Purchased a Dishwasher + warranty 2-18-20 to be delivered 2-29-20 took off work so could be there wife too. got call 2-27-20 that cant get till May 7 called to find out why . Talked to a sales person Allen, about frustration with this situation told him I like to speak to manger rudely told me why did I call him hung up on me called back got to talk to Manager he said he would call me back and talk to employee.

and see what he could do about order still waiting . Never had problem with Lowes before. hope this gets resolved.

I am a Vietnam veteran and a I am with the American legion, We all shop at lowes, Lowes always treats vet's like they should. We never shop at Home Depot they have no respect for vets. I bought a 3,000 refrigerator 3 month ago on sale from lowes and receive my military discount.

I went into lowes today and bough microwave, oven, dishwasher on sale and lowes would NOT give me the veteran discount. Home Depot had a better sale without discount. we never shop at Home Depot. So tell me why veteran should keep shopping al Lowes?

On 2/22/2020 around 5 pm I went into Morristown TN Lowe’s in search of a new washer and dryer. We shopped around for awhile before we decided. When we finally decided we had 3 in mind. When I approached the counter the worker was cutting up with a customer about a home project and hanging out. I continued to wait.

He finally came over and addressed me. I told him what I needed. He walked towards my husband and scanned the our 1st decision and said he didn’t have it in stoke and would be 2 weeks till delivery. I expressed how I could not wait.

My dryer had just went out. We went onto the next option. He said was in stock. I have him a 3rd option which was also in stock. As we were talking and asking questions we decided on a 4th option. He checked availability.

I had much rather speak to someone in person so I can really explain what has happened. (Actually what hasn't happened) I purchased a new Pella storm door last September at my local Lowe's Store here in Paducah. I paid to have it installed, it was to have a lock, and it was to have a sliding screen.

The contractor finally showed up about two months later with the door, there was no lock, and the screen was badly damaged. It was installed and they said that they would order a lock and a replacement screen. They finally set up a day to finish the job, no time was set.

My wife and I waited until 4:30 on a Friday afternoon with no results. We left the house to go out to eat. The contractor showed up sometime after that. They finished the outside but could not finish the inside.

I made purchases in the Hackettstown, NJ store tonight. 31. The manager on duty, Andrew said I couldn't use it toward my purchase because he needed my husband to use it. I offered to call my husband who is a disabled Veteran for the license number.

I asked him to look up our account as I know my husbands SS#. He kept repeating the Lowes policy.

On 2/18/2020 I went to Perkins store #2237 and picked out our water heater 816114 and paid $35 for inspection for installation. I was told the installer would call later that day. My wife and I live in Camden TN and came to Memphis to get water heater replaced for our rental house in Memphis.

At that time we were not aware that the installer had 48 hours to respond to Lowe’s request to inspect our current hot water heat. We went back to the store the next day 2/19/2020 to check the status of order.

We were looking for flooring at the w Knoxville TN store. One employee said he would help once he was done with another customer. He just ignored us and even took other customers. Another employee was to busy flirting with a young lady.

Well after waiting over 40min we decided to leave. The employee's in the flooring Dept are worthless. Unless of course a young woman wants to be groped and treated like a piece of meat. We will never set foot in that store again!!!!!!!!

I am a 69 year old single woman on a fixed income. In January I purchased a WORX GUTTER PRO (11 ft) and A WORX Model # WA545.9 Leaf Blower to go with the Gutter Pro. I live in Alabama and it has been raining here almost every day for a solid month. I finally open my purchased item and then find out that I need a battery pack and a charger in order to operate these items. After searching for 2 hours online at Lowes.com I found the battery but could find not charger for this 20 Volt Lithium quick charger. Finally I got to ask someone at that Chat Room and guess what, Lowes doesn't sell a charger for these items. So it is up to me to either purchase one at a different outlet or return everything and my gutters still don't get cleaned out.

On 2/9/20 we went to Lowe's #1855 and ordered a refrigerator and was scheduled for deliver on 2/11 between the hours of 3-5. The delivery was around 3:45 and as was being unloaded was some damaged so we denied the deliver. OK. Was given another delivery date and time of 2/13 between the hours of 1-5. No delivery!!! Called store and distribution center and was told no delivery item not even on the truck for the delivery due to no item in stock. Now we are awaiting for delivery for Saturday. This is totally unacceptable for an established corporation.

I would like to know how this situation can get resolved for everyone involved.

I was going to order a stove from the above mentioned store to be delivered but now I have to look elsewhere for the total lack of service from your business.

I thought you would like to know that I am ordering a 12 X 8 Red Barn Shed, all new kitchen appliances, washer and dryer, rolling toolbox, lighting fixtures, garage storage system, gutters and leaders and a ton of other stuff from your competitors. My grievances fell on deaf ears at Lowes in Crystal River.

If you question them, you will be lied to. Apparently there was a dispute between my local developer / builder and Lowes. No one seemed to care. Even the store manager Tim made very poor decisions. I need a company that puts customers first.

The sad thing is that it was no sweat off their backs to do the right thing. Why stick it to the customer? I thought when they saw a $12,000 + order they would come to their senses. What a bunch of fools.

What the fuck is happening to one of my favorite stores? Its turning into Home Depot which used to be good but went to hell years ago. Employees at Lowes hate the new software they are forced to use and the changes being made is destroying their moral.

I recently bought kitchen cabinets and wanted them installed. I was informed the contractor was limited to what he could do even though he was more the qualified do the extra work which makes it more difficult on me to line up other contractors. That is so stupid.

It wasn't that way before. It seem like you are turning into Home Depot which is very disturbing because I refuse to step foot in that store anymore. That and the cabinets delivery got messed up too. Please FIRE who ever is leading the way to these new policies and store changes…

Bought new window blind, took old one with me for sizing. After it was handed to me to carry to front of store for purchase I noticed it was cut too short! Went back and waited 30 min for someone to redo it.

They took my rod placing it who knows where an recut another. Not thinking they would do it again I carried it to the the front and paid. Now I am home and guess what.. It's too short about 1/4 inch!!

Also purchased linoleum for my bathroom gave specific measurements came home unwrapped and it is too short also. Can't these people read a ruler?! Have to drive 40 min to get there, I'm just upset and feel I was treated terribly but these people who apparently don't care about the customer!

, now after calling the Foley store customer service and staying n he line for 5 minutes waiting for the mgr. to answer which he never did and I could hear all the conversations going on as the phone was on the de never answered so I hung up and called back and spoke to the department in which I ordered the storm door and told them the problem.

Apparently they have the door at the store so now they are coming Monday the 10th to install the correct color door. But since they installed the wrong door I am afraid that the door frame will not hold the new door correctly as the hole in the door frame will be enlarged form the removal of the wrong door in which they had a lot of problems putting the door in the frame .

I've given up expecting Lowe's to perform to the levels of the Leonard Herring or Bob Tillman eras of managing a retail store. Every experience I've had with Lowe's in the last 12 months has been anything but desirable. Purchases include everything from lawnmowers (which I NEVER received the correct owner's manual) to simple order on line and pick-up in store.

5 lbs Miracle Gro Water Soluble plant food, three (3) pkgs Miracle Gro Tree & Shrub Fertilizer Spikes, and two (2) Stone Design Splash Blocks. I have already complained here, but it has since gotten worse. My husband and I ordered a sliding glass door from Lowes in Holland, MI, store 0330, in October of 2019. We were planning on having Lowes install the door and we paid for the door and the installation back in October.

We were planning on having it installed by Thanksgiving, then by Christmas, but the door had still not been delivered from Pella. This was all bad enough, but it was Pella's fault, not really Lowes. Update: the door has finally been delivered to Lowes from Pella on 1/21/20.

I placed on online order that needed to be swapped out as it was damaged. Lowe’s scheduled the delivery For today (1/25/19) and called me last night to give me my timeframe of 9:30am-1:30pm. Lowe’s removed the delivery from XPO this morning at 5:00am.

LOWES failed to inform me so I traveled 2 hours for a delivery that is not going to happen. In the last 2 hours we have not gotten a satisfactory explanation from Lowe’s. ) Lowe’s called right after that and said that we would not be getting this delivery today.

I purchased four (4) appliances from Lowe's on 22 November 2019. The purchases were for a refrigerator, range, microwave, and a dishwasher. Initially I was told it would be in at the beginning of December. When I call back to find out the status, I was told the appliances wouldn't be in until 27 December.

Then, I was called an informed the refrigerator and microwave would be in until March. I wouldn't have made the purchase if I knew I had know this was the case. Lowe's representatives gave me the number to customer service which did absolutely nothing for my situation.

On 1-16-2020 shopping for parts to Kohler toilet. I tried several times to talk with Brandon who kept walking the store on his phone so finally found Guy. He quickly said I needed this and this. When I tried to ask more questions he appeared to be annoyed and in a huge hurry.

I continued to struggled to select what I needed for I live about an hour away. I don't require attention for most issues however when I don't know I ask someone for help. As I was checking out another lady complained she had experienced the same thing.

I am disappointed on the way Lowe's handles and advertises there Military Discount program. I purchased a 5 burner gas cook top at the store after reviewing the different cook top models and prices. At checkout I was informed that I would not be able to use my Military Discount because this item was on sale, this item on line never said anything about a sale price. If Lowe's is going to offer a Military Discount it should on all items, sales included.

We have been remolding our master bath room, my wife ordered a toilet in the Bastrop store on the 6th and was told it would be here delivered to our home on the 9th it did not come. I have called the store to find out when we can expect it.

I ordered appliances from Lowes in Huntersville NC. The refrigerator didn't fit so they let me keep until the new one came. They replaced it and took the one that was too big back but never credited me for it.

called store, warehouse, synchrony, delivery after no help they wouldn't answer calls and just put me on hold. They made mistake not charging me for the new fridge and they tried to say I was trying to not pay for the new.

My daughter is eligible for a military discount on her purchases but our local Lowe's in Lexington, SC refuses to honor this commitment. Yet they unabashedly advertise their support of service members!!

My wife and myself was in your Lowes store on the west side of Springfield Illinois last night (1/4/20). Not being familiar with the store and first time out with my wife after her knee replacement. My wife was looking for a particular item.

Rather than looking over the entire store I heard some employees talking so I went over to ask where about what we were looking for. I stood there for 2-1/2 minutes before just walking away pissed that I was not even recognized the 2 employees continued with there conversation.

As I was walking away I was asked if I needed some help. Well my thought was a little late for help. Told my wife I was leaving this fucking store. I have run a hardware store for over 30 years and never saw this poor level of customer service.

Terrible customer service. Nobody out on the floor seems to want to help you. I know more about their jobs then they do. Ask a question you get I don’t know. Tell you mis-information also. Ask about something I needed guy said we only have 7 in stock and walked off.

I counted what was on the aisle there was 24. Wow! And the paint center rarely ever mixes paint right. Always wrong color. What’s up with that? Bought some to paint porch and couldn’t paint because kept raining and when did paint wrong color.

Took back said couldn’t take back or fix because past 90 days. This store sucks.

I can go just down the street also same town to Home Depot and the have paper bags.is that really good Customer service. Item was to be delivered on 12-23-19. It arrived on 12-22-19. It was not set for installation. The item was/is damaged. I called Lowe’s repeatedly (over 3 hours). Manager promised item would be picked up on 12-23-19 between 1-5 pm.

I would not even rate Lowes a one star. Their service has been pathetic! Just before Thanksgiving I ordered a refrigerator, washer and dryer from your store in Ft Collins, Co. It was to be delivered to my new home on Dec 13th.

I had to call them on the 12th to check on my delivery. They had not called to tell me that they were short of help and having trouble with teir vendor so I would not receive my appliances until the next Saturday, Dec 21st.

Purchased a gas range online. Went into the store to have them assist with the installation order. Associate did a change to my order but expressed concern to their manager that it appeared as if the change was going to create a second charge for the gas range.

The manager said it would not and had the associate proceed with the update to my order. 42 on my account. Yes I know the difference between pending and posted! Bottom line, you have your money and are now holding the second charge hostage on my account (I have no access to those funds, my funds).

About one month ago, we purchased window blinds for our new home. When we placed our order in that department the sales lady had some difficulty printing out the order/receipt and took us to the checkout person. They also had problems and we were then taken to the customer service area, they too had problems.

Now more than an hour & half has passed and I'm beginning to loose my patience and requested to see the store manager. When Allie (manager) arrived she promptly went to the service attendant and after another 10 minutes she finally got a sales receipt printed and left the area.

I placed an order on line with the Lowe's store on East Stone Drive in Kingsport Tn. for 1000 ceramic tiles (was on clearance at a reduced price) and 2 containers of adhesive cleaner. Bought a new $800+ washer,had delivery and was told they could not hookup due to liability if I did not purchase brand new hoses. I had brand new ss braided hoses purchased from another store 3 months prior. Fine I'll install myself,but then my g.f was told by delivery guys that they were unable to move old washer to garage,again a liability issue,and I should have been charged accordingly if they needed to move it. Recently we purchased a Hot water Heater, Refrigerator, Gas Stove, Microwave & Freezer From your store at 415 George Clauss Boulevard, Severn, MD 21144 between 11/04/19 & 11/14/19. 1st Issue was with the Hot Water Heater, it had to be ordered, which was fine, they told us it would be delivered on the 21st of November.

The installers had told us we needed to knock out a wall in order for them to get the old one out and the new one. We then got a phone call that it was going to take another 3 weeks to get the Hot Water Heater.

I went back to the store and cancelled the order-requested my money back, no questions were asked. The Cashier had a difficult time refunding my money back, had to purchase a gift card to get some of the money back into my account.

I was there for quite a long time.…

My recent experience with Lowes.

I did some shopping at Lowes yesterday. I frequently buy from Lowes, but after my experience there yesterday, that will change. I went there to shop, I found what I needed, I checked the price, and made my way to the checkout. It wasn’t busy, a number of cashiers were open, but none were apparently available to me. Two or three cashiers were standing there in casual conversation with each other. Two others were close by at their stations, but no one was eager to acknowledge me. If fact, it seemed that I was either being ignored or avoided. That’s okay, I understand. Lowes installed a white vynil fence for me and the workmanship of the installers was bad. I have 6 post that have either lower or raised and they will not work with me to get this problem resolved. Have contacted the installers, the CPO office, store manager, the person that schedules the installers and have even went to the Chamber of Commerce her in town and this lady has contacted them and have not really worked with her.

I started complaining back in the middle of April and still nothing. We would like a new patio door put in and bifold closet doors but if this is the way they treat customer I will go somewhere else for these.

Why do I need to go back over and over my E-Mail and your system always rejects me,even when I click on FaceBook as my social media connection ,why do you not make this whole process face to face,I spent the whole day at Homestead water front store with manager 3 Months ago and still have no job,after 3.5 years why can you not make face to face instead on on computer?

Purchased a Frigidaire Diswasher from Lowwes Warrington end of August. Installed in Sept. Machine worked for about a week and then died. Contacted Lowes local repair service for Warrington PA (All Appliance Service). They came out and said we needed some electric components replaced.

It took until Nov 20th to get the parts due to a back order, When the repair man came out with the new parts, he then determined he needed another part to repair the machine. Now I'm told this part is now on back order.

This is a comedy of errors. I'v had a worthless machine for almost 3 months of frustration. Can anyone help me resolve this problem, or should I go back to Lowes and demand they replace the machine. Fred Grossman 221 Sassafras Ct Warrington PA 18976 215-343-1790
