On April 27 2023 7:32 EST, I contacted customer service at 800-289-6229 assisted by a representative named "Jen" to track my package. The UPS tracking number #2680952240 package stated "Delivered at Front Desk recipient Patricia". I DO NOT KNOW ANY PATRICIA, the delivery is for a Residence/Home address, there is NO Front Desk at this residence. Jen was very unprofessional in assisting. I asked to speak with a manager she refused. She requested to speak to the to the recipient of the package. I explained the package is a surprised for the intended and did not want to ruin the surprise party panned for the recipient.

I bought makeup and the gift was missing from my shipment. I was told to come to the store and pick it up. They have been messing around with me for two hours. Macy's stores and Macy's online do not work together. I will never shop here again. Theybsuck

I purchased a FIRM Mattress from Macy’s on February 23, 2019 for the amount of $1,454.4 with 10 years of WARRANTY. macys has a very bad job of buying through the website, it has bad communication, I made a purchase through the macys app, they simply canceled the purchase and did not communicate it to me.
The online system fails to send a reset password link, while customer service (CS) is as useless in providing the way of resetting my password so I can access my online account to pay the bill. The CS rep fails to assist in the matter and in the end I get disconnected.

I would give 0 stars if possible. Ordered two Godiva Easter bunnies on March 26 that stated delivery would be March 31… I called customer service several times over a 2 week period and was told item was in route… tracking showed the item was in Plainfield, IN for 2 weeks.

The cashier with Asian/African American feature, short hair, skinny, who claimed to be a supervisor, with a nasty attitude, full of arrogance,refused to honor the Sale price .
It looked like she didn’t want to be there. I have been a regular customer for over 25 years, I have never seen anyone with that kind of attitude. I don’t recommend to anyone to go to that store with that kind of negligence.

I am so disgusted with calling the customer service for help within 2 minutes of placing an online order I noticed it was the wrong shipping address . I called immediately and the agent stated that she updated my shipping address I had nothing to worry about.
The next morning I wanted to confirm that the changes were processed and to my surprise it wasn’t changed. She could have cancelled my order since I was within the 30 minute cancellation time frame . Bought a suit in January 8, 2023 the people were supposed to do some alteration and mail me this suit to my home in Jacksonville Florida. As of March 17, I never received any information we tried to call several times the men’s department nobody answers and the alterations department where we left them five messages and nobody answered.
I drove all the way to Orlando from Jacksonville and it turned out that the suit was still sitting in the alterations department. This certainly does not reflect well with the Macys image. No apology was given, and this has been a very, very bad experience.
Went to Macy's in Herald Square/34th Street's shoe department on the 2nd floor, no one was manning the register. No one was helping. Everyone was huddled in the back room (where they keep the shoe inventory). Macy's at the Woodlands Mall. My fiance and I went to purchased our wedding rings on March 10, 2023. The sales person separated the three rings into 2 bags. The 2 rings for finace were placed in one bag and the male ring in a separate bag.
When we left the store my finace and I left with one bag which contained only the finace rings, but we didn't realize it until we got home and checked the bags. We have contact the manager at the store and he refuses to let us see the video to prove to us that there were only two rings in the bag.

This is NOT a complaint ! On 3/7/23 I was in the Macy’s, South Shore Plaza in Braintree,Ma. I was in the men’s jean department looking for some new jeans for myself and after trying on Levi’s and several other brands to no avail.
Your sales associate Tom went above and beyond to show me different jeans and recommend a better fit. If he hadn’t helped me I would have walked out without buying anything. As it turned out I bought 2 pairs of Tommy Hilfigger jeans and order a 3rd pair on line.

Good evening, My complaint is against an employee name Akyet. I Darlene Donald a customer that was in Macy’s trying to purchase some men cologne and employee Akyet stop serving me without informing anything and started assisting another customer that was 10ft from where I was standing.

I asked three of the store representative do you have black in the wedges, and each time the answer was yes.
