With great disappointment I am writing this letter out of shear frustration I had to face due to the substandard services received from the ground staff of Lufthansa at Frankfurt airport. It was mine and my boyfriends first holiday together; we were flying from Birmingham to Munich and then Munich to Rome. Our first flight was delayed by an hour which meant we missed our connecting flight, so Lufthansa rebooked us to go from Munich to Stuttgart and Stuttgart to Rome.
However when we landed in Stuttgart, I kept receiving error messages when trying to download our boarding passes for the Stuttgart flight. We spoke to somebody on the check in desk and she said there was no record of us being on that flight.

Worst airline in history. Deliberately scamming their customers. 5 years has Lufthansa rebooked or cancelled my flights on very short notice without once providing any compensation. Every claim ends up in a long row of reminders to Lufthansa without any proper responses.
Only standard replies not even close to answer the complaint/refund/compensation request. My last issue was when they cancelled the flight 1 hour before boarding and customer service at the airport was blocked by chains, aggressive airport staff and heavily armed police officers.

In the las two hours, approximately, of my flight from Frankfurt to Denver, Lufthansa 446, my dear neighbor noticed that my light lap was on and asked whether I could turn it off I had NOT turn it on myself indeed. After many attempts from the crew, who very gently trued to fix the problem, they were not able to this bothersome issue.
Finally the light went of. I was outraged that my sitting neighbor got an apology little gift. I only got an apology.. The lighting issue was very uncomfortable fir me as well, as I does not allow me to sleep or relax.

The worst airline experience ever. I travel to Berlin (via Munich) may 22. On reaching Berlin my suitcase was delayed in Munich. Make report to baggage service. Told my suitcase would be on the next flight and it will be delivered to me.

On 4th of June 2022 at about 11:00 am I turned for help, to the Lufthansa information booth at Berlin BER Terminal 1, second floor (next to the booth that represents El-Al).
I tried to get urgent information and help to book a flight with Lufthansa because my flight has been cancelled.
I talked to a clerk on your booth, who was very unprofessional and very unfriendly. He gave me only partial answers, he did not explain what I didn’t understand and he refused to speak to my sister who was trying to help me and tried to ask him questions -over the phone.
For someone that is in desperate need of help - his kind of behavior is a very very unpleasant experience.

I been to the gate to board my flight in Frankfurt and the lady at the gate was extremely rude. Her name was L. Wall. I had a staff ticket so I left the full paying pax to enter first so I wouldn’t interrupt them and been at last in the queue waiting until the end to talk to someone and understand if I could or not board.
She wouldn’t talk to me since I wasn’t a full fare paying pax. At the end I really had to ask since the flight would leave, when I asked she accused me of not allowing her to tal to the paying pax and that she would remove my staff ticket rights.
After she accused me of doing videos (that I didn’t do) and that she would call the police, I asked to not accuse me of something I haven’t done. She could easily just tell me that the flight was full and that I must go on…
We had ordered for a wheelchair assistance for my mother. Neither she got wheelchair assistance while boarding the flight, nor during transit in frankfurt. My mother is of age 65 + with toe missing on her right foot. Once she arrived at frankfurt, she was waiting at the gate for more than 2 hours for the wheelchair and no one gave her a proper direction. It is totally unacceptable.

But at the counter at the airport, she was charged almost double. The receipt is attached in the email. She being a senior and the phone confirmation was not honored, it's a very disappointing situation.

A clear case of bad business and predatory practice with no care about customers. I made an emergency flight reservation on December of 2021 from the US to visit my sick mother overseas #QFZ6DY. horrible company. they will not refund or credit business class upgrade seat that were purchased on their website when covid infection canceled our flight. they probably also re-sold our seats and made more money and double since they kept our money.

Worst customer support!! I flew with Lufthansa on the 30th of April, 2021 from Montréal to Stockholm. My luggage was damaged during the flight and I contacted Lufthansa to get a refund for the damages that they caused. 51 for a one year old, large Samsonite.
I never got the payment, and when I tried contacting them they never replied. I tried contacting other numbers or email addresses but everyone kept saying they could not do anything about it. In Business Class, I was ordered by the Head Flight Attendant to put my mask on between sips of my wine.
I was having a glass of wine while watching a movie, the head Flight Attendant ( 300 pound Male ) ordered me to put on my mask. I showed him my glass of wine and said I'm drinking my wine. The Flight Attendant told me he " had been watching me and I wasn't drinking frequently enough and I had to put my mask on between sips of wine".

Lufthansa has refused to pay me my refund I have tried everything to no avail I did not agree to part refund I wanted to rebook as stated in their terms and condition, instead they took over £1000 from me and refused to refund and they also did not investigate the issue.
My flight was from Berlin , Germany to Miami, Florida with a connection through Frankfurt. Although there were no delays, my baggage did not make it on my connecting flight in Frankfurt. I was notified by an email message upon my flight’s arrival in Miami. When I checked with the Lufthansa agent upon arrival, she was rude and basically told me it would arrive on the same flight the next day. If I wanted the bag delivered to my location in Florida it would not be delivered until the day after it arrived. If I wanted it upon arrival, the next day, I would have to come to the airport to pick it up.
I needed my bag latest the next day as I was attending an event that I not only needed my dress apparel to attend, but the gift I bought for the event as well. I had no choice but to have a family…
Worst experience ever. Never gona fly in Lufthansa ever again.
Lying customer service, doesn't speak English good enough to communicate. Some even hang up as soon as you get transferred from the queue.
