Old debit card number was on the Macy’s app and they still charged my card which was declined because the card was terminated months ago. (My mistake) I receive a new charge to my account ( New Debit card ) for half the order.

Call customer services several times to see how this is possible and to get an update on my order because hey you did charge my new card same account. They tell me I don’t have an order and have to wait till the charges drop or contact my bank.

I was told that the only way I could be charged for something is if I give my information and I NEVER GAVE THEM MY NEW CARD NUMBER Customer service is absolutely impossible to deal with

I placed an order on June 19th, 2024 and was sent the incorrect order. So they were delivered June 23rd, to 10643 Osprey Dr, Charlotte, NC 28226 to Nancy Lawson. The shoes were not the correct shoes nor size. I then called Macys to inform them that the wrong order was received.

They then sent me a return label to send them back for a refund instead of refunding my account they sent a gift card to Nancy Lawson. And I called Macys to inquire about the the gift card that was showing on my account and was told that they had to have confirmation from Nancy Lawson when it isn’t her account.

I am so tired of Macys screwing up my orders. I feel that I should not have to go through all of this to get something credited back to my account. I need some type of verification showing that this has…

Hello,

I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding an appalling experience I had at the Macy's location in Pleasanton Stoneridge mall on 4/13/2024 - Sunday. The behavior of the store manager, Abdul, was exceptionally unprofessional and left me feeling humiliated and disrespected as a customer.

The issue arose when I brought in a shirt I had purchased approximately two years ago from Macy's. While I had discovered the store security tag was still attached some time ago, I had postponed addressing it as it was around the time of my wedding. It got my attention recently as we were renovating our closet space. Being a long-time Macy's customer, I expected a helpful resolution to this simple problem.

My daughter got a gold chain for Christmas from her grandmother. The chain broke three times between the December and February. I went to Macy’s at the Palisades Mall in Nanuet and it was a day past 90 days they refused to exchange it for another necklace.

My daughter was planning on purchasing a necklace and adding money to the refund she would’ve gotten from the additional chain. The sales woman was lovely, but then she called for a manager. The manager came down and she was a young girl.

I am at my wits end with Macys' handling of a replacement dinning table. My unfortunate journey goes back to 12/8/2022!!! I purchased a dinning room set with a full warranty from a great sales associate who was knowledgeable and professional!!.

She did indicate at the time of purchase that the merchandise could possibly take up to three months. Well it took until October of 2023 to FINALLY have the dinning set delivered to my home, upon inspection there was some there was some damage to table top, pictures were taken and Macy's was immediately contacted to report damaged dinning table.

in the boys dept. 00 macy money. The cashier never gave me a reward card or gift card . 00. The cashier advised me to use it from Dec 14 until Dec 24. I asked if I needed anything else. The answer was no.

I then tried to redeem online on Dec 22 and I was unable. I spoke to 4 customer service representatives and 1 gift card fraud agent. I haven't been to the store . Due to this I actually cancelled my online order.

I haven't heard anything since.

I received an online order from you. I ordered a rope chain and earrings. Two pairs of earrings. The chain was correct but instead of two pairs of earrings, I got very big thin hoops that were nothing near anything like my order.

It was like they were shoved into box to send to me and no one could care less. How do you mix up TWO pairs of earrings with ONE pair of big hoops? Total incompetence. Won't be ordering from you again.

Get the orders correct . Not fair that I have now to spend my time correcting YOUR mistakes.

I purchased 3 dresses for my nieces wedding for the beginning of October. I went to return 2 of the dresses the other day and was told I cannot because it’s past the 30 days. Not even a store credit.

I had the receipt and all tags were on. This is BS! I called customer service and was told the same thing. Well this customer will no longer be going to your store and my very large family will also stop shopping here.

I will also be taking to Facebook and X to let people know how you treat your good honest customers if this is not rectified. There are so many other places to shop that will gain my business as long as they treat their customers with respect

Its unacceptable when someone made a purchase from Macys and be treated poorly. All I asked was for the workers name again. Juan (the man that works in the Michael kors department watch section) was working. He stated "why do you want my name again" and kept walking away with an attitude.

Today I tried to return 3 items I ordered in April 2023 & received in May. I looked up the return policy & realized it has changed from over 100 days to 30 days. I thought I would still try & ask for an exception due to circumstances.

My husband passed away suddenly in April & I've been overwhelmed to say the least. I have an 11 yr. old boy. I would not normally share this info, but I think there should be room for exceptions in your new return policy.

I ordered 4 items & kept 1 of the items. The 3 items I'm trying to return were way too large (just looking at them) so I sealed the bag back up & stashed them in the closet. Then, my husband passed away.

I ordered a sofa bed and the chair. Sales check Number 49867655. The representative called me to schedule delivery and advertised a protection plan for &400+ It was not enough money on my Macys card and I was offered to increase the limit.

I agreed with the protection plan and accepted limit increase. The furniture delivery was scheduled on 9/15/23 and I received email confirmation. I also received several phone call daily for that my delivery has been scheduled 9/15/23 between 1:30p-3:30pm. 2 days before the delivery, somebody called and said " you need to increase your limit because it has been expired" I could simply pay with my other credit card if not enough money on my Macys.

I had a package that was misdelivered - Contacted Macy's subpar 3rd World Country Customer Service. After speaking to multiple people over a period of weeks, I was : 1. Called a liar 2. Was offered to be transferred to credit so I could just close my account (I'm a platinum card holder) 3.

Told I signed for the package yet they were unable to located my signature. This has been going on since August 7th. 57 order that I never received and will never shop at Macy's again. If enough people experience this issue you will be out of business quicker than you are already going down.

Double Fraud at Macy's in Merritt Island, Florida. Fraudulent charges against my Macy's credit card account 6035 3401 8462 5289.

I bought a new bed on July 1, 2023 from a woman named Geneva at Macy's in Merritt Island, FL. I decided to buy the bed because she told me that if I bought that day and simultaneously opened a new Macy's card I would get $400 off the purchase price.

The new bed was on sale for $953.12. I was allowed to use a $100 credit for the new credit card bringing the price down to $853.12. My receipt (attached) indicated that the balance due was indeed $853.12. That matched the price that Bob quoted to me.

I placed an online order on Aug 26th I ordered 15 items and 12 of those items were sent packaged together. The other pieces were delivered separate. The 12 pieces were suppose to be delivered by OnTrac. This package was never delivered.

I called customer that day to let them know that I didn't receive the merchandise and was told to call back the next day if I didn't receive it. I even sent a message to Ontrac as well. I was in Cherry Hill NJ Macy’s today. 00 worth of merchandise out of the store or carry it in my hands. This is absolutely ridiculous. For the prices customers are charged for your merchandise bags should certainly be included.

At the register I had to resist the urge to cancel the entire order. In writing this review I have decided to return everything. Customer service is everything. The person who waited on me was very nonchalant about my complaint as well. DO BETTER!!!

I hate their customer service dept. I have been card holder for 30 years and everything I make a payment over the phone, I get billed again. I am sick and tired of speaking to Indiabs or Pakistanis that read from a script and don't know theur jobs.

Got some rude Indian woman on the phone who asked me a dozen verification questions when all I wanted to ask why I was being doubled billed. She kept raising her voice and refused to transfer me to a supervisor.

Why don't they hire American workers who speak and u derstand English?? I worked for this loser company for 5 years and left because the whole company is mismanaged. Jeff Gennette needs to be thrown out his ear. Now their intetedt rate is 32%.

Macy’s located in Security Boulevard in Baltimore Maryland is practicing removing paper from all the shoes that are brand new. I do not understand the need for this I often find that shoes from Macy’s appear to have been worn .

I have also witnessed Macy’s selling used dirty shoes for regular or sale cost and you can easily tell that someone wore them and return them. The quality and assurance that Macy has a good product is increasingly declining. This is misleading to people who work hard for their money to buy a shoe that someone else had on war and returns.

Sent me the wrong size on 2 shirts, twice. Did not credit once all shirts in the wrong size returned. I have spent over 3 hours on the phone with their thick-accented foreign employees trying to get a credit. Two have outright LIED to me telling me they would credit in full and close the account.

I have been fighting this for 7 months. Wrote 3 letters to Citibank without response. Balance partially adjusted to less than twenty bucks, but then they added 2 months' late fees and interest. And lastly, put it on my (over 800) credit score that I had a delinquent account with a balance due of over ninety dollars.

It's all a big, fat lie! If I could bill them for my time I'd be two hundred dollars richer, at least. I will NEVER do business with them again.

I ordered a couch March 14th with an estimated 6-8 weeks of arrival. I have just moved halfway across the country and anticipated it to be there 2 months after my move in. It has been almost 4 months now since my purchase and nobody at Macys has been able to provide me with a date of when it will be available.

I was notified it was ready for delivery so I set it up and told it would be delivered June 30th. I waited around ALL DAY for this delivery. I took off a whole day of work and was at the mercy of the delivery Driver.

I purchased a dress from Macy's on May 3rd, that dress was defective so I returned it and ordered the exact same dress a size larger again on the day that I received the 1st dress. That dress was received with the exact same issue.

Well both were purchased using my klarna account. They received the 1st dress back on May 10th, processed the return on May 16th and the refund still has not been issued back to my klarna account and today is June 15th.

The second dress they were suppose to issue me a discount because I told them I would just keep that one, well needless to say I have not received the discount on that dress either.

I was at Macys men valley fair in San Jose the women’s bathroom was awful and very dirty and there was only one stale you can use! The sinks were dirty and they stink when you would walk in!! Very awful experience I had to go through!!!

For the first time, I had a horrible experience at Macy's downtown commons (DOCO), Sacramento. On May 30, 2023, about 4:30pm, Macy's watch repair person was unable to reattach the back of my Tissot chronograph watch after replacing the battery (a routine task); she asked me to return the next day when her boss would be there.

The following day the boss stated the back was reattached but the watch seal was damaged (this never happened before), would need to be sent out for repair, and would be ready after four weeks. Called “Customer Service”. Verified all kinds of information with a young woman who did not speak English well. She then kept asking me for my mother’s entire ssn. I DO NOT and WILL NOT EVER give out my mother’s entire ssn to a stranger over the phone, and your company should NEVER ask for that. I am happy to verify the last 4 or the first 3 of the number, but never the entire number. My order was out for delivery yesterday May 19, 2023. It was sent back to sender. I put my street address along with my post office address in case there were any issues. I checked with my local post office this morning and it wasn't there.

The last option was to call Macy's customer service where I was told when the item was received by the warehouse I would be refunded. Then I'll have to reorder the item and I'll receive premium shipping to receive the order which is great but I am very dissatisfied.

First of all why was it sent back to Macy's when I had 2 addresses on it. Every other time I've ordered from Macy's the order was left on my front stoop or at the post office.

My order was canceled and I called to see why and get it fixed. I didn't expect the rude attitude I got from the customer service employee. I've never had a problem calling in before, obviously this employee needs to go back to the beginning and get trained all over again or fired.

I didn't get her name but for sure I'll never shop at macys again. Macys card ✂️.

I had an issue with a store employee named Trevorr at the store located at The Mall in Columbia, in Columbia, MD. I went there looking for new shirts for the summer, ready to spend a lot of money. I asked him if he could answer a few questions. Trevorr didn’t know anything.

In fact he acted like I was putting him off by asking a store employee a question. Them to make matters worst he looked disheveled. Like he didn’t shower, comb his hair for a few days. His clothes looked like they never been washed. And he smelled, bad.

I won’t enter that store again as long as he’s an employee.

I purchased Estee Lauder makeup in wrong color went to exchange color. None of the 3 macys I went to had this 5w2 color. Only on display. By the time I decided to just give up which was today. I was one day past the 30 return policy.

The sales supervisor told that was not her problem, that I should have figured it out a day ago. Who tells the customer that. I felt it was very rude and disrespectful. I called the customer service line which was very helpful.

She could have exchanged it had I purchased online. I have been a member with Macys for years now. Have never been treated with such disrespect. It was purchased with my macys card and could not be exchanged at all.

Now I'm stuck with a $40 bottle of makeup that is the wrong color, because three of your stores did not have my color…
