I purchased a connecting flight from London to Antalya, Turkey, through the Lufthansa Airlines website, with one stop in Frankfurt. I'm extremely disappointed by the inconsistency between what was advertised on Lufthansa Airlines website and the reality of the situation.

The website clearly stated that I could bring two cabin bags on the plane, but I was being told otherwise on my way back flight, as SunExpress the connection airlines charged me 70€ for my second cabin bag. The primary reason for choosing a connection flight was to save money on my travel expenses.

On the 11th July I booked a flight to Lufthansa through there official website, there was an issue with the payment I received an error message payment did not go through. I called my bank and they confirmed my payment had gone through.

I called Lufthansa’s official customer help line where I spoke to 3 different people on 3 occasions. All calls say they are recorded for proof. 00pm she told me my flights had been released and Lufthansa was refunding my money that there would be a person in contact with me the following day to assist me and book my flights for me in order not to have further issues.

I booked a flight on Lufthansa for December more than six months in advance of my flights. One week before the flight I checked the Lufthansa website which stated that my flights had been cancelled. I rebooked for an extra $750.

Their phone customer service agreed that I should not have been charged for the cancellation but I could only apply for refund on line. I did so and was told that I had cancelled the flights which was of course ridiculous.

After going back and forth for two months, they never refunded the extra charges.

The inhuman service l received from the air hostess during my last trips from Frankfurt to Dallas with booking code RHQ45Z and flight number LH438. I am diabetic and the Lufthansa is no longer served diabetics meals anymore so there was no way to ask for one.

However, it took a while before meal was served and it was just one serious one for 11hours flight, no problems. I however needed a snack which I asked for, but to my surprise I was told that I‘ll have to pay for the snack.

For about 8hours after nothing was brought to me as per you can have this , but please next time you’ll have to pay for it. I therefore ask the air hostess if she’s really a human being because I am diabetic and l ask for a snack I was not supplied with one, but instead both of them were very nasty and rude.

We went to NZ, bought tickets frrom Lufthansa. The last leg of the trip down was operated by AirNz. We did think Lufthansa had lost a lot in three years since we did the same trip then. AirNZ was a lot better in all respects. But the complaint is on the way home. We flew Honkong- Frankfurt 25-26/1. It was the worst flight ever and we have been doing this trip regurlary since the 80s.

Fitst of all it was an old small plane with very small seats with bad padding which is not ideal on a 15hour trip. My first plane left late from Cologne on 12/12/2022. Had one person try to drive 2 wheelchairs at once which caused me to be late to my 2 nd flight in Munich . Then I was left at the service center to find a new flight.

Tried to find someone who could help to get me to my new flight but received no help however awful rudeness. Needed to find a new flight which was now going to Chicago instead of TX. I felt so lost being left in the middle of Munich airport in a wheelchair and not getting assistance.

Not one person we asked for help was willing to help. I was not even able to push myself to get through the barriers with the wheelchair, to make it to my flight.

Lufthansa has been making me go in circles for a year now. 38. Lufthansa admits they owe me the refund but the customer service representative told me that my agent needs to contact their travel agency help desk for the refund.

The Lufthansa travel agency help desk told my agent that I need to call the customer service number to get the refund. The customer service agent then told me I have to contact the Lufthansa travel agency to get the refund.

I purchased an air ticket from Gdańsk, Poland to Frankfurt by Lufthansa and then from Frankfurt to Calgary, Canada by Air Canada to fly on Nov. 29, 2022 (ticket enclosed). Although my ticket included one check-in luggage fee, during checking-in my only suitcase, a Lufthansa employee stated that my check-in baggage was not paid for.

Canceled my flight several times and always push the responsibility away to other airlines when there is an issue, forced customer to pick unacceptable duration of flight and poor customer service rep hanged up the phone when he didn’t know how to handle situation instead of putting supervisor on the phone. Customer relation is junk they only have feedback email no phone number, they offered compensation due to the serious issues caused by their airline deceived people stated they transferred the compensation but it never happened what takes a transfer more than two months?

We were humiliated and threatened by an a racist old male steward on flight from Nairobi to Frankfurt because we complained that couple in front illegally pushed seats back during take off (which bothered our 2 year old who was anxious and trying to watch a cartoon as she was scared to fly).

I was on flight # LH 0434 from Munich to Chicago on October 17th, 2022. In over 20 years of flights to Europe on Lufthansa, I have never experienced such poor service. It all started with a security check at Munich Airport I was the last person to board the plane due to an especially rude screening person. During the ridiculously screening my laptop was severely damaged.

Upon finally being placed in my seat I discovered that the personal entertainment screen was completely broken ( see attached picture) On such a long flight I cannot believe that the airline would sell this seat knowing that it was broken and charge a full price for it. The most horrible airline to travel with!!! One agent at the gate was very rude when I asked her to rectify a mistake the had made when i upgraded to premium seating, I paid $900 dollars for three upgrades, requested window, isle and isle.

When boarding the aircraft the seating was in the middle isle!!! Went back to the agent at the gate and started explaining the problem she abruptly interrupted me and order me to go back to the aircraft or she can seat us in road 39 or 40 and not window.

The tone of her voice and hand movements was insulting, she raised her voice in front of all the other passages to hear what she had to say. I of course answered her back but in a more politely way.

On our travel from New Zealand to The Netherlands we lost part of our luggage and only received part of it in time before we moved on to France. We submitted a claim, but after that the communication with Lufthansa stopped, they never replied to our several emails, which is the only form of contact.

Our claim was submitted end of July and we are now 6 weeks later. Very poor service from a big European airline.

Had flights from Dublin to Pula on the 10th August in the name of Margaret Hogan and Luke Hogan. Our flight was delayed for our connecting flight at Munich Airport. We were taken by bus to the transfer lounge and as that flight to Pula was slightly delayed we made the flight.

I was a passenger on your airline flying roundtrip from Los Angeles to Frankfurt. The flight and the crew were excellent; however the seat arrangements were atrocious. It is inhumane the way people are crammed in like cattle. The passenger next to me had her legs crossed when the person in front of her leaned the seat back it literally hit her in the knee. I was told that I should leave my address and phone number for my luggage to be delivered. I waited and kept calling but no response from the number I was given until I have to go to the airport on Sunday 14th. This delayed my trip to Abuja and purpose of travelling was defeated as I could not meet my appointment. I am asking for a refund of my fare and a compensation for all the trouble the airline caused me.

I need urgent response or you hear from my lawyer.

My case:

I was supposed to leave from Berlin to Bucharest on Saturday 13.08 with Lufthansa L27GDS. Two days before I received an email from Lufthansa that it is possible to do the check in(see attachment). I also received a message from Booking.com(through them I bought the tickets) that I can do the check in. When I wanted to do the check in on Friday, so one day before the flight I did not manage.(see message from check in Lufthansa) I thought there was an error in the system. On Saturday 13.08 when I arrived at the airport I was told that my place on the plane was cancelled because I did not fly from Bucharest to Berlin on 31.07 . Requested wheelchair assistance for flight. JFK perfect but no wheelchair upon landing in Frankfort. I hobbled in agony to immigration and baggage claim. My injury is now worse. In tears as was left to wait but no one showed up to help.

ON AUGUST 8, I HAD A SCHEDULED FLIGHT WITH LUFTANSA FROM TEL AVIV TO DULLES, WASHINGTON WITH A SHORT STOP- OVER IN FRANKFURT. UPON ARRIVAL IN FRANKFURT, AFTER CHANGING TO THE NEXT GATE FOR THE US FLIGHT, THE AGENT TOLD ME THAT THE AGENT THAT CHECKED ME IN IN ISRAEL DID NOT CHECK ME ALL THE WAY THRU TO THE US AND

I COULD NOT BOARD THE PLANE, STATING THERE WAS NO ROOM. THEY TOLD ME THAT I WOULD HAVE TO WAIT FOR THE NEXT AVAILABLE FLIGHT TO THE US WHICH WAS THE NEXT DAY. THEY ARRANGED FOR ME TO STAY IN A HOTEL.

I AM VERY VERY UPSET ABOUT THIS SITUATION. I AM ON A KOSHER DIET AND THERE WAS NO KOSHER FOOD PROVIDED FOR ME IN THE HOTEL OR ON THE FLIGHT TO THE US. I AM REQUESTING TO BE REIMBURSED FOR THIS FLIGHT.
