On May 13, I purchased a Whirlpool dishwasher online. I receive an email confirming the order and in small print it mentioned that if I needed haul a way or installation I had to call an 800 number, I call on May 15 and speak to Brittany. She tells me that we have to cancel the order and write an "In House" order. I agree and she says she had to cancel and refund the pervious order in which she does. I sign a dishwasher agreement form online and she then connects me to the Buford store and I speak to Denise. She tells me the order is complete with haul a way, installation and the dishwasher and charges my credit card $729.97 and tells me I will get a call in a few days to schedule delivery . She mentioned she showed one in stock.

I haven't heard from anyone so I call the store on May…

Purchase a riding lawn mover over a week a go, someone was supposed to call for delivery date and up to date no call or delivery, after a couple of days trying to contact I put a complain in there web and the manager call with an apology and promise a delivery for early morning today.

i actual rate this lowes located in Newington CT. 06111 A BIG ZERO . O STARS . WHAT A USELESS PEOPLE WORK THERE. I HAVE BEEN CALLING THEM TO HAVE SOMEONE PICK UP MY TRACTOR LAWN MOWER TO BE FAXED WHICH I PURCHASED A 4 YEARS AGO.

On Saturday, May 9th from 4 pm to 6 pm, I called the Lowes in Sim Valley, Town Center trying to talk to someone in outside Garden. I could not get anyone to answer. I called Customer Service and they were not helpful, I contacted Pro Desk and even asked for a Manager who never answered the telephone. This is worst service I have encountered at this store. Please let me know what why I couldn't get anyone to answer my question. I have a choice when shopping at either Lowes or Home Depot which is less than a mile away. I prefer Lowes due to the level of service, but this time the service was exceptionally poor.

On February 19 2019 I purchased a Samsung French door Flex model #RF23J9011SR which stopped working on 4/24/20. I also purchased a extended 5 year warranty. I made a claim on 4/24/20 about the fridge not working and a repair company Dependable showed up on 4/29/20 and diagnosed the problem to be the Sealed system.

They were not authorized to fix it. On 5/4/20 another company Williston repair showed up and diagnosed the problem to be the Sealed system. They left and said they would contact Lowes to authorize the repair. On 5/7/20 a third company showed up which we assumed would fix the problem but they said they had to diagnose it and would have to come back on 5/11/20 to do the diagnosis again and than come back to fix it.

I have been with out a fridge since 4/24/20 and will be coming up…

I bought a kitchen sink and hardware and payed for the installation. The gentleman in this department told me he was he was going to take my Lowes Card and charge everything because the installers sometimes want to charge the customer.

I learned today that nothing had not been charged (which was true). Today (5/6/20) I tried to settle this matter. It is almost impossible to talk with Lowe's Customer Clerks because they no do not talk very understandingly and it is impossible to converse with them when they are wearing a mask.

When I told the C S clerks I could not understand what they were trying to tell me they became rude. We have spent a lot of money at this Lowes and I told them that I could go to Home Depot, their reply was "I don't care where you go"

Lowes has the worst store and customer service. We ordered an appliance suite that included the refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, stove over 1 months ago and it was supposed to be delivered 5-1-20. They sent a 3rd party company to our house with the dishwasher and stove.

00 for them to install the fridge and dishwasher. They were supposed to deliver between 8-10am, they didn't get to our house until after 4pm. They brought the stuff to our backyard and left it. I walked to the truck to ask where the rest of our stuff is and the guy rolled up the window and drove off.

My husband went to the Independence me store (because no one answers the store phone). The mgr said the stuff would be delivered Monday 5-4 and Installed by Lowes not a 3rd party. Well they show up late and it's the same…

I understand during this pandemic that people are on edge but I was in the plumbing section of lowes in Beckley wv and asked a lady if she worked there and she told me yes but I'm busy and was very rude to me. We ordered 2 storm doors and had them delivered on 4-31-20. Today when we took them out of the boxes they both had smudged paint on front and back. I don"t have a truck to return them. The men who are installing them will sand and repaint them for a fee.

I purchased a craftsman riding lawn mower on April 20th with a scheduled delivery date of 28 April. I called Lowes to verify the time, this morning, and was told no specific window however it’ll be between 8am - 8pm.

I called at 550pm to ensure they were still bringing out my purchase only to find out the delivery team went home for the day. This is absolutely unacceptable, inconveniencing to me and down right unprofessional. Had I known I would be lied to, I would have never had the lawn mower delivered.

I waited a full week only to be forgotten on the day of delivery. I wasted my time, lost money taking off work and still do not have an almost $2000 purchase made a week ago. I am highly disappointed and seeking immediate resolution to this problem.

I am 80 years old and placed on on line order. went to pick up. the store doesn't answer phone. sign tells to call. tried 5x to call. checked with the line moniter who said i had to get in line got in line had to stand in 2nd line for service desk.

it took me about 30 min to get to desk. I feel this is a bad way to handle. You should put a notice on order page letting you know you will have to go into store. when the order notification comes let people know that standing in all your lines is required.

you could cover your parking lot sign with correct information not put a phone number on sign that i not answered. My last 2 comments are your line moniter was nasty and i saw None of your employees wearing mask.

I called Lowes to speak to a manager. I specifically asked for a manager, Vic Cueva, because he has always been helpful with any problem we have had. I was told he wasn't there and could not tell me when I could reach him.

I asked to speak to another manager on duty and the phone rang for 15 minutes and no one picked up. I explained to the customer service person that I thought we may be in possession of stolen goods from Lowes.

Since my husband used to work for Lowe's when we lived in CT, I knew a manager would like to know. I called back a second time and the customer service number rang for 10 minutes with no answer. That is why we are reaching out to corporate.

I was waiting in line keeping the 6-ft. distance as directed. I reached first in line. The line monitor helped a very senior lade into the store, which was fine. While she was away from the line, another person started to walk into the store.

I smiled and pointed that there was a line. Very loudly she said "I am an employee". " She said they can't wear ID outside the store. Upon entering the store, she told the line monitor about it who then came out and loudly asked who questioned the employee entering and I said I did.

During this COVID-19 Outbreak, we have been asked to limit or travel. We live about 20 miles outside of Spokane and when I learned that my wife had a doctors appointment in Spokane, I thought it would work well to order some needed parts on-line thru Lowes that she could pick up on her way home.

I found the parts I needed on line, all of which were indicated to be in stock and so I went ahead and completed the on-line ordering process. Purchased a Commercial Maytag dryer at Lowes in Abingdon, VA. Had 5 service calls to repair the dryer. After In fighting between Lowes and Maytag at to who was responsible it was finally determined that the dryer was no longer fixable and because we had the foresight to purchase an extended warranty, we were able to get the dryer bought back through Lowes service plan.

For over a month, I have been trying to get a refrigerator from Lowe's Washington DC. Two Whirlpool refrigerators had to be returned due to technical problems. Then, I ordered another refrigerator, due for delivery on March 28. The delivery company notified me that it was going to be delivered on April 1st, then on April 2 between 11:00 am and 5:00 pm. When I called close to 5:00 pm because the delivery had not arrived, I was told that it had been cancelled. Lowe's never notified me. I live in a small community in the Sierra Mountains. Our two largest stores are Walmart and Lowes. Many of us heat our homes with pellet stoves and some of us even purchased our Pellet Stoves at Lowes. Walmart does not sell pellets so we rely on Lowes to purchase pellets.

The last few years our local Lowes store has not met the communities needs for pellets. Usually in April and May they are out of pellets and leave their customers scrabbling to find pellets out of the area. Even to the point where their customers are asking to borrow pellets from one another.

Went shopping at the Upland location on Foothill. Had wonderful service at the paint dept and and with the cashier "Hadi" he needed to do an account look up for me, which he asked an employee (not sure if a manager) if he just used another register to perform the look up.

She told him no his line was was too long to do the procedure and that I would have to go to customer service to get a temporary account. I said that there was no other way to get the number and that I would have to go over to customer service and then stand in this line again.

Sunday morning March 8,2020 looking at washer and dryer. Had to look for help when no other customer around. Two people working ended up with one with less knowledge had to get help from man resting on counter and not moving from there.

Good thing about going there first was Home Depot where we got excellent help from of all people working there the Assistant Manager ended up helping and selling us washer and dryer. This really may not even be a complaint but a favor your help did for us.

Don't really expect anything from you guys just to make you aware to make people want to shop there because you do have some good products and other department that are very helpful. tks your time robt

I have been trying to RE-APPLY for military discount with your new system, the web site is useless, everything I do I am told is not accurate. Went to local service desk and they could not help, they connected me to your I T people and they said they were working on it and all the calls they get were just like mine. I purchased a GE reiterator 15 months ago from Lowes . I was very happy with the choice I picked and all of the salesman's knowledge on the product , I felt like the purchase was a good choice. It has been 15 months and the walls on my freezer that insulates the freezer are peeling off allowing a free open pocket of rough plastic.

The same thing is happening on the opposite wall of the freezer. When I first noticed this happening , I was relived that the salesman encouraged me to purchase the extended 5 years protection plan. Well after numerous phone calls to Lowes and two service appointments giving me a dx of cosmetic.

Ho can this be cosmetic when the walls are peeling and coming off my 15 month old refrigerator. This to me is an accident waiting to happen with myself and my children.…

On 2/22/2020 around 5 pm I went into Morristown TN Lowe’s in search of a new washer and dryer. We shopped around for awhile before we decided. When we finally decided we had 3 in mind. When I approached the counter the worker was cutting up with a customer about a home project and hanging out. I continued to wait.

The contractor finally showed up about two months later with the door, there was no lock, and the screen was badly damaged. It was installed and they said that they would order a lock and a replacement screen. They finally set up a day to finish the job, no time was set.

My wife and I waited until 4:30 on a Friday afternoon with no results. We left the house to go out to eat. The contractor showed up sometime after that. They finished the outside but could not finish the inside.

I made purchases in the Hackettstown, NJ store tonight. 31. The manager on duty, Andrew said I couldn't use it toward my purchase because he needed my husband to use it. I offered to call my husband who is a disabled Veteran for the license number.

I asked him to look up our account as I know my husbands SS#. He kept repeating the Lowes policy.

Meanwhile I know everyone in this store and they know me. I spent probably $25/30,000 in that store in the last two years. I have been a manager for AT&T for over 30 years. THERE ARE ALWAYS EXCEPTIONS THAT A MANAGER COULD USE FOR A LOYAL CUSTOMER.

On 2/18/2020 I went to Perkins store #2237 and picked out our water heater 816114 and paid $35 for inspection for installation. I was told the installer would call later that day. My wife and I live in Camden TN and came to Memphis to get water heater replaced for our rental house in Memphis.

At that time we were not aware that the installer had 48 hours to respond to Lowe’s request to inspect our current hot water heat. We went back to the store the next day 2/19/2020 to check the status of order.

I am a Vietnam veteran and a I am with the American legion, We all shop at lowes, Lowes always treats vet's like they should. We never shop at Home Depot they have no respect for vets. 000 refrigerator 3 month ago on sale from lowes and receive my military discount.

400 on sale and lowes would NOT give me the militay discount. Home Depot had a better sale without discount. we never shop at Home Depot. So tell me why veteran should keep shopping al Lowes.

We were looking for flooring at the w Knoxville TN store. One employee said he would help once he was done with another customer. He just ignored us and even took other customers. Another employee was to busy flirting with a young lady.

Well after waiting over 40min we decided to leave. The employee's in the flooring Dept are worthless. Unless of course a young woman wants to be groped and treated like a piece of meat. We will never set foot in that store again!!!!!!!!

Home Depot is better anyway.
