Delivery team after removing old range said they don't install gas ranges! delivery guy say call Lowes due to we only install to natural gas not propane. Called back again 7/15/21 this time call was routed to "Kyle" in Orlando also telling me Jax phones are not working or they are not answering.

today 7/17/21 I start my effort again called Lowes in Jax was routed to "Kyle" in Orlando again. I asked if they have tool & knowledge to install gas range. They know its propane right? Problem I really need need to call Install Sales Office...

Lowe’s had police come to My home and accuse me of shoplifting. Said they had surveillance of me leaving store without paying. 36 The police came to my house 2 weeks after supposed theft happened. The police tricked me into coming to police station to answer questions and THEN said they had a warrant for My arrest.

This has ruined my life and caused Anton of grief for my job, etc—— how can the police arrest me just because Lowe’s says they have me shoplifting on camera—— I HAD a receipt!!!!!

I called the Hampton Va location many times was kept on long holds and disconnected twice. So I went to location and was told my refrigerator would be delivered in an additional 4 days. Customers should be advised it’s better to pick up as opposed to waiting on delivery.

On 6/11/21 at 9:00 am I was in Gulfgate Store in Houston Tx to exchange some outdoor patio shades and asked for assistance to do so. The young lady in that dept was giving me a hard time because I didn’t have the sku number on the product so I ask her to check the boxes in the overhead to see if it was the color and

size that I was looking for she refused to do so. I told her that I would be making a complaint to Lowe’s Headquarters she told me to go for it she didn’t care a proceed to show me her badge name.

If I could give a double 0 rating I would. Lowes is the worst company and corporation I have ever done business with in my life! Store managers are clueless. They don't even know their district manager's name or phone number!

They send you to the Customer Care number which doesn't answer their phone or holds you on the line for hours until you give up and hang up. Called corporate office on Wednesday and 10 am and got recording "The offices are closed. m. m. " Click.

Ummm, I was calling during working hours. So, obviously even corporate does not want to speak to you. Lowes will take your money immediately, but then throw you to the wolves and your are on your own when the installers arrive late and do not speak English, then destroy your subfloor while trying to lay your flooring.

My refrigerator was not installed properly by your delivery persons. All they wanted was to get the paper signed so they could leave immediately. When we pointed that the handle came out of the refrigerator they delivery person promised to show up in a few minutes but never returned.

Horrible customer service from the Shoal creek store in Austin. I spoke to Diana there and she redirects me to the 3 rd party delivery team who Lowe’s contracts with to register the complaint. Seriously I paid Lowe’s directly, why should I deal with 3 rd party directly.

I was looking for reduced price perennials today & found that all the perennials were piled in a trash can, very much still saveable & in better shape than the annuals on the reduced table. The flower I wanted was right on top on the side.

I asked the price, told the girl I took it out of the trash can & she berated me; telling me I could not buy it because they get full price for the flowers, if they throw them away. & that I shouldn’t have removed it from the trash.

This is not the 1st time, I’ve been told I can’t buy a plant because they can get more money for it if they throw it out. I also can never receive help loading heavy bags of mulch into my car, without being told the wait time for help will probably be 20-25 minutes.

Lowes employees loaded 100 12x12 stepping stones in our truck the load shifted causing damage to our truck. Lowes asked for an estimate and when we got one they only want to pay half of the estimate. The claims department is rude does not want to help you.

I will not shop at another Lowes I will drive a distance to shop at Home Depot.

Ordered countertops at Lowes and they installed the wrong ones, not the ones I picked, and damaged a cabinet, that no one has yet to fix. Now that company has been fired and the countertops I picked are gone from the store.

Know one other than my salesperson can verify I have the wrong countertops but they will not verify it with them, because it will prove them wrong. We have yet to find a person who truly can help. 00 is that nice of them.

We have waited over 6 weeks and are still waiting for someone to come to my home and see this.

Also, my new drop in sink, on the left side the gasket is exposed, I guess they dropped it and left it this way. Know customer who shops at lowes means anything to them. I have been called a liar also by management.

On 6/12/2021, I purchase a Utility Trailer for my son Larry Jenkins from Lowe's (Store#2222). We were told on the prior date that the notary would be there to sign the title over. When we got there, we were told that the Notary forgot her stamp.

So The store cashier call Leigh; (Notary). She said she would be at the store 6/13/21 from 7am to 5pm My son was there at 7:00am, but the store did not open till 8:00am. My son went back around noon and found out Leigh had forgotten her stamp again.

I ordered an Air Conditioner to be delivered to my home . It was delivered today sometime before 1030. The problem is that it was left on its side blocking my front door. No one rang the bell or called me to alert me that it had been delivered.

Apparently because the deliver had blocked the door he could not reach the door bell. Its raining today and has been raining off and on for days now. This was left out in the rain and I do not appreciate this.

"Never Stop Improving" Did i see this correctly. It perfectly explains my past experience with Lowes Installation. What are they improving, it's not providing value for the Customer. It is a well thought out Strategy of Over Promising and Under Delivering.

Lowes knows the DIFFICULITIES and TIME it can take to Resolve Issues and most people will give up. I entered into a 'contract with Lowes to Install James Hardie Factory Painted Siding. Installed wrong countertops and damaged a cabinet. Their is not a person in that company that can help you. I spent over 6 hours the first day trying to get help.

Finally I found a John in New Mexico, useless, he told me I wanted things to fast, and I was told to tone down my speech, because it was abusive. I was told the damaged cabinet would be fixed by lowes and lowes tells me it will be fixed by the installer.

Cannot get the truth from either side. Not only are they the wrong ones they are damaged also, I have buffing marks lines, suction cup marks from how they carried it, and a sink with glue coming out of the side.

I bought and paid cash for a Frigidaire on may 6th. It was to be delivered on Monday May 16th. When it was delivered it was damaged so was sent back and another one delivered but did not have the ice maker in it. It was to be installed on this date 21st between Noon and 4pm no word or delivery has been heard from. I have literally been on the phone waiting for someone to answer my calls to no avail.

What do i do now?

I can't even get the shelves to work either. Poor service and I will never buy anything from there again.

I have arranged for the installation of blinds on April 12, 2021 and to date I have not received that service. I would like get refund but am unable to get anyone on the phone at the store or installation service.

The installer has the product but they cannot be reached. If I go into the store, I have to check to ensure there is someone on shift that can help. Six weeks is a long time to wait for the installation of blinds. Worse service ever!

Is there a 0 star option for Lowes Delivery? Our delivery has been delayed 6 times. I am a Lowes for Pro's customer and they will not delivery the 7-9 items I've ordered. They already called and cancelled one of the items. Said "FedEx lost it". Now they continue to push it back. Not only are they pushing it back, they keep scheduling it for a Sunday. In January, we started doing business at three LOEWS local stores in Woburn, Medford, and Saugus, MA. Our collective purchases for a 60 days period was around $14,000 in products for a single project. We discovered that one micro wave unit was back ordered and would not arrive on time to complete the project for our customer. The customer found the item at another retailer and supplied it to us immediately.

On Saturday April 10, 2021 I rented a carpet cleaner from Lowes in Rockingham NC 28379. 00 deposit back I needed to return it clean. I returned the carpet cleaner Sunday Morning April 11, 2021 around 10:00am. After giving the cleaner to the cashier she asked me if I had the receipt.

I told her that I had to get it from my car. Once I got back, the cashier had the cleaner turned sideways showing the bottom. She told me that I could not have my deposit back because it was not clean on the bottom.

Lowe's Installation product support staff policies seem to encourage their employees to present their customers false information concerning delivery and installation time. I was told that certain items were available, only to find out later they were not. I was never informed of any delays.

When I filled a complaint with Mr. Michael Linton Long (Lowes Installation Project Support Coordinator), he stated that my experience with my window installation is not surprising, yet during our initial conversation in February, you were surprised that my windows had not been installed.

Also, all of the Lowe's representatives that I spoke to also were very surprised of my installation process. I ordered the products 18 June and the job was not complete until 25 February. Each time I would complain…

Ordered blinds from Lowe’s North Myrtle Beach SC. Installation took 3 months and was wrong size blinds that didn’t fit. Reorder took another 3 months and wrong again. Next order 2 month later they try to deliver to our vacation home never asking us and we were not there. Too many inept employers.

The Sparks NV store has really gone downhill in customer service. I just went and of 3 items I wanted they only had one. It tookforever to get someone to help me and make sure I didn't overlook you bare shelves.

I wanted a spray bottle - none in stock and a kitchen broom - none in stock.

I complaint I brought up to a store manger a month ago still has not been addressed, That is of the low hanging trees in the parking lot. Specifically the 2 by the front door that I scratched my head with. The manager response was oh okay.

I have been shopping at lowes for years in Foley Al. We remoded our house completely also with all appliances. This began in 1-15 . We have installed 450 ft of shadow box fence at a cost of 8000. You installed our roof, approximately 10,000.

We installed all new doors and took out a window and put in French doors in master bedroom and replaced all windows using high quality windows. We totally remoded everything. We are still spending hard earned money. But Lowes has gotten rid of great employees that always greeted me by name.

Now I only know Fred and Gene, but have not seen them in a few months. Don who you got did of in appliance was you biggest mistake. My wife works for a rental company and now she is going to Home depo.

Ordered their top the line dishwasher. They did not deliver on time. Then they lost unit and took them a couple of days to locate unit. Installer did not install unit properly. Installer bypassed AirGap unit which prevents debris from garbage disposal to backup into dishwasher.

Called them back to correct plumbing issue and they refused. They said they don't hook up to Air Gap units. Installer said they use a ty wrap or plumbers tape to hang plumbing up high. THAT IS NOT BUILDING CODE requirements.

Beware consumers you could get very sick if garbage from garbage disposal backs up into dishwasher.

I purchased a product online it wasn't received on day it was suppose to be delivered was notified that it was sent to Minnesota. As speaking with representative on hold while she contacted UPS for over 25 minutes she tells me that I need to call back in 3 days to find out more details on my order and to get a refund it will take 28 days. went to the Lowes in Fairbanks Alaska sent my husband in cause my arthritis was acting up. We wanted to buy and all in 1 washer and dryer. The sales associate which my husband could not understand her even when I was on the phone with her I could not understand her.

I placed an order for 2 pallets of retaining wall blocks. Only one was delivered. The Lowe's store in Mt. Pocono, PA was fulfilling the order. I just spent 40 minutes trying to get through to them. It rang 40-50 times.

When someone finally picked up, I was disconnected. I called back and asked to speak to the manager. I was put on hold with loud music blasting. Three people asked me why I was calling. Again I asked for the manager.

He never picked up, and after another 10 minutes on hold, I gave up. I just need to know if they are bringing the other pallet of blocks. I don't think it's too much to ask. My order number is 704296279.

Signed up for veteran discount on line. Response was to up load documents. In the instructions on Lowes site says that you can take the documents to the local store for verification which I did. I was told by customer service they couldn't do that there.

They were somewhat rude & one of them spoke with someone who I suppose was the manager. I got the impression they didn't want to be bothered. I have 25 years in the armed forces & a DOD issued retired ID card with a indefinite expiration.

The store I was at is in Quakertown Pa. Store # 1667. I suppose Home Depot is the better option since they honor my ID card and are always very respectful.

I have ordered a Wool pool washer and a dryer on July 4th 2020 we paid for them and they told my husband and I that they were in stock. The Rep told us it would be deliver on July 19.

When July the 19th came I did not receive a phone call tell us it would not be deliver. I had to call the store which is located in Philadelphia 9701 East Roosevelt Blvd because the dryer was damaged. Today with no excuse they told me again the dryer 629986 WTW5000DW will not be deliver until Sept 1.

I will never and I mean never order another product from Lowe’s again. What a disgrace.

This may sound petty, but as a retired manager for a large retail chain that had the responsibility of customer service training, some things really irritate me. 00 gift card.

As we shop at Lowes quite a bit this was something that interested me.

The Website stinks, my wife was told that your website was doing an update and we should be able to find what we need within 30 minutes, well it's not just today that there are issues with your website every time we use it, I'm old school Navy and this website makes me just want to launch my laptop.....

You need to get a better way of putting your website out there, because even my wife said she was really sick of trying to find anything on there, you type in one thing and it takes you to the other side of the spectrum that you are actually looking for.

It is a royal pain. Hopefully there are enough people that are complaining about this issue so that you will either have to fix this issues or stop having a Lowe's Website.

I bought a Kolbalt cordless air blower about 1year and 1/2 ago and now the battery will not lock in place, on the box it has a five year warranty. On Friday July 17th 2020 I called back because I have heard nothing back, I talk to a gentleman who told me it was still pending and would here something back by Monday the 20th and gave me a new conference number 2776396. well on Thursday July 23rd called back because I still have not heard anything I was put on hold for 2o min then told they call me back on call back.

I went into north Smithfield Lowe's on 7/19/20 at around 7 PM to buy furnace air conditioner HVAC filters. I pulled one off the shelf and it cut my hand open. What the hell a piece of metal was sticking out of the filter.

I went to cash out told the lady there and she cashed me out and said talk to the lady in charge. I told her my husband was going back to get the filter so no one else gets cut.

She told me talk to this lady she is incharge. That Lady incharge could care less what I had to say or my bloody hand. She just walked off said ok. She could of offered a tissue cloth or something for my hand.

I have severe lung and muscle problems and hope I don't get a infection from this cut. You think the right thing to do is help someone bleeding. Maybe I'll just go to Home Depot the…
