I ordered a stove, microwave, and dishwasher from Lowes. They had it set up to be delivered on 8/23. They told me the delivery person would call me 30 minutes before arriving. The guy called and said well if it takes you more than 8 minutes to get to your home – you will have to reschedule. I had to ask my neighbor to go to my home to let them in. Then, the stove was so damaged that they said they weren’t even going to take it off the truck. They said they would have someone deliver another one.

Today is 9/9/22 – no stove – no response!!! This is for my Mom. She currently has NO STOVE in her home! She is 74 years old with nothing. No contact from Lowes nothing!!

So – today I tried calling 800-445-6937. I spoke with someone and I was placed on hold for 53 minutes just to have the phone…

I ordered a clothes drier via Lowes at 77007 in Houston, sadly the delivery people unhooked the old drier, hauled away and told the house owner that they deliver but they don't install . I have bought other kitchen and laundry items at Lowe's and other stores, no one has ever delivered a machine and just left it uninstalled. Very disappointing service and one that the client may not be told.

No communication is my 1st. I am so disappointed with how Lowes does business. I ordered a fence install in April and the install was just completed on Tuesday. This was such an emotional roller coaster. No communication unless I initiated.

Of course I was billed in April and had to pay with no merchandise. And then they send me a contractor who stole some of my products. But returned some once I spoke up about it. I would like some one with authority to call.

I informed the sales man and of course no response from him either. Customer service offered me. $25 gift card for my troubles.. Lowes you have to do better as the service I received was unacceptable .

I purchased flooring tiles and installation from Lowe's. Lowe's sent Keller Interiors to install my flooring and there are so many issues after installation. A work order #WO001779267 was opened month ago and there is zero resolution thus far. Every time I called Lowe's corporate office to get the status of my work order there is no update and the phone representative had to call Lowe's and Keller Interiors local stores to get an update but they can't get a hold of anyone at the local stores.

I am getting the run around and Lowe's local office is pointing the finger at Keller Interiors and vice versa. My home renovations project is on hold while waiting to get resolutions from Lowe's. The process is ridiculous and unprofessional as they are not taking care of me the customer.

Arnold, MO location We purchased a stove and dishwasher and was scheduled to pick up next day. Unfortunately my husband fell 16ft. and fractured his back the next day, was taken by ambulance to hospital that day and we were unable to pick up the appliances.

While he was in hospital a representative from Lowe’s contacted us and left a message that we need to pick up or they were putting back in stock. Keep in mind, we paid for it! We called back and asked for person who left message.

I purchased an window unit air conditioner from your Ardmore location. I had Lowes install it . The plug in was not compatible with the ac power cord . I changed the receptacle and plugged it in . The AC would not come on I had an electrician check it and found a wire was not plugged in on circuit board.

The ac ran approximately 1 hr and threw the GFI I had electrician check he found motor to be seized. I visited customer service at Loews Ardmore where they would ask the guy in charge what to do. Instead of addressing me personally he told the girl to tell me to call this number there was nothing could do .

A manger helped me purchase a gas range on 7/4/22 at store 1973... he never told me the installation was a separate appointment. Aside from that, we were told delv would be on July 6th. July 6th ... nothing. I called and someone else said the person never actual set the delv appointment.

I contacted Lowes Warranty Department to ensure that my kitchen appliance suite was on file, because when I called to put in a service ticket for my refrigerator I was asked to provide the reference number and was told that it was for 2 items. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was placed on hold and rerouted to to the intro for customer service before they hung up on me.

I called again and asked to speak with another supervisor/Manager and she to placed me me hold which has now been a total of 1 hour and 15 minutes. (see pic) Not One person has chimed on to ask if I’m still on the line or provide an update.

lowes in concord California has the absolute WORST customer service I have ever experienced. You try to contact lowes and they rarely answer their phone. And when I say rarely. I am not exaggerating 1 bit. The few times they do answer the phone, they transfer you and every single time they do, you get disconnected.

Ordered $1,000 of shutters from Lowes. They arrived but were no where close to the right size, and the dimensions were clearly marked on the packaging containing the mis-measured shutters!

Then, I ordered a refrigerator. The Lowes delivery guy failed to read the delivery instructions; failed to deliver the shutters; failed to update the tracking info to show that he was NOT going to deliver my refrigerator; continued to let the tracking page show that he was just running a little late.... after waiting 8 HOURS, i went to bed; next day, still no refrigerator; no one could tell me when it might be delivered and could not even get through to the delivery center to find out. Computer system incapable of updating my personal information. Store Manager not available. Store associates incompetent and Delivery manager apparently functionally illiterate. On 6/30 I purchased over $700 worth of building materials. Delivery was promised for 7/05. Because these fools could not get my address of phone number correct after I REPEATEDLY spelled out one letter/one digit at a time, I was told by the delivery manager that my supplies won't be delivered until 7/10. That is BULLSHIT service.

Tried to buy 2 grills today in the Durant Oklahoma store. Could not get anyone to help me. Went home and ordered them on line and went back to the store to pick them up. Customer service was awful. Rude sarcastic and very hateful.

I had chosen the curbside pick up but had to go inside because no one ever came out the service desk totally ignored me for 10 minutes. I had to ask if they void help me then was told I was standing in the wrong stop.

Even tho the sign clearly says PICKUP HERE I spent over $1000 today alone at lowes and I am sad to say I regret o did not drive 40 miles to the Sherman Texas store for these purchases

Stopped at the lowes on w. Alexis road in Toledo,Ohio today to pick up Scott’s summerguard for $27.98 for 5,000 sf amount and a additional 15,000 sf for $66.98. Went to cashier, my military discount was denied, asked for manager, believe it was Amanda hill, she said it was a new corporate policy not to give discount on this item, I was expecting to pay those amount less 10% ex military plus tax , total bill came to $102.32, I said no way, requested they take it off my charge card.

While waiting I asked manager to connect me to customer service, after waiting at least 10 minutes, lady comes on the line and said no military discount as of March of this year. I believe all news stations need to be contacted to advise all veterans of this new lowes approach to veterans.

I had a flooring measurement taken then given a quote over the phone. I asked to have the quote sent to me. The next day I got no quote and then called store. Store said they could not give me the quote.

Called department head said he could not give me a quote because there were multiple quotes on my file. I then called and talked to store manager who seemed like he did not want to solve the issue. Most managers of stores are very supportive of a complaint and try to solve the issue.

The manager tried to tell me I was not interested in solving the problem. I obviously was interested in make 3 calls and now sending this but now the sale of over 6,000 dollars is done. Not a great way to do business

Called Lowes (800)445-6937 number this morning and waited 42 minutes (my phone call log) this morning online to speak to a customer representative but then the line hung up on me. Lowe's phone system must have program to hang up on customers after a certain amount of time. Called back and now their automated voice advised wait is 30-45 min.

Horrible customer service at Lowes 800 number. Making customers wait 42 minutes over the phone for a live agent but then their phone system disconnects your call. Terrible.

I bought a bathroom faucet yesterday and got it home and installed only to realize it was missing the aerator. When checking out the machine asked if I wanted to enter my phone number for easier returns. I did, I also used my military discount.

Ordered a full appliance package on May 3 and was promised delivery by May 12 for a house I am selling. Decided on a May 12 delivery and did not get a call the night before. Did not get a call so I contacted them and they had not contacted me but they changed delivery to May 16. On May 16 they delivered a partial order. I went to the store and they promised to deliver on the 18th. On the 17th I checked and they said the 19th it would be delivered. The store made mistake on my receipt and I returned to get a refund. Assistant Mike was rude and tried to do a in store cover up and I was not going for it . He tried to tell me my items were not bought at his store when I had the receipt and the girl that sold it to mr was there verifying I bought them with my credit card and he refused to credit my card for the items.

Then later I called for Manager and they would hang up on me or use there caller I D to not answer my call . This is unreal. It should never happen to anyone. Mike has giot to be stopped.

I've been on hold for over4 hours over the course of two days just to set up a service appointment for my stove. I bought the stove in 2020 with a 5 year extended warranty. I removed the oven door (as per the directions in the owners manual) and when trying to replace the door the hinges snapped shut.

A &E came for a service call , said I needed new hinges and the hinge receptors. " Parts were ordered. 45 days later I'm still waiting! I have the hinges but no receptors! for 45 days! Lowe's is just giving me the run around.

Call this number, then call this number and I cannot speak to anyone. I asked Lowe's to replace the stove. You must first have a service tech tell us that the parts cannot be obtained. Great! Only I can't get through to set up a service appointment.

I went into Live Oak, FL. lowes yesterday to purchase some flowers. I have never seen anything like it. There were flowers everywhere dying from neglect , they're not being watered . If I could give zero stars on customer service and warranty services I would. I have a LG refrigerator that I purchased 2 years and 5 months ago that has completely stopped working. Lowes sent a company to my house to fix it and this company changed the compressor and than ran the refrigerator with no freon in it.

Bought LG dishwasher and it had a bad water valve. I had to call LG to get their service man to come out. Defective part ordered came to my house. I had appointment and no one came or called to see if part came in. Very unhappy customer.

The stress involved in dealing with Lowes just isn't worth it. I wanted an option other than Home Depot. Of course I wish there was an option to both of these Big box stores. They are both bad but Lowes wins the prize this time.

I opened an account last year and have yet to be able to actually view my account or link an e-statement to my bank for ease of operating. So I need to jump hurdles to do that. Customer support is impossible IN THE STORE: 1: You're on your own 2: Of course, we;re all in the world of checking yourself out after you pay ever-increasing prices, hilarious.
