I purchased a Samsung refrigerator and extended warranty at Lowes in Tampa 2 years ago and have reoccurring issues with the ice maker not working. I have discovered that there is a class action lawsuit filed against Samsung for this particular model for the exact issue which was started prior to my purchasing this item from Lowes.

Had known of this issue I wouldn’t have purchased it. I filed a claim under my service protection around March of 2021. A service tech was sent out, he said this is an issue with this model and the only fix was to replace the entire ice maker.

He ordered the part and replaced it a few weeks later. The same issue happened again so I called in for another service call. The repairman came out at the end of December, again they had to order a complete replacement…

A wrong size refrigerator was delivered. So I got a replacement paid cash for it I get the bill for the one that was taken back to the warehouse in July and they still will not give me a credit for it. I have made several phone calls and visits to the store there’s proof that it was delivered back to the warehouse and I still cannot get a credit for $4000

Hello: We are writing you in hope of getting someone to help us with a problem we am having with Lowes store # 1729 located in Downiingtown, PA. We closed on a new kitchen in October of 2021 and received our cabinets in January 2021 only to discover that our Kitchen Designer Susan Caporella had ordered the wrong size cabinets for one side of our kitchen.

We paid Lowes to have a person come to our home to measure our kitchen. According to Ms. Caporella she never received the in home measurements. We were told that Lowes had to have the cabinets returned to the store and refunded before Sharon Caporella would be able to order the right size cabinets.

We bought a refrigerator and received it with large dents in all doors. They left it going to exchange. NOW A WEEK LATER after going to the store to see when it would arrive they say they will pick up this refrigerator and give us back the money upon THEM receiving it.

THEN we can come back and pick out another one! OR we can go ahead and buy another one and then while they have twice our money when they get the dented one back we can get our first money!

I have never heard of a store not exchanging an appliance if the fault is theirs. Please help me to spread the word how rude this is. We will lose all the food in this fridge while we wait for another one to come from some other place.

My kitchen was measured wrong by the expert. My designer ordered two cabinets that were the wrong size, wrong crown molding , missing a skin. he told me the replacement order would be here in 3 weeks. Now it looks like the replacement order will take 9 weeks taking me out to match first, unacceptable.

I have paid over $17,000 for these cabinets. I've had to cancel the contractor and the countertop people and the plumber numerous times. I cannot get any help from Lowe's they don't tell me any updates. Now instead of the 18 weeks which I agreed to wait it's going to be more like 27 weeks. What is my recourse?

I started my home improvement in July for 20 windows, 3 entrance doors to be painted by Lowes and 2 storm doors. I paid for all rotten wood to be replaced and it wasn’t done. I never got a contract from Platts Spring Rd, Lex SC 29073, so I cancelled the work.

I went to the store 1066 , Sunset Blvd,. Lex SC 29072. Lowes did all measurements and still product was ordered wrong. Theresa LeJohn wrote a contract and I even went to store 1066 to talk with Lisa (Pella representative).

This was done on 9/1/21 and did they called me on 12/30/21 that couldn’t do my work until 1/23/22 due employee being hurt. Contract was over by that date. I told them to cancel unless they could do my work now.

Dear Lowes Thank you for totally messing up a build materials order not once but 3 times. 1. You took the onphone order then completely lost it and never scheduled delivery. 2. Once reordered by a rep at the Lowes CEO's office... You then by your error declined my card. A call to lowes confirmed this should not have happened and my acct was?fine in good?standing. 3. Our frig delivery was originally scheduled for December 27, 2021 out of the Mountain Home, AR Low's store. I was told that our frig was lost or damaged in delivery and they rescheduled delivery for 01-03-2022. Since the date changed, we needed our frig brought into the house, instead of dropped off on the porch.

Brian the delivery person, stated that he could drop the frig off on the porch today because it was scheduled that way or we would have to reschedule our delivery date, again. Because he only had a 7 minute window allowed for our delivery.

I have called and been on hold for over 30-45 minutes with the Mountain Home, Lowes and the corporate office in Mooresville, NC. Brian is not employed by Lowe's so I can call and complain all I want to because it will get me nowhere.

Had refrigerator delivered on 12/31 with the wrong ice maker. Had to go out to the store to exchange for the right one which cost more. We were told that the ice maker could not be installed until February 6..

we ordered a deck in April 1, 2021 thru Lowe’s sales dept. We were told we would be contacted with dates for installation. We never heard anything more, we called customer service several times in May, we were told someone would get back to us.

We waited for another month, nobody reached out to us. In July we went to Lowes to talk to someone.

Finally found a manager, who looked up our order inly to find out it was never placed. We were told only thing she could do was reorder. We agreed to reorder since we had already paid. I have been trying for many months to get a military discount for my husband who is a veteran. We have even taken his DD-214 to our local Lowes for help. I have called headquarters twice for help and after many hours have been assured things have been taken care of.

Yet when we try to make a purchase at the local store, they have no record of anything. If I log on to Lowe's, it shows "Thomas" but will never recognize a password. I've tried eight different password attempts, but nothing ever works.

My husband Thomas says not to try anymore, not worth the effort, but I think your company disrespects a veteran who is entitled to the discount. What a terrible business you have. The local ladies at Lowe's customer service are very nice but can't fix things.

My delivery was scheduled for 12/2/21. Truck never showed up so I followed up with the store to see what was going on. They said there had been an emergency and driver wasn't going to make it out that day. They asked to move me to the next day and committed to a morning delivery for my inconvenience and the fact that I am located less than 2 miles from the store the delivery is coming from.

The very next day, 12/3/21, it is 2 pm and my delivery is yet to show up. I have called the store half a dozen times today already and nothing is willing to do anything about it other than tell me that "it will be today but later in the afternoon" since the driver is all the way in Clearwater.

This is infuriating because nobody's word in that place means a damn thing and I've had contractors sitting…

I went to the lowes store in Moline Il. I wanted to buy water softener salt. I have bought this kind before form Lowes. I found an associate. She didn't know anything about the salt so she call another associate a man.

He looked on his phone and said they don't cary that salt anymore. The salt was the iron salt for soft water conditioner green and white bag. During our conversation I asked at least 5 times if they would call the Davenport Store.

The man said if our store don't have it the one in moline the davenport ia store won't have it either, Both associates would not call the davenport store. Thats very arrogent. Worst Customer Service EVER

Their idea of "delivery" was plopping a $1200 range on my tenant's kitchen floor with absolutely no setup. "Delivery" of my refrigerator -- which is SMALLER than the one I already have -- didn't occur because it was "too big." When I suggested they access delivery through the basement door, they said "time is money" and they had already spent too much time here. When I called to complaint the phone rang for 7:09 minutes. The manager said he could help me, but not today. When I called to tell them to retrieve their range and correct my account, they hung up on me. The phone has now been ringing for 9:18. I don't think they are going to answer. HOME DEPOT, HERE I COME WITH A FISTFUL OF CASH THAT I WILL NEVER EVER SPEND AT LOWE'S.

On October 11, 2021 placed an online order @ Lowes.com for a Samsung dryer and went it came a few days (about 7) later the guys tried to install the 6-ft 4-Prong Black Dryer Appliance Power Cord which I purchased also, I noticed they didn't install the strain relief clamp to secure the Dryer Appliance Power Cord to the dryer leaving it on the terminal block screws for the power wires to secure it. After I told them they went in the truck and got the strain relief clamp and attempted to install it but as soon as they touched the black screw it fell in the back of the Dryer (Fire Hazard if it was hooked up and I tried to use it) they didn't have an extra screw so they said they're going to return the dryer and therefore I'll…

I had ordered a dryer on last Friday and was advised it would be here today. The agent called the night before and said between 2-6.

First we had to try and reach them to make sure they had the correct address. On the phone for two hours I answer. Called the store and the agent said they never answer the phone. BIG RED FLAG. Your own employees acknowledge that you can’t get through.

I try the chat feature around 12 and finally confirmed address. Is it’s 6:30 after sitting here all day and taking time off work and now I get back on with chat agent and he now says it will be Sunday.

WTH you can’t pick up the phone and call someone. I can even pick up but you won’t answer the phone now to tell me the location of dryer. Poor business

I am extremely upset and prepared to go on everything social media outlet to to express my frustration with Lowes. I placed 2 separate orders for fencing materials and cement on 10/3021. Both were to delivered on 11/6/21 and it was coming from 2 different stores from Lehigh valley PA because that’s where they had them in stock.

Saturday, Oct 20, 2021 we bought a Samsung washing machine from Lowes, Russellville, Arkansas. The sale went fine, or so we thought. Delivery was to be Monday. Late Monday afternoon I contacted the Delivery Dept and they had no idea what happened, but guessed the washer had not been "pulled from inventory", thus there was nothing to deliver. We purchased GE ovens at Lowes and signed up for the protection plan. A top burner went out - no problem, we'll call the Lowe's number on the paperwork. Hell began: That number was ONLY for renewals of plan so they gave me another number. And another.

The third party delivery service they currently use is a nightmare. They would have to improve to be incompetent. I saw a comment that described Lowes as a preschool where adults go to " work". Although service is great in the store.

Store 1560 in Kerrville TX. I tried to check on a special order on 15 Oct 2021 at approximately 1400. The CSR at the desk was named Kate. A young lady in her twenties I guess. Very incompetent. Very lazy, very indifferent.

After an hour in the store waiting for my order that she said was there, I left. I tried calling the 1-800 44lowes to complain but Josh hung up on me. I tried calling the 1-800-44lowes again, but again after 15 minutes of elevator music, I gave up.

Purchased the extended warrant on a new Samsung washing machine in December of 2019. Washing machine stopped mid cycle in May 2021. It took until June to get ahold of anyone to set up a repair. It is now October and I have had to call them every week and the washing machine is still not fixed!

( I was given names but will not use here) The loader near the front door said he didn’t load and directed me to an employee driving a forklift. That person then directed me back to the employee (by name) who had just directed me to him and said he did not load loose bags.

I returned to the same employee who was with another employee waiting to load another item. They told me to go park and wait. As I walked away I observed them laughing and joking. My daughter ordered kitchen cabinets and countertops mid March 2021. She was told the job would be done by May 10th so she bought from Lowe’s and wanted the kitchen done before she moved in. The cabinets were delivered in July and were the wrong cabinets and also damaged.

Cabinets finally installed mid September. Now Lowe’s says the can’t get the countertops she paid for because Lowe’s doesn’t carry them anymore. So it may take 2-3 more months to order different ones.

Meanwhile my daughter hasn’t been able to move into her house she bought in May because there is no functioning kitchen. She also bought all new appliances from Lowe’s. 790 up front to have gutters and other work done at my home. Waited months and no calls or installation. I call Joe Glaser project manager who gives me a phone number that only answers the phone and can not help me.

Installers say they are calling me I carry my phone always no missed calls and no calls to schedule or update me. I have been on the phone close to a hour and still not any farther along only $4790 less in my bank account.

Purchased new Maytag Washer and Dryer Aug 2021 with extended warranty from Lowes in Yorktown, NY. Washer failed two months after installation. Technician ordered new replacement part with NO Estimated Time of part arrival - he also told us that the part in question was a common failure on new machines.

So without without washer for indefinite period after just purchasing new machine. Should I buy another washer? No idea of how long part might take to arrive - a day, a week, a month, a year? What good is a warranty or service contract? What would you do?

I bought all new appliances when I purchased my home a bit more than two years ago. Fridge, range, dishwasher, washer, dryer. That was a check of change as I didn’t buy low-end models. I purchased the additional two-year warranty for all.

Within extended warranty period my oven didn’t work. It took hours and hours on the phone and online before I could get service arranged. As it turns out only their service provider can work on my appliances and I had to wait months and then when a service date was available I had to be available from 8-5 as they were unable to pin it down any more accurately.

My husband and I purchased a new kitchen suite by Frigidaire from Lowe's in Columbia SC, the Spring Valley location, after we refinanced our home. We did not make a huge purchase, but it included a matching dishwasher, OTR microwave, fridge and range/stove.

I would like to file a complaint against Melissa Hughes who is an employee at the Lowe's store in Allen Park Michigan. On Friday, August 13, 2021, I went into the store to purchase security doors. I paid for a professional measurement.

I received a call to come into the store to choose the doors and complete the purchase. I called the store to set up a time to come in. I was transferred to that department. Melissa answered the phone and put me on hold.

Purchased washer on line using lowes credit card with additional cost of 30 dollars to have old washer removed. I even removed from laundry room and place next to delivery truck. It was not taken. 5 hours spent calling customer service to resolve, trying to get my thirty dollars back.

Purchase privacy fence June 28th was told it was going to be up July Ben got a phone call that's August 10th got another phone call stating because of the rain it will be two more days when the fence came someone else came out to talk and thought it was a wooden fence but I had a vinyl fence that was supposed to be put up.

The fence was put up but you have gaps in the fence the workers left they're trash and pallets and left one part of the fence off now someone has to come back again and put the other piece of the fence on and pick up their trash. Lowe’s in Canton Ga refuses to make repairs ( the first delivery was their delivery service, Spirit, refused to have them deliver after one time) rest has been employees of Lowe’s . Called Corp.

Customer Service in C , they contacted Lowe’s store manager who keeps refusing to make repairs . One lady at CS gave me a case number and a phone number for General Liability, she said General Liability would send an agent to access damage and then repairs made .

We purchased a new kitchen faucet from Lowe’s, Modesto CA on 7/21/21. When we didn’t hear from Handy, Lowe’s subcontractor, about scheduling the install, we made a trip back to the store on 7/27/21. Turned out our request for installation was never submitted.

Date for install was finally set for 8/3/21 then cancelled by Handy. Same thing for 8/6/21, 8/10/21, and now they want to move it to 8/13/21. The reason for the cancellations were that the pro scheduled to do the job had cancelled out at the last minute, or was now unavailable, etc.

We have cancelled the booking and will not deal with Lowe’s again.

On 5/15/21 I ordered and paid for a range which I still do not have. One was delivered on 7/14/21 but was damaged so it was returned on 7/16/21. I was told that I would be called when the replacement range came in (was not on back order).

I have called the store at least 3 times, spoke to different people, explained the situation and all said they would look into this and call me back. I have never heard from anyone. The installation dept has called me several times and said they would investigate and call me back. Nothing.

I have been told that I had to come into the store and reorder and that I had been reimbursed. I have yet to see any refund. I was also told that it was reordered, then I was told that it was marked pick up instead of reorder, then I was told on several occasions that…

I ordered a refridgerator from Lowes, Atlanta Edgewood online. The people brought the fridge but did not ask me how old my fridge was and when they came they said they could not install my fridge because of the copper wiring.

I asked if they could just hang a minute and I will call my plumber. They said no, left me with all my freezer and food melting. Within an hour I tried to call Lowes and nobody would answer the phone.

i called your corporate and told you people I had the copper wiring removed and am calling for a re-chedule for my fridge. NOBODY CALLED ME BACK NOBODY!! On January 30, 2021, I bought windows for my home. A representative of Lowe's in Yuma, AZ named Sergio Sanchez, phone number 928-580-5588 came into my house and promoted the windows. 00. We specifically requested the windows with grids. Sergio assure that there will be the right windows and that everything will be completed by the end of March.

He indicated that in the worst-case scenario because of COVID's issues the latest will be the end of April. The wrong windows arrived on mid-May. I returned the windows Sergio contacted me indicating that he made a mistake and that it was ok to install the windows and that he will make sure that the windows get the grid installed after.

Attempted to reach Lowe's Customer Service at 800 445-6937 on 7-23-21at 11:19am., to advise of wrong delivery of previously ordered Google Nest Indoor Camera. Item delivered was an Acurite Humidity Monitor and not the ordered Nest cam. Waited 48 minutes on hold. No live representative answered. No alternative but to hang up. Not service I am accustomed to with Lowe's.
