful, and slow. I bought a window from the Uniontown, PA store in May 27th, 2020. The Reliabilt 3900 window is fogging between the panes of glass. I have called Lowe’s and was passed off to 7 people.

Finally I got a number for Reliabilt Windows. The person I talked to @ Reliabilt, while I was explaining my problem hung up on me 3 times. I was not nasty. I was baffled by this. This run around with the warranty is frustrating.

We bought refrigerator on Friday the 10th it was delivered on the 11th we paid extra to have old one taken away, delivery driver said he couldn't haul it off someone else would come get it in a day or 2 none every came so I called got sent from one department to another for 2 days went got my money back for the haul away.

Then refrigerator is 3 days old stops working, I called lowes waited 15 minutes no answer waited a bit called back someone directed me to appliances waited another 20 minutes no answer called back 3rd time waited 30 minutes this time still no answer, so I went to store asked to speak to manager told him my story his response was will get you another refrigerator out to you someone will call you, but NO guarantee no sorry no nothing. Bought fridge in august 2020. August 2021 broke someone came out fixed it. 6 weeks later same issue. People came out replace fridge sensor. All of 2022 ever 2 months someone had to come out for same issue.

Finally Dec 12 repairman said can’t be fixed. They left notes in file and someone would call me. No one called I called back and they said repairman didn’t put it in right spot. Jan 6 repairman came out and sat on phone for 45 mins and finally deemed a lemon. 92 since jan 6.

I am told I should have in two business days. I have called every two days since Jan 6 and nothing. This needs to be fixed

Bought a Samsung front loading washer and electric dryer during the black Friday sale Nov. 30th 2022.

Also bought the dryer power cord and washer hoses. Dryer was delivered December 4th, but without the power cord. The washer was supposed to be delivered December 11th. Washer was not delivered as scheduled and I have been getting e-mails twice a week saying delivery has been rescheduled.

I went to store to check on status for delivery, they said it's still in the back waiting for delivery and scheduled for delivery the net day. While I was there, I got the washer hoses and power cord for the dryer and installed it myself.

I had a stove delivered a couple days ago, but they forgot to take the tape off that holds the bottom drawer in, and another piece near the back. I had to pull the stove back out by myself to get them off.

they probably just need reminding that this is part of delivery.

Plus - my stove doesn't work, so I can't cook anything. it has an LOC ON notice that will not go away, so nothing else works. I turned breaker off and waited for a couple hours, turned it back on, but NOOOO - I still can't use my new stove. ARGH

I just bought a new dryer and washer the other day. Today, when we are about to open the dryer; we noticed that the lock of the dryer door is broken. I called lowes and nobody from appliance center is available to answer my concerns.

Zero Installation derive on Milgard windows. Installers rushed to put up 17 windows in my home…deciding none of the windows needed 2 inches of insulation around each window. Took at least 4 months when someone else noticed NO insulation was added.

Wonder where was that home improvement supervisor that should have done a final inspection and also checked in these workers. Spent summer months with high electrical bills. Here I am today 1/19/23 waiting for windows to be fixed, but before expecting a compensation for their negligence.

I purchased a clothes dryer at the Ft Smith, Arkansas, Lowe’s yesterday. I was told it would be delivered today by the sales associate. Later yesterday evening, I received a follow up call leaving a voicemail that my dryer would be delivered today between 11:30am and 3:30pm.

My dryer didn’t arrive so I phoned Lowe’s and was told that they don’t have the dryer I ordered in stock so it will probably be the 22nd before it’s delivered. I rearranged my entire day to be home for this delivery and Lowe’s doesn’t even have the courtesy to call and let me know it won’t be delivered!!!

Last time I’m buying from Lowe’s

I made an appointment through Lowes Store #0749, 5428 Hwy 153. Hixson, TN 37343 for a flooring measurement that was scheduled for Saturday, January 14, 2023 at 11:00 am. At 11:00 am, the person who was to look at the flooring project contacted me and informed me that was running late and would be there at 11:30 am. He said he in an area at least 30 minutes away. Sometime after 11:30 am the person who was to measure for the small project contacted me and said he could not make it due to car trouble.
