The connection of my flights did not work out and Lufthansa did a very bad job at booking. I flew from Munich to Chicago and then had to go through customs which absolutely did not work. I missed my flight for San Diego and there was no other flight that night. The day after I had to catch a flight to SD but then missed my flight to Hawaii because of this bad timing. I am 7 months pregnant and missed my own baby shower because of this bad planning, very sad. I request the reimbursement of my flight and compensation. I am not interested in having any kind of credits with this company and happy to provide with my bank account details.

This is so unfortunate... and hope next time you will make a customer happy!

I have been travelling for the first time on an international flight to Canada on a student visa. Frankfurt airport was one of the two stops I had on my journey. The person who was validating all the documents to issue a stamp on my passport for my further travel was very rude and behaved indecently.

I understand there was a document he was requesting and I do not have the hard copy of the requested document but had a digital copy in hand. Similarly as my first stop was at Mumbai airport, they have asked me to show the hard copy and as I did not have it in hand, showed them on my mobile and they have accepted it.

I didn't get my luggage and it came the next day at 11pm. I called them all day and they said it will be here earlier and then around 9pm when the luggage didn't show up I called the carrier and they said that they just got the luggage and I will have it by 2 in the morning. That's really not fair.

I needed my clothes and medication.

My flight from frankfurt to lagos was delayed for over 2 hours unnecessarily. Pilot stated that it was delayed because the foods are not ready. This is unacceptable as it wasn't a natural disaster. Food is expected to be ready in line with the flight time.

I was supposed to be to caught up with luxurious bus going to kwara state at 7pm in order to attend my son's engagement ceremony on Saturday 03/08/19. Now l have to stay in an hotel in Lagos for tonight and likely to miss my son's engagement ceremony.

I was traveling from Ben Gurion TLV to final destination in Billund, Denmark with one layover in Frankfort Germany. Travel date 11/7/2019 PNR K63J2Y. Plane was delayed leaving TLV, which as a result caused me to missed my connecting flight from Frankfurt to Billund.

I am of 72 years old and dont speak any english, or german. I was forced to stay at the hotel overnight until the next day for the next flight to Billund.

Also as a result of this delay, I lost several perishable items I brought with me. I respectfully ask to be fairly compensated for the delay, stress, worry and lost irreplaceable items. Attached I am including copy of my Lufthansa Booking Code

I booled a flight from Izmir to iveland and it was 3 flights , the second flight was cancelked so they rebooked me 3 times until i finally got flights that would not be delayed after talkimg to around 30 people and calls i was assured my luggage was on the plane in all check in desks and servuce desks i was at between airports after the luggage got lost and i filed a report to find it i called to get help from baggage at lufthansa in germany amd they refused to help because one flight they redirected me to was not lufthansa .

I was flying out on June 26th/2019 at 6:20pm from Toronto Pearson to Frankfurt . I came to check in and my bag was about 2 Kgs overweight and the check in person charged me $100 extra for the bag .

On top of it this individual also did not give me my second ticket for my connecting flight which means I had to run back to his desk to get it which made me delayed to get to my gate and put me under a lot of stress and pressure.

I find it extremely ridiculous that I had to pay extra $100 just for 2kg over the weight or else I would not be able to get on my flight . Worst Customer Service Experience - I have booked a return trip from US to India, One of my domestic flight in India (included in the ticket) was cancelled. I have called several times and they didn't give me any alternate for that. After trip I asked for a claim for part of that journey, I followed up several time but no response. After long time I received 21.83 Dollar out of my approximate 1000 dollar ticket, are they kidding ?

Worst Service - Not reliable/ No way to discuss this issue over phone/ they don't respond about your submitted feedback. I will never use Lufthansa service ever.

On flight 401 JFK to Frankfurt 10th June seat 94H. It was appreciated delay of journey was in no way the fault of Lufthansa but I wanted to mention I had big problems with my in flight entertainment system. I raised this with staff who said they would reset this but I spent over 2 hours struggling with it which was extremely frustrating as we sat on the Tarmac.

My call light was on and no one responded most of the time and they went into their service of drinks etc. I do appreciate the busyness on the flight but surely the point of the button is that attention might be given as soon as possible.

Poor sadly compared to other airlines. This would not be tolerated in my work in an insurance company. Wanted to bring this to the company attention.

I was on two separate Lufthansa flights that were delayed 9 hours and 5 hours respectively. In adherence to European Union regulations, Lufthansa offered to provide compensation for these two flights via wire transfer.

However after providing the necessary information for the transfer, which my bank verified was correct, the transfer did not go to my account. I contacted Lufthansa alerting them that the transfer had not gone through at which point they told me I needed to contact my bank.

My bank has no record of the transfer, however, and said that Lufthansa needs to put a trace on it. It has now been two and a half weeks since I have contacted Lufthansa to do this. I have sent 4 emails and have not received a response.

Unfortunately, Lufthansa's customer service department does not…

I caught a Lufthansa flight on 12-04-2019 from BHX to Frankfurt flying onto India Ref ( TU0056554 ). I had booked an internal flight with Air India flying to Amritsar at 05:00 in the morning. 5hrs late. I therefore missed my internal flight.

I then had to make other arrangements to travel to Punjab. I paid £189 for an internal flight and then another 3500 rupees travelling by bus. I had booked my flight with enough time to catch my internal flight, I feel very cheated by Lufthansa and I am not happy about the situation I found myself in.

I also had issues with my flight back on 24-04-2019 from Delhi to Frankfurt my honest experience flying with Lufthansa is not something I would consider pleasant

Dear Lufthansa. I try to reach a solution calling and mailing you, but no answer yet. When I bought my ticket my long name doesn‘t fit in your forms, so the system asked me to put a name. Then after 6 months my tickets shows the first letter of my name, and the obly answer I have is that I have PAY FOR MORE EXPENSIVE FAIR, because its not like my passport.

Luggage arrived 36 hours later than the flight’s arrival, damaged and ripped into pieces.

Was a 9 hour flight with A MALFUNCTIONING ENTERTAINMENT SYSTEM, and no meals- this, despite having ordered these in advance, online. We have paid additional wifi fee as was advised by a most helpful steward in place of the malfunctioning entertainment, however the wifi didn’t connect. We have pre-booked a few seats together since we were traveling a few people as a family and at at the check in counter we specified and asked to get a confirmation that our seats will indeed remain the way they have been booked by us online, in advance. However once we came on board it all went haywire because on our boarding passes our seats were not the same. Just like that. As though we had never rebooked them…

10 fly to Amman indirect. There was a flight delay one hour in Heathrow when I reached Frankfort the flight to Amman left because one hour between the flight. Than I asked to find flight to Amman they say only we have to Cairo and than to Amman which I accepted due to urgent business (three Days staying in Amman) meeting in Monday, I stayed four hours at the airport (Cairo) until 2nd flight to Amman, also I lost one day booking in the hotel (Crown Plaza).

When redirect my flight , I lost my bag for two days and they left it in Frankfort My conclusion regarding all the trouble and tiredness caused by your Air line LH made me ill, I am very disappointed about your airline which is the best airline in the world. I would like to have compensation.

I been flying with Lufthansa for the last 35 Years. I NEVER had to listen to 10 hours just screaming 2 Kids. Could not sleep at all. On the way to change plane in Frankfurt to Dusseldorf we all where stuck in a HOT Bus for 25 Min.

On January 10. 2019, I made a flight reservation on the Lufthansa website for a R/T Shreveport/Warsaw, premium economy class, Depart June 4, Return Jul 2, 2019. Booking reference: NAPCLD, Ticket No. 220-1409434432.

About an hour later on the same date, Jan 10, 2019, I decided to go on basically the same itinerary, Shreveport/Warsaw Return, Business class and I booked the flight through the tour operator, Overseas Adventure Travel, under Lufthansa Booking Reference: NBB8KP. This is still an active, confirmed reservation.

I then canceled the Booking reference NAPCLD on Jan 10, 2019, well within the 24 hour time allowed by Lufthansa to cancel.

I was travelling from Frankfurt to Chennai on 16-03-2019 by LH0758 (Seat 014F) .

During my travel i had specifically selected my meal option as Asian Vegetarian. During the course of flight one of the crew members offered me a meal informing me that it was vegetarian. I had doubt right from my first bite. But I quite didn't know yet, while half my meal was done I still was under confusion as to the ingredient of the food. Then to my shock when I looked into the contents of the food labelled on the meal my doubt became certain and the crew did serve Chicken instead of vegetarian.

I called the crew alarmed them about what I saw and the crew member who severed me confirmed with me it was a mistake from their end.

Flying from Stockholm Arlanda to Munich on Jan 5 (Flight 2415), there was a flight delay of several hours, but nobody was given any information and there was nobody available to ask for information. Only when we were due to board, several hours later, did someone appear.

This was very stressful as we had a connection in Munich (which we missed) and had to spend the night in Munich.

Moreover, we were not offered food or drink vouchers to compensate for the long delay. Normally, I am very pleased with Lufthansa - but this time you failed miserably.

We flew from Panama City (PTY) to Istanbul Ataturk Airport via Frankfurt in Germany. Our flight was on the 16/12/2018 No LH 0485 from Panamacity to Frankfurt. We booked seats 11H and 11K for extra legs room. Both seats were not extra leg rooms and our light became a painful one.

Passengers in the front row 10H and 10k did not care if we had difficulties with our legs they balanced back their seats which did hurt my wife knees and refused to straight back their seat when food was served. The gentleman seating in 10H told the lufthansa staff on board that if he had to do so he should be moved to the business class.

I wanted to complain about a bait and switch played on me on Wednesday 05 December 2018 for Lufthansa Flight 0444 Frankfurt to Atlanta.

I tried to call the number listed as the "Help" number. 1.866.846.4283. Of course there was no connection. And of course no one answered. That certainly cuts out the complaints, doesn't it?

When I check in for my return flight, I will complain in person in Atlanta. It is difficult to ignore someone standing in front of you.

I had very important meetings with the British Ambassador in Kiev. I had allowed plenty of time to arrive, prepare myself and then attend the meeting the following day. My flight was delayed causing me to need to run across Frankfurt airport to catch a connection.

No complaint so far, these things happen. My hold luggage failed to make the connection, well that's annoying but understandable. My complaint is that it took over 34 hours for my luggage to catch up with me. By this time I had been obliged to buy clothing and other personal items.

i rushed to gate 50 , when i arrived they told me the flight took off , that was the worst moment ,it was not my fault i went to the gate that was on my bording pass ,i asked her what should i do now can i get the next flight she said that i have to pay a new ticket, and contact luftansa for refund later .

Lufthansa like many other Airlines really don't care about the Passengers. There are two (2) issues with my flight from Frankfurt to Detroit. The first complaint is the most important one. I booked a group of 13 People from Detroit to Frankfurt to Napoli, Italy on October 12, 2018.

The return flight was scheduled for October 21, 2018 from Napoli # 337 to Frankfurt. We arrived in Frankfurt at 9:15 am (which was the same time for Boarding to Detroit # 442. The transfer from the Plane to the Terminal took another 10 minutes and then all hell broke loose to process the Boarding to Z52.

You may have no control on how many Passport Officers are on duty, but let me tell you, in all my travels in the last 45 years, I have NEVER seen anything like it. It looked like a RIOT in that area with only…

Hello. I flew with Lufthansa on October 11, 2018. My first flight number is LH1309 and not only did we board 30 minutes late, the service was incredibly poor. I was asleep when they handed out food and when I woke up, I asked for a glass of water.

The flight attendant said she would be right back with my request. 20 minutes had passed and I still did not get my water. " Not only was I sitting in seat 024F (which is a window seat), the two passengers next to me were sleeping and it was time for me to take my augmentin, allergy medication, and asthma medication.

My wife and I decided to use Lufthansa as a change from KLM which we normally use. Our journey was from London City Airport to Warsaw Chopin Airport in Poland on the 29/04/2018. Everything preceded fine until we had to board the plane, the boarding commenced and people started moving through ready to go downstairs and board the plane, I could see the plane from where I was standing and

K on the 5th of May (booking code KSBROD) at the instance of immigration, who insisted I couldn't stay in the shenghen area up to the 8th of May my initial intended departure date. As the service desk in the Frankfurt airport was very busy and I had to catch a connecting flight to Rome, I called your call centre to effect the changes, since they had earlier changed the same booking for the outbound leg from the 4th to the 5th at my instance.

Yesterday, whiile in Munich Germany as I was about to take the Lufthansa bus to the Airport the bus driver was out side the bus for whatever reason. As I approached the entrance, he said I was six minutes late and would have to wait for the next bus.

He was pretty irate and animated in his objection. I backed off and surrendered the moment. Then a white man and woman came up. He took her bags and put them under the bus and allow them on. Then he turn to me and said I could get on but I would have to keep my stuff with me.

I stood for 30 minutes to the terminal. The passengers would not move their backpacks or other belongings from the free seat next to them. By the way, I am African American.

I issued 4 tickets to Orlando on November 1 2016 my debit card was on hold with the 2 transactions on November 6 I discovered an overdrawn amount from my account. Some type of support is highly appreciated as no feedback from Lufthansa in Egypt till now.

We flied from Hannover to cairo via Munich on 10.7.16. There was one day delay on this flight. Lufthansa customer service staff in Munich airport treated us in a very very rude and tough way. We lost one day work give us a 10 euros voucher for dinner which is a silly joke. We stayed at a hotel 17 klm away from Munich in a village called erding. I am above 65 my husband 75 refused to give us a sleeping kits. We asked to go back by alternative airline but refused.

The plane models from / to Cairo are not comfortable, LH offers you in business class nothing than economy same seats but three seats for every two passengers ( a silly joke). Last year on Nov. Due to Lufthansa strike you inconvenienced my whole flight and traveling experience. I payed more so I could have a "reliable flight". Unfortunately this wasn't the case. Instead of traveling the 12 hours I traveled 18 hours. Not only was the luggage 4 days late but one of them was damaged.

Instead of enjoying my vacation I was calling the airport a number of times regarding the luggage, everyone I spoke to on the phone was unaware of where it was. After a stressful experience with your airline I am writing this so that I could receive compensation for a unsuccessful vacation and horrific traveling experience.

We used Lufthansa in the past several times in this trip and other trips. This trip we booked it few months ago to go in Easter Holiday me ,my wife and my children, but the experience we had yesterday was very unpleasant ,stressing and had physiological and mental effect for myself and my family. Here is my experience I am saying it now. We left our house in south Devon UK 12 clock mid night on 26th of March 2016 aiming Heathrow airport ,it took us 4 hours drive . we left our car in Heathrow car park meet and greet, our flight was at 6.30 in the morning of 26th.

When we arrived to Frankfort airport. By the time we left the plain a bus was waiting when the driver was outside the bus chatting and taking his time where as the bus was full of passengers , the bus took us to terminal 1 section…

I have booked online with Lufthansa a round ticket (Romania) to Bangkok, in November 2015, with a travel agency Gate 1. The return is 28 April 2016. I was not sure about the exact date of my return, being given the so big time distance between departure and return, but I planned to eventually change the return date by paying an extra charge to the agency and the difference of the cost of the ticket, as I did many times in the past.

A few weeks ago I found out that I need to change the return flight and called Gate1. On the phone with Lufthansa customer service they informed me that the return flight is not changeable. Only then I was informed about this property of the ticket. I believe it is not correct when I buy such an expensive ticket to not be informed of the hidden properties of…

As it is my complaint number. As I had many replies from LUFTHANSA that they will pay me the deserved reimbursement since September 2015 and they did not pay anything till now, despite my complaint is since 1st of April2015 and

despite they requested my bank account information a long time ago and despite they told me on more than one time. My reimbursement was approved. So if you know the pertinent authority that can return the deserved money,please let me know.
