On 3rd of October when I tried to check-in online my booking was rejected so I called Russian Lufthansa office. I was told that on 1st of September I requested online to refund my return ticket which I never did.
On 23rd of August I called Lufthanza in Russia to change my ticket from 26th of August to the later date of 22nd of September. The fees that I was requested to pay were too high so I agreed to change to a later date than I needed, 4th of October, for 3305 Rubbles.
I also tried to complaint to Lufthanza representative about the previous flight (change of flight time, delayed flight, missed flight as a result of it) as it was recommended on the website but she rudely cut me off and told to request refund for the previous flight online.
