I opened a credit card at Christmas time to save 20%. The girls told me I could save 20% they had outdoor wear I asked them if I could pay it off at the counter because I don't need a credit card I built my credit they said yes I purchased three items the next day I brought back the best and

I got cash back because I saved my 20% I am now getting charged again for those items that were paid off at the desk the second time I went there I got a Christmas tree and I saved 20%.

Oh my other credit cards go through synchrony Bank and I never had a problem this needs to be addressed immediately I'm ready to get a lawyer and Sue Heidelberg Lowe's I've never even heard of such a thing how could somebody mess up that bad

After 35 years as a dedicated Lowe’s customer, they have lost me as a customer. Back at the beginning of November, I purchased a BUNCH of Christmas lights to put up at the new house. I used all but 2 boxes which were the wrong type. I took down the lights a week and a half ago and I found the damn things were in the storage bin in the Lowe’s bag with the receipt. I’m must’ve mistakenly placed them in there. I go to Lowe’s to return them and they won’t take them.

I have probably spent $75,000-$80,000 there in 35 years. They have lost a customer over $37.96. Way to go Lowe’s.

Refrigerator quit lost all food 3 days they tried to send a a repair man out to fix it not even one call . We have been a customer since 1998 will not by any thing else from them and will tell all my customers the run around we received.

Is 1 star the lowest you can go? I ordered an 18" wide dishwasher January 3, 2023. Lowe's didn't have one in stock. So it was ordered. My daughter gave me $200 in Visa cards for Christmas to help with cost.

I put the rest on my Lowe's credit card. On January 9th, the day the dishwasher was to be delivered, I got a call telling me it couldn't be delivered because it ended up at corporate in NC. She suggested I get a refund because there was no way they could deliver it even if I tried to reorder.

When I cancelled the order I was told I could only get a Lowe's gift card for the $200 my daughter sent me. Even after explaining the money was for a dishwasher I had to purchase somewhere else because Lowe's couldn't get it to me, NO luck.

I’m a regular shopper at Lowes at 9525 regency square blvd Jacksonville fl 32225 i am shop here minimum 3x a week I am beyond furious I don’t even think there’s word for how I am feeling right at the moment, after the assistant store manager Maggy made it seem like I don’t know how to read. I had grabbed a few metal plates that was located in the clearance rack it was an entire 2 boxes full of them for 62cents I grabbed 4 thinking it was an awesome price.

David J. O'Dea, Esq. com -- I want to reach out to Lowe's at a high level before lodging a complaint with Connecticut Department of Consumer Protection and Connecticut media. In July 2022 we contracted with the Manchester, CT Lowe's store for basement windows.

We were forced to pay in full, up front. When the windows were installed, no work was done to the outside of the house. The existing insulation is visible from the outside of the house.

Also, the locks do not work properly. Lowe's associates have answered many calls, but we are still waiting for the situation to be remedied. Please forward our complaint to the President or the highest level you can reach. I would like to have the windows we paid for rather than legal action.

I visited a Lowes store in Allen, Texas on January 3, 2023 to pick up an item I had ordered on-line. I also was there to speak with someone about buying a new shower enclosure & doors which could range between $1000 to $1500. I was trying to exchange a Moen Adler faucet item I had bought on September 23, 2022 and never used it. It was my hopeful intention to exchange that $99 item for a different model faucet along with the shower exclosure for a much larger purchase amount.

When I presented the unused, still in the original box with all the items to the Customer Service person at the Allen, Texas store I was told the item was 10 days past the 90 day return policy. I understood and told her I was not looking for a refund - but only to apply the $99 + tax towards a much larger amount…

I understand when bad weather arises, and i certainly would not want anyone to get hurt during a delivery, however Lowes in Greensburg told me my purchased appliances would be delivered because i am moving into my hime on Christmas eve. I purchased my appliances in Greensburg, not Monroeville.

My husband & I also took an entire day off of work to make this happen. So they call to tell be my delivery would be bumped to next Friday. Unless Lowes is paying mine and my husbands wages that day, we do not have off.

Someone has to pay for the overpriced appliances to do just that. If my appt is getting pushed, just because i am not on the route schedule, i should be the very next day delivery. Everyone else who is scheduled, should also be pushed, and i should be the very next delivery.

Will not stand behind the products they sell. Refers you to the manufacture so basically its between you and the company that made the product even though you purchased it at Lowes. Terrible Customer Service and the Assistant on Duty Tyler who works at the Lowes South Store in Jackson, Tn.

was no help at all. Even though it says right on the box 100% satisfaction guaranteed and 3 year warranty. Purchased August of 2022, so no where close to the warranty being over and refused to refund, give a store credit or pull a item off the shelf to replace it.

I had the item the original box and receipt. I'm sure going to think about what I purchase from Lowes going forward knowing that I'm on my own.

Went into the ladies bathroom and once in the stall I looked up and there is a huge hole in the ceiling. This hole is large enough that it's visible over pretty much every stall. There is merchandise up there which makes one believe that anyone up there working can see into the ladies bathroom.

This is not a complaint but a product request. Why doesn't Lowe's sell Black Nativities, Black angels and more inclusive decorations? I was shopping in Lowe's and was happy to see the Black Santa but where's the rest of the Christmas lawn ornaments representing Black Americans?

I engaged Lowes for the purchase and installation of a shower door. They dispatched their subcontractor to measure for said door. During the measure, the installer informed me that if the threshold of the shower opening was flush they would not install the door; the threshold had to have a decline toward the shower before they would agree to install the door.

There was no way to tell at the time bc there was an existing door installed. They said they had been in a lawsuit with a prior customer for installing a door that caused water to pool and they would not do the install unless the threshold met their requirement.

A week later I had the existing door removed by my contractor and he confirmed there was such a decline. Two weeks after that I had a tile contractor grout the holes and…

We ordered a dryer for delivery today between 12-4. When not arrived by 5, I called Lowe's. Held for 15 minutes and the phone hung up. Held for 12 minutes, a male associate answered and hung up when I kindly told him we were were waiting on delivery and asked if he could help. Ha.

Called Lowe's again and held 60 minutes. ). Then I contacted Lowe's National Customer Service and Michelle answered and gave me the name of "Spirit" and their phone number. "Sally" or "Ally" at Spirit was very nonchalant about the situation. m.

and Spirit said it will be another hour and a half or two. Lowe's needs to do a better job of servicing their deliveries and at least have someone answering their phones and calling customers when they are over three hours late?

Placed an order for a Whirlpool refrigerator 20 cu ft, Whirlpool microwave and a Whirlpool range. Order # 451632369. When it was delivered the refrigerator had dents and scratches on one side and the range had the wrong size cord for hookup.

At the time of the original order we did not know what size cord so they put down for a four prong cord. When we checked at home we needed a 3 prong cord. We called the store and they stated no problem they would change to the 3 prong cord.

When they arrived for delivery it was a a4 prong cord so it was impossible to hook up. We told them we would not accept and wanted the order canceled. When we checked at the store where we purchased they told us when an order is refused and returned to the store the order is automatically canceled.

I ordered an electric range from Lowe's on November 21, 2022. Delivery was scheduled for November 22, 2022. I specifically ordered a call before delivery allowing time for me to get there before delivery. No phone call occurred before delivery.

I made a phone call to customer service and discovered my phone number was incorrect in the system. This was supposed to be corrected and another delivery was rescheduled for November 23. ZERO stars out of 5! We purchased $7,000 worth of blinds from the Chantilly store in May, the order was placed incorrectly, even after having their professional come to our home and do the measuring themselves. We had to them wait for the blinds to be recut, then there were missing parts that we had to wait another two weeks on.

The store employee and her manager both lied to me and stated that the parts were back ordered, upon a call to customer service right after this conversation I was told no that the order had never been placed until that day. Then we have to wait until the install is complete to file a complaint and get any sort of compensation.

I do not appreciate being told by several managers that after much miscommunication about my fathers account being permanently closed that they would be able to open it back up after a payment was made and this promise was not fulfilled. I was transferred over 6 times and every manager had a different story, I was on the phone for over an hour to be placed on hold and no one never returned to the phone, which forced me to just hang up.

I am very displeased with Lowe’s customer service regarding this. And would taking this much further in the complaint chain unless this matter is handled.

On November 23, 2022 at approximately 10:00 am to 1:00 pm Lowes in Athens Alabama was scheduled to deliver a refrigerator to the Resident of 14946 Lucas ferry rd. My wife called Lowe's and spoke to the delivery driver and he confirmed the time.

Customer service is horrible, the store takes orders from vendors for products that are unavailable, customer service tells you the orders are in the store ready to be picked up, get to the store, store manager says customer service has no clue what they are talking about. My husband and I purchased appliances last Saturday. They were to be delivered Friday and installed between 230 and 630. They were brought around 5 o'clock and the installer said they could not install the appliances because they were running behind and they MIGHT come back the next day.

We called the distribution center and the Bedford Indiana Lowe's where are the six appliances were purchased and both said that someone will return our call in 24 hours! So now I have a washer and dryer sitting in my living room.

I microwave dishwasher and oven sitting in my kitchen still in boxes and a refrigerator that I can't use because it's not installed. We spent $5000 to have appliances sitting randomly in our house in boxes. We will never shop at Lowe's again.

I bought a dishwasher from Lowe's in Longview, WA and install for 9/23/2022. When the installer from CRST showed up, he refused the job because he couldn't get dishwasher out. Then the job got rescheduled for 10/28/2022, when I called on that day to find out what time, they told me they had no appointment scheduled for that day even after I told them I had a text message stating it was.

They refused to send someone out and rescheduled my appointment for 11/12/2022. I returned to Lowe's to complain about CRST and salesperson couldn't help me. After trying to call your corporate office I now realize that the failure to deliver a good customer My original complaint experience goes right to the top. Searching on line to file a complaint leads you to a variety of dead ends.

I visited your lowes in Ocala Florida on silver springs Blvd. I had bought 12 bags of 80# concrete and needed more, little did I know that at 3 pm you can no longer pull up to the contractor spaces, where the concrete is on pallets, because they close that at 3.

Now I have to lug 960 pound of concrete from inside the store to the register so I can wheel it out to my truck and unload the 960 pounds again all be cause ?? We decide that contractors end there day at 3?

A couple of months ago I received a 10% coupon from Lowes. I already have a Lowes card. I purchased some flooring at the Greenland. NH Lowes for over $1000. I paid with my Lowes card and presented the 10% coupon.

The discount should have been a little over $100, I think you'll agree. The flooring had to be ordered. OK , fine. Clerk in flooring dept was very helpful and polite and efficient. The coupon didn't go thru, so she had to get the help of a more senior person in flooring dept.

Finally, the coupon was accepted. I then left the store, but on my way home I realized that I had only gotten my regular 5% discount, not the full 10% per the coupon. I wanted you to be aware of how Lowes has treated us a customer. We are doing a project in Henryville, IN and we visited the store in Clarksville, IN and went over the items we were going to need.

We wrote down all the item numbers. I am in Florida so I went on line and order everything that I could. If Lowes did not have enough of the product we needed you could not back order on line.

I had a complaint that I expressed to operator 439 about the lady working the tortilla counter (she was so rude and short) but she just brushed me off saying “oh no” with an I don’t care expression on her face) as she was eating a tortilla not caring what I had to complain about. I’m standing there just amazed that all she cared about was her food.

so I hope something gets acknowledged here. When I travel to NM from TX I really enjoy going into a store like this to get a fresh batch of tortillas steaming in the plastic that we can enjoy as we travel.

On September 12, 2022 I ordered three items online from Lowe's. Prior to check-out I verified my current address and changed "my store" to a location near me. On September 14 I received an email stating that one of my items had been delivered to an addess where I lived over 1 YEAR AGO, more than a one-hour drive away.

I called Lowe's customer service and was informed that Lowe's took NO responsibility for misplaced deliveries. I was instructed to contact my credit card company to dispute the charges. As to the other 2 items not yet delivered, I was told to contact the delivery company and "hopefully" be able to redirect the items to the correct address.
