I didn't want to write a complaint tonight but it's the right thing to do, especially when you feel disrespected. upper level management has to know to improve. I understand we're in trying times and I'm in the middle of a relocation while setting up a new home office while working from home. I ordered a desk from your website last night, Wednesday 10PM local time, received the confirmation and went to bed.

I woke up this morning and felt good to get that out of the way. However, around 2PM, local time today, I received this forwarded email. I purchased a product online it wasn't received on day it was suppose to be delivered was notified that it was sent to Minnesota. As speaking with representative on hold while she contacted UPS for over 25 minutes she tells me that I need to call back in 3 days to find out more details on my order and to get a refund it will take 28 days. I know this cannot be the Lowes policy and way to satisfy customers. Was on hold entirely too long and personally feel information given was incorrect. Can someone please contact me with more accurate information.

went to the Lowes in Fairbanks Alaska sent my husband in cause my arthritis was acting up. We wanted to buy and all in 1 washer and dryer. The sales associate which my husband could not understand her even when I was on the phone with her I could not understand her.

told my husband that it would take 4 to 6 months to get one in and that they are custom made and they do not hold a quilt to wash. So he came out to the car and I went in I went to customer service.

I placed an order for 2 pallets of retaining wall blocks. Only one was delivered. The Lowe's store in Mt. Pocono, PA was fulfilling the order. I just spent 40 minutes trying to get through to them. It rang 40-50 times.

When someone finally picked up, I was disconnected. I called back and asked to speak to the manager. I was put on hold with loud music blasting. Three people asked me why I was calling. Again I asked for the manager.

He never picked up, and after another 10 minutes on hold, I gave up. I just need to know if they are bringing the other pallet of blocks. I don't think it's too much to ask. My order number is 704296279.

They delivered half of my order on 8/4. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Signed up for veteran discount on line. Response was to up load documents. In the instructions on Lowes site says that you can take the documents to the local store for verification which I did. I was told by customer service they couldn't do that there.

They were somewhat rude & one of them spoke with someone who I suppose was the manager. I got the impression they didn't want to be bothered. I have 25 years in the armed forces & a DOD issued retired ID card with a indefinite expiration.

The store I was at is in Quakertown Pa. Store # 1667. I suppose Home Depot is the better option since they honor my ID card and are always very respectful.

I have ordered a Wool pool washer and a dryer on July 4th 2020 we paid for them and they told my husband and I that they were in stock. The Rep told us it would be deliver on July 19.

When July the 19th came I did not receive a phone call tell us it would not be deliver. I had to call the store which is located in Philadelphia 9701 East Roosevelt Blvd because the dryer was damaged. Today with no excuse they told me again the dryer 629986 WTW5000DW will not be deliver until Sept 1.

I will never and I mean never order another product from Lowe’s again. What a disgrace.

, except for one issue. All personnel was very friendly , helpful and nice. My complaint is more of a customer service training issue. This may sound petty, but as a retired manager for a large retail chain that had the responsibility of customer service training, some things really irritate me. 00 gift card.

As we shop at Lowes quite a bit this was something that interested me.

However, someone needs to tell the sales staff not to highlight the survey info with a highlighter as this smears all the needed info and renders it useless. Thanks for your attention in this small matter.

The Website stinks, my wife was told that your website was doing an update and we should be able to find what we need within 30 minutes, well it's not just today that there are issues with your website every time we use it, I'm old school Navy and this website makes me just want to launch my laptop.....

You need to get a better way of putting your website out there, because even my wife said she was really sick of trying to find anything on there, you type in one thing and it takes you to the other side of the spectrum that you are actually looking for.

It is a royal pain. Hopefully there are enough people that are complaining about this issue so that you will either have to fix this issues or stop having a Lowe's Website.

I bought a Kolbalt cordless air blower about 1year and 1/2 ago and now the battery will not lock in place, on the box it has a five year warranty. On July 3rd 2020 I called and a lady took down all my information and told me I would here something within 3 to 4 days and gave me conference number #2768367.

I went into north Smithfield Lowe's on 7/19/20 at around 7 PM to buy furnace air conditioner HVAC filters. I pulled one off the shelf and it cut my hand open. What the hell a piece of metal was sticking out of the filter.

I went to cash out told the lady there and she cashed me out and said talk to the lady in charge. I told her my husband was going back to get the filter so no one else gets cut.

She told me talk to this lady she is incharge. That Lady incharge could care less what I had to say or my bloody hand. She just walked off said ok. She could of offered a tissue cloth or something for my hand.

We were shopping at Lowe's on Volunteer Parkway in Bristol Tennessee. This is the second sunday, we have went since mandatory face masks is mandated in our county. Both times, there have been employees and shoppers without mask. I'm the flooring dpt, an employee did not have on a mask.

8 years ago, we bought a Samsung washer and dryer from the local Lowes. Now, they both are malfunctioning and I had to purchase new ones of another brand. The model no of the dryer is DV5451aew/xaa and the washer is wa5451anw/yaa.

The local repair guy will not work on Samsung because he says they are junk, therefore, we are forced to purchase a new set of another brand. We know these are out of warranty so do not expect you to do anything for us.

We were flooded by Harvey. We needed to move and bought a new house. We purchased a new GE refrigerator. That's when all the trouble began. We had numerous delays on delivery. We finally got the refrigerator but received a call saying it was defective and we need to have it fixed or replaced.

We chose to have it replaced which led to more delays. About a year later we had ice forming in the refrigerator and called Lowes who said to call GE. We did and the repairman realigned the doors and greased the seals for nearly $200- never mentioning this was a recurring problem as evidenced by the class action lawsuit previously filed.

That worked for about four months.

Ordered a new refrigerator on May 22,2020. It was on back order and was due in 3 weeks. It is now July 12 and still no refrigerator. I was promised 3 deliveries. 1 cancelled and 2 were scheduled and confirmed and no one showed up.

Many contacts with managers and Cory delivery company and still no refrigerator. I even went into the store and spent 2 hours with a manager. I am still waiting for contact with the last manager--a call was due the next day well it's been more than week.

I have wasted 2 whole days waiting--- I have unloaded and loaded my food into coolers 2 times. They have had my money to use for awhile---- I want a resolve and some type of compensation for my patience that I am now really short on.

Ordered toilet it came in service desk said ask at check out and they will bring it to exit. We did 25 minutes later went back in after sitting outside exit doors like fools. They call from the cash register and they said it would be a few minutes more .

20 minutes later finally brought the toilet out. Excuse he was not licensed to move things in back so had to wait for someone else to do it. This is the Paintsville Kentucky Walmart. Terrible place to order anything .

Placed an online order on July 3 totaling more than $600 and paid by credit card. received an email later that day to say my order was ready for pickup. received a pickup reminder on July 6. Arrived at the store on July 7 to pick up order.

I ordered a freezer from Lowes on May 21,2020 from the Lowes in Alexandria, La. I have called them a number of times. when they answered the phone I was placed on hold and no one would pick up the phone or hang up or tell me the order is not in.

after getting this answer I decided to drive up there (35 miles one way s 70 miles round trip. When I went back to get the freezer I was told that it was not in. After returning home I get a call to come and pick it up.

June 4th, I signed contract to get fenced installed on my property. The installer set up the appointment to install the fence June 26th. A few days before installation, installer calls me saying they don't have the wood, and don't know when they will receive it.

I've been leaving messages to the women assigned to me (Angela) for the past 3 days.

Finally talk to her and she has no idea I've been leaving messages, and has no clue when the wood would arrive and I can have my fence installed. Sure didn't have a problem taking my 8K. Very bad customer experience dealing with her.

I drove to 3 different Lowe's stores attempting to find a Lawn Edge Trimmer. On line they show several different types that a customer could expect to find at their stores. They had ONLY a gas powered model. I was forced to purchase the trimmer on line.

Lowe's is one of many stores that offer a Veterans 10% discount on the items bought from them. That is if they choose to stock the items in their stores. When I ordered the trimmer there was No Place to apply for my 10% discount.

Purchased out of stock item at register on May 23. Delivery date set for May 28. No call no show. Called Lowe's repeated multiple times since and no one can tell me where my item is or when I will receive it. All have offered to look into it and call back, NOT ONE person has called us. I am a senior citizen living on social security. I needed a small freezer because of the pandemic. I am at risk for going out. 00. 00 delivery charge! I live approximately 3 miles from Lowes. I was also told it would fit in an SUV. Really!

I have no one to assist me. If I had someone to pick it up I would not need delivery. Policy or not this is taking advantage of a senior citizen living alone and 3 miles from Lowes. Shame on you!

On June 1, 2020 I purchased a Washer & Dryer online since they didn't have any in the stores that i had called and visited. I pulled up my order to see when they would deliver my appliances and one date said 6/9/2020 this was for the dryer.

And the other date said 6/15/2020. On June 9, 2020 a Dryer got delivered and it is a floor model, because it is dirty on top. I've called the W. Plano, TX store where it was delivered from to let the Manager know when I purchase appliances online I expect them to be New and not the Display.

I had a flooring project done and the delivery man put the pallet of materials in my garage,but he had to push the pallet further inside the garage. The problem is that my threshold outside of the garage is damaged.

I purchased a screen door online. Went to the store and picked it up. When I got it home the screen was torn. I called the store to see if there were any more in stock. Spent 15 minutes on hold and was cut off once.

Finally spoke to someone who indicated there were 6 in stock. I asked if they would deliver it for my inconvenience. The associate I spoke with said i needed to bring it back, told me to have a nice day and hung up on me.

Nightmare started 5/28. I placed an online order 5/24 two different stores fulfilling the order, The west columbia store called on the day of delivery to say the item was not in stock-5/28. I called customer service the person changed and updated the fulfilling store location: changed to harbison-Washer and lexington-Dryer for deliver.

Please help me get our delivery of cabinets that were ordered April 8th. The delivery company customer service is poor, and don’t care about Lowes reputation. The Lowe's Rep here states it's out of their control. At the time of order we noted that we don’t except deliveries after 3pm.

On May 13, I purchased a Whirlpool dishwasher online. I receive an email confirming the order and in small print it mentioned that if I needed haul a way or installation I had to call an 800 number, I call on May 15 and speak to Brittany. She tells me that we have to cancel the order and write an "In House" order. I agree and she says she had to cancel and refund the pervious order in which she does. I WENT TO LOWES TO BY MY PRESSURE TREATED FENCING 27 PICES PLUS ALL MATERIALS NEED FOR THE JOB , THE MANAGER AND HER TWO WORKERS WERE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL 1ST STARTED PUTTING THE WRONG FENCES ON MY TRUCK THEN GOT PUSSED , BECAUSE I TOLD THEM IT IS SUBPOSE TO BE PRESSURED TREATED , SO THE 2 KIDS ON THE FORK LIFT WERE SLAMMING THING AROUND , THEN THEY FORGOT MY POSTS AND

STARTED THOWING THAT AROUND !! THEN PROCEED TO THROUGH MY BAGS OF CONCREAT IN THE BACK OF THE TRUCK SEVERAL BAGS ARE BROKEN AND YOUR SO CALL MANAGER A LOUD THIS !! WHAT A DISGRACE AND YOU CALL YOUR SELFS PROFESSIONAL!!

Purchase a riding lawn mover over a week a go, someone was supposed to call for delivery date and up to date no call or delivery, after a couple of days trying to contact I put a complain in there web and the manager call with an apology and promise a delivery for early morning today.

still waiting for delivery o for a call !!! this not acceptable, I pay for this a week a go and you call the store and no one answer the phone, terrible customer service !!!

I was at Lowe's in Danville My today. Many of the employees either did not wear a mask of were around the neck ,or nose was not covered. I feel as I was wearing a mask as well as many other were masked, the least your employs could follow the law.

i actual rate this lowes located in Newington CT. 06111 A BIG ZERO . O STARS . WHAT A USELESS PEOPLE WORK THERE. I HAVE BEEN CALLING THEM TO HAVE SOMEONE PICK UP MY TRACTOR LAWN MOWER TO BE FAXED WHICH I PURCHASED A 4 YEARS AGO.

I HAVE SPENT OVER 5 HOURS ALL TOGETHER IN A WEEK AND NO ONE ANSWERS CALLS. WHEN THEY ANSWER THEY DISCONNECT ON YOU OR HOLD AND PLACE YOU BACK ON HOLD. SO I DECIDED TO GO TO THE STORE WITH WHILE I AM STILL ON THE HOLD AND MADE IT ALL THE WAY TO THE STORE AND I WAS STILL ON THE HOLD.

I SPOKE WITH MANAGER RAMON WHO SAID SOMEONE WILL CAL YOU RIGHT BACK IN FEW MINUTES AND TOOK MY PHONE # AND PRETEND TO BE TALKING TO SOMEONE AND SO FAR TODAY IS MONDAY 05/11/2020 AND I HAVE REC'D NO CALLS BACK. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH LOWES .

THEIR NAME IS CORRECT LOW ES ON CUSTOMER…

On Saturday, May 9th from 4 pm to 6 pm, I called the Lowes in Sim Valley, Town Center trying to talk to someone in outside Garden. I could not get anyone to answer. I called Customer Service and they were not helpful, I contacted Pro Desk and even asked for a Manager who never answered the telephone. This is worst service I have encountered at this store. Please let me know what why I couldn't get anyone to answer my question. I have a choice when shopping at either Lowes or Home Depot which is less than a mile away. I prefer Lowes due to the level of service, but this time the service was exceptionally poor.

On February 19 2019 I purchased a Samsung French door Flex model #RF23J9011SR which stopped working on 4/24/20. I also purchased a extended 5 year warranty. I made a claim on 4/24/20 about the fridge not working and a repair company Dependable showed up on 4/29/20 and diagnosed the problem to be the Sealed system.

They were not authorized to fix it. On 5/4/20 another company Williston repair showed up and diagnosed the problem to be the Sealed system. They left and said they would contact Lowes to authorize the repair. On 5/7/20 a third company showed up which we assumed would fix the problem but they said they had to diagnose it and would have to come back on 5/11/20 to do the diagnosis again and than come back to fix it.

I have been with out a fridge since 4/24/20 and will be coming up…
