My wife and I decided to use Lufthansa as a change from KLM which we normally use. Our journey was from London City Airport to Warsaw Chopin Airport in Poland on the 29/04/2018. Everything preceded fine until we had to board the plane, the boarding commenced and people started moving through ready to go downstairs and board the plane, I could see the plane from where I was standing and

nobody was actually getting on although half of the people had already gone through but were now just standing on the stairs, the rest of us were still standing waiting to go through but the two officials that were checking our boarding passes, just kept pushing buttons on a monitor or computer monitor, this i assume was giving them problems because the second official started doing the same to another…

K on the 5th of May (booking code KSBROD) at the instance of immigration, who insisted I couldn't stay in the shenghen area up to the 8th of May my initial intended departure date. As the service desk in the Frankfurt airport was very busy and I had to catch a connecting flight to Rome, I called your call centre to effect the changes, since they had earlier changed the same booking for the outbound leg from the 4th to the 5th at my instance.

It took a long time, but the staff came through after almost 30 minutes, took my bank details and sent me a confirmation email with an altered ticket for the 7th of May on Brussels air. m. 7th May met me at the airport to check in, and Brussels airline told me I didn't have a booking on their system.

November 2 /2017 I flew from Athens Greece to Munich and Munich to Washington DC. I request a wheel chair from Munich because of my disability problem with my health bad knees and dizziness , The air port staff put us on a new system like a bus that pick us up from the air plane to drop us near the gate for Washington DC. The Driver din't .

know where to drop us of and he was wandering in the air port and finally someone track him down and show him where to go. We where about 15 people that needed help and one wheel chair showed up he pick up one very old lady and ask me to follow him on foot walking because the delay and the short time we had our plane was leaving in 1/2 hour .

He was running fast and ask me to follow him on foot causing a big pain in my knees I had to walk for long time.…

Yesterday, whiile in Munich Germany as I was about to take the Lufthansa bus to the Airport the bus driver was out side the bus for whatever reason. As I approached the entrance, he said I was six minutes late and would have to wait for the next bus.

He was pretty irate and animated in his objection. I backed off and surrendered the moment. Then a white man and woman came up. He took her bags and put them under the bus and allow them on. Then he turn to me and said I could get on but I would have to keep my stuff with me.

I stood for 30 minutes to the terminal. The passengers would not move their backpacks or other belongings from the free seat next to them. By the way, I am African American.

We flied from Hannover to cairo via Munich on 10.7.16. There was one day delay on this flight. Lufthansa customer service staff in Munich airport treated us in a very very rude and tough way. We lost one day work give us a 10 euros voucher for dinner which is a silly joke. We stayed at a hotel 17 klm away from Munich in a village called erding. I am above 65 my husband 75 refused to give us a sleeping kits. We asked to go back by alternative airline but refused.

The plane models from / to Cairo are not comfortable, LH offers you in business class nothing than economy same seats but three seats for every two passengers ( a silly joke). Last year on Nov. Due to Lufthansa strike you inconvenienced my whole flight and traveling experience. I payed more so I could have a "reliable flight". Unfortunately this wasn't the case. Instead of traveling the 12 hours I traveled 18 hours. Not only was the luggage 4 days late but one of them was damaged.

Instead of enjoying my vacation I was calling the airport a number of times regarding the luggage, everyone I spoke to on the phone was unaware of where it was. After a stressful experience with your airline I am writing this so that I could receive compensation for a unsuccessful vacation and horrific traveling experience.

We used Lufthansa in the past several times in this trip and other trips. This trip we booked it few months ago to go in Easter Holiday me ,my wife and my children, but the experience we had yesterday was very unpleasant ,stressing and had physiological and mental effect for myself and my family. Here is my experience I am saying it now. We left our house in south Devon UK 12 clock mid night on 26th of March 2016 aiming Heathrow airport ,it took us 4 hours drive . we left our car in Heathrow car park meet and greet, our flight was at 6.30 in the morning of 26th.

I have booked online with Lufthansa a round ticket (Romania) to Bangkok, in November 2015, with a travel agency Gate 1. The return is 28 April 2016. I was not sure about the exact date of my return, being given the so big time distance between departure and return, but I planned to eventually change the return date by paying an extra charge to the agency and the difference of the cost of the ticket, as I did many times in the past.

A few weeks ago I found out that I need to change the return flight and called Gate1. On the phone with Lufthansa customer service they informed me that the return flight is not changeable. On the date in question after boarding the plane we the passengers were informed that there is no internet, no tv or movie, no music and not lights worked so that you could not even do any reading. If you needed any assistance that button did not work as well. Flying for almost 7 hours there was nothing to do, sleeping for me is not an option, I don't sleep well on planes. I had books to read and my computer to keep me busy, but since everything on the plane was not working I pretty much did nothing, which made the flight even longer.

I paid $2,600.00 for my two tickets (Michael Mirando and Susan Petrone seats 32 H & J). I would like to be compensated for this inconvenience, I plan on using Lufthansa in December of 2016 to go back to Europe. Hope to hear from you soon concerning this…

I flew from Mumbai to Barcelona on sept. 18/15 and my baggage was damaged so I complained. Complaint file ref #BCNLH46086/18SEPT15/1107GMT. The ground staff could not pay me the claim because they are not authorize, so they ask me to mail the corporate office.

I did mail many letters to Lufthansa corporate offices but have not heard back yet.

Scam, conspiracy and stealing taken place at Lufthansa or how Lufthansa invented the new approach in increasing the company corporate dividends. Back in July I was planning my overseas trip from Canada to Europe. I was surprised when I found out that my 12,000 air miles points I wanted to use towards this trip tickets got disappeared from my account. When I contacted Lufthansa customer service I was told that those points had three years expiration and they expired back in June. I also have been told that as per mutual agreement Lufthansa has notified me by the multiple emails about the points to be expired, prior to expiration date.

I have checked my emails for June and did not find any notifications from Lufthansa not in my personal email box neither in my Lufthansa Miles & More email…

A short summery of my Lufthansa complaint and what happened on our flight From Johannesburg to Barcelona. We booked specific seats because of back problems we needed more space. We paid extra for these seats. We were allocated different seat, no reason given. When we arrived one suitcase were missing, we waited for four days . No money were paid to buy basics .We had to stay two days longer than what we planned before we could continue or trip by car, so our schedule had to be changed.

On the way back our flight in Frankfurt were delayed. They put us on a Swiss Air flight to be in time for our connection - we did appreciate that. I am trying to get in touch with department of claims for Lufthansa. The problem happened on my flight from Tel Aviv to San Paolo. Tuesday 07/21/15 flew from Tel Aviv with Lufthansa lh.687 flight to Frankfurt frankfurt. Connecting flight was from Frankfurt to San Paulo Brazil. When I got to Frankfurt flight number 4358 L.a according to what is written in my order form Franufurter - Portoalegres. I got to the front gate flight LH 7358. The card is not the machine automatically, and then one of the flight attendants said that I should go with a company tam, I took her to the ticket order form and then after all kinds of phones also confirmed me through the gate and fly the same plane, Lh7358.

com on 23rd October 2015 and I would like to book my Luggage on Line, so that I do not have to pay excess charge at the Airport. I am travelling on 25th October 2015 from LHR to MXP return flight, but unable to book my Luggage on Lufthansa website and the process is not user friendly and I am unable to Pay on line.

com and they direct the costumer to the Airline in this case Lufthansa. The cost of booking my Luggage on line outbound and inbound trip is £24 and at the Airport checkin, it's Double. Easy Jet and Ryan Air have a very simple system and not as complicated as Lufthansa and some other Airlines.

The company is forcing the customer to pay more at the Airport. They are really miss leading the Public.

Yesterday, I took the flight -LH 730 from Munich to Hong Kong. I never have had such poor experience in my life when I travel around world. All of people who are working in the flight provide the shit service and attitude with bad face.

Especially, they do not want to hear from clients and are not willing to serve Asia people. It was totally discrimination at all during this business trip. German is not the biggest one in the world. I will never consider to take the Lufthansa airline again even they offer me free of charge.

Upon arriving at Boston Logan International airport on Friday, August 28 2015 our flight LH421 had been delayed due to problems at the Frankfurt airport in Germany. It was a 3 hour delay which altered our Family in Germany to when we should be picked up.

00 dollar meal voucher each thankfully because the meal served to us on our flight was plain overcooked and awful. My wife had to leave her seat to confront a flight attendant to remove our food trays. We were the only 3 seats not to have our trays removed.

The flight attendant never showed up so my wife and a fellow passenger moved our trays to the galley themselves. My tv monitor in the seat back ahead of me never worked right. One of the flight attendants on this flight LH421 was rude and uncooperative.

Checking in at Frankfurt Lufthansa on 8/8/15 and have to pay for added luggage on a different counter upstairs. Left my wallet there and after going through security was paged overhead to get in touch with a Lufthansa Information desk. I did and found out where I paid for extra luggage had my wallet. I was happy but also in panic. left my 3 grand kids in a place and hoped I will find them again. I had to leave the secure area and was told just to follow the exit sign. Not much help from any airport employees.

Lufthansa knew 7/28 1pm flight to Munich was delayed & knew that I would miss my Munich 3:35pm departing flight to Dulles - but did not inform me upon check-in at Pisa of the problem & sent email notification through Expedia after 4pm that Lufthansa had changed me to a flight from Munich to Dulles the following day. Lufthansa then gave a voucher to Best Western hotel & instructed me to wait at Shuttle stop 11, which I did, along with 7 other stranded passengers, for over an hour.

One among us finally was able to establish a Skype connection & called the hotel, which sent its own van to pick us up. While my travel from Warsaw-Fra-Orlando (LH464), my luggage was broken (part of the luggage broken). As there was a huge line, I did not have a Chance to give my Lufthansa complaint immediately after landing (it took 2 hours at the airport to go through all the controls).

Last time Lufthansa lost my luggage (while my US travel), this time my luggage is broaden (though inside all ok). As after my business trip, I continue my private journey to Bahama, I wonder how to proceed and hope that I could still travel with the broken luggage.

I hope someone will read this and think twice before booking flight with Lufthansa, because I will not use their service ever again. They just lost me as their costumer that being using their services for almost 10 years. Before booking my flight from Los Angeles to Krakow, I called them and asked how to add a small pet to my ticket.

The guy on the phone told me to buy my tickets and call them 24h before my flight to let them know that I am traveling with a pet. So I got my tickets, and 25 days before my flight I called them and asked to add a small dog to my tickets.

Tried to get seat assignment on international flight. Was told no. Agent who sold me the ticket did not explain. I had no idea that I would be taking the "trip of a lifetime" to Africa not knowing if I would get on the plane. No one will help me. I am simply stuck and filing a lawsuit if I don't get on the plane in two weeks.

Additionally, I am 60-years old, a known traveler, and they won't let me take my kntting on two 10-hour flights! The US has no such restrictions. It's ridiculous. Of course, there is no where to post these kind of complaints on their website and they keep you on hold for 1/2 hour.

NEVER FLY THIS AIRLINE -- STOP SOMEWHERE ELSE IN EUROPE.

2015 with Luftansa. Her destination was to Cluj. She has transit on Munich. She is 85 years old and she had confirmation for the wheelchair. In Munich she got picked up and drop off with the wheelchair in the waiting area,for the next fly.

And, the gate open she is still on the wheelchair waiting for the staff to come. And guess what, nobody showed up. With a young passenger for the same fly, she manage to stand up and finally got in the plain.

The young fellow carry her bag, help her to walk and go on the plain. I would like to get an explanation about this critical situation. That happened when she came to NY in Frankfurt . It is any respect left for the elderly from Lufthansa or just to make sure you are flying to the full capacity? Her fly nr. Was 1670.

When my son(seating next to the lady) requested him once again he punched him twice in front of the cabin crew. We immediately lodged a complaint with the flight in-charge , who assured us to take stern action against the errant passenger once he de-board at Mumbai.

I recently travelled to jordan on the way back we stopped at Frankfort airport and then to Birmingham airport. 2 of my suitcases didn't come, when i did receive them that evening i had item's missing. We travelled back on the 10th of April 2015 .

I was on flight Nürnberg Mumbai via Munich LH 2157 and LH 0764 my ticket showed that during the flight from Nürnberg to Muich snack or Brunch offered. I went early in the morning to be in time for check up from Neumarkt.

But on flight no brunch or snack was offered. The same thing happened on the return flight on 30th March LH 0757 and LH 0144 once more there was neither snack or Brunch on the flight from Frankfurt to Nürnberg.

I can understand the difficulty that the flight time is only 40 minutes. It may be difficult of the crews to offer such services.

However, if the ticket showed that these services are offered, then such service should be given. I had a real problem because on the Hinreise I did not have time to take breakfast and the return journey, I thought I would get such…

Our family book 5 tickets 2 adult 1 disabled and two minor kids. Return tickets were 4. When we come back from india to United States on way German airport flight cancelled we stuck on airport for 8 hrs. The authorities send us back to Beijing and then United states my mom could not get wheel chair on time and it was almost triple hrs to travel make us so much exhausted.

I did not return to my work on time now I need compensation because I could not reach on time and sickness from this exhausted trip. Such a horrible experience!

On March 05, 2015, we started to board our LH Flight #1338, Frankfurt am Main, to Budapest Hungary. Our large pieces of luggage had been checked properly and only our cabin luggage remained, as on every prior trip taken in the last 59 years. As the boarding process started and we were some of the first ten people to board, a woman of your staff pulled me aside to tell me that I would need to check my cabin sized luggage with her to go in the cargo hold of the aircraft, where as my wife was able to continue with hers of similar size! I asked why I would have to do that, and the (black hair, short and dumpy) woman replied, that those were orders of the Captain. Flew from Buenos Aires to Barcelona on 26th December. Delayed in Frankfurt for two days. Little or no customer service, one 8 hour wait in a line for Flight Information. Some nice staff staff, but the majority, careless and often disdainful..

Appalling way to run an Airline with the majority of employees who seem totally disinterested. This would appear to be a company without leadership, with an almost complete disregard for more elderly passengers. Little or no information offered and formal complaints so far ignored.

Return flight also delayed 24 hours. Wake up, Lufthansa, soon you will have no passengers to take care of. Bottom line message, avoid this company at all costs.

I have just booked 5 tickets on Lufthansa from cairo to paris, after payment deducted, no confirmation received by mail or etix. I expected more from a world class airline like Lufthansa but unfortunately I am now really worried that my money is gone.
