I have never had a bad experience as I did today at the Flowood, MS Lowes. I took a lawn mower back because the belt came off in 5 days. The Manager was not helpful at all. I then returned the mower and got a higher priced one.
The Manager turns around and ask for a receipt again. This is unacceptable and if I had to show receipt again it would have been refund 2. I paid 4K for a lawnmower and then gotta hear attitude. This don't go together.
