We decided to have my wife’s car touched up in a few spots and a new clear coat in the entire car. We dropped the car on Sept 1st and ask if we could pick it up today, Sept 11th because we would be on a cruise. The guy said perfect.

They would be able to take their time and make it right. Today I went to go get the car and they were just starting to sand it. Like they started it today after it being there for 9 days!!!

We need the car now for work!!! The excuse was “stuff comes up and we got backed up”. When I asked how much longer it would take, he shrugged and said it’s done when it’s done. I was furious and left.

This was the Macco in Longwood Florida. What do I do?

00+. After a month of getting my car back the door that they had put bondo on because of tiny dings that car doors had done started to reappear. 00 to repair. I was very careful where I parked my car so it wasn’t by any car that could have damaged it again.

It was shoddy workmanship that I am stuck with. How could this be fixed without the extra charge????

The Lexus Dealership in Texas was booked out for 2 months due to the hailstorm. I had my car service prior too coming down * Documentation*

Orginal painting done January 2023. There was trash and imperfections.

Second attempt a complete redo all over painting was done. one area fixed has a drip and "dimple" on hood of car not fixed. I contacted corporate they reached out to manager Scott at Hampton, Va MAACO he refuses to do anything else to fix the imperfections.

A dimple in paint, one drip in paint and 2 areas where white flecks have been clear coated over my red paint. I bought the 5yr warranty paint package and it's never been right. 757 254 6987

Sloppy performance and service when on 2005 Toyota 4 Runner. This location deserves a minus rating!!!!

Did business with your Clive Iowa location, did a horrible job on paint job, told Eric about it and he got irate and started yelling at my wife, told her to call the cops if she basically wanted the car. 00 that was owed. No refusal was intended.

Said that she didn’t know what she was talking about. Swore at her several times. Very unprofessional. My car still looks like crap. Definitely will not be returning for further jobs. 99 for a Maaco paint job. I paid Good money for a shitty job.

I know you guys are not going to do anything about it but I still wanted to leave a review. Over spray all over my car. That’s neat. Not really!!

Hands down one of the worst experience choosing Maaco for a paint job. They had my car for 3 week and did a lazy job. The owner lied to me an didn't do what they sad they would do, lied to my face again said they did.

It was stressful and costly, over 2000 dollars where no sanding and painter over the scratches. This the type of pain that will last a life time so avoid Maaco at all cost. There are way much better place out there for a better price plus better job done.

Took my sons truck in to get some work done on it. Was told it would take a week it took 2 weeks because they kept finding some spots they needed to fix, the spots were due poor workmanship, that took an extra week.

Was told it was ready on 5/5/2023. Went to pick it up and conducted an inspection of the work. At best the work was terrible, running paint, orange peel/rough paint everywhere they did, overspray everywhere including the $600 headlights that were installed less than 5 months ago.

One panel is a different color than the rest of the truck. They did work in parts of the truck that wasn’t to be done, and this was supposed to be a great job. Needless to say the truck is going to have to be taken to another body shop and completely reworked.

I took my truck to the Columbus maaco on Feb. 23, 2023 to get it painted back black and to get a few pin dents removed. I was told by the worker there that it would only take a week.

after the 1st week no one called then the second week no one called so i called them. I was told that it was going to take longer because of something on the door. but that it should be ready that Thursday, I called them all day that Wednesday to see of they were going to be finished and didn't get and answer.

Then I fininaly got an answer I talked to this lady and she said that she would have Hunter call me to let me know what was going on. I did not receive all call so I had to get off work again to go to Columbus to see if my truck was ready because know one would call me back.

This paint job is completely terrible!!! I am extremely upset because I trusted Maaco to do a great job. I was recommended by my old car dealership (Honda) because they go through Maaco for their body shop repairs. I ended up driving by the Honda to show them your work.

They said themselves that it was a terrible job. This is a brand new 2022 Ford Mustang that was hit from the left rear. This paint job is NOT acceptable!!! 2k for this???

This shop gave me the worst experience in my life! I brought my vehicle to this spot because MAACO is a national brand. My vehicle was previously stolen breaking ignition switch. It was also damaged on the right fender, bumper and right two wheels completely.

At first my vehicle was left at the same spot for over a month because they couldn't work on it because they needed two rims and tires. After a month they were finally able to work on it however they used two spare rims and tires meanwhile the rims and tires were still being shipped.

Why didn't that do that to begin with?! They gave me the run around, with excuses such as the holidays, and they only have one employee, "estimator," in the front and the employee is never there! The owner has no knowledge of the system and is very…

afternoon, I am sending this message because of a service issue I had at your Mt. Moriah location. The staff was friendly, but the quality of work and service was AWFUL! My name is Kimbrala Williams and I brought my brand new Maserati 2022 there in November of 2022.

All I had was a minor scrape over the wheel from sliding against the garage at home. I took it in to Maaco and it cost me right at $2k to repair which was ridiculously expensive but I wanted a professional company to do the job.

We bought my granddaughter a oreowbed mustang for Christmas, we wanted to have it painted her fav color. We called maaco , they gave us an appt time we trailered it. Got there talked to the assoc and got price and color chosen.

They called when it was ready and they didn’t paint inside doors , trunk or hood. I asked the lady and she said we didn’t ask for that , I told her I didn’t know we needed too. She never asked anything!!!. Blue outside green inside.

Hated giving it to her as a gift. We would have painted the extra, but wasn’t given the option. So dissatisfied. , The lady didn’t even offer them to let us pay extra and get it done. We paid over $1900

We had a BMW 328 that our son was driving in 2021. The front of the car was very low. A couple of times the front of the car went over a cement block in those parking spaces. When he backed up the bumper caught the cement block and damaged the bumper. We took the car to Maaco at 4120 E Craig Rd, North Las Vegas, NV 89030. They tried to repair the damage which they did but finally they recommended a new bumper. We followed their advice and bought a new bumper and they installed it. We switched cars with our son and only my wife and I were driving the BMW. We never let the new bumper go over a cement block because one of us would always get out of the car and direct the driver. Then one day one side of the bumper just dropped towards the ground.

I got my 2008 Dodge Charger painted took it in Dec 5th they called me on the 20th to pickup my car after I arrived I noticed that my trim wasn't on my left and right front doors? If I could give them, Manchester, Connecticut location no star i would. The manager Adron has not resolved our issues and there are so many issues to tell you about first of all we bought it in there in August.

We weren’t given it back until October. Every time we are given it back It’s with promise of repairing the parts that they need to fix , including a damage seal on the window which I have an image of them scraping with a razor blade as they tried to get paint off of it.

The paint that they have on it has orange peel, missed spots, scratches, etc. etc etc. due to the broken seal on the window, water has gotten in and now truck has mold. Our calls go on answered. Adron, the manager is abrasive to the point.

In 2021 we had a BMW 328I that we let our son use most of the time. The front end of the car was extremely low. Our son went over the cement blocks in the parking lots a couple of times and when he backed out it damaged the front bumper of the car.

I made a call this afternoon to get my car repaired by Maaco. So about an hour or so after the call the tow truck came to tow my car off to the closest Maaco to me. Not knowing it was going to be more of an issue to begin with.

Once he arrives with my car the guy up there pretty much tells him to take the car back and that there is nothing he can do with it. Leaving me $300 short on a bill with the tow truck company.

I called him and asked him how come he didn’t tell me before I wasted $300 to get the car there that it wouldn’t be something he could work on?? I asked him for a reimbursement and he laughed in my face.

Not sure how the story will end. Called Maaco in Walcott, Ct to discuss painting my 1948 Lincoln Continental which I sanded and primed over the last winter, spring and summer. 78 for the best offered 1) base coat 2) clearcoat 3) door frame interior 4) 2 skirts, spare covers (2), rear light holder.

Spent time with young lady discussing the Ford Paint Code (Lincoln Maroon 14135), Ditzler PPG 50042, DuPont 246-33987 and note that the interior dash board is the proper color for the exterior painting. Sent the car by flatbed transport (Arnold’s Garage, Canaan, Ct for $ 400. Plus) . Car arrived.

When I brought my car in to have my car painted and some body work, there was nothing said in the contract that they would remove all my emblems and not replace them.

Also came back with no pin stripes that was on it before. Just got a naked painted car. And also when I finally got it, the car had scratches and trash in the paint job. This was the worst paint and body shop I have ever been to.

I am having to take my car to another paint job. I do not appreciate all the headache they have caused me.

I took my car to Marco in f Fargo North Dakota to have my car hood painted. After 2 times they still couldn’t match the paint and it was closing time so I took my car and went home. I was really disappointed so I called to ask what they could do about it.

Paid Maaco Auto Body, 1062 Lafferty Lane, Dover, DE 19901, for a body repair job over 4 months ago. The part that was repaired/replaced on my 2017 Mustang GT was incorrect. This was noted and I was informed the correct part would be ordered and I could return the vehicle so Maaco could correctly fix it.

Reluctantly, I trusted this directive. After several months of going back and forth with Maaco I was informed the bumper was there and painted, but there is no technician to install it. And I would need to pick the bumper up myself and have it installed by someone else.

I ALREADY PAID OVER $3000 for Maaco to complete this job. I am going to begin the process for Civil Suit and I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

After Maaco in Pontiac painted my car the wrong color in 2017. I decided to give them another try this year, and though the got he color correct this again has been a horrible experience. I asked to not put the emblems back on they did anyway, front drivers side fender is loose, residue all over the door handles, ruined my rear view camera, and put 2 dents in my trunk, amazingly they expect me to pay for things they did wrong.

There's something is wrong with this Pontiac location, their reputation has always been terrible, I was warned to never go there. Manager Sterling stated out great with his customer service but when things go bad so does everything else.

My name is Jennifer Skell. I am a disabled veteran who took my new car to Maaco in Katy Texas. One they painted the car the wrong color, and 2 I already have huge chips coming off the car. I only had my car back 3 weeks before it started chipping.

I paid for the warranty. I took the car back up to Maaco not even 30 days after I got it back to show them the chips in not only the hood but the front bumper as well. The manager said that they where rock chips and there was nothing he could do about it.

My 88 Bronco needed to be painted, and had front driver's side quarter panel damage, rear driver's side quarter panel rust and tailgate bottom rust. The tailgate and rear rust was just painted over, front quarter panel was fixed, but not sanded smooth.

I was willing to pay extra for the work, I was not in a rush to get it back. Manager (Frank) acted like it was not a big deal. I just wanted reasonable paint job. Need resolution asap. Bodywork should have been offered, but wasn't.

I need my car repainted requested base coat clear coat. Got the 1 stage paint job that look like sH*t. I told the owner of the shop that the paint job was rushed and its not a paint job that I or anyone else can ride around with.

He refused to do anything about the job saying the car wasnt prepped corretly. I informed him thats why I pay professionals to call and inform me what needs to be done the car. Its a 75th anniversay Chrysler 300 which i havent drving because of the paint job.

dent still on car scratch is still there which was told to fix and let me know additional charges now they want 600 more because they already painted it however neglected fixing it or letting me know anything about it. I had to pay an additional 120 for car rental.

I dropped my car off at Maaco shop on Waterloo Rd Akron Ohio on March 14th, 2022. I was told that it would be ready on March 21st. They still have my car and it is the 30th of March.

I have only received one phone and that was on March 24th, telling me that they were going to get in touch with Enterprise about covering the rental I have from them because my car would not be ready for me to go to work on Friday the 25th of March. I told Austin to let me know what was going on.

I never heard anything else from him. I called Corporate and was told the Akron office would call me, no response yet. It will be three weeks on April 4th. I am paying out my pocket for the rental and they still won't give me any information on my car.

I'm almost $2000 in debt in the rental alone. I have never seen…

I came in to Maaco ( 400E i240 location of Oklahoma City) on Dec 6th 2021 to have two mustang fenders painted. They have not finished the two fenders. I ask and I am always told, they will be done shortly.

I had work done at a Maaco Shop In San Antonio and they stole a bunch of things from my car, brand new roller skates, makeup, car supplies. After complaining to the manager I started to realize more and more stuff stolen from my car that equaled $400.

They only offered to pay me $150. I then called the corporate office 4x over a month and a half and was told each time that they would escalate it and expect a call back within 48 hours. Which never happened.

I talked to a manager today and they said they can't give me any other number to call and all they cal do is escalate it. I would not recommend working with Maaco, their customer support is basically non existent and they clearly don't care about their customers

Maaco, 2434 N Story rd in Irving painted the hood of my 2003 dodge ram. they taped the front grille and when they took the tape off it peeled my grille. It overall front of my vehicle looks worst than it did before. They do not want to claim any responsibility saying the grill was old. I have before and after pictures and nothing was wrong with that grille. They in no way want to take responsibility and expect me to just walk away with my vehicle looking like that. Unexceptionable. I will take this as high as I can and I will contact BBB if necessary.

I had a paint job back on December of 2020 at Maaco Marietta GA that has closed. The paint started peeling and I contacted Maaco customer service to submit my receipt for review of my warranty . I was assigned an representative to review who approved the warranty.

I took my vehicle to another Maaco location Roswell Rd the repairs were approved. I dropped off the truck and was contacted by Tim who advised he was the painter and would not honor my repairs. I'm not sure what to do at this point.

I simply want my repairs completed. I would like for someone to contact my to get this resolved
